1. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

2. നീ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതെന്തെന്നാല്ഒരു പുരുഷനാകട്ടെ സ്ത്രീയാകട്ടെ യഹോവേക്കു തന്നെത്താന് സമര്പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നാസീര്വ്രതം എന്ന വിശേഷ വിധിയായുള്ള വ്രതം ദീക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോള്

2. to give the following instructions to the people of Israel. Any of you, male or female, who make a special vow to become a nazirite and dedicate yourself to the LORD

3. വീഞ്ഞും മദ്യവും വര്ജ്ജിച്ചിരിക്കേണംവീഞ്ഞിന്റെ കാടിയും മദ്യത്തിന്റെ കാടിയും കുടിക്കരുതു; മുന്തിരിപ്പഴത്തിന്റെ യാതൊരു രസവും കുടിക്കരുതു; മുന്തിരിങ്ങ പഴുത്തതാകട്ടെ ഉണങ്ങിയതാകട്ടെ തിന്നുകയുമരുതു.

3. shall abstain from wine and beer. You shall not drink any kind of drink made from grapes or eat any grapes or raisins.

4. തന്റെ നാസീര്വ്രതകാലത്തു ഒക്കെയും കുരുതൊട്ടു തൊലിവരെ മുന്തിരിങ്ങാകൊണ്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതു ഒന്നും അവന് തിന്നരുതു.

4. As long as you are a nazirite, you shall not eat anything that comes from a grapevine, not even the seeds or skins of grapes.

5. നാസീര്വ്രതകാലത്തൊക്കെയും ക്ഷൌരക്കത്തി അവന്റെ തലയില് തൊടരുതു; യഹോവേക്കു തന്നെത്താന് സമര്പ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന കാലം തികയുവോളം അവന് വിശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കേണംതലമുടി വളര്ത്തേണം.

5. As long as you are under the nazirite vow, you must not cut your hair or shave. You are bound by the vow for the full time that you are dedicated to the LORD, and you shall let your hair grow.

6. അവന് യഹോവേക്കു തന്നെത്താന് സമര്പ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന കാലത്തൊക്കെയും ശവത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കല് ചെല്ലരുതു;

6. Your hair is the sign of your dedication to God, and so you must not defile yourself by going near a corpse, not even that of your father, mother, brother, or sister.

7. അപ്പന് , അമ്മ, സഹോദരന് , സഹോദരി എന്നിവരില് ആരെങ്കിലും മരിക്കുമ്പോള് അവരാല് അവന് തന്നെത്താന് അശുദ്ധനാകരുതു; അവന്റെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ നാസീര്വ്രതം അവന്റെ തലയില് ഇരിക്കുന്നു;

8. നാസീര്വ്രതകാലത്തു ഒക്കെയും അവന് യഹോവേക്കു വിശുദ്ധന് ആകുന്നു.

8. As long as you are a nazirite, you are consecrated to the LORD.

9. അവന്റെ അടുക്കല്വെച്ചു വല്ലവനും പെട്ടെന്നു മരിക്കയും അവന്റെ നാസീര്വ്രതമുള്ള തലയെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്താല് അവന് തന്റെ ശുദ്ധീകരണദിവസത്തില് തല ക്ഷൌരം ചെയ്യേണം; ഏഴാം ദിവസം അവന് ക്ഷൌരം ചെയ്യേണം.

9. If your consecrated hair is defiled because you are right beside someone who suddenly dies, you must wait seven days and then shave your head; and so you become ritually clean.

10. എട്ടാം ദിവസം അവന് രണ്ടു കുറുപ്രാവിനെയോ രണ്ടു പ്രാവിന് കുഞ്ഞിനെയോ പുരോഹിതന്റെ അടുക്കല് സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതില്ക്കല് കൊണ്ടുവരേണം.

10. On the eighth day you shall bring two doves or two pigeons to the priest at the entrance of the Tent of the LORD's presence.

11. പുരോഹിതന് ഒന്നിനെ പാപയാഗമായിട്ടും മറ്റേതിനെ ഹോമയാഗമായിട്ടും അര്പ്പിച്ചു ശവത്താല് അവന് പിഴെച്ചതുകൊണ്ടു അവന്നു വേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിച്ചു അവന്റെ തല അന്നുതന്നേ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണം.

11. The priest shall offer one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering, to perform the ritual of purification for you because of your contact with a corpse. On the same day you shall reconsecrate your hair

12. അവന് വീണ്ടും തന്റെ നാസീര് വ്രതത്തിന്റെ കാലം യഹോവേക്കു വേര്തിരിച്ചു ഒരു വയസ്സു പ്രായമുള്ള ഒരു ആട്ടിന് കുട്ടിയെ അകൃത്യയാഗമായി കൊണ്ടുവരേണം അവന്റെ നാസീര്വ്രതം അശുദ്ധമായിപ്പോയതുകൊണ്ടു മുമ്പിലത്തെ കാലം തള്ളിപ്പോകേണം.

12. and rededicate to the LORD your time as a nazirite. The previous period of time doesn't count, because your consecrated hair was defiled. As a repayment offering you shall bring a one-year-old lamb.

13. വ്രതസ്ഥന്റെ പ്രമാണം ആവിതുഅവന്റെ നാസീര്വ്രതത്തിന്റെ കാലം തികയുമ്പോള് അവനെ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതില്ക്കല് കൊണ്ടുവരേണം.

13. When you complete your nazirite vow, you shall perform this ritual. You shall go to the entrance of the Tent

14. അവന് യഹോവേക്കു വഴിപാടായി ഹോമയാഗത്തിന്നു ഒരു വയസ്സു പ്രായമുള്ള ഊനമില്ലാത്ത ഒരു ആണാട്ടിന് കുട്ടി, പാപയാഗത്തിന്നു ഒരു വയസ്സു പ്രായമുള്ള ഒരു പെണ്ണാട്ടിന് കുട്ടി, സമാധാനയാഗത്തിന്നു ഊനമില്ലാത്ത ഒരു ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന് ,

14. and present to the LORD three animals without any defects: a one-year-old male lamb for a burnt offering, a one-year-old ewe lamb for a sin offering, and a ram for a fellowship offering.

15. ഒരു കൊട്ടയില്, എണ്ണചേര്ത്തു നേരിയ മാവുകൊണ്ടുണ്ടാക്കിയ പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത ദോശ, എണ്ണപുരട്ടിയ പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത വട എന്നിവയും അവയുടെ ഭോജനയാഗവും പാനീയയാഗങ്ങളും അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.

15. You shall also offer a basket of bread made without yeast: thick loaves made of flour mixed with olive oil and thin cakes brushed with olive oil, and in addition the required offerings of grain and wine.

16. പുരോഹിതന് അവയെ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് കൊണ്ടുവന്നു അവന്റെ പാപയാഗവും ഹോമയാഗവും അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.

16. The priest shall present all these to the LORD and offer the sin offering and the burnt offering.

17. അവന് ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെ കൊട്ടയിലെ പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പത്തോടുകൂടെ യഹോവേക്കു സമാധാന യാഗമായി അര്പ്പിക്കേണം; പുരോഹിതന് അതിന്റെ ഭോജനയാഗവും പാനീയയാഗവും കൂടെ അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.

17. He shall sacrifice the ram to the LORD as a fellowship offering, and offer it with the basket of bread; he shall also present the offerings of grain and wine.

18. പിന്നെ വ്രതസ്ഥന് സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതില്ക്കല്വെച്ചു തന്റെ വ്രതമുള്ള തല ക്ഷൌരം ചെയ്തു തന്റെ വ്രതമുള്ള തലമുടി എടുത്തു സമാധാനയാഗത്തിന് കീഴുള്ള തീയില് ഇടേണം;

18. At the entrance of the Tent you nazirites shall shave off your hair and put it on the fire on which the fellowship offering is being burned.

19. വ്രതസ്ഥന് തന്റെ വ്രതമുള്ള തല ക്ഷൌരം ചെയ്തശേഷം പുരോഹിതന് ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്റെ വേവിച്ച കൈക്കുറകും കൊട്ടയില്നിന്നു പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത ഒരു ദോശയും പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത ഒരു വടയും എടുത്തു അവയെ വ്രതസ്ഥന്റെ കൈയില് വെക്കേണം.

19. Then, when the shoulder of the ram is boiled, the priest shall take it and put it, together with one thick loaf of bread and one thin cake from the basket, into the hands of the nazirite.

20. പുരോഹിതന് അവയെ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് നീരാജനം ചെയ്യേണം; ഇതു നീരാജനം ചെയ്ത നെഞ്ചോടും ഉദര്ച്ച ചെയ്ത കൈക്കുറകോടും കൂടെ പുരോഹിതന്നു വേണ്ടി വിശുദ്ധമാകുന്നു; അതിന്റെ ശേഷം വ്രതസ്ഥന്നു വീഞ്ഞു കുടിക്കാം.

20. Next, the priest shall present them as a special gift to the LORD; they are a sacred offering for the priest, in addition to the breast and the leg of the ram which by law belong to the priest. After that, the nazirite may drink wine.

21. നാസീര്വ്രതം ദീക്ഷിക്കുന്ന വ്രതസ്ഥന്റെയും അവന് തന്റെ പ്രാപ്തിപോലെ കൊടുക്കുന്നതു കൂടാതെ തന്റെ നാസീര്വ്രതം ഹേതുവായി യഹോവേക്കു കഴിക്കേണ്ടുന്ന വഴിപാടിന്റെയും പ്രമാണം ഇതു തന്നേ. അവന് ദീക്ഷിച്ച വ്രതംപോലെ തന്റെ നാസീര്വ്രതത്തിന്റെ പ്രമാണത്തിന്നു അനുസരണയായി തന്നേ അവന് ചെയ്യേണം.

21. These are the regulations for you nazirites; but if you promise an offering beyond what your vow requires you to give, you must fulfill exactly the promise you made.

22. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

23. നീ അഹരോനോടും പുത്രന്മാരോടും പറയേണ്ടതുനിങ്ങള് യിസ്രായേല് മക്കളെ അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചു ചൊല്ലേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാല്

23. to tell Aaron and his sons to use the following words in blessing the people of Israel:

24. യഹോവ നിന്നെ അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചു കാക്കുമാറാകട്ടെ;

24. May the LORD bless you and take care of you;

25. യഹോവ തിരുമുഖം നിന്റെ മേല് പ്രകാശിപ്പിച്ചു നിന്നോടു കൃപയുള്ളവനാകട്ടെ;
റോമർ 1:7

25. May the LORD be kind and gracious to you;

26. യഹോവ തിരുമുഖം നിന്റെ മേല് ഉയര്ത്തി നിനക്കു സമാധാനം നലകുമാറാകട്ടെ.

26. May the LORD look on you with favor and give you peace.

27. ഇങ്ങനെ അവര് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ മേല് എന്റെ നാമം വെക്കേണം; ഞാന് അവരെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കും.

27. And the LORD said, 'If they pronounce my name as a blessing upon the people of Israel, I will bless them.'
