1. Now, brothers and sisters, I want you to remember the Good News I told you about. You received that Good News message, and you continue to base your life on it.

2. It is that Good News that saves you, but you must continue believing the message just as I told it to you. If you don't, then you believed for nothing.

3. I gave you the message that I received. I told you the most important truths: that Christ died for our sins, as the Scriptures say;

4. പിന്നെ പന്തിരുവര്ക്കും പ്രത്യക്ഷനായി എന്നിങ്ങനെ ഞാന് ഗ്രഹിച്ചതു തന്നേ നിങ്ങള്ക്കു ആദ്യമായി ഏല്പിച്ചുതന്നുവല്ലോ.

4. that he was buried and was raised to life on the third day, as the Scriptures say;

5. അനന്തരം അവന് അഞ്ഞൂറ്റില് അധികം സഹോദരന്മാര്ക്കും ഒരുമിച്ചു പ്രത്യക്ഷനായി; അവര് മിക്കപേരും ഇന്നുവരെ ജീവനോടിരിക്കുന്നു; ചിലരോ നിദ്രപ്രാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

5. and that he showed himself to Peter and then to the twelve apostles.

6. അനന്തരം അവന് യാക്കോബിന്നും പിന്നെ അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാര്ക്കും എല്ലാവര്ക്കും പ്രത്യക്ഷനായി.

6. After that, Christ showed himself to more than 500 of the brothers and sisters at the same time. Most of them are still living today, but some have died.

7. എല്ലാവര്ക്കും ഒടുവില് അകാലപ്രജപോലെയുള്ള എനിക്കും പ്രത്യക്ഷനായി;

7. Then he showed himself to James and later to all the apostles.

8. ഞാന് അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാരില് ഏറ്റവും ചെറിയവനല്ലോ; ദൈവസഭയെ ഉപദ്രവിച്ചതിനാല് അപ്പൊസ്തലന് എന്ന പേരിന്നു യോഗ്യനുമല്ല.

8. Last of all, he showed himself to me. I was different, like a baby born before the normal time.

9. എങ്കിലും ഞാന് ആകുന്നതു ദൈവകൃപയാല് ആകുന്നു; എന്നോടുള്ള അവന്റെ കൃപ വ്യര്ത്ഥമായതുമില്ല; അവരെല്ലാവരെക്കാളും ഞാന് അത്യന്തം അദ്ധ്വാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്നാല് ഞാനല്ല എന്നോടുകൂടെയുള്ള ദൈവകൃപയത്രേ.

9. All the other apostles are greater than I am. I say this because I persecuted the church of God. That is why I am not even good enough to be called an apostle.

10. But, because of God's grace, that is what I am. And his grace that he gave me was not wasted. I worked harder than all the other apostles. (But I was not really the one working. It was God's grace that was with me.)

11. ക്രിസ്തു മരിച്ചിട്ടു ഉയിര്ത്തെഴുന്നേറ്റു എന്നു പ്രസംഗിച്ചുവരുന്ന അവസ്ഥെക്കു മരിച്ചവരുടെ പുനരുത്ഥാനം ഇല്ല എന്നു നിങ്ങളില് ചിലര് പറയുന്നതു എങ്ങനെ?

11. So then it is not important if I told you God's message or if it was the other apostles who told you�we all tell people the same message, and this is what you believed.

12. മരിച്ചവരുടെ പുനരുത്ഥാനം ഇല്ല എങ്കില് ക്രിസ്തുവും ഉയിര്ത്തെഴുന്നേറ്റിട്ടില്ല

12. We tell everyone that Christ was raised from death. So why do some of you say that people will not be raised from death?

13. ക്രിസ്തു ഉയിര്ത്തെഴുന്നേറ്റിട്ടില്ലെങ്കില് ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രസംഗം വ്യര്ത്ഥം; നിങ്ങളുടെ വിശ്വാസവും വ്യര്ത്ഥം.

13. If no one will ever be raised from death, then Christ has never been raised.

14. മരിച്ചവര് ഉയിര്ക്കുംന്നില്ല എന്നു വരികില് ദൈവം ഉയിര്പ്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ക്രിസ്തുവിനെ അവന് ഉയിര്പ്പിച്ചു എന്നു ദൈവത്തിന്നു വിരോധമായി സാക്ഷ്യം പറകയാല് ഞങ്ങള് ദൈവത്തിന്നു കള്ളസ്സാക്ഷികള് എന്നു വരും.

14. And if Christ has never been raised, then the message we tell is worth nothing. And your faith is worth nothing.

15. മരിച്ചവര് ഉയിര്ക്കുംന്നില്ല എങ്കില് ക്രിസ്തുവും ഉയിര്ത്തിട്ടില്ല.

15. And we will also be guilty of lying about God, because we have told people about him, saying that he raised Christ from death. And if no one is raised from death, then God never raised Christ from death.

16. ക്രിസ്തു ഉയിര്ത്തിട്ടില്ല എങ്കില് നിങ്ങളുടെ വിശ്വാസം വ്യര്ത്ഥമത്രേ; നിങ്ങള് ഇന്നും നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങളില് ഇരിക്കുന്നു.

16. If those who have died are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either.

17. ക്രിസ്തുവില് നിദ്രകൊണ്ടവരും നശിച്ചുപോയി.

17. And if Christ has not been raised from death, then your faith is for nothing; you are still guilty of your sins.

18. നാം ഈ ആയുസ്സില് മാത്രം ക്രിസ്തുവില് പ്രത്യാശ വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എങ്കില് സകല മനുഷ്യരിലും അരിഷ്ടന്മാരത്രേ.

18. And those in Christ who have already died are lost.

19. എന്നാല് ക്രിസ്തു നിദ്രകൊണ്ടവരില് ആദ്യഫലമായി മരിച്ചവരുടെ ഇടയില്നിന്നു ഉയിര്ത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

19. If our hope in Christ is only for this life here on earth, then people should feel more sorry for us than for anyone else.

20. മനുഷ്യന് മൂലം മരണം ഉണ്ടാകയാല് മരിച്ചവരുടെ പുനരുത്ഥാനവും മനുഷ്യന് മൂലം ഉണ്ടായി.

20. But Christ really has been raised from death�the first one of all those who will be raised.

21. ആദാമില് എല്ലാവരും മരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ക്രിസ്തുവില് എല്ലാവരും ജീവിക്കപ്പെടും.

21. Death comes to people because of what one man did. But now there is resurrection from death because of another man.

22. ഔരോരുത്തനും താന്താന്റെ നിരയിലത്രേ; ആദ്യഫലം ക്രിസ്തു; പിന്നെ ക്രിസ്തുവിന്നുള്ളവര് അവന്റെ വരവിങ്കല്;

22. I mean that in Adam all of us die. And in the same way, in Christ all of us will be made alive again.

23. പിന്നെ അവസാനം; അന്നു അവന് എല്ലാവാഴ്ചെക്കും അധികാരത്തിന്നും ശക്തിക്കും നീക്കം വരുത്തീട്ടു രാജ്യം പിതാവായ ദൈവത്തെ ഏല്പിക്കും.

23. But everyone will be raised to life in the right order. Christ was first to be raised. Then, when Christ comes again, those who belong to him will be raised to life.

24. Then the end will come. Christ will destroy all rulers, authorities, and powers. Then he will give the kingdom to God the Father.

25. Christ must rule until God puts all enemies under his control.

26. സകലത്തെയും അവന്റെ കാല്ക്കീഴാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നുണ്ടല്ലോ; സകലവും അവന്നു കീഴ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാല് സകലത്തെയും കീഴാക്കിക്കൊടുത്തവന് ഒഴികെയത്രേ എന്നു സ്പഷ്ടം.

26. The last enemy to be destroyed will be death.

27. എന്നാല് അവന്നു സകലവും കീഴ്പെട്ടുവന്നശേഷം ദൈവം സകലത്തിലും സകലവും ആകേണ്ടതിന്നു പുത്രന് താനും സകലവും തനിക്കു കീഴാക്കിക്കൊടുത്തവന്നു കീഴ്പെട്ടിരിക്കും.

27. As the Scriptures say, 'God put everything under his control.' When it says that 'everything' is put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself. God is the one putting everything under Christ's control.

28. അല്ല, മരിച്ചവര്ക്കും വേണ്ടി സ്നാനം ഏലക്കുന്നവര് എന്തു ചെയ്യും? മരിച്ചവര് കേവലം ഉയിര്ക്കുംന്നില്ലെങ്കില് അവര്ക്കുംവേണ്ടി സ്നാനം ഏലക്കുന്നതു എന്തിന്നു?

28. After everything has been put under Christ, then the Son himself will be put under God. God is the one who put everything under Christ. And Christ will be put under God so that God will be the complete ruler over everything.

29. ഞങ്ങളും നാഴികതോറും പ്രാണഭയത്തില് ആകുന്നതു എന്തിന്നു?

29. If no one will ever be raised from death, then what will the people do who are baptized for those who have died? If the dead are never raised, then why are people baptized for them?

30. സഹോദരന്മാരേ, നമ്മുടെ കര്ത്താവായ ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിങ്കല് എനിക്കു നിങ്ങളിലുള്ള പ്രശംസയാണ ഞാന് ദിവസേന മരിക്കുന്നു.

30. And what about us? Why do we put ourselves in danger every hour?

31. ഞാന് എഫെസൊസില്വെച്ചു മൃഗയുദ്ധം ചെയ്തതു വെറും മാനുഷം എന്നുവരികില് എനിക്കു എന്തു പ്രയോജനം? മരിച്ചവര് ഉയിര്ക്കുംന്നില്ലെങ്കില് നാം തിന്നുക, കുടിക്ക, നാളെ ചാകുമല്ലോ.

31. I face death every day. That is true, brothers and sisters, just as it is true that I am proud of what you are because of Christ Jesus our Lord.

32. വഞ്ചിക്കപ്പെടരുതു, “ദുര്ഭാഷണത്താല് സദാചാരം കെട്ടുപോകുന്നു.”
യെശയ്യാ 22:13, യെശയ്യാ 56:12

32. I fought wild animals in Ephesus. If I did that only for human reasons, then I have gained nothing. If we are not raised from death, 'Let us eat and drink, because tomorrow we die.'

33. നീതിക്കു നിര്മ്മദരായി ഉണരുവിന് ; പാപം ചെയ്യാതിരിപ്പിന് ; ചിലര്ക്കും ദൈവത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു പരിജ്ഞാനമില്ല; ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു ലജ്ജെക്കായി പറയുന്നു.

33. Don't be fooled: 'Bad friends will ruin good habits.'

34. പക്ഷേ ഒരുവന് ; മരിച്ചവര് എങ്ങനെ ഉയിര്ക്കുംന്നു എന്നും ഏതുവിധം ശരീരത്തോടെ വരുന്നു എന്നും ചോദിക്കും.

34. Come back to your right way of thinking and stop sinning. Some of you don't know God. I say this to shame you.

35. മൂഢാ, നീ വിതെക്കുന്നതു ചത്തില്ല എങ്കില് ജീവിക്കുന്നില്ല.

35. But someone may ask, 'How are the dead raised? What kind of body will they have?'

36. നീ വിതെക്കുന്നതോ ഉണ്ടാകുവാനുള്ള ശരീരമല്ല, കോതമ്പിന്റെയോ മറ്റു വല്ലതിന്റെയോ വെറും മണിയത്രേ വിതെക്കുന്നതു;

36. These are stupid questions. When you plant something, it must die in the ground before it can live and grow.

37. ദൈവമോ തന്റെ ഇഷ്ടംപോലെ അതിന്നു ഒരു ശരീരവും ഔരോ വിത്തിന്നു അതതിന്റെ ശരീരവും കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

37. And when you plant something, what you plant does not have the same 'body' that it will have later. What you plant is only a seed, maybe wheat or something else.

38. സകല മാംസവും ഒരുപോലെയുള്ള മാംസമല്ല; മനുഷ്യരുടെ മാംസം വേറെ, കന്നുകാലികളുടെ മാംസം വേറെ, പക്ഷികളുടെ മാംസം വേറെ, മത്സ്യങ്ങളുടെ മാംസവും വേറെ.

38. But God gives it the body that he has planned for it, and he gives each kind of seed its own body.

39. സ്വര്ഗ്ഗീയ ശരീരങ്ങളും ഭൌമശരീരങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടു; സ്വര്ഗ്ഗീയശരീരങ്ങളുടെ തേജസ്സു വേറെ, ഭൌമ ശരീരങ്ങളുടെ തേജസ്സു വേറെ.

39. All things made of flesh are not the same: People have one kind of flesh, animals have another, birds have another, and fish have yet another kind.

40. സൂര്യ്യന്റെ തേജസ്സു വേറെ, ചന്ദ്രന്റെ തേജസ്സു വേറെ, നക്ഷത്രങ്ങളുടെ തേജസ്സു വേറെ; നക്ഷത്രവും നക്ഷത്രവും തമ്മില് തേജസ്സുകൊണ്ടു ഭേദം ഉണ്ടല്ലോ.

40. Also there are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies. But the beauty of the heavenly bodies is one kind, and the beauty of the earthly bodies is another.

41. മരിച്ചവരുടെ പുനരുത്ഥാനവും അവ്വണ്ണം തന്നേ. ദ്രവത്വത്തില് വിതെക്കപ്പെടുന്നു,

41. The sun has one kind of beauty, the moon has another kind, and the stars have another. And each star is different in its beauty.

42. അദ്രവത്വത്തില് ഉയിര്ക്കുംന്നു; അപമാനത്തില് വിതെക്കപ്പെടുന്നു, തേജസ്സില് ഉയിര്ക്കുംന്നു; ബലഹീനതയില് വിതെക്കപ്പെടുന്നു, ശക്തിയില് ഉയിര്ക്കുംന്നു;

42. It will be the same when those who have died are raised to life. The body that is 'planted' in the grave will ruin and decay, but it will be raised to a life that cannot be destroyed.

43. പ്രാകൃതശരീരം വിതെക്കപ്പെടുന്നു, ആത്മികശരീരം ഉയിര്ക്കുംന്നു; പ്രാകൃതശരീരം ഉണ്ടെങ്കില് ആത്മിക ശരീരവും ഉണ്ടു.

43. When the body is 'planted,' it is without honor. But when it is raised, it will be great and glorious. When the body is 'planted,' it is weak. But when it is raised, it will be full of power.

44. ഒന്നാം മനുഷ്യനായ ആദാം ജീവനുള്ള ദേഹിയായിത്തീര്ന്നു എന്നു എഴുതിയുമിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ, ഒടുക്കത്തെ ആദാം ജീവിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ആത്മാവായി.

44. The body that is 'planted' is a physical body. When it is raised, it will be a spiritual body. There is a physical body. So there is also a spiritual body.

45. എന്നാല് ആത്മികമല്ല പ്രാകൃതമത്രേ ഒന്നാമത്തേതു; ആത്മികം പിന്നത്തേതില് വരുന്നു.

45. As the Scriptures say, 'The first man, Adam, became a living person. ' But the last Adam is a life-giving spirit.

46. ഒന്നാം മനുഷ്യന് ഭൂമിയില്നിന്നു മണ്ണുകൊണ്ടുള്ളവന് ; രണ്ടാം മനുഷ്യന് സ്വര്ഗ്ഗത്തില്നിന്നുള്ളവന് .

46. The spiritual man did not come first. It was the physical man that came first; then came the spiritual.

47. മണ്ണുകൊണ്ടുള്ളവനെപ്പോലെ മണ്ണുകൊണ്ടുള്ളവരും സ്വര്ഗ്ഗീയനെപ്പോലെ സ്വര്ഗ്ഗീയന്മാരും ആകുന്നു;

47. The first man came from the dust of the earth. The second man came from heaven.

48. നാം മണ്ണുകൊണ്ടുള്ളവന്റെ പ്രതിമ ധരിച്ചതുപോലെ സ്വര്ഗ്ഗീയന്റെ പ്രതിമയും ധരിക്കും.

48. All people belong to the earth. They are like that first man of earth. But those who belong to heaven are like that man of heaven.

49. സഹോദരന്മാരേ, മാംസരക്തങ്ങള്ക്കു ദൈവരാജ്യത്തെ അവകാശമാക്കുവാന് കഴികയില്ല, ദ്രവത്വം അദ്രവത്വത്തെ അവകാശമാക്കുകയുമില്ല എന്നു ഞാന് പറയുന്നു.

49. We were made like that man of earth, so we will also be made like that man of heaven.

50. ഞാന് ഒരു മര്മ്മം നിങ്ങളോടു പറയാം

50. I tell you this, brothers and sisters: Our bodies of flesh and blood cannot have a part in God's kingdom. Something that will ruin cannot have a part in something that never ruins.

51. നാം എല്ലാവരും നിദ്രകൊള്ളുകയില്ല; എന്നാല് അന്ത്യകാഹളനാദത്തിങ്കല് പെട്ടെന്നു കണ്ണിമെക്കുന്നിടയില് നാം എല്ലാവരും രൂപാന്തരപ്പെടും. കാഹളം ധ്വനിക്കും, മരിച്ചവര് അക്ഷയരായി ഉയിര്ക്കുംകയും നാം രൂപാന്തരപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യും.

51. But listen, I tell you this secret: We will not all die, but we will all be changed.

52. ഈ ദ്രവത്വമുള്ളതു അദ്രവത്വത്തെയും ഈ മര്ത്യമായതു അമര്ത്യത്വത്തെയും ധരിക്കേണം.

52. It will only take the time of a second. We will be changed as quickly as an eye blinks. This will happen when the last trumpet blows. The trumpet will blow and those who have died will be raised to live forever. And we will all be changed.

53. ഈ ദ്രവത്വമുള്ളതു അദ്രവത്വത്തെയും ഈ മര്ത്യമായതു അമര്ത്യത്വത്തെയും ധരിക്കുമ്പോള് “മരണം നീങ്ങി ജയം വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്നു എഴുതിയ വചനം നിവൃത്തിയാകും.

53. This body that ruins must clothe itself with something that will never ruin. And this body that dies must clothe itself with something that will never die.

54. ഹേ മരണമേ, നിന്റെ ജയം എവിടെ? ഹേ മരണമേ, നിന്റെ വിഷമുള്ളു എവിടെ?
യെശയ്യാ 25:8

54. So this body that ruins will clothe itself with that which never ruins. And this body that dies will clothe itself with that which never dies. When this happens, the Scriptures will be made true: 'Death is swallowed in victory.'

55. മരണത്തിന്റെ വിഷമുള്ളു പാപം; പാപത്തിന്റെ ശക്തിയോ ന്യായപ്രമാണം.

55. O death, where is your victory? Where is your power to hurt?'

56. നമ്മുടെ കര്ത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തു മുഖാന്തരം നമുക്കു ജയം നലകുന്ന ദൈവത്തിന്നു സ്തോത്രം.

56. Death's power to hurt is sin, and the power of sin is the law.

57. ആകയാല് എന്റെ പ്രിയ സഹോദരന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങള് ഉറപ്പുള്ളവരും കുലുങ്ങാത്തവരും നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രയത്നം കര്ത്താവില് വ്യര്ത്ഥമല്ല എന്നു അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കയാല് കര്ത്താവിന്റെ വേലയില് എപ്പോഴും വര്ദ്ധിച്ചുവരുന്നവരും ആകുവിന് .

57. But we thank God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!
