1. യഹോവേ, ഞാന് നിന്നെ പുകഴ്ത്തുന്നു; നീ എന്നെ ഉദ്ധരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കള് എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു സന്തോഷിപ്പാന് നീ ഇടയാക്കിയതുമില്ല.

1. [A psalme whiche is a song of the dedication of the house of Dauid.] I wyll exalt thee O God, for thou hast exalted me: and hast not made my foes to triumph ouer me.

2. എന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേ, ഞാന് നിന്നോടു നിലവിളിച്ചു; നീ എന്നെ സൌഖ്യമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.

2. O God my Lord I cryed vnto thee: and thou hast healed me.

3. യഹോവേ, നീ എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ പാതാളത്തില്നിന്നു കരേറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് കുഴിയില് ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോകാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ എനിക്കു ജീവരക്ഷ വരുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

3. Thou God hast raysed vp my soule from the graue: thou hast preserued my life from them that go downe into ye pit.

4. യഹോവയുടെ വിശുദ്ധന്മാരേ, അവന്നു സ്തുതിപാടുവിന് ; അവന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തിന്നു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്വിന് .

4. Sing psalmes vnto god ye his saintes: and make your confession vnto the remembraunce of his holynes.

5. അവന്റെ കോപം ക്ഷണനേരത്തേക്കേയുള്ളു; അവന്റെ പ്രസാദമോ ജീവപര്യന്തമുള്ളതു; സന്ധ്യയിങ്കല് കരച്ചല് വന്നു രാപാര്ക്കും; ഉഷസ്സിലോ ആനന്ദഘോഷം വരുന്നു.

5. For a litle short time [passeth] in his anger, a life is [spente] in his good wyll: at euening weeping shall begin the night, but ioy commeth in the morning.

6. ഞാന് ഒരുനാളും കുലുങ്ങിപ്പോകയില്ല എന്നു എന്റെ സുഖകാലത്തു ഞാന് പറഞ്ഞു.

6. And in my prosperitie I saide, I shall neuer haue a fal:

7. യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ പ്രസാദത്താല് നീ എന്റെ പര്വ്വതത്തെ ഉറെച്ചു നിലക്കുമാറാക്കി; നീ നിന്റെ മുഖത്തെ മറെച്ചു, ഞാന് ഭ്രമിച്ചുപോയി.

7. (30:6) thou God of thy goodnes hadst made my hyll so strong.

8. യഹോവേ, ഞാന് നിന്നോടു നിലവിളിച്ചു; യഹോവയോടു ഞാന് യാചിച്ചു.

8. (30:7) [Neuerthelesse, when] thou dydst turne thy face, I was troubled: [then] I cryed vnto thee O God, then made I my humble prayers to thee my Lorde.

9. ഞാന് കുഴിയില് ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോയാല് എന്റെ രക്തംകൊണ്ടു എന്തു ലാഭമുള്ളു? ധൂളി നിന്നെ സ്തുതിക്കുമോ? അതു നിന്റെ സത്യത്തെ പ്രസ്താവിക്കുമോ?

9. (30:8) [Saying] what profite is there in my blood when I go downe to the pit? shal the dust geue thankes vnto thee? or shall it declare thy trueth?

10. യഹോവേ, കേള്ക്കേണമേ; എന്നോടു കരുണയുണ്ടാകേണമേ; യഹോവേ, എന്റെ രക്ഷകനായിരിക്കേണമേ.

10. (30:9) Heare me O God, and haue mercy vppon me: O God be thou my helper.

11. നീ എന്റെ വിലാപത്തെ എനിക്കു നൃത്തമാക്കിത്തീര്ത്തു; എന്റെ രട്ടു നീ അഴിച്ചു എന്നെ സന്തോഷം ഉടുപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

11. (30:10) [And foorthwith] thou hast turned my mourning into dauncing: thou hast put of my sackcloth, and gyrded me with gladnes.

12. ഞാന് മൌനമായിരിക്കാതെ നിനക്കു സ്തുതി പാടേണ്ടതിന്നു തന്നേ. എന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേ, ഞാന് എന്നേക്കും നിനക്കു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്യും.

12. (30:11) Therfore my glory shal sing psalmes vnto thee and not ceasse: O God my Lorde I wyll prayse thee for euer.
