1. Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, to the saints being in Ephesus and faithful in Christ Jesus:

2. സ്വര്ഗ്ഗത്തിലെ സകല ആത്മികാനുഗ്രഹത്താലും നമ്മെ ക്രിസ്തുവില് അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന നമ്മുടെ കര്ത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ ദൈവവും പിതാവുമായവന് വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെട്ടവന് .

2. Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

3. നാം തന്റെ സന്നിധിയില് വിശുദ്ധരും നിഷ്കളങ്കരും ആകേണ്ടതിന്നു അവന് ലോകസ്ഥാപനത്തിന്നു മുമ്പെ നമ്മെ അവനില് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കയും

3. Blessed is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies with Christ,

4. even as He elected us in Him before the foundation of the world, for us to be holy and without blemish before Him in love,

5. predestinating us to adoption through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,

6. അവനില് നമുക്കു അവന്റെ രക്തത്താല് അതിക്രമങ്ങളുടെ മോചനമെന്ന വീണ്ടെടുപ്പു ഉണ്ടു.

6. to the praise of the glory of His grace in which He favored us in the One having been loved,

7. അതു അവന് നമുക്കു താന് ധാരാളമായി കാണിച്ച കൃപാധനപ്രകാരം സകലജ്ഞാനവും വിവേകവുമായി നല്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

7. in whom we have redemption through His blood, the remission of deviations, according to the riches of His grace

8. അവനില് താന് മുന്നിര്ണ്ണയിച്ച തന്റെ പ്രസാദത്തിന്നു തക്കവണ്ണം തന്റെ ഹിതത്തിന്റെ മര്മ്മം അവന് നമ്മോടു അറിയിച്ചു.

8. which He caused to abound toward us in all wisdom and understanding,

9. അതു സ്വര്ഗ്ഗത്തിലും ഭൂമിയിലുമുള്ളതു എല്ലാം പിന്നെയും ക്രിസ്തുവില് ഒന്നായിച്ചേര്ക്ക എന്നിങ്ങനെ കാലസമ്പൂര്ണ്ണതയിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥെക്കായിക്കൊണ്ടു തന്നേ.

9. making known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself,

10. അവനില് നാം അവകാശവും പ്രാപിച്ചു, തന്റെ ഹിതത്തിന്റെ ആലോചനപോലെ സകലവും പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നവന്റെ നിര്ണ്ണയപ്രകാരം മുന്നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടതു

10. for the administration of the fullness of the times to head up all things in Christ, both the things in the heavens, and the things on earth, in Him,

11. in whom we also have been chosen to an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of the One working all things according to the counsel of His own will,

13. in whom also you, hearing the Word of Truth, the gospel of your salvation, in whom also believing you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,

14. who is an earnest of our inheritance, to the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.

15. നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വേണ്ടി ഇടവിടാതെ സ്തോത്രംചെയ്തു എന്റെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയില്

15. Because of this, hearing of your faith in the Lord Jesus and love toward all the saints,

16. നിങ്ങളെ ഔര്ത്തുംകൊണ്ടു നമ്മുടെ കര്ത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ ദൈവവും മഹത്വമുള്ള പിതാവുമായവന് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു തന്നെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പരിജ്ഞാനത്തില് ജ്ഞാനത്തിന്റെയും വെളിപ്പാടിന്റെയും ആത്മാവിനെ തരേണ്ടതിന്നും നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയദൃഷ്ടി പ്രകാശിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടു
