1. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

1. And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:

2. നീ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതുഎന്റെ ഉത്സവങ്ങള്, വിശുദ്ധസഭായോഗം വിളിച്ചുകൂട്ടേണ്ടുന്ന യഹോവയുടെ ഉത്സവങ്ങള് ആവിതു

2. Speak unto the sons of Israel and thou shalt say unto them, As for the appointed seasons of Yahweh, which ye shall proclaim as holy con-vocations, these, are they my appointed seasons:

3. ആറു ദിവസം വേല ചെയ്യേണം; ഏഴാം ദിവസം വിശുദ്ധസഭായോഗം കൂടേണ്ടുന്ന സ്വസ്ഥതെക്കുള്ള ശബ്ബത്ത്. അന്നു ഒരു വേലയും ചെയ്യരുതു; നിങ്ങളുടെ സകലവാസസ്ഥലങ്ങളിലും അതു യഹോവയുടെ ശബ്ബത്ത് ആകുന്നു.

3. Six days, shall work be done, but, on the seventh day, shall there be a sabbath of sacred rest a holy convocation, no work, shall ye do, a sabbath, shall it be unto Yahweh, in all your dwellings.

4. അതതു കാലത്തു വിശുദ്ധസഭായോഗം വിളിച്ചുകൂട്ടേണ്ടുന്ന യഹോവയുടെ ഉത്സവങ്ങള് ആവിതു

4. These, are the appointed seasons of Yahweh, holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their appointed season:

5. ഒന്നാംമാസം പതിന്നാലം തിയ്യതി സന്ധ്യാസമയത്തു യഹോവയുടെ പെസഹ.

5. In the first month, on the fourteenth of the month, between the evenings, is a Passover unto Yahweh;

6. ആ മാസം പതിനഞ്ചാം തിയ്യതി യഹോവേക്കു പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പത്തിന്റെ പെരുനാള്; ഏഴു ദിവസം പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പം തിന്നേണം.

6. and on the fifteenth day of this month, is the festival of unleavened cakes unto Yahweh, seven days unleavened cakes, shall ye eat.

7. ഒന്നാം ദിവസം നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വിശുദ്ധ സഭായോഗം ഉണ്ടാകേണം; സാമാന്യവേല യാതൊന്നും ചെയ്യരുതു.

7. On the first day a holy convocation, shall there be to you: no laborious work, shall ye do.

8. നിങ്ങള് ഏഴു ദിവസം യഹോവേക്കു ദഹനയാഗം അര്പ്പിക്കേണം; ഏഴാം ദിവസം വിശുദ്ധസഭായോഗം; അന്നു സാമാന്യവേല യാതൊന്നും ചെയ്യരുതു.

8. So then ye shall bring near an altar-flame unto Yahweh, seven days, on the seventh day, shall there be a holy convocation, no laborious work, shall ye do.

9. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

9. And Yahweh spake unto Moses saying:

10. നീ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാല്ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു തരുന്ന ദേശത്തു നിങ്ങള് എത്തിയശേഷം അതിലെ വിളവെടുക്കുമ്പോള് നിങ്ങളുടെ കൊയ്ത്തിലെ ആദ്യത്തെ കറ്റ പുരോഹിതന്റെ അടുക്കല് കൊണ്ടുവരേണം.

10. Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say unto them: When ye enter into the land which, I, am giving you, and ye reap the harvest thereof, then shall ye bring in a sheaf of the first-ripe corn of your harvest, unto the priest;

11. നിങ്ങള്ക്കു പ്രസാദം ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവന് ആ കറ്റ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് നീരാജനം ചെയ്യേണം. ശബ്ബത്തിന്റെ പിറ്റെന്നാള് പുരോഹിതന് അതു നീരാജനം ചെയ്യേണം.

11. and he shall wave the sheaf before Yahweh, that ye may be accepted, on the morrow of the sabbath, shall the priest wave it.

12. കറ്റ നീരാജനം ചെയ്യുന്ന ദിവസം നിങ്ങള് യഹോവേക്കു ഹോമയാഗമായി ഒരു വയസ്സു പ്രായമുള്ള ഊനമില്ലാത്ത ഒരു ആണാട്ടിന് കുട്ടിയെ അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.

12. And ye shall offer on the day when ye wave the sheaf, a he-lamb without defect, the finest of its year for an ascending-sacrifice unto Yahweh;

13. അതിന്റെ ഭോജനയാഗം എണ്ണ ചേര്ത്ത രണ്ടിടങ്ങഴി നേരിയ മാവു ആയിരിക്കേണം; അതു യഹോവേക്കു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായുള്ള ദഹനയാഗം; അതിന്റെ പാനീയയാഗം ഒരു നാഴി വീഞ്ഞു ആയിരിക്കേണം.

13. and the, meal-offering thereof shall be two-tenth parts of fine meal overflowed with oil, as an altar-flame unto Yahweh a satisfying odour, and, the drink-offering thereof, shall be mine, the fourth of a hin.

14. നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്നു വഴിപാടു കൊണ്ടുവരുന്ന ദിവസംവരെ നിങ്ങള് അപ്പമാകട്ടെ മലരാകട്ടെ കതിരാകട്ടെ തിന്നരുതു; നിങ്ങളുടെ സകലവാസസ്ഥലങ്ങളിലും ഇതു തലമുറതലമുറയായി നിങ്ങള്ക്കു എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ചട്ടം ആയിരിക്കേണം.

14. And neither bread, nor roasted corn, nor garden-land grain, shall ye eat, until this selfsame day, until ye have brought in the oblation of your God, an age-abiding statute unto your generations, in all your dwellings.

15. ശബ്ബത്തിന്റെ പിറ്റെന്നാള് മുതല് നിങ്ങള് നീരാജനത്തിന്റെ കറ്റ കൊണ്ടുവന്ന ദിവസംമുതല് തന്നേ, എണ്ണി ഏഴു ശബ്ബത്ത് തികയേണം.

15. Then shall ye keep count to yourselves from the morrow of the sabbath, from the day ye brought in the wave sheaf, seven sabbaths complete, shall there be:

16. ഏഴാമത്തെ ശബ്ബത്തിന്റെ പിറ്റെന്നാള്വരെ അമ്പതു ദിവസം എണ്ണി യഹോവേക്കു പുതിയ ധാന്യംകൊണ്ടു ഒരു ഭോജനയാഗം അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.

16. until on the morrow of the seventh sabbath, ye count fifty days, then shall ye bring near a new meal-offering unto Yahweh.

17. നീരാജനത്തിന്നു രണ്ടിങ്ങഴി മാവുകൊണ്ടു രണ്ടപ്പം നിങ്ങളുടെ വാസസ്ഥലങ്ങളില് നിന്നു കൊണ്ടുവരേണം; അതു നേരിയ മാവുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതും പുളിപ്പിച്ചു ചുട്ടതും ആയിരിക്കേണം; അതു യഹോവേക്കു ആദ്യവിളവു.

17. Out of your dwellings, shall ye bring in two wave loaves of two-tenths of an ephah, of fine meal, shall they be, with leaven, shall they be baked, first-fruits unto Yahweh.

18. അപ്പത്തോടു കൂടെ ഒരു വയസ്സു പ്രായമുള്ള ഊനമില്ലാത്ത ഏഴു ചെമ്മരിയാട്ടിന് കുട്ടിയെയും ഒരു കാളകൂട്ടിയെയും രണ്ടു മുട്ടാടിനെയും അര്പ്പിക്കേണം; അവയും അവയുടെ ഭോജനയാഗവും പാനീയയാഗവും യഹോവേക്കു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായ ദഹനയാഗമായി യഹോവേക്കു ഹോമയാഗമായിരിക്കേണം.

18. Then shall ye bring near with the bread seven he-lambs without defect of the first year, and one young bullock, and two rams, they shall be an ascending-sacrifice unto Yahweh, with their meal-offering, and their drink-offerings, an altar-flame of satisfying odour unto Yahweh.

19. ഒരു കോലാട്ടു കൊറ്റനെ പാപയാഗമായും ഒരു വയസ്സുപ്രായമുള്ള രണ്ടു ആട്ടിന് കുട്ടിയെ സാമാധാനയാഗമായും അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.

19. Then shall ye offer one he-goat, as a sin-bearer, and two he-lambs, of the first year, as a peace-offering.

20. പുരോഹിതന് അവയെ ആദ്യവിളവിന്റെ അപ്പത്തോടും രണ്ടു ആട്ടിന് കുട്ടിയോടുംകൂടെ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് നീരാജനം ചെയ്യേണം; അവ പുരോഹിതന്നുവേണ്ടി യഹോവേക്കു വിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം.

20. And the priest shall wave them, with the firstfruits bread, as a wave-offering before Yahweh, with the two he-lambs, holy, shall they be unto Yahweh, for the priest.

21. അന്നു തന്നേ നിങ്ങള് വിശുദ്ധസഭായോഗം വിളിച്ചുകൂട്ടേണം; അന്നു സാമാന്യവേല യാതൊന്നും ചെയ്യരുതു; ഇതു നിങ്ങളുടെ സകലവാസസ്ഥലങ്ങളിലും തലമുറതലമുറയായി നിങ്ങള്ക്കു എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ചട്ടം ആയിരിക്കേണം.

21. And ye shall make proclamation on this self-same day a holy convocation, shall it be unto you; no laborious work, shall ye do, an age-abiding statute in all your dwellings, unto your generations.

22. നിങ്ങളുടെ നിലത്തിലെ വിളവു എടുക്കുമ്പോള് വയലിന്റെ അരികു തീര്ത്തുകൊയ്യരുതു; കാലാ പെറുക്കുകയുമരുതു; അതു ദരിദ്രന്നും പരദേശിക്കും വിട്ടേക്കേണം; ഞാന് നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.

22. And, when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly clear the border of thy field when thou reapest, and, the gleanings of thy field, shalt thou not glean, for the poor and for the sojourner, shalt thou leave them. I Yahweh, am your God.

23. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

23. And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:

24. നീ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാല്ഏഴാം മാസം ഒന്നാം തിയ്യതി നിങ്ങള്ക്കു കാഹളധ്വനിയുടെ ജ്ഞാപകവും വിശുദ്ധസഭായോഗമുള്ള സ്വസ്ഥദിവസവുമായിരിക്കേണം.

24. Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying: In the seventh month on the first of the month, shall there be unto you a sacred rest, a trumpet-blowing commemoration a holy convocation:

25. അന്നു സാമാന്യവേല യാതൊന്നും ചെയ്യാതെ യഹോവേക്കു ദഹനയാഗം അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.

25. no laborious work, shall ye do, but ye shall bring near an altar-flame unto Yahweh.

26. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

26. And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying,

27. ഏഴാം മാസം പത്താം തിയ്യതി പാപപരിഹാരദിവസം ആകുന്നു. അന്നു നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വിശുദ്ധസഭായോഗം ഉണ്ടാകേണം; നിങ്ങള് ആത്മതപനം ചെയ്കയും യഹോവേക്കു ദഹനയാഗം അര്പ്പിക്കയും വേണം.

27. Surely on the tenth of this seventh month, is, the Day of Propitiation, a holy convocation, shall it be to you, therefore shall ye humble your souls, and bring near an altar-flame unto Yahweh.

28. അന്നു നിങ്ങള് യാതൊരു വേലയും ചെയ്യരുതു; അതു നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നുള്ള പാപപരിഹാരദിവസം.

28. And, no work, shall ye do, on this selfsame day, for a day of propitiation, it is, to put a propitiatory-covering over you before Yahweh your God.

29. അന്നു ആത്മതപനം ചെയ്യാത്ത ഏവനെയും അവന്റെ ജനത്തില്നിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയേണം.

29. For, whosoever be the person that shall not be humbled on this selfsame day, then shall he be cut off from among his kinsfolk.

30. അന്നു ആരെങ്കിലും വല്ല വേലയും ചെയ്താല് അവനെ ഞാന് അവന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ ഇടയില് നിന്നു നശിപ്പിക്കും.

30. And, whosoever be the person that shall do any work on this selfsame day, then will I destroy that person from the midst of his people.

31. യാതൊരു വേലയും ചെയ്യരുതു; ഇതു നിങ്ങള്ക്കു തലമുറതലമുറയായി നിങ്ങളുടെ സകലവാസസ്ഥലങ്ങളിലും എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ചട്ടം ആയിരിക്കേണം.

31. No work, shall ye do, an age-abiding statute to your generations, in all your dwellings.

32. അതു നിങ്ങള്ക്കു സ്വസ്ഥതെക്കുള്ള ശബ്ബത്ത്; അന്നു നിങ്ങള് ആത്മതപനം ചെയ്യേണം. ആ മാസം ഒമ്പതാം തിയ്യതി വൈകുന്നേരം മുതല് പിറ്റെന്നാള് വൈകുന്നേരംവരെ നിങ്ങള് ശബ്ബത്ത് ആചരിക്കേണം.

32. A sabbath of sacred rest, shall it be unto you, so shall ye humble your souls, on the ninth of the month in the evening, from evening to evening, shall ye keep your sabbath.

33. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

33. And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:

34. നീ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാല്ഏഴാം മാസം പതിനഞ്ചാം തിയ്യതി മുതല് ഏഴു ദിവസം യഹോവേക്കു കൂടാരപ്പെരുനാള് ആകുന്നു.
യോഹന്നാൻ 7:2

34. Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying: On the fifteenth day of this seventh month, shall be the festival of booths, for seven days, unto Yahweh.

35. ഒന്നാം ദിവസത്തില് വിശുദ്ധസഭായോഗം ഉണ്ടാകേണം; അന്നു സാമാന്യവേല യാതൊന്നും ചെയ്യരുതു.

35. On the first day, shall be a holy convocation, no laborious work, shall ye do.

36. ഏഴു ദിവസം യഹോവേക്കു ദഹനയാഗം അര്പ്പിക്കേണം; എട്ടാംദിവസം നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വിശുദ്ധസഭായോഗം ഉണ്ടാകേണം; യഹോവേക്കു ദഹനയാഗവും അര്പ്പിക്കേണം; അന്നു അന്ത്യസഭായോഗം; സാമാന്യവേല യാതൊന്നും ചെയ്യരുതു.

36. Seven days, shall ye bring near an altar-flame unto Yahweh: on the eighth day a holy convocation, shall there be unto you so shall ye bring near an altar-flame unto Yahweh the closing of the feast, it is, no laborious work, shall ye do.

37. യഹോവയുടെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളും നിങ്ങളുടെ വഴിപാടുകളും നിങ്ങളുടെ എല്ലാ നേര്ച്ചകളും നിങ്ങള് യഹോവേക്കു കൊടുക്കുന്ന സകല സ്വമേധാദാനങ്ങളും കൂടാതെ

37. These, are the appointed seasons of Yahweh, which ye shall proclaim, as holy convocations, for bringing near as an altar-flame unto Yahweh, an ascending-sacrifice, and a meal-offering, a sacrifice and a drink-offering, each day's appointment on its own day:

38. അതതു ദിവസത്തില് യഹോവേക്കു ദഹനയാഗവും ഹോമയാഗവും ഭോജനയാഗവും പാനീയയാഗവും അര്പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു വിശുദ്ധസഭായോഗങ്ങള് വിളിച്ചുകൂട്ടേണ്ടുന്ന യഹോവയുടെ ഉത്സവങ്ങള് ഇവ തന്നേ.

38. besides the sabbaths of Yahweh, and besides your presents, and besides all your vows, and besides all your freewill offerings which ye shall give unto Yahweh.

39. ഭൂമിയുടെ ഫലം ശേഖരിച്ചശേഷം ഏഴാം മാസം പതിനഞ്ചാം തിയ്യതി യഹോവേക്കു ഏഴുദിവസം ഉത്സവം ആചരിക്കേണം; ആദ്യദിവസം വിശുദ്ധസ്വസ്ഥത; എട്ടാം ദിവസം വിശുദ്ധസ്വസ്ഥത.

39. Surely, on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the yield of the land, shall ye celebrate the festival of Yahweh seven days, on the first day, a sacred rest, and, on the eighth day, a sacred rest.

40. ആദ്യദിവസം ഭംഗിയുള്ള വൃക്ഷങ്ങളുടെ ഫലവും ഈത്തപ്പനയുടെ കുരുത്തോലയും തഴെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന വൃക്ഷങ്ങളുടെ കൊമ്പും ആറ്റലരിയും എടുത്തു കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് ഏഴു ദിവസം സന്തോഷിക്കേണം.

40. So then ye shall take you, on the first day, boughs of goodly trees, branches, of palm-trees, and boughs of thick trees, and poplars of the ravine, and shall rejoice before Yahweh your God, seven days.

41. സംവത്സരംതോറും ഏഴു ദിവസം യഹോവേക്കു ഈ ഉത്സവം ആചരിക്കേണം; ഇതു തലമുറതലമുറയായി നിങ്ങള്ക്കു എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ചട്ടം; ഏഴാം മാസത്തില് അതു ആചരിക്കേണം.

41. So shall ye celebrate it as a festival unto Yahweh, seven days in the year, a statute age-abiding, to your generations. In the seventh month, shall ye celebrate it;

42. ഞാന് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു കൊണ്ടുവന്നപ്പോള്

42. In booths, shall ye dwell seven days; All the home-born in Israel, shall dwell in booths:

43. അവരെ കൂടാരങ്ങളില് പാര്പ്പിച്ചു എന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ സന്തതികള് അറിവാന് നിങ്ങള് ഏഴു ദിവസം കൂടാരങ്ങളില് പാര്ക്കേണം; യിസ്രായേലിലെ സ്വദേശികള് ഒക്കെയും കൂടാരങ്ങളില് പാര്ക്കേണം; ഞാന് നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു.

43. To the end that your generations may know, that, in booths, made I the sons of Israel to dwell, when I brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, I Yahweh, am your God.

44. അങ്ങനെ മോശെ യഹോവയുടെ ഉത്സവങ്ങളെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു അറിയിച്ചു.

44. So then Moses declared, the appointed seasons of Yahweh, unto the sons of Israel.
