1. യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന് ; യഹോവയുടെ ദാസന്മാരെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന് ; യഹോവയുടെ നാമത്തെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന് .

1. Halelu-JAH. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.

2. യഹോവയുടെ നാമം വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെടുമാറാകട്ടെ; ഇന്നുമുതല് എന്നെന്നേക്കും തന്നേ.

2. Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore.

3. സൂര്യന്റെ ഉദയംമുതല് അസ്തമാനംവരെ യഹോവയുടെ നാമം സ്തുതിക്കപ്പെടുമാറാകട്ടെ.

3. From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same, the LORD'S name [is] to be praised.

4. യഹോവ സകലജാതികള്ക്കും മീതെയും അവന്റെ മഹത്വം ആകാശത്തിന്നു മീതെയും ഉയര്ന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

4. The LORD [is] high above all Gentiles [and] his glory above the heavens.

5. ഉന്നതത്തില് അധിവസിക്കുന്നവനായി നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേക്കു സദൃശന് ആരുള്ളു?

5. Who [is] like unto the LORD our God, who dwells on high,

6. ആകാശത്തിലും ഭൂമിയിലും ഉള്ളവ അവന് കുനിഞ്ഞുനോക്കുന്നു.

6. who humbles [himself] to behold [the things that are] in heaven and in the earth!

7. അവന് എളിയവനെ പൊടിയില്നിന്നു എഴുന്നേല്പിക്കയും ദരിദ്രനെ കുപ്പയില്നിന്നു ഉയര്ത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു;
