1. ആരോഹണഗീതം

1. A Song of Ascents. Those who trust in the LORD Are as Mount Zion, which cannot be moved but abides forever.

2. യഹോവയില് ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നവര് കുലുങ്ങാതെ എന്നേക്കും നിലക്കുന്ന സീയോന് പര്വ്വതം പോലെയാകുന്നു.

2. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, So the LORD surrounds His people From this time forth and forever.

3. പര്വ്വതങ്ങള് യെരൂശലേമിനെ ചുറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു. യഹോവ ഇന്നുമുതല് എന്നേക്കും തന്റെ ജനത്തെ ചുറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

3. For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest upon the land of the righteous, So that the righteous will not put forth their hands to do wrong.

4. നീതിമാന്മാര് നീതികേടിലേക്കു കൈ നീട്ടാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ ചെങ്കോല് നീതിമാന്മാരുടെ അവകാശത്തിന്മേല് ഇരിക്കയില്ല.

4. Do good, O LORD, to those who are good And to those who are upright in their hearts.

5. യഹോവേ, ഗുണവാന്മാര്ക്കും ഹൃദയപരമാര്ത്ഥികള്ക്കും നന്മ ചെയ്യേണമേ.

5. But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways, The LORD will lead them away with the doers of iniquity. Peace be upon Israel.
