1. യഹോവ നദിയെ അടിച്ചിട്ടു ഏഴു ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള് മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുനീ ഫറവോന്റെ അടുക്കല് ചെന്നു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാല്യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുഎന്നെ ആരാധിപ്പാന് എന്റെ ജനത്തെ വിട്ടയക്ക.

1. The LORDE sayde vnto Moses: Go yi waye to Pharao, & speake vnto him: Thus saieth the LORDE: Let my people go, yt they maye serue me:

2. നീ അവരെ വിട്ടയപ്പാന് സമ്മതിക്കയില്ലെങ്കില് ഞാന് നിന്റെ രാജ്യത്തെ ഒക്കെയും തവളയെക്കൊണ്ടു ബാധിക്കും.

2. Yf thou wilt not let the go, beholde, I wil smyte all ye borders of yi lode wt frogges,

3. നദിയില് തവള അനവധിയായി ജനിക്കും; അതു കയറി നിന്റെ അരമനയിലും ശയനഗൃഹത്തിലും കട്ടിലിന്മേലും നിന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരുടെ വീടുകളിലും നിന്റെ ജനത്തിന്മേലും അപ്പം ചുടുന്ന അടുപ്പുകളിലും മാവു കുഴെക്കുന്ന തൊട്ടികളിലും വരും.

3. so yt the ryuer shal scraule wt frogges: these shal clymme vp, & come in to thine house, in to yi chamber, where thou slepest, vpon thy bed, and in to the houses of thy seruauntes, amonge thy people, in to thine ouens, and vpon thy dowe:

4. തവള നിന്റെ മേലും നിന്റെ ജനത്തിന്മേലും നിന്റെ സകലഭൃത്യന്മാരുടെ മേലും കയറും.

4. and the frogges shall come vp vpon the, and vpon thy people, and vpon all thy seruauntes.

5. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടുമിസ്രയീംദേശത്തു തവള കയറുവാന് നദികളിന് മേലും പുഴകളിന് മേലും കുളങ്ങളിന് മേലും വടിയോടുകൂടെ കൈ നീട്ടുക എന്നു നീ അഹരോനോടു പറയേണം എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

5. And the LORDE spake vnto Moses: Saie vnto Aaron: Stretch forth thine hande wt thy staff ouer the streames, & ryuers, & pondes, and let frogges come vpon the londe of Egipte.

6. അങ്ങനെ അഹരോന് മിസ്രയീമിലെ വെള്ളങ്ങളിന് മേല് കൈ നീട്ടി, തവള കയറി മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തെ മൂടി.

6. And Aaron stretched his hade ouer the waters in Egipte, & there came vp frogges, so yt the londe of Egipte was couered.

7. മന്ത്രവാദികളും തങ്ങളുടെ മന്ത്രവാദത്താല് അതുപോലെ ചെയ്തു, മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തു തവള കയറുമാറാക്കി.

7. The Sorcerers also dyd likewyse, wt their Sorcerirs, & caused frogges to come vpo ye lode of Egipte.

8. എന്നാറെ ഫറവോന് മോശെയെയും അഹരോനെയും വിളിപ്പിച്ചുതവള എന്നെയും എന്റെ ജനത്തെയും വിട്ടു നീങ്ങുമാറാകേണ്ടതിന്നു യഹോവയോടു പ്രാര്ത്ഥിപ്പിന് . എന്നാല് യഹോവേക്കു യാഗം കഴിപ്പാന് ഞാന് ജനത്തെ വിട്ടയക്കാം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

8. The called Pharao for Moses & Aaron, & sayde: Praye the LORDE for me, yt he maye take awaye the frogges fro me & fro my people, & I will let ye people go, yt they maye do sacrifice vnto the LORDE.

9. മോശെ ഫറവോനോടുതവള നിന്നെയും നിന്റെ ഗൃഹങ്ങളെയും വിട്ടു നീങ്ങി നദിയില് മാത്രം ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാന് നിനക്കും നിന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാര്ക്കും നിന്റെ ജനത്തിനും വേണ്ടി എപ്പോള് പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കേണം എന്നു എനിക്കു സമയം നിശ്ചയിച്ചാലും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

9. Moses sayde: Haue thou the honor before me, & appoynte me, wha I shal praye for ye, for yi seruauntes and for thy people: yt the frogges maye be dryuen awaye fro the & fro thy house, & remayne onely in the ryuer.

10. നാളെ എന്നു അവന് പറഞ്ഞു; ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെപ്പോലെ ആരുമില്ല എന്നു നീ അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു നിന്റെ വാക്കുപോലെ ആകട്ടെ;

10. He sayde: Tomorow. He sayde: Euen as thou hast sayde, yt thou mayest knowe, yt there is none like vnto the LORDE or God:

11. തവള നിന്നെയും നിന്റെ ഗൃഹങ്ങളെയും നിന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരെയും ജനത്തെയും വിട്ടു മാറി നദിയില് മാത്രം ഇരിക്കും എന്നു അവന് പറഞ്ഞു.

11. And the frogges shal be take from the, & from yi house, from thy seruauntes, & from thy people, & remayne onely in the ryuer.

12. അങ്ങനെ മോശെയും അഹരോനും ഫറവോന്റെ അടുക്കല്നിന്നു ഇറങ്ങി ഫറവോന്റെ മേല് വരുത്തിയ തവളനിമിത്തം മോശെ യഹോവയോടു പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ചു.

12. So Moses & Aaron wete from Pharao, & Moses cried vnto the LORDE for the appoyntment ouer the frogges, which he had promysed vnto Pharao.

13. മോശെയുടെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനപ്രകാരം യഹോവ ചെയ്തു; ഗൃഹങ്ങളിലും മുറ്റങ്ങളിലും പറമ്പുകളിലും ഉള്ള തവള ചത്തുപോയി.

13. And ye LORDE dyd as Moses sayde. And the frogges dyed in ye houses, in ye courtes, & vpon ye felde:

14. അവര് അതിനെ കൂമ്പാരംകൂമ്പാരമായി കൂട്ടി; ദേശം നാറുകയും ചെയ്തു.

14. & they gathered the together, here an heape, & there an heape, & the lande stanke of them.

15. എന്നാല് സ്വൈരം വന്നു എന്നു ഫറവോന് കണ്ടാറെ യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിരുന്നതുപോലെ അവന് തന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തെ കഠിനമാക്കി അവരെ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചതുമില്ല.

15. But whan Pharao sawe yt he had gotten breth, his hert was hardened, and he herkened not vnto the, euen as the LORDE had sayde.

16. അപ്പോള് യഹോവ മോശെയോടുനിന്റെ വടി നീട്ടി നിലത്തിലെ പൊടിയെ അടിക്ക എന്നു അഹരോനോടു പറക. അതു മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തു എല്ലാടവും പേന് ആയ്തീരും എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

16. And the LORDE spake vnto Moses: Saie vnto Aaron: Stretch out thy staff, & smyte the dust vpon the earth, yt there maye be lyfe in the whole lode of Egipte.

17. അവര് അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തു; അഹരോന് വടിയോടുകൂടെ കൈ നീട്ടി നിലത്തിലെ പൊടിയെ അടിച്ചു; അതു മനുഷ്യരുടെ മേലും മൃഗങ്ങളിന് മേലും പേന് ആയ്തീര്ന്നു; മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തെങ്ങും നിലത്തിലെ പൊടിയെല്ലാം പേന് ആയ്തീര്ന്നു.

17. They dyd so. And Aaron stretched out his hande wt his staff, & smote the dust vpon the earth, & there were lyse vpon men and vpon catell: All the dust of the lande was turned vnto lyse in all the lande of Egipte.

18. മന്ത്രവാദികളും തങ്ങളുടെ മന്ത്രവാദത്താല് പേന് ഉളവാക്കുവാന് അതുപോലെ ചെയ്തു; അവര്ക്കും കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല താനും. മനുഷ്യരുടെയും മൃഗങ്ങളുടെയും മേല് പേന് ഉളവായതുകൊണ്ടു മന്ത്രവാദികള് ഫറവോനോടു

18. The Sorcerers also assayde likewyse wt their Sorcerirs yt they might brynge forth lyse, but they coude not. And ye lyse were vpon men & catell.

19. ഇതു ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വിരല് ആകുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; എന്നാല് യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിരുന്നതുപോലെ ഫറവോന്റെ ഹൃദയം കഠിനപ്പെട്ടു അവന് അവരെ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചതുമില്ല.

19. Then sayde ye Sorcerers vnto Pharao: It is the fynger of God. But Pharaos hert was hardened, & he herkened not vnto the, euen as the LORDE had sayde.

20. പിന്നെ യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുനീ നാളെ നന്ന രാവിലെ എഴുന്നേറ്റു ഫറവോന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ നില്ക്ക; അവന് വെള്ളത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കല് വരും. നീ അവനോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാല്യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുഎന്നെ ആരാധിപ്പാന് എന്റെ ജനത്തെ വിട്ടയക്ക.

20. And ye LORDE saide vnto Moses: Get ye vp tomorow by tymes, & stonde before Pharao: beholde, he wil go vnto the water, & speake thou vnto him: Thus saieth ye LORDE: let my people go, yt they maye serue me:

21. നീ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ വിട്ടയക്കയില്ല എങ്കില് ഞാന് നിന്റെമേലും നിന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരുടെ മേലും നിന്റെ ജനത്തിന് മേലും നിന്റെ ഗൃഹങ്ങളിലും നായീച്ചയെ അയക്കും. മിസ്രയീമ്യരുടെ വീടുകളും അവര് പാര്ക്കുംന്ന ദേശവും നായീച്ചകൊണ്ടു നിറയും.

21. yf not, beholde, I wil cause cruell wormes (or flyes) to come vpon the, thy seruauntes, yi people, & thy house, so yt all the Egipcians houses, & the felde, and what theron is shall be full of cruell wormes:

22. ഭൂമിയില് ഞാന് തന്നേ യഹോവ എന്നു നീ അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്റെ ജനം പാര്ക്കുംന്ന ഗോശെന് ദേശത്തെ അന്നു ഞാന് നായീച്ച വരാതെ വേര്തിരിക്കും.

22. & the same daye wil I separate the londe of Gosen, wherin my people are, so yt no cruell worme shalbe there, that thou mayest knowe, that I am ye LORDE in the myddest of the earth.

23. എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്നും നിന്റെ ജനത്തിന്നും മദ്ധ്യേ ഞാന് ഒരു വ്യത്യാസം വേക്കും; നാളെ ഈ അടയാളം ഉണ്ടാകും.

23. And I wil set a delyueraunce betwene my people and thyne. Tomorow shal this token come to passe.

24. യഹോവ അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ചെയ്തുഅനവധി നായീച്ച ഫറവോന്റെ അരമനയിലും അവന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരുടെ വീടുകളിലും മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തു എല്ലാടവും വന്നു; നായീച്ചയാല് ദേശം നശിച്ചു.

24. And the LORDE dyd so. And there came perlous cruell wormes in to Pharaos house, in to his seruauntes houses, & vpon all the londe of Egipte: and the londe was marred with noysome wormes.

25. അപ്പോള് ഫറവോന് മോശെയെയും അഹരോനെയും വിളിച്ചുനിങ്ങള് പോയി ദേശത്തുവെച്ചു തന്നേ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്നു യാഗം കഴിപ്പിന് എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

25. The called Pharao for Moses & Aaron, & sayde: Go yor waye, & do sacrifice vnto yor God in ye londe.

26. അതിന്നു മോശെഅങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തുകൂടാ; മിസ്രയീമ്യര്ക്കും അറെപ്പായുള്ളതു ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേക്കു യാഗം കഴിക്കേണ്ടിവരുമല്ലോ; മിസ്രയീമ്യര്ക്കും അറെപ്പായുള്ളതു അവര് കാണ്കെ ഞങ്ങള് യാഗം കഴിച്ചാല് അവര് ഞങ്ങളെ കല്ലെറികയില്ലയോ?

26. Moses sayde: It is not mete, yt we shulde so do, so shulde we offer ye abhominacion of ye Egipcians vnto the LORDE or God. Beholde, yf we shulde offer the abhominacion of ye Egipcians before their eyes, shulde they not stone vs?

27. ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ഞങ്ങളോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ഞങ്ങള് മൂന്നു ദിവസത്തെ വഴി ദൂരം മരുഭൂമിയില് പോയി അവന്നു യാഗം കഴിക്കേണം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

27. Thre dayes iourney will we go in the wyldernes, and do sacrifice vnto the LORDE oure God like as he hath sayde vnto vs.

28. അപ്പോള് ഫറവോന് നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേക്കു മരുഭൂമിയില്വെച്ചു യാഗം കഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങളെ വിട്ടയക്കാം; അതിദൂരത്തു മാത്രം പോകരുതു; എനിക്കു വേണ്ടി പ്രാര്ത്ഥിപ്പിന് എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

28. Pharao sayde: I wil let you go, yt ye maie do sacrifice vnto the LORDE yor God in the wyldernes (onely yt ye go no farther) & praye for me.

29. അതിന്നു മോശെഞാന് നിന്റെ അടുക്കല് നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു യഹോവയോടു പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കും; നാളെ നായീച്ച ഫറവോനെയും ഭൃത്യന്മാരെയും ജനത്തെയും വിട്ടു നീങ്ങിപ്പോകും. എങ്കിലും യഹോവേക്കു യാഗം കഴിപ്പാന് ജനത്തെ വിട്ടയക്കാതിരിക്കുന്നതിനാല് ഫറവോന് ഇനി ചതിവു ചെയ്യരുതു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

29. Moses sayde: Beholde, whan I am come forth from ye, I wil praye vnto ye LORDE, yt the cruell wormes maye be taken from Pharao, & from his seruautes, & fro his people, euen tomorow: onely disceaue me nomore, that thou woldest not let the people go to do sacrifice vnto the LORDE.

30. അങ്ങനെ മോശെ ഫറവോന്റെ അടുക്കല് നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു യഹോവയോടു പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ചു.

30. And Moses wete out from Pharao, and prayed vnto the LORDE.

31. യഹോവ മോശെയുടെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനപ്രകാരം ചെയ്തുനായീച്ച ഒന്നുപോലും ശേഷിക്കാതെ ഫറവോനെയും ഭൃത്യന്മാരെയും ജനത്തെയും വീട്ടു നീങ്ങിപ്പോയി.

31. And the LORDE dyd as Moses sayde, & toke awaye the cruell wormes from Pharao, from his seruauntes, and from his people, so yt there remayned not one.

32. എന്നാല് ഫറവോന് ഈ പ്രാവശ്യവും തന്റെ ഹൃദയം കഠിനമാക്കി; ജനത്തെ വിട്ടയച്ചതുമില്ല.

32. But Pharao hardened his hert eue then also, and let not ye people go.
