1. യഹോവ തന്റെ അഭിഷിക്തനായ കോരെശിനോടു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു--അവന്നു ജാതികളെ കീഴടക്കി രാജാക്കന്മാരുടെ അരക്കച്ചകളെ അഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും കതകുകള് അവന്നു തുറന്നിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും വാതിലുകള് അടയാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും ഞാന് അവന്റെ വലങ്കൈ പിടിച്ചിരക്കുന്നു--

1. Thus said Jehovah, To His anointed, to Cyrus, Whose right hand I have laid hold on, To subdue nations before him, Yea, loins of kings I loose, To open before him two-leaved doors, Yea, gates are not shut:

2. ഞാന് നിനക്കു മുമ്പായി ചെന്നു ദുര്ഘടങ്ങളെ നിരപ്പാക്കുകയും താമ്രവാതിലുകളെ തകര്ത്തു ഇരിമ്പോടാമ്പലുകളെ ഖണ്ഡിച്ചുകളകയും ചെയ്യും.

2. 'I go before thee, and crooked places make straight, Two-leaved doors of brass I shiver, And bars of iron I cut asunder,

3. നിന്നെ പേര് ചൊല്ലിവിളിക്കുന്ന ഞാന് യഹോവ, യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവം തന്നേ എന്നു നീ അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാന് നിനക്കു ഇരുട്ടിലെ നിക്ഷേപങ്ങളെയും മറവിടങ്ങളിലെ ഗുപ്തനിധികളെയും

3. And have given to thee treasures of darkness, Even treasures of secret places, So that thou knowest that I, Jehovah, Who am calling on thy name -- [am] the God of Israel.

4. എന്റെ ദാസനായ യാക്കോബ് നിമിത്തവും എന്റെ വൃതനായ യിസ്രായേല്നിമിത്തവും ഞാന് നിന്നെ പേര് ചൊല്ലി വിളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നീ എന്നെ അറിയാതെ ഇരിക്കെ ഞാന് നിന്നെ ഔമനപ്പേര് ചൊല്ലി വിളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

4. For the sake of my servant Jacob, And of Israel My chosen, I call also thee by thy name, I surname thee, And thou hast not known Me.

5. ഞാന് യഹോവയാകുന്നു; മറ്റൊരുത്തനുമില്ല; ഞാനല്ലാതെ ഒരു ദൈവവുമില്ല; നീ എന്നെ അറിയാതെയിരിക്കെ ഞാന് നിന്റെ അര മുറുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

5. I [am] Jehovah, and there is none else, Except Me there is no God, I gird thee, and thou hast not known Me.

6. സൂര്യോദയത്തിങ്കലും അസ്തമാനത്തിങ്കലും ഉള്ളവര് ഞാനല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊരുത്തനും ഇല്ല എന്നറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു തന്നേ; ഞാന് യഹോവയാകുന്നു; മറ്റൊരുത്തനും ഇല്ല.

6. So that they know from the rising of the sun, And from the west, that there is none besides Me, I [am] Jehovah, and there is none else,

7. ഞാന് പ്രകാശത്തെ നിര്മ്മിക്കുന്നു, അന്ധകാരത്തെയും സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് നന്മയെ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു, തിന്മയെയും സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നു യഹോവയായ ഞാന് ഇതൊക്കെയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

7. Forming light, and preparing darkness, Making peace, and preparing evil, I [am] Jehovah, doing all these things.'

8. ആകാശമേ, മേലില് നിന്നു പൊഴിക്കുക; മേഘങ്ങള് നീതിയെ വര്ഷിക്കട്ടെ; രക്ഷ വിളയേണ്ടതിന്നു ഭൂമി തുറന്നുവരട്ടെ; അതു നീതിയെ മുളപ്പിക്കട്ടെ; യഹോവയായ ഞാന് അതു സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

8. Drop, ye heavens, from above, And clouds do cause righteousness to flow, Earth openeth, and they are fruitful, Salvation and righteousness spring up together, I, Jehovah, have prepared it.

9. നിലത്തിലെ കലനുറുക്കുകളുടെ ഇടയില് ഒരു കലനുറുക്കായിരിക്കെ, തന്നെ നിര്മ്മിച്ചവനോടു തര്ക്കിക്കുന്നവന്നു അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം; മനയുന്നവനോടു കളിമണ്ണുനീ എന്തുണ്ടാക്കുന്നു എന്നും കൈപ്പണിഅവന്നു കൈ ഇല്ല എന്നും പറയുമോ?
റോമർ 9:20-21

9. Woe [to] him who is striving with his Former, (A potsherd with potsherds of the ground!) Doth clay say to its Framer, 'What dost thou?' And thy work, 'He hath no hands?'

10. അപ്പനോടുനീ ജനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതു എനതു എന്നും സ്ത്രീയോടുനീ പ്രസവിക്കുന്നതു എന്തു എന്നും പറയുന്നവന്നു അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം!

10. Woe [to] him who is saying to a father, 'What dost thou beget?' Or to a wife, 'What dost thou bring forth?

11. യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധനും അവനെ നിര്മ്മിച്ചവനുമായ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുവരുവാനുള്ളതിനെക്കുറിച്ചു എന്നോടു ചോദിപ്പിന് ; എന്റെ മക്കളെയും എന്റെ കൈകളുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിയെയും കുറിച്ചു എന്നോടു കല്പിപ്പിന് .

11. Thus said Jehovah, The Holy One of Israel, and his Former: Ask Me of the things coming concerning My sons, Yea, concerning the work of My hands, ye command Me.'

12. ഞാന് ഭൂമിയെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി അതില് മനുഷ്യനെയും സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു; എന്റെ കൈ തന്നേ ആകാശത്തെ വിരിച്ചു അതിലെ സകലസൈന്യത്തെയും ഞാന് കല്പിച്ചാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

12. I made earth, and man on it prepared, I -- My hands stretched out the heavens, And all their host I have commanded.

13. ഞാന് നീതിയില് അവനെ ഉണര്ത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു അവന്റെ വഴികളെ ഒക്കെയും ഞാന് നിരപ്പാക്കും; അവന് എന്റെ നഗരം പണിയും; വിലയും സമ്മാനവും വാങ്ങാതെ അവന് എന്റെ പ്രവാസികളെ വിട്ടയക്കും എന്നു സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

13. I have stirred him up in righteousness, And all his ways I make straight, He doth build My city, and My captivity doth send out, Not for price, nor for bribe, said Jehovah of Hosts.

14. യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുമിസ്രയീമിന്റെ അദ്ധ്വാനഫലവും കൂശിന്റെ വ്യാപാരലാഭവും ദീര്ഘകായന്മാരായ സെബായരും നിന്റെ അടുക്കല് കടന്നുവന്നു നിനക്കു കൈവശമാകും; അവന് നിന്റെ പിന്നാലെ നടക്കും; ചങ്ങലയിട്ടവരായി അവര് കടന്നുവരും; അവര് നിന്നെ വണങ്ങി; നിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യ മാത്രമേ ദൈവമുള്ളു; അവനല്ലാതെ വേറൊരു ദൈവവും ഇല്ല എന്നിങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞു നിന്നോടു യാചിക്കും.

14. Thus said Jehovah, 'The labour of Egypt, And the merchandise of Cush, And of the Sebaim -- men of measure, Unto thee pass over, and thine they are, After thee they go, in fetters they pass over, And unto thee they bow themselves, Unto thee they pray: Only in thee [is] God, And there is none else, no [other] God.

15. യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവവും രക്ഷിതാവും ആയുള്ളോവേ, നീ മറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ദൈവം ആകുന്നു സത്യം.

15. Surely Thou [art] a God hiding Thyself, God of Israel -- Saviour!

16. അവര് എല്ലാവരും ലജ്ജിച്ചു അമ്പരന്നുപോകും, വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നവര് ഒരുപോലെ അമ്പരപ്പില് ആകും.

16. They have been ashamed, And they have even blushed -- all of them, Together gone in confusion have those carving images.

17. യിസ്രായേലോ യഹോവയാല് നിത്യരക്ഷയായി രക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടും നിങ്ങള് ഒരുനാളും ലജ്ജിക്കയില്ല, അമ്പരന്നു പോകയും ഇല്ല.

17. Israel hath been saved in Jehovah, A salvation age-during! Ye are not ashamed nor confounded Unto the ages of eternity!

18. ആകാശത്തെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു -- അവന് തന്നേ ദൈവം; അവന് ഭൂമിയെ നിര്മ്മിച്ചുണ്ടാക്കി; അവന് അതിനെ ഉറപ്പിച്ചു; വ്യര്ത്ഥമായിട്ടല്ല അവന് അതിനെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതു; പാര്പ്പിന്നത്രേ അതിനെ നിര്മ്മിച്ചതു:-- ഞാന് തന്നേ യഹോവ; വേറൊരുത്തനും ഇല്ല.

18. For thus said Jehovah, Creator of heaven, He is God, Former of earth, and its Maker, He established it -- not empty He prepared it, For inhabiting He formed it: 'I [am] Jehovah, and there is none else.

19. ഞാന് രഹസ്യത്തില് അന്ധകാരപ്രദേശത്തു വെച്ചല്ല സംസാരിച്ചതു; ഞാന് യാക്കോബിന്റെ സന്തതിയോടുവ്യര്ത്ഥമായി എന്നെ അന്വേഷിപ്പിന് എന്നല്ല കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു; യഹോവയായ ഞാന് നീതി സംസാരിക്കുന്നു, നേരുള്ളതു പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു.

19. Not in secret have I spoken, in a dark place of the earth, I have not said to the seed of Jacob, In vain seek ye Me, I [am] Jehovah, speaking righteousness, Declaring uprightness.

20. നിങ്ങള് കൂടിവരുവിന് ; ജാതികളില്വെച്ചു തെറ്റി ഒഴിഞ്ഞവരേ, ഒന്നിച്ചു അടുത്തു വരുവിന് ; വിഗ്രഹമായൊരു മരം എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടു നടക്കയും രക്ഷിപ്പാന് കഴിയാത്ത ദേവനോടു പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നവര്ക്കും അറിവില്ല.

20. Be gathered, and come in, Come nigh together, ye escaped of the nations, They have not known, Who are lifting up the wood of their graven image, And praying unto a god [that] saveth not.

21. നിങ്ങള് പ്രസ്താവിച്ചു കാണിച്ചുതരുവിന് ; അവര് കൂടി ആലോചിക്കട്ടെ; പുരാതനമേ ഇതു കേള്പ്പിക്കയും പണ്ടു തന്നേ ഇതു പ്രസ്താവിക്കയും ചെയ്തവന് ആര്? യഹോവയായ ഞാന് അല്ലയോ? ഞാന് അല്ലാതെ വേറൊരു ദൈവം ഇല്ല; ഞാന് അല്ലാതെ നീതിമാനായൊരു ദൈവവും രക്ഷിതാവും ഇല്ല.

21. Declare ye, and bring near, Yea, they take counsel together, Who hath proclaimed this from of old? From that time hath declared it? Is it not I -- Jehovah? And there is no other god besides Me, A God righteous and saving, there is none save Me.

22. സകലഭൂസീമാവാസികളുമായുള്ളോരേ, എങ്കലകൂ തിരിഞ്ഞു രക്ഷപ്പെടുവിന് ; ഞാനല്ലാതെ വേറൊരു ദൈവവും ഇല്ലല്ലോ.

22. Turn to Me, and be saved, all ends of the earth, For I [am] God, and there is none else.

23. എന്നാണ എന്റെ മുമ്പില് ഏതു മുഴങ്കാലും മടങ്ങും; ഏതു നാവും സത്യം ചെയ്യും എന്നിങ്ങനെ എന്റെ വായില്നിന്നു നീതിയും മടങ്ങാത്ത ഒരു വചനവും പുറപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

23. By Myself I have sworn, Gone out from my mouth in righteousness hath a word, And it turneth not back, That to Me, bow doth every knee, every tongue swear.

24. യഹോവയില് മാത്രം നീതിയും ബലവും ഉണ്ടു എന്നു ഔരോരുത്തന് പറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടു അവന്റെ അടുക്കല് ചെല്ലും; അവനോടു കോപിക്കുന്നവരൊക്കെയും ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോകും.

24. Only in Jehovah, said hath one, Have I righteousness and strength, Unto Him he cometh in, And ashamed are all those displeased with Him.

25. യഹോവയില് യിസ്രായേല്സന്തതിയെല്ലാം നീതീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു പുകഴും

25. In Jehovah are all the seed of Israel justified, And they boast themselves.'
