1. The Lord said to Moses,

2. എനിക്കു വഴിപാടു കൊണ്ടു വരുവാന് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു പറക; നല്ല മനസ്സോടെ തരുന്ന ഏവനോടും നിങ്ങള് എനിക്കുവേണ്ടി വഴിപാടു വാങ്ങേണം.

2. 'Tell the Israelites to bring me gifts. Receive for me the gifts each person wants to give.

3. അവരോടു വാങ്ങേണ്ടുന്ന വഴിപാടോപൊന്നു, വെള്ളി, താമ്രം; നീലനൂല്, ധൂമ്രനൂല്,

3. These are the gifts that you should receive from them: gold, silver, bronze;

4. ചുവപ്പുനൂല്, പഞ്ഞിനൂല്, കോലാട്ടുരോമം,

4. blue, purple, and red thread; fine linen, goat hair,

5. ചുവപ്പിച്ച ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്തോല്, തഹശൂതോല്, ഖദിരമരം;

5. sheepskins that are dyed red; fine leather; acacia wood;

6. olive oil to burn in the lamps; spices for sweet-smelling incense, and the special olive oil poured on a person's head to make him a priest;

7. ഏഫോദിന്നും മാര്പദക്കത്തിന്നും പതിപ്പാന് ഗോമേദകക്കല്ലു, രത്നങ്ങള് എന്നിവ തന്നേ.

7. onyx stones, and other jewels to be put on the holy vest and the chest covering.

8. ഞാന് അവരുടെ നടുവില് വസിപ്പാന് അവര് എനിക്കു ഒരു വിശുദ്ധ മന്ദിരം ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

8. 'The people must build a holy place for me so that I can live among them.

9. Build this Holy Tent and everything in it by the plan I will show you.

10. 'Use acacia wood and build an Ark forty-five inches long, twenty-seven inches wide, and twenty-seven inches high.

11. അതു മുഴുവനും തങ്കംകൊണ്ടു പൊതിയേണം; അകത്തും പുറത്തും പൊതിയേണം; അതിന്റെ മേല് ചുറ്റും പൊന്നു കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഒരു വക്കും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

11. Cover the Ark inside and out with pure gold, and put a gold strip all around it.

12. അതിന്നു നാലു പൊന് വളയം വാര്പ്പിച്ചു നാലു കാലിലും ഇപ്പുറത്തു രണ്ടു വളയവും അപ്പുറത്തു രണ്ടു വളയവുമായി തറെക്കേണം.

12. Make four gold rings for the Ark and attach them to its four feet, two rings on each side.

13. ഖദിരമരംകൊണ്ടു തണ്ടുകള് ഉണ്ടാക്കി പൊന്നു കൊണ്ടു പൊതിയേണം.

13. Then make poles from acacia wood and cover them with gold.

14. തണ്ടുകളാല് പെട്ടകം ചുമക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു പെട്ടകത്തിന്റെ പാര്ശ്വങ്ങളിലുള്ള വളയങ്ങളില് അവ ചെലുത്തേണം.

14. Put the poles through the rings on the sides of the Ark, and use these poles to carry it.

15. തണ്ടുകള് പെട്ടകത്തിന്റെ വളയങ്ങളില് ഇരിക്കേണം; അവയെ അതില് നിന്നു ഊരരുതു.

15. These poles must always stay in the rings of the Ark. Do not take them out.

16. ഞാന് തരുവാനിരിക്കുന്ന സാക്ഷ്യം പെട്ടകത്തില് വെക്കേണം.

16. Then put in the Ark the Agreement which I will make with you.

17. തങ്കംകൊണ്ടു കൃപാസനം ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം; അതിന്റെ നീളം രണ്ടര മുഴവും വീതി ഒന്നര മുഴവും ആയിരിക്കേണം.

17. Then make a lid of pure gold for the Ark; this is the mercy seat. Make it forty-five inches long and twenty-seven inches wide.

18. പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു രണ്ടു കെരൂബുകളെ ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം; കൃപാസനത്തിന്റെ രണ്ടു അറ്റത്തും അടിപ്പുപണിയായി പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു അവയെ ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

18. Then hammer gold to make two creatures with wings, and put one on each end of the lid.

19. ഒരു കെരൂബിനെ ഒരു അറ്റത്തും മറ്റെ കെരൂബിനെ മറ്റെ അറ്റത്തും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം. കെരൂബുകളെ കൃപാസനത്തില്നിന്നുള്ളവയായി അതിന്റെ രണ്ടു അറ്റത്തും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

19. Attach one creature on one end of the lid and the other creature on the other end. Make them to be one piece with the lid at the ends.

20. കെരൂബുകള് മേലോട്ടു ചിറകുവിടര്ത്തി ചിറകുകൊണ്ടു കൃപാസനത്തെ മൂടുകയും തമ്മില് അഭിമുഖമായിരിക്കയും വേണം. കെരൂബുകളുടെ മുഖം കൃപാസനത്തിന്നു നേരെ ഇരിക്കേണം.

20. The creatures' wings should be spread upward, covering the lid, and the creatures are to face each other across the lid.

21. കൃപാസനത്തെ പെട്ടകത്തിന്മീതെ വെക്കേണം; ഞാന് തരുവാനിരിക്കുന്ന സാക്ഷ്യം പെട്ടകത്തിനകത്തു വെക്കേണം.

21. Put this lid on top of the Ark, and put in the Ark the Agreement which I will make with you.

22. അവിടെ ഞാന് നിനക്കു പ്രത്യക്ഷനായി കൃപാസനത്തിന്മേല്നിന്നു സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെട്ടകത്തിന്മേല് നിലക്കുന്ന രണ്ടു കെരൂബുകളുടെ നടുവില് നിന്നും യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള്ക്കായി ഞാന് നിന്നോടു കല്പിപ്പാനിരിക്കുന്ന സകലവും നിന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യും.

22. I will meet with you there, above the lid between the two winged creatures on the Ark of the Agreement. There I will give you all my commands for the Israelites.

23. ഖദിരമരംകൊണ്ടു ഒരു മേശ ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം. അതിന്റെ നീളം രണ്ടു മുഴവും വീതി ഒരു മുഴവും ഉയരം ഒന്നര മുഴവും ആയിരിക്കേണം.

23. Make a table out of acacia wood, thirty-six inches long, eighteen inches wide, and twenty-seven inches high.

24. അതു തങ്കംകൊണ്ടു പൊതിഞ്ഞു ചുറ്റും പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു ഒരു വക്കും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

24. Cover it with pure gold, and put a gold strip around it.

25. ചുറ്റും അതിന്നു നാലു വിരല് വീതിയുള്ള ഒരു ചട്ടവും ചട്ടത്തിന്നു ചുറ്റും പൊന്നു കൊണ്ടു ഒരു വക്കും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

25. Make a frame three inches high that stands up all around the edge, and put a gold strip around it.

26. അതിന്നു നാലു പൊന് വളയം ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം; വളയം നാലു കാലിന്റെയും പാര്ശ്വങ്ങളില് താറെക്കേണം.

26. Then make four gold rings. Attach them to the four corners of the table where the four legs are.

27. മേശ ചുമക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു തണ്ടു ചെലുത്തുവാന് വേണ്ടി വളയം ചട്ടത്തിന്നു ചേര്ന്നിരിക്കേണം.

27. Put the rings close to the frame around the top of the table, because they will hold the poles for carrying it.

28. തണ്ടുകള് ഖദരിമരംകൊണ്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കി പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു പൊതിയേണം; അവകൊണ്ടു മേശ ചുമക്കേണം.

28. Make the poles out of acacia wood, cover them with gold, and carry the table with these poles.

29. അതിന്റെ തളികകളും കരണ്ടികളും പകരുന്നതിന്നുള്ള കുടങ്ങളും കിണ്ടികളും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം; തങ്കംകൊണ്ടു അവയെ ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

29. Make the plates and bowls for the table, as well as the jars and cups, out of pure gold. They will be used for pouring out the drink offerings.

30. മേശമേല് നിത്യം കാഴ്ചയപ്പം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ വെക്കേണം.

30. On this table put the bread that shows you are in my presence so that it is always there in front of me.

31. തങ്കംകൊണ്ടു ഒരു നിലവിളകൂ ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം. നിലവിളകൂ അടിപ്പുപണിയായിരിക്കേണം. അതിന്റെ ചുവടും തണ്ടും പുഷ്പപുടങ്ങളും മുട്ടുകളും പൂക്കളും അതില് നിന്നു തന്നേ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

31. Hammer pure gold to make a lampstand. Its base, stand, flower-like cups, buds, and petals must all be joined together in one piece.

32. നിലവിളക്കിന്റെ മൂന്നു ശാഖ ഒരു വശത്തുനിന്നും നിലവിളക്കിന്റെ മൂന്നു ശാഖ മറ്റെ വശത്തു നിന്നും ഇങ്ങനെ ആറു ശാഖ അതിന്റെ പാര്ശ്വങ്ങളില്നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടേണം.

32. The lampstand must have six branches going out from its sides -- three on one side and three on the other.

33. ഒരു ശാഖയില് ഔരോ മുട്ടും ഔരോ പൂവുമായി ബദാംപൂപോലെ മൂന്നു പുഷ്പപുടവും മറ്റൊരു ശാഖയില് ഔരോ മുട്ടും ഔരോ പൂവുമായി ബദാംപൂപോലെ മൂന്നു പുഷ്പപുടവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണം; നിലവിളക്കില്നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുന്ന ആറു ശാഖെക്കും അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ വേണം.

33. Each branch must have three cups shaped like almond flowers on it. Each cup must have a bud and a petal. Each of the six branches going out from the lampstand must be the same.

34. വിളകൂതണ്ടിലോ മുട്ടുകളോടും പൂക്കളോടും കൂടിയ ബദാംപൂപോലെ നാലു പുഷ്പപുടം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണം.

34. And there must be four more cups made like almond flowers on the lampstand itself. These cups must also have buds and petals.

35. അതില്നിന്നുള്ള രണ്ടു ശാഖെക്കു കീഴെ ഒരു മുട്ടും മറ്റു രണ്ടു ശാഖെക്കു കീഴെ ഒരു മുട്ടും മറ്റു രണ്ടു ശാഖെക്കു കീഴെ ഒരു മുട്ടും ഇങ്ങനെ നിലവിളക്കില് നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുന്ന ആറു ശാഖെക്കും വേണം.

35. Put a bud under each pair of branches that goes out from the lampstand. Each of the six branches going out from the lampstand must be the same.

36. അവയുടെ മുട്ടുകളും ശാഖകളും അതില്നിന്നു തന്നേ ആയിരിക്കേണം; മുഴുവനും തങ്കം കൊണ്ടു ഒറ്റ അടിപ്പു പണി ആയിരിക്കേണം.

36. The branches, buds, and lampstand must be made of one piece, hammered out of pure gold.

37. അതിന്നു ഏഴു ദീപം ഉണ്ടാക്കി നേരെ മുമ്പോട്ടു പ്രകാശിപ്പാന് തക്കവണ്ണം ദീപങ്ങളെ കൊളുത്തേണം.

37. 'Then make seven small oil lamps and put them on the lampstand so that they give light to the area in front of it.

38. അതിന്റെ ചവണകളും കരിന്തരിപ്പാത്രങ്ങളും തങ്കംകൊണ്ടു ആയിരിക്കേണം.

38. The wick trimmers and trays must be made of pure gold.

39. അതും ഈ ഉപകരണങ്ങള് ഒക്കെയും ഒരു താലന്തു തങ്കം കൊണ്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

39. Use seventy-five pounds of pure gold to make the lampstand and everything with it.

40. പര്വ്വതത്തില്വെച്ചു കാണിച്ചുതന്ന മാതൃകപ്രകാരം അവയെ ഉണ്ടാക്കുവാന് സൂക്ഷിച്ചുകൊള്ളേണം.
