1. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടുനീ അഹരോനെയും അവനോടുകൂടെ

1. The LORD said to Moses:

2. അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും വസ്ത്രം, അഭിഷേകതൈലം, പാപയാഗത്തിന്നുള്ള കാള, രണ്ടു ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്മാര്, കൊട്ടയില് പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പം എന്നിവയുമായി കൊണ്ടുവരികയും

2. Send for Aaron and his sons, as well as their priestly clothes, the oil for ordination, the bull for the sin offering, the two rams, and a basket of bread made without yeast.

3. സഭയെ മുഴുവനും സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതില്ക്കല് കൂട്ടുകയും ചെയ്ക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

3. Then bring the whole community of Israel together at the entrance to the sacred tent.

4. യഹോവ തന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ മോശെ ചെയ്തു; സഭ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതില്ക്കല് വന്നുകൂടി.

4. Moses obeyed the LORD, and when everyone had come together,

5. മോശെ സഭയോടുയഹോവ കല്പിച്ച കാര്യം ഇതാകുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

5. he said, 'We are here to follow the LORD's instructions.'

6. മോശെ അഹരോനെയും പുത്രന്മാരെയും അടുക്കല് വരുത്തി അവരെ വെള്ളം കൊണ്ടു കഴുകി.

6. After Moses told Aaron and his sons to step forward, he had them wash themselves.

7. അവനെ ഉള്ളങ്കി ഇടുവിച്ചു നടക്കെട്ടു കെട്ടിച്ചു അങ്കി ധരിപ്പിച്ചു ഏഫോദ് ഇടുവിച്ചു ഏഫോദിന്റെ ചിത്രപ്പണിയായ നടക്കെട്ടു കെട്ടിച്ചു അതിനാല് അതു മുറുക്കി.

7. He put the priestly shirt and robe on Aaron and wrapped the sash around his waist. Then he put the sacred vest on Aaron and fastened it with the finely woven belt.

8. അവനെ പതക്കം ധരിപ്പിച്ചു; പതക്കത്തില് ഊറീമും തുമ്മീമും വെച്ചു.

8. Next, he put on Aaron the sacred breastpiece that was used in learning what the LORD wanted his people to do.

9. അവന്റെ തലയില് മുടി വെച്ചു; മുടിയുടെ മേല് മുന് വശത്തു വിശുദ്ധകിരീടമായ പൊന് പട്ടം വെച്ചു; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ.

9. He placed the turban on Aaron's head, and on the front of the turban was the narrow strip of thin gold as a sign of his dedication to the LORD.

10. മോശെ അഭിഷേകതൈലം എടുത്തു കൂടാരവും അതിലുള്ളതൊക്കെയും അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്തു ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.

10. Moses then dedicated the sacred tent and everything in it to the LORD by sprinkling them with some of the oil for ordination.

11. അതില് കുറെ അവന് യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേല് ഏഴു പ്രാവശ്യം തളിച്ചു യാഗപീഠവും അതിന്റെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളൊക്കെയും തൊട്ടിയും അതിന്റെ കാലും അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്തു ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.

11. He sprinkled the bronze altar seven times, and he sprinkled its equipment, as well as the large bronze bowl and its base.

12. അവന് അഹരോന്റെ തലയില് അഭിഷേകതൈലം ഒഴിച്ചു അവനെ അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്തു ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.

12. He also poured some of the oil on Aaron's head to dedicate him to the LORD.

13. മോശെ അഹരോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെ വരുത്തി, അങ്കി ധരിപ്പിച്ചു നടുക്കെട്ടു കെട്ടിച്ചു തലപ്പാവും ഇടുവിച്ചു; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ.

13. At last, Moses dressed Aaron's sons in their shirts, then tied sashes around them and put special caps on them, just as the LORD had commanded.

14. അവന് പാപയാഗത്തിന്നുള്ള കാളയെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നുപാപയാഗത്തിന്നുള്ള കാളയുടെ തലയില് അഹരോനും പുത്രന്മാരും കൈ വെച്ചു.

14. Moses led out the bull that was to be sacrificed for sin, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head.

15. അവന് അതിനെ അറുത്തു; മോശെ അതിന്റെ രക്തം എടുത്തു വിരല്കൊണ്ടു യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ കൊമ്പുകളില് ചുറ്റും പുരട്ടി യാഗപീഠം ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു; ശേഷം രക്തം യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ ചുവട്ടില് ഒഴിച്ചു, അതിന്നുവേണ്ടി പ്രാശ്ചിത്തം കഴിച്ചു അതിനെ ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു;

15. After it was killed, Moses dipped a finger in the blood and smeared some of it on each of the four corners of the bronze altar, before pouring out the rest at the foot of the altar. This purified the altar and made it a fit place for offering the sacrifice for sin.

16. കുടലിന്മേലുള്ള സകലമേദസ്സും കരളിന്മേലുള്ള വപയും മൂത്രപിണ്ഡം രണ്ടും അവയുടെ മേദസ്സും മോശെ എടുത്തു യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേല് ദഹിപ്പിച്ചു.

16. Moses then took the fat on the bull's insides, as well as the lower part of the liver and the two kidneys with their fat, and sent them up in smoke on the altar fire.

17. എന്നാല് കാളയെയും അതിന്റെ തോല്, മാംസം, ചാണകം എന്നിവയെയും അവന് പാളയത്തിന്നു പുറത്തു തീയില് ഇട്ടു ചുട്ടുകളഞ്ഞു; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ.

17. Finally, he took the skin and the flesh of the bull, together with the food still in its stomach, and burned them outside the camp, just as the LORD had commanded.

18. അവന് ഹോമയാഗത്തിന്നുള്ള ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെയും കൊണ്ടുവന്നുഅഹരോനും പുത്രന്മാരും ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്റെ തലയില് കൈ വെച്ചു.

18. Moses led out the ram for the sacrifice to please the LORD. After Aaron and his sons had laid their hands on its head,

19. അവന് അതിനെ അറുത്തു; മോശെ അതിന്റെ രക്തം യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേല് ചുറ്റും തളിച്ചു.

19. Moses killed the ram and splattered its blood against the four sides of the altar.

20. ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെ ഖണ്ഡംഖണ്ഡമായി ഖണ്ഡിച്ചു; മോശെ തലയും ഖണ്ഡങ്ങളും മേദസ്സും ദഹിപ്പിച്ചു.

20. Moses had the animal cut up, and he washed its insides and hind legs. Then he laid the head, the fat, and the rest of the ram on the altar and sent them up in smoke with a smell that pleased the LORD. All this was done just as the LORD had commanded.

21. അവന് അതിന്റെ കുടലും കാലും വെള്ളംകൊണ്ടുകഴുകി; മോശെ ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെ മുഴുവനും യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേല് ദഹിപ്പിച്ചു; ഇതു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായ ഹോമയാഗമായി യഹോവേക്കുള്ള ധഹനയാഗം; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതു പോലെ തന്നേ.

22. അവന് കരപൂരണത്തിന്നുള്ള ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനായ മറ്റെ ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെയും കൊണ്ടുവന്നു; അഹരോനും പുത്രന്മാരും ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്റെ തലയില് കൈവെച്ചു.

22. Moses led out the ram for the ceremony of ordination. Aaron and his sons laid their hands on its head,

23. അവന് അതിനെ അറുത്തു; മോശെ അതിന്റെ രക്തം കുറെ എടുത്തു അഹരോന്റെ വലത്തെ കാതിന്മേലും വലത്തെ കയ്യുടെ പെരുവിരലിന്മേലും വലത്തെ കാലിന്റെ പെരുവിരലിന്മേലും പുരട്ടി.

23. and it was killed. Moses smeared some of its blood on Aaron's right earlobe, some on his right thumb, and some on the big toe of his right foot.

24. അവന് അഹരോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും വരുത്തി; മോശെ രക്തം കുറെ അവരുടെ വലത്തെ കാതിന്മേലും വലത്തെ കയ്യുടെ പെരുവിരലിന്മേലും വലത്തെ കാലിന്റെ പെരുവിരലിന്മേലും പുരട്ടി; ശേഷം രക്തം മോശെ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേല് ചുറ്റും തളിച്ചു.

24. Moses did the same thing for Aaron's sons, before splattering the rest of the blood against the four sides of the altar.

25. മേദസ്സും തടിച്ചവാലും കുടലിന്മേലുള്ള സകലമേദസ്സും കരളിന്മേലുള്ള വപയും മൂത്രപിണ്ഡം രണ്ടും അവയുടെ മേദസ്സും വലത്തെ കൈക്കുറകും അവന് എടുത്തു,

25. He took the animal's fat tail, the fat on its insides, and the lower part of the liver and the two kidneys with their fat, and the right hind leg.

26. യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിലുള്ള പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പം ഇരിക്കുന്ന കൊട്ടയില് നിന്നു പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത ഒരു അപ്പവും എണ്ണയപ്പമായ ഒരു ദോശയും ഒരു വടയും എടുത്തു മേദസ്സിന്മേലും കൈക്കുറകിന്മേലും വെച്ചു.

26. Then he took from a basket some of each of the three kinds of bread that had been made without yeast and had been dedicated to the LORD.

27. അവയൊക്കെയും അഹരോന്റെ കയ്യിലും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെ കയ്യിലും വെച്ചു യഹോവേക്കു നീരാജനം ചെയ്തു.

27. Moses placed the bread on top of the meat and gave it all to Aaron and his sons, who lifted it up to show that it was dedicated to the LORD.

28. പിന്നെ മോശെ അവയെ അവരുടെ കയ്യില്നിന്നു എടുത്തു യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേല് യാഗത്തിന് മീതെ ദഹിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇതു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായ കരപൂരണയാഗം, യഹോവേക്കുള്ള ദഹനയാഗം തന്നേ.

28. After this, Moses placed it on the fires of the altar and sent it up in smoke with a smell that pleased the LORD. This was part of the ordination ceremony.

29. മോശെ അതിന്റെ നെഞ്ചു എടുത്തു യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് നീരാജനാര്പ്പണമായി നീരാജനം ചെയ്തു; അതു കരപൂരണത്തിന്റെ ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനില് മോശെക്കുള്ള ഔഹരി ആയിരുന്നു; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ.

29. Moses lifted up the choice ribs of the ram to show that they were dedicated to the LORD. This was the part that the LORD had said Moses could have.

30. മോശെ അഭിഷേകതൈലവും യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേലുള്ള രക്തവും കുറേശ്ശ എടുത്തു അഹരോന്റെ മേലും അവന്റെ വസ്ത്രത്തിന്മേലും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെ മേലും പുത്രന്മാരുടെ വസ്ത്രത്തിന്മേലും തളിച്ചു; അഹരോനെയും അവന്റെ വസ്ത്രത്തെയും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രന്മാരുടെ വസ്ത്രങ്ങളെയും ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.

30. Finally, Moses sprinkled the priestly clothes of Aaron and his sons with some of the oil for ordination and with some of the blood from the altar. So Aaron and his sons, together with their priestly clothes, were dedicated to the LORD.

31. അഹരോനോടും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരോടും മോശെ പറഞ്ഞതു എന്തെന്നാല്മാംസം നിങ്ങള് സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതില്ക്കല്വെച്ചു പാകംചെയ്തു, അഹരോനും പുത്രന്മാരും അതു തിന്നേണമെന്നു എനിക്കു കല്പനയുണ്ടായതുപോലെ അവിടെവെച്ചു അതും കരപൂരണത്തിന്റെ കൊട്ടയില് ഇരിക്കുന്ന അപ്പവും തിന്നുവിന് .

31. Moses said to Aaron and his sons: The LORD told me that you must boil this meat at the entrance to the sacred tent and eat it there with the bread.

32. മാംസത്തിലും അപ്പത്തിലും ശേഷിക്കുന്നതു നിങ്ങള് തീയില് ഇട്ടു ചുട്ടുകളയേണം.

32. Burn what is left over

33. നിങ്ങളുടെ കരപൂരണദിവസങ്ങള് തികയുവോളം നിങ്ങള് ഏഴു ദിവസത്തേക്കു സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതില് വിട്ടു പുറത്തു പോകരുതു; ഏഴു ദിവസം അവന് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു കരപൂരണം ചെയ്യും.

33. and stay near the entrance to the sacred tent until the ordination ceremony ends seven days from now.

34. നിങ്ങള്ക്കുവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിപ്പാന് ഇന്നു ചെയ്തതുപോലെ ഇനിയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു യഹോവ കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

34. We have obeyed the LORD in everything that has been done today, so that your sins may be forgiven.

35. ആകയാല് നിങ്ങള് മരിക്കാതിരിപ്പാന് ഏഴു ദിവസം രാവും പകലും സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതില്ക്കല് പാര്ത്തു യഹോവയുടെ കല്പന അനുസരിക്കേണം; ഇങ്ങനെ എന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

35. The LORD has told me that you must stay near the entrance to the tent for seven days and nights, or else you will die.

36. യഹോവ മോശെമുഖാന്തരം കല്പിച്ച സകല കാര്യങ്ങളെയും അഹരോനും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും ചെയ്തു.

36. Aaron and his sons obeyed everything that the LORD had told Moses they must do.
