1. ബെസലേലും ഒഹൊലീയാബും വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിലെ ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കു യഹോവ കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ഒക്കെയും സകലപ്രവൃത്തിയും ചെയ്വാന് അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു യഹോവ ജ്ഞാനവും ബുദ്ധിയും നല്കിയ സകലജ്ഞാനികളും പ്രവൃത്തി ചെയ്യേണം.

1. 'B'tzal'el and Oholi'av, along with all the craftsmen whom ADONAI has endowed with the wisdom and skill necessary to carry out the work needed for the sanctuary, are to do exactly according to everything ADONAI has ordered.'

2. അങ്ങനെ മോശെ ബെസലേലിനെയും ഒഹൊലീയാബിനെയും യഹോവ മനസ്സില് ജ്ഞാനം നല്കിയിരുന്ന എല്ലാവരെയും പ്രവൃത്തിയില് ചേരുവാന് മനസ്സില് ഉത്സാഹം തോന്നിയ എല്ലാവരെയും വിളിച്ചുവരുത്തി.

2. Moshe summoned B'tzal'el, Oholi'av and every craftsman to whom ADONAI had given wisdom, everyone whose heart stirred him, to come and take part in the work.

3. വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിലെ ശുശ്രൂഷയുടെ പ്രവൃത്തി ചെയ്വാന് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള് കൊണ്ടുവന്ന വഴിപാടു ഒക്കെയും അവര് മോശെയുടെ പക്കല്നിന്നു വാങ്ങി; എന്നാല് അവര് പിന്നെയും രാവിലെതോറും സ്വമേധാദാനങ്ങളെ അവന്റെ അടുക്കല് കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

3. They received from Moshe all the offering which the people of Isra'el had brought for the work of building the sanctuary. But they still kept bringing voluntary offerings every morning,

5. യഹോവ ചെയ്വാന് കല്പിച്ച ശുശ്രൂഷയുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിക്കു വേണ്ടതിലധികമായി ജനം കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

5. to tell Moshe, 'The people are bringing far more than is needed to do the work ADONAI has ordered done.'

6. അതിന്നു മോശെപുരുഷന്മാരാകട്ടെ സ്ത്രീകളാകട്ടെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ വഴിപാടു വകെക്കു മേലാല് പ്രവൃത്തി ചെയ്യേണ്ട എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു; അവര് അതു പാളയത്തില് പ്രസിദ്ധമാക്കി. അങ്ങനെ ജനം കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതു നിര്ത്തലായി.

6. So Moshe gave an order which was proclaimed throughout the camp: 'Neither men nor women are to make any further efforts for the sanctuary offering.' In this way, the people were restrained from making additional contributions.

7. കിട്ടിയ സാമാനങ്ങളോ സകല പ്രവൃത്തിയും ചെയ്വാന് വേണ്ടുവോളവും അധികവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

7. For what they had already was not only sufficient for doing all the work, but too much!

8. പണി ചെയ്യുന്നവരില് ജ്ഞാനികളായ എല്ലാവരും പഞ്ഞിനൂല്, ധൂമ്രനൂല്, ചുവപ്പു നൂല് എന്നിവകൊണ്ടുള്ള പത്തു മൂടുശീലകൊണ്ടു തിരുനിവാസം ഉണ്ടാക്കി; നെയ്ത്തുകാരന്റെ ചിത്രപ്പണിയായ കെരൂബുകളുള്ളതായിട്ടു അതിനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

8. All the skilled men among them who did the work made the tabernacle, using ten sheets of finely woven linen and of blue, purple and scarlet yarn. He made them with [k'ruvim] worked in that had been crafted by a skilled artisan.

9. ഔരോ മൂടുശീലെക്കു ഇരുപത്തെട്ടു മുഴം നീളവും ഔരോ മൂടുശീലെക്കു നാലു മുഴം വീതിയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; എല്ലാ മൂടുശീലകള്ക്കും ഒരു അളവു തന്നേ.

9. Each sheet was forty-two feet long and six feet wide; all the sheets were the same size.

10. അഞ്ചു മൂടുശീല ഒന്നോടൊന്നു ഇണെച്ചു; മറ്റെ അഞ്ചു മൂടുശീല ഒന്നോടൊന്നു ഇണെച്ചു.

10. He joined five sheets one to another, and the other five sheets he joined one to another.

11. അങ്ങനെ ഇണെച്ചുണ്ടാക്കിയ ഒന്നാമത്തെ വിരിയുടെ അറ്റത്തുള്ള മൂടുശീലയുടെ വിളുമ്പില് നീലനൂല് കൊണ്ടു കണ്ണികള് ഉണ്ടാക്കി; രണ്ടാമത്തെ വിരിയുടെ പുറത്തെ മൂടുശീലയുടെ വിളുമ്പിലും അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

11. He made loops of blue on the edge of the outermost sheet in the first set and did the same on the edge of the outermost sheet in the second set.

12. ഒരു മൂടുശീലയില് അമ്പതു കണ്ണി ഉണ്ടാക്കി; രണ്ടാമത്തെ വിരിയുടെ പുറത്തെ മൂടുശീലയുടെ വിളുമ്പിലും അമ്പതു കണ്ണി ഉണ്ടാക്കി; കണ്ണികള് നേര്ക്കുംനേരെ ആയിരുന്നു.

12. He made fifty loops on the one sheet, and he made fifty loops on the edge of the sheet in the second set; the loops were opposite one another.

13. അവന് പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു അമ്പതു കൊളുത്തും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; കൊളുത്തുകൊണ്ടു മൂടുശീലകളെ ഒന്നോടൊന്നു ഇണെച്ചു; അങ്ങനെ തിരുനിവാസം ഒന്നായി തീര്ന്നു.

13. He made fifty fasteners of gold and coupled the sheets to each other with the fasteners, so that the tabernacle formed a single unit.

14. തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്മേല് മൂടുവരിയായി കോലാട്ടുരോമംകൊണ്ടുള്ള മൂടുശീലകള് ഉണ്ടാക്കി, പതിനൊന്നു മൂടുശീലയായി അവയെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

14. He made sheets of goat's hair to be used as a tent covering the tabernacle; he made eleven sheets.

15. ഔരോ മൂടുശീലെക്കു മുപ്പതു മുഴം നീളവും ഔരോ മൂടുശീലെക്കു നാലു മുഴം വീതിയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; മൂടുശീല പതിനൊന്നിന്നും ഒരു അളവു തന്നേ.

15. Each sheet was forty-five feet long and six feet wide; all eleven sheets were the same size.

16. അവന് അഞ്ചു മൂടുശീല ഒന്നായും ആറു മൂടുശീല ഒന്നായും ഇണെച്ചു.

16. He joined five sheets together and six sheets together.

17. ഇങ്ങനെ ഇണെച്ചുണ്ടാക്കിയ ഒന്നാമത്തെ വിരിയുടെ അറ്റത്തുള്ള മൂടുശീലയുടെ വിളുമ്പില് അമ്പതു കണ്ണിയും രണ്ടാമത്തെ വിരിയുടെ അറ്റത്തുള്ള മൂടുശീലയുടെ വിളുമ്പില് അമ്പതു കണ്ണിയും ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

17. He made fifty loops on the edge of the outermost sheet in the first set and fifty loops on the outermost sheet in the second set.

18. കൂടാരം ഒന്നായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതു ഇണെപ്പാന് താമ്രംകൊണ്ടു അമ്പതു കൊളുത്തും ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

18. He made fifty fasteners of bronze to join the tent together, so that it would be a single unit.

19. ചുവപ്പിച്ച ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്തോല്കൊണ്ടു കൂടാരത്തിന്നു ഒരു പുറമൂടിയും അതിന്റെ മീതെ തഹശൂതോല്കൊണ്ടു ഒരു പുറമൂടിയും അവന് ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

19. He made a covering for the tent of tanned ram skins and an outer covering of fine leather.

20. ഖദിരമരംകൊണ്ടു തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്നു നിവിരെ നിലക്കുന്ന പലകകളും ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

20. He made the upright planks of acacia-wood for the tabernacle.

21. ഔരോ പലകെക്കു പത്തുമുഴം നീളവും ഔരോ പലകെക്കു ഒന്നര മുഴം വീതിയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

21. Each plank was fifteen feet long and two-and-a-quarter feet wide.

22. ഔരോ പലകെക്കു തമ്മില് ചേര്ന്നിരിക്കുന്ന ഈരണ്ടു കുടുമ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ഇങ്ങനെ തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാപലകെക്കും ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

22. There were two projections on each plank, and the planks were joined one to another. This is how he made all the planks for the tabernacle.

23. അവന് തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്നു പലക ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതു തെക്കുവശത്തേക്കു ഇരുപതു പലക

23. He made the planks for the tabernacle as follows: twenty planks for the south side, facing southward.

24. ഒരു പലകയുടെ അടിയില് രണ്ടു കുടുമെക്കു രണ്ടു ചുവടും മറ്റൊരു പലകയുടെ അടിയില് രണ്ടു കുടുമെക്കു രണ്ടു ചുവടും ഇങ്ങനെ ഇരുപതു പലകയുടെ അടിയില് വെള്ളികൊണ്ടു നാല്പതു ചുവടു അവന് ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

24. He made forty silver sockets under the twenty planks, two sockets under one plank for its two projections and two sockets under another plank for its two projections.

25. തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്റെ മറുപുറത്തു വടക്കുവശത്തേക്കും ഇരുപതു പലക ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

25. For the second side of the tabernacle, to the north, he made twenty planks

26. ഒരു പലകയുടെ അടിയില് രണ്ടു ചുവടും മറ്റൊരു പലകയുടെ അടിയില് രണ്ടു ചുവടും ഇങ്ങനെ അവേക്കു നാല്പതു വെള്ളിച്ചുവടു ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

26. and their forty silver sockets, two sockets under one plank and two under another.

27. തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്റെ പടിഞ്ഞാറെ വശത്തേക്കു ആറു പലക ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

27. For the rear part of the tabernacle, toward the west, he made six planks.

28. തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്റെ ഇരുവശത്തുമുള്ള കോണുകള്ക്കു ഈരണ്ടു പലക ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

28. For the corners of the tabernacle in the rear he made two planks,

29. അവ താഴെ ഇരട്ടയായും മേലറ്റത്തു ഒന്നാമത്തെ വളയം വരെ തമ്മില് ചേര്ന്നു ഒറ്റയായും ഇരുന്നു. രണ്ടു മൂലയിലുള്ള രണ്ടിന്നും അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ചെയ്തു.

29. double from the bottom all the way to the top but joined at a single ring. He did the same with both of them at the two corners.

30. ഇങ്ങനെ എട്ടു പലകയും ഔരോ പലകയുടെ അടിയില് ഈരണ്ടു ചുവടായി പതിനാറു വെള്ളിച്ചുവടും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

30. Thus there were eight planks with their silver sockets, sixteen sockets, two sockets under each plank.

31. അവന് ഖദിരമരംകൊണ്ടു അന്താഴങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്റെ ഒരു വശത്തെ പലകെക്കു അഞ്ചു അന്താഴം;

31. He made crossbars of acacia-wood, five for the planks of the one side of the tabernacle,

32. തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്റെ മറുവശത്തെ പലകെക്കു അഞ്ചു അന്താഴം; തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്റെ പടിഞ്ഞാറെ ഭാഗത്തു പിന് വശത്തെ പലകെക്കു അഞ്ചു അന്താഴം.

32. five crossbars for the planks of the other side of the tabernacle, and five crossbars for the planks at the side of the tabernacle at the rear toward the west.

33. നടുവിലത്തെ അന്താഴം പലകയുടെ ഒത്ത നടുവില് ഒരു അറ്റത്തുനിന്നു മറ്റെ അറ്റത്തോളം ചെല്ലുവാന് തക്കവണ്ണം ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

33. He made the middle crossbar so that it extended from one end of the planks to the other, halfway up.

34. പലകകള് പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു പൊതിഞ്ഞു; അന്താഴം ചെലുത്തുവാനുള്ള അവയുടെ വളയങ്ങള് പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കി, അന്താഴം പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു പൊതിഞ്ഞു.

34. He overlaid the planks with gold, made gold rings for them through which the crossbars could pass and overlaid the crossbars with gold.

36. He made for it four posts of acacia-wood and overlaid them with gold, and gold hooks; and cast for them four silver sockets.

37. കൂടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിലിന്നു നീലനൂല്, ധൂമ്രനൂല്, ചുവപ്പുനൂല്, പഞ്ഞിനൂല് എന്നിവകൊണ്ടു ചിത്രത്തയ്യല്ക്കാരന്റെ പണിയായ ഒരു മറശ്ശീലയും

37. For the entrance to the tent he made a screen of blue, purple and scarlet yarn and finely woven linen, in colors, the work of a weaver;

38. അതിന്നു അഞ്ചു തൂണും അവേക്കു കൊളുത്തും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; അവയുടെ കുമിഴുകളും മേല് ചുറ്റുപടികളും പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു പൊതിഞ്ഞു; എന്നാല് അവയുടെ ചുവടു അഞ്ചും താമ്രം കൊണ്ടു ആയിരുന്നു.
