27. So Methuselah lived a total of 969 years; then he died.

28. ലാമേക്കിന്നു നൂറ്റെണ്പത്തിരണ്ടു വയസ്സായപ്പോള് അവന് ഒരു മകനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

28. When Lamech was 182 years old, he had a son.

29. യഹോവ ശപിച്ച ഭൂമിയില് നമ്മുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിയിലും നമ്മുടെ കൈകളുടെ പ്രയത്നത്തിലും ഇവന് നമ്മെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിക്കുമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അവന്നു നോഹ എന്നു പേര് ഇട്ടു.

29. Lamech named his son Noah. Lamech said, 'We work very hard as farmers because God cursed the ground. But Noah will bring us rest.'
