1. ധൂപം കാട്ടുവാന് ഒരു ധൂപപീഠവും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം; ഖദിരമരംകൊണ്ടു അതു ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

1. And thou shalt make an altar, for burning incense, of acacia wood, shalt thou make it:

2. അതു ഒരു മുഴം നീളവും ഒരു മുഴം വീതിയുമായി സമചതുരവും രണ്ടു മുഴം ഉയരവും ആയിരിക്കേണം. അതിന്റെ കൊമ്പുകള് അതില്നിന്നു തന്നേ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

2. a cubit, the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof four square, shall it be, and two cubits, the height thereof, of the same, shall be the horns thereof,

3. അതിന്റെ മേല്പലകയും ചുറ്റും അതിന്റെ പാര്ശ്വങ്ങളും കൊമ്പുകളും ഇങ്ങനെ അതു മുഴുവനും തങ്കംകൊണ്ടു പൊതിയേണം. അതിന്നു ചുറ്റും പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു ഒരു വക്കും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

3. And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold the top thereof, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns thereof, and thou shalt make to it a border of gold round about.

4. ചുമക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു തണ്ടു ചെലുത്തുവാന് അതിന്റെ വക്കിന്നു കീഴെ ഇരുപുറത്തും ഈരണ്ടു പൊന് വളയവും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം. അതിന്റെ രണ്ടു പാര്ശ്വത്തിലും അവയെ ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

4. And, two rings of gold, shalt thou make to it, under the border thereof upon the two corners thereof, shalt thou make them on the two sides thereof, so shall they become receptacles for the staves, to lift it therewith.

5. തണ്ടുകള് ഖദിരമരംകൊണ്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കി പൊന്നു പൊതിയേണം.

5. And thou shalt make the staves of acacia wood, and overlay them with gold.

6. സാക്ഷ്യപെട്ടകത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പിലും ഞാന് നിനക്കു വെളിപ്പെടുവാനുള്ള ഇടമായി സാക്ഷ്യത്തിന്മീതെയുള്ള കൃപാസനത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പിലും ഇരിക്കുന്ന തിരശ്ശീലെക്കു മുമ്പാകെ അതു വെക്കേണം.

6. And thou shalt place it before the veil, which is by the ark of the testimony, before the propitiatory which is upon the testimony, where I will meet thee.

7. അഹരോന് അതിന്മേല് സുഗന്ധധൂപം കാട്ടേണം; അവന് ദിനംപ്രതി കാലത്തു ദീപം തുടെക്കുമ്പോള് അങ്ങനെ ധൂപം കാട്ടേണം.

7. And Aaron shall burn thereon fragrant incense, morning by morning, when he trimmeth the lamps, shall he burn it;

8. അഹരോന് വൈകുന്നേരം ദീപം കൊളുത്തുമ്പോഴും അങ്ങനെ സുഗന്ധധൂപം കാട്ടേണം. അതു തലമുറതലമുറയായി യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ നിരന്തരധൂപം ആയിരിക്കേണം.

8. and, when Aaron lighteth the lamps, between the evenings, shall he burn it, a continual incense before Yahweh, to your generations.

9. നിങ്ങള് അതിന്മേല് അന്യധൂപമോ ഹോമയാഗമോ ഭോജനയാഗമോ അര്പ്പിക്കരുതു; അതിന്മേല് പാനീയയാഗം ഒഴിക്കയുമരുതു.

9. Ye shall not cause to ascend thereupon strange incense, nor an ascending-sacrifice, nor a meal-offering, and a drink offering, shall ye not pour out thereupon.

10. സംവത്സരത്തില് ഒരിക്കല് അഹരോന് അതിന്റെ കൊമ്പുകള്ക്കു വേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം; പ്രായശ്ചിത്തത്തിന്നുള്ള പാപയാഗത്തിന്റെ രക്തംകൊണ്ടു അവന് തലമുറതലമുറയായി വര്ഷാന്തരപ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണം; ഇതു യഹോവേക്കു അതിവിശുദ്ധം.
എബ്രായർ 9:7

10. But Aaron shall put a propitiatory-covering upon the horns thereof, once in the year: of the blood of the sin-bearer for propitiatory-coverings, once in the year, shall he put a propitiatory-covering thereupon to your generations, most holy, it is to Yahweh.

11. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതു എന്തെന്നാല്

11. Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying

12. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ ജനസംഖ്യ എടുക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവരെ എണ്ണുമ്പോള് അവരുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ ബാധ ഉണ്ടാകാതിരിപ്പാന് അവരില് ഔരോരുത്തന് താന്താന്റെ ജീവന്നുവേണ്ടി യഹോവേക്കു വീണ്ടെടുപ്പുവില കൊടുക്കേണം.

12. When thou takest the sum of the sons of Israel, by their numberings, then shall they give every man a propitiatory-covering for his soul to Yahweh, when they are numbered, that there may be among them no plague when they are numbered.

13. എണ്ണപ്പെടുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില് ഉള്പ്പെടുന്ന ഏവനും വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിലെ തൂക്കപ്രകാരം അര ശേക്കെല് കൊടുക്കേണം. ശേക്കെല് എന്നതു ഇരുപതു ഗേരാ. ആ അര ശേക്കെല് യഹോവേക്കു വഴിപാടു ആയിരിക്കേണം.

13. This, shall they give every one that passeth over to them that have been numbered a half-shekel by the shekel of the sanctuary, the shekel is twenty gerahs the half-shekel, shalt be a heave-offering to Yahweh.

14. എണ്ണപ്പെടുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില് ഇരുപതു വയസ്സും അതിന്നു മീതെയുമുള്ളവനെല്ലാം യഹോവേക്കു വഴിപാടു കൊടുക്കേണം.

14. All who pass over to the numbered, from twenty years old and upwards, shall give the heave-offering of Yahweh.

15. നിങ്ങളുടെ ജിവന്നുവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിപ്പാന് നിങ്ങള് യഹോവേക്കു വഴിപാടു കൊടുക്കുമ്പോള് ധനവാന് അര ശേക്കെലില് അധികം കൊടുക്കരുതു; ദരിദ്രന് കുറെച്ചു കൊടുക്കയും അരുതു.

15. The rich, shall not give more, and the poor, shall not give less, than the half-shekel, when they give the heave-offering of Yahweh, to put a propitiatory-covering over your souls.

16. ഈ പ്രായശ്ചിത്ത ദ്രവ്യം നീ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു വാങ്ങി സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കായി കൊടുക്കേണം. നിങ്ങളുടെ ജീവന്നുവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതു യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള്ക്കു വേണ്ടി ഒരു ജ്ഞാപകമായിരിക്കേണം.

16. So then thou shalt take the silver for the propitiatory-coverings from the sons of Israel, and shalt expend it upon the service of the tent of meeting, thus shall it be for the sons of Israel as a memorial before Yahweh, to put a propitiatory-covering over your souls.

17. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതു എന്തെന്നാല്

17. Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying

18. കഴുകേണ്ടതിന്നു ഒരു താമ്രത്തൊട്ടിയും അതിന്നു ഒരു താമ്രക്കാലും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം; അതിനെ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്നും യാഗപീഠത്തിനും മദ്ധ്യേ വെച്ചു അതില് വെള്ളം ഒഴിക്കേണം.

18. And thou shalt make a laver of bronze, and its stand of bronze for bathing, and thou shalt place it between the tent of meeting and the altar, and shalt put therein water.

19. അതിങ്കല് അഹരോനും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും കയ്യും കാലും കഴുകേണം.

19. So shall Aaron and his sons bathe thereat, their hands, and their feet.

20. അവര് സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില് കടക്കയോ യഹോവേക്കു ദഹനയാഗം കഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു യാഗപീഠത്തിങ്കല് ശുശ്രൂഷിപ്പാന് ചെല്ലുകയോ ചെയ്യുമ്പോള് മരിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു വെള്ളംകൊണ്ടു കഴുകേണം.

20. When they enter the tent of meeting, they shall bathe with water so shall they not die, or when they approach unto the altar to minister, to burn as incense an altar-flame to Yahweh:

21. അവര് മരിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു കയ്യും കാലും കഴുകേണം; അതു അവര്ക്കും തലമുറതലമുറയായി എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ചട്ടം ആയിരിക്കേണം.

21. so then they shall bathe their hands and their feet and shall not die, and it shall be to them an age-abiding statute, to him and to his seed to their generations.

22. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതു എന്തെന്നാല്;

22. Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying

23. മേത്തരമായ സുഗന്ധ വര്ഗ്ഗമായി വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിലെ തൂക്കപ്രകാരം അഞ്ഞൂറു ശേക്കെല് അയഞ്ഞ മൂരും അതില് പാതി ഇരുനൂറ്റമ്പതു ശേക്കെല് സുഗന്ധലവംഗവും

23. Thou, therefore, take to thee principal spices, self-flowing myrrh, five hundred, and fragrant cinnamon, half as much, two hundred and fifty, and, fragrant cane, two hundred and fifty;

24. അഞ്ഞൂറു ശേക്കെല് വഴനത്തൊലിയും ഒരു ഹീന് ഒലിവെണ്ണയും എടുത്തു

24. and, cassia, five hundred, by the shekel of the sanctuary, and, oil olive, a hin.

25. തൈലക്കാരന്റെ വിദ്യപ്രകാരം ചേര്ത്തുണ്ടാക്കിയ വിശുദ്ധമായ അഭിഷേക തൈലമാക്കേണം; അതു വിശുദ്ധമായ അഭിഷേക തൈലമായിരിക്കേണം.

25. And thou shalt make it an oil for holy anointing, a compounded perfume the work of a perfumer, an oil for holy anointing, shall it be.

26. അതിനാല് നീ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരവും സാക്ഷ്യപെട്ടകവും മേശയും

26. And thou shalt anoint therewith the tent of meeting, and the ark of the testimony;

27. അതിന്റെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളൊക്കെയും നിലവിളക്കും അതിന്റെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും

27. and the table and all its utensils, and the lampstand, and its utensils, and the incense altar,

28. ധൂപപീഠവും ഹോമയാഗപീഠവും അതിന്റെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളൊക്കെയും തൊട്ടിയും അതിന്റെ കാലും അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്യേണം.

28. and the altar for the ascending-sacrifice, and all its utensils, and the laver, and its stand.

29. അവ അതിവിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവയെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണം; അവയെ തൊടുന്നവനൊക്കെയും വിശുദ്ധനായിരിക്കേണം.

29. So shalt thou hallow them, and they shall be most holy, whosoever toucheth them, shall be holy.

30. അഹരോനെയും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും എനിക്കു പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്തു ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണം.

30. Aaron also, and his sons, shalt thou anoint, so shalt thou hallow them to minister as priests unto me.

31. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു നീ പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാല്ഇതു നിങ്ങളുടെ തലമുറകളില് എനിക്കു വിശുദ്ധമായ അഭിഷേകതൈലം ആയിരിക്കേണം.

31. And unto the sons of Israel, shalt thou speak, saying, An oil for holy anointing, shall this be to me, to your generations.

32. അതു മനുഷ്യന്റെ ദേഹത്തിന്മേല് ഒഴിക്കരുതു; അതിന്റെ യോഗപ്രകാരം അതുപോലെയുള്ളതു നിങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടാക്കുകയും അരുതു; അതു വിശുദ്ധമാകുന്നു; അതു നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം.

32. Upon the flesh of a common man, shall it not be poured, and according to the proportions thereof, shall ye not make any like it, holy, it is, holy, shall it be to you.

33. അതുപോലെയുള്ള തൈലം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നവനെയും അതില്നിന്നു അന്യന്നു കൊടുക്കുന്നവനെയും അവന്റെ ജനത്തില്നിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയേണം.

33. Whosoever compoundeth any like it, and whosoever bestoweth thereof upon a stranger, shall he out off from among his people.

34. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതു എന്തെന്നാല്നീ നറുംപശ, ഗുല്ഗുലു, ഹല്ബാനപ്പശ എന്നീ സുഗന്ധവര്ഗ്ഗവും നിര്മ്മലസാംപ്രാണിയും എടുക്കേണം; എല്ലാം ഒരു പോലെ തൂക്കം ആയിരിക്കേണം.

34. Then said Yahweh unto Moses Take to thee aromatic spices stacte and onycha, and galbanum, aromatic spices, and pure frankincense, weight for weight, shall it be.

35. അതില് ഉപ്പും ചേര്ത്തു തൈലക്കാരന്റെ വിദ്യപ്രകാരം നിര്മ്മലവും വിശുദ്ധവുമായ ധൂപവര്ഗ്ഗമാക്കേണം.

35. And thou shalt make of it an incense, a perfume the work of a perfumer, salted, pure, holy.

36. നീ അതില് ഏതാനും ഇടിച്ചു പൊടിയാക്കി, ഞാന് നിനക്കു വെളിപ്പെടുവാനുള്ള സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിലെ സാക്ഷ്യത്തിന്നു മുമ്പാകെ വെക്കേണം; അതു നിങ്ങള്ക്കു അതിവിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം.

36. And thou shalt beat some of it to powder, and place thereof before the testimony, in the tong of meeting, where I am to meet with thee, most holy, shall it be to you.

37. ഈ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ധൂപവര്ഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ യോഗത്തിന്നു ഒത്തതായി നിങ്ങള്ക്കു ഉണ്ടാക്കരുതു; അതു യഹോവേക്കു വിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം.

37. And the incense which thou shalt make, according to the proportions thereof, ye shall not make for yourselves, holy, shall it be to thee, to Yahweh.

38. മണക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതുപോലെയുള്ളതു ആരെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടാക്കിയാല് അവനെ അവന്റെ ജനത്തില്നിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയേണം.

38. Whosoever shall make like it, to smell of it shall be cut off from among his people.
