1. ദൈവം എഴുന്നേലക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ ശത്രുക്കള് ചിതറിപ്പോകുന്നു; അവനെ പകെക്കുന്നവരും അവന്റെ മുമ്പില് നിന്നു ഔടിപ്പോകുന്നു.

1. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered; let those that hate him flee before him.

2. പുക പതറിപ്പോകുന്നതുപോലെ നീ അവരെ പതറിക്കുന്നു; തീയിങ്കല് മെഴുകു ഉരുകുന്നതുപോലെ ദുഷ്ടന്മാര് ദൈവസന്നിധിയില് നശിക്കുന്നു.

2. As smoke is driven away; [so] drive [them] away: as wax melts before the fire, [so] shall the wicked perish at the presence of God.

3. എങ്കിലും നീതിമാന്മാര് സന്തോഷിച്ചു ദൈവ സന്നിധിയില് ഉല്ലസിക്കും; അതേ, അവര് സന്തോഷത്തോടെ ആനന്ദിക്കും.

3. But the righteous shall be glad; they shall rejoice before God; they shall dance with joy.

4. Sing unto God, sing psalms unto his name; extol him that rides upon the heavens by his name JAH and rejoice before him.

5. ദൈവം തന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനിവാസത്തില് അനാഥന്മാര്ക്കും പിതാവും വിധവമാര്ക്കും ന്യായപാലകനും ആകുന്നു.

5. A father of the fatherless and a defender of the widows [is] God in his holy habitation.

6. ദൈവം ഏകാകികളെ കുടുംബത്തില് വസിക്കുമാറാക്കുന്നു; അവന് ബദ്ധന്മാരെ വിടുവിച്ചു സൌഭാഗ്യത്തിലാക്കുന്നു; എന്നാല് മത്സരികള് വരണ്ട ദേശത്തു പാര്ക്കും.

6. God sets the solitary in families; he brings out those who are bound with chains, but the rebellious dwell in a dry [land].

7. O God, when thou didst go forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah:

8. The earth shook, the heavens also dropped [their rain] at the presence of God; [even] Sinai itself [was moved] at the presence of God, the God of Israel.

9. ദൈവമേ, നീ ധാരാളം മഴ പെയ്യിച്ചു ക്ഷീണിച്ചിരുന്ന നിന്റെ അവകാശത്തെ തണുപ്പിച്ചു.

9. Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, by which thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary.

10. നിന്റെ കൂട്ടം അതില് പാര്ത്തു; ദൈവമേ, നിന്റെ ദയയാല് നീ അതു എളിയവര്ക്കുംവേണ്ടി ഒരുക്കിവെച്ചു.

10. Thy presence was in thy congregation; thou, O God, by thy goodness thou hast provided for the poor.

11. കര്ത്താവു ആജ്ഞ കൊടുക്കുന്നു; സുവാര്ത്താദൂതികള് വലിയോരു ഗണമാകുന്നു.

11. The Lord shall give [a] word; great [shall be] the host of the evangelists [thereof].

12. സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ രാജാക്കന്മാര് ഔടുന്നു, ഔടുന്നു; വീട്ടില് പാര്ക്കുംന്നവള് കവര്ച്ച പങ്കിടുന്നു.

12. Kings of armies fled apace, and she that dwells in the house divided the spoil.

13. നിങ്ങള് തൊഴുത്തുകളുടെ ഇടയില് കിടക്കുമ്പോള് പ്രാവിന്റെ ചിറകു വെള്ളികൊണ്ടും അതിന്റെ തൂവലുകള് പൈമ്പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടും പൊതിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ആകുന്നു.

13. Though ye be cast among the pots, [yet shall ye be as] the wings of a dove covered with silver and her feathers with yellow gold.

14. സര്വ്വശക്തന് അവിടെ രാജാക്കന്മാരെ ചിതറിച്ചപ്പോള് സല്മോനില് ഹിമം പെയ്യുകയായിരുന്നു.

14. When the Almighty scattered the kings [that were] in her, she became [white] as the snow in Salmon.

15. ബാശാന് പര്വ്വതം ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പര്വ്വതം ആകുന്നു. ബാശാന് പര്വ്വതം കൊടുമുടികളേറിയ പര്വ്വതമാകുന്നു.

15. The mountain of Bashan [is] the mountain of God; the mountain of Bashan is a high [mountain].

16. കൊടുമുടികളേറിയ പര്വ്വതങ്ങളേ, ദൈവം വസിപ്പാന് ഇച്ഛിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പര്വ്വതത്തെ നിങ്ങള് സ്പര്ദ്ധിച്ചുനോക്കുന്നതു എന്തു? യഹോവ അതില് എന്നേക്കും വസിക്കും.

16. Why leap ye, ye high mountains? [This is] the mountain [which] God desires to dwell in; yea, the LORD will dwell [in it] for ever.

17. ദൈവത്തിന്റെ രഥങ്ങള് ആയിരമായിരവും കോടികോടിയുമാകുന്നു; കര്ത്താവു അവരുടെ ഇടയില്, സീനായില്, വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തില് തന്നേ.

17. The chariots of God [are] two thousand thousands of angels; the Lord [is] among them [as in] Sinai, in the sanctuary.

18. നീ ഉയരത്തിലേക്കു കയറി, ബദ്ധന്മാരെ പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുപോയി; യാഹ് എന്ന ദൈവം അവിടെ വസിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ മനുഷ്യരോടു, മത്സരികളോടു തന്നേ, കാഴ്ച വാങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

18. Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive; thou hast received gifts for men, [yea], [for] the rebellious also that the LORD God might dwell [among them].

19. Blessed [be] the Lord, [who] daily ladens us [with benefits], [even] the God of our saving health. Selah.

20. [He that is] our God [is] the God of salvation, and unto GOD the Lord [belongs] the way of escape from death.

21. അതേ, ദൈവം തന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ തലയും തന്റെ അകൃത്യത്തില് നടക്കുന്നവന്റെ രോമമുള്ള നെറുകയും തകര്ത്തുകളയും.

21. Surely God shall smite the head of his enemies, [and] the hairy scalp of such a one as goes on still in his trespasses.

22. നീ നിന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ രക്തത്തില് കാല് മുക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും അവരുടെ മാംസത്തില് നിന്റെ നായ്ക്കളുടെ നാവിന്നു ഔഹരി കിട്ടേണ്ടതിന്നും

22. The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring [my people] again from the depths of the sea:

23. ഞാന് അവരെ ബാശാനില്നിന്നു മടക്കിവരുത്തും; സമുദ്രത്തിന്റെ ആഴങ്ങളില്നിന്നു അവരെ മടക്കിവരുത്തും.

23. Thy foot shall be dipped in the blood of [thine] enemies [and] the tongue of thy dogs in the same.

24. ദൈവമേ, അവര് നിന്റെ എഴുന്നെള്ളത്തുകണ്ടു; എന്റെ ദൈവവും രാജാവുമായവന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തേക്കുള്ള എഴുന്നെള്ളത്തു തന്നേ.

24. They have seen thy ways, O God, [even] the ways of my God, my King, in the sanctuary.

25. സംഗീതക്കാര് മുമ്പില് നടന്നു; വീണക്കാര് പിമ്പില് നടന്നു; തപ്പുകൊട്ടുന്ന കന്യകമാര് ഇരുപുറവും നടന്നു.

25. The singers went before, the players on instruments [followed] after; in between [them were] the virgins playing with timbrels.

26. യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ഉറവില്നിന്നുള്ളോരേ, സഭായോഗങ്ങളില് നിങ്ങള് കര്ത്താവായ ദൈവത്തെ വാഴ്ത്തുവിന് .

26. Bless ye God in the congregations, [even] the Lord, ye of the lineage of Israel.

27. അവിടെ അവരുടെ നായകനായ ചെറിയ ബെന്യാമീനും യെഹൂദാപ്രഭുക്കന്മാരും അവരുടെ സംഘവും സെബൂലൂന് പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരും നഫ്താലിപ്രഭുക്കന്മാരും ഉണ്ടു.

27. There [was] little Benjamin [as] their ruler, the princes of Judah [in] their congregation, the princes of Zebulun [and] the princes of Naphtali.

28. നിന്റെ ദൈവം നിനക്കു ബലം കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; ദൈവമേ, നീ ഞങ്ങള്ക്കു വേണ്ടി പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചതു സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തേണമേ.

28. Thy God has commanded thy strength; confirm, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.

29. യെരൂശലേമിലുള്ള നിന്റെ മന്ദിരംനിമിത്തം രാജാക്കന്മാര് നിനക്കു കാഴ്ച കൊണ്ടുവരും.

29. From thy temple in Jerusalem shall kings bring presents unto thee.

30. ഞാങ്ങണയുടെ ഇടയിലെ ദുഷ്ടജന്തുവിനെയും ജാതികള് വെള്ളിവാളങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ വന്നു കീഴടങ്ങുംവരെ അവരുടെ കാളക്കൂട്ടത്തെയും പശുക്കിടാക്കളെയും ശാസിക്കേണമേ; യുദ്ധതല്പരന്മാരായ ജാതികളെ ചിതറിക്കേണമേ.

30. Reprehend the company of spearmen, the multitude of the strong, with the lords of the peoples, trampling them underfoot with [their] pieces of silver; Destroy thou the peoples [that] delight in war.

31. മിസ്രയീമില്നിന്നു മഹത്തുക്കള് വരും; കൂശ് വേഗത്തില് തന്റെ കൈകളെ ദൈവത്തിങ്കലേക്കു നീട്ടും.

31. Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands unto God.

32. ഭൂമിയിലെ രാജ്യങ്ങളെ ദൈവത്തിന്നു പാട്ടുപാടുവിന് ; കര്ത്താവിന്നു കീര്ത്തനം ചെയ്വിന് . സേലാ.

32. Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord Selah:

33. പുരാതനസ്വര്ഗ്ഗാധിസ്വര്ഗ്ഗങ്ങളില് വാഹനമേറുന്നവന്നു പാടുവിന് ! ഇതാ, അവന് തന്റെ ശബ്ദത്തെ, ബലമേറിയോരു ശബ്ദത്തെ കേള്പ്പിക്കുന്നു.

33. To him that rides upon the heavens of the heavens [which were] of old; behold, he shall send forth his voice, [his] mighty voice.

34. ദൈവത്തിന്നു ശക്തി കൊടുപ്പിന് ; അവന്റെ മഹിമ യിസ്രായേലിന്മേലും അവന്റെ ബലം മേഘങ്ങളിലും വിളങ്ങുന്നു.

34. Ascribe ye strength unto God; his excellency [is] over Israel, and his strength [is] in the clouds.
