1. ഇപ്പോഴോ യാക്കോബേ, നിന്നെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചവനും, യിസ്രായേലേ, നിന്നെ നിര്മ്മിച്ചവനുമായ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ, ഞാന് നിന്നെ വീണ്ടെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് നിന്നെ പേര് ചൊല്ലി വിളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നീ എനിക്കുള്ളവന് തന്നേ.

1. But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Do not fear, for I have redeemed thee, I have named thee; Thou [art] mine.

2. നീ വെള്ളത്തില്കൂടി കടക്കുമ്പോള് ഞാന് നിന്നോടുകൂടി ഇരിക്കും; നീ നദികളില്കൂടി കടക്കുമ്പോള് അവ നിന്റെ മീതെ കവികയില്ല; നീ തീയില്കൂടി നടന്നാല് വെന്തു പോകയില്ല; അഗ്നിജ്വാല നിന്നെ ദഹിപ്പിക്കയുമില്ല.

2. When thou dost pass through the waters, I [will be] with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee; when thou dost walk through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

3. നിന്റെ ദൈവവും യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധനുമായ യഹോവ എന്ന ഞാന് നിന്റെ രക്ഷകന് ; നിന്റെ മറുവിലയായി ഞാന് മിസ്രയീമിനെയും നിനക്കു പകരമായി കൂശിനെയും സെബയെയും കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

3. For I [am] the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Keeper; I gave Egypt [for] thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.

4. നീ എനിക്കു വില ഏറിയവനും മാന്യനും ആയി ഞാന് നിന്നെ സ്നേഹിച്ചിരിക്കയാല് ഞാന് നിനക്കു പകരം മനുഷ്യരെയും നിന്റെ ജീവന്നു പകരം ജാതികളെയും കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

4. Because thou wast precious in my sight, thou wast worthy of honour, and I have loved thee.

5. ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ; ഞാന് നിന്നോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടു; നിന്റെ സന്തതിയെ ഞാന് കിഴക്കുനിന്നു വരുത്തുകയും പടിഞ്ഞാറു നിന്നു നിന്നെ ശേഖരിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

5. Do not fear; for I [am] with thee: I will bring thy generation from the east and gather thee from the west;

6. I will say to the north [wind], Give up, and to the south, Do not keep back; bring my sons from far and my daughters from the ends of the earth

7. എന്റെ നാമത്തില് വിളിച്ചും എന്റെ മഹത്വത്തിന്നായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു നിര്മ്മിച്ചു ഉണ്ടാക്കിയും ഇരിക്കുന്ന ഏവരെയും കൊണ്ടുവരിക എന്നു ഞാന് കല്പിക്കും.

7. [even] every one that is called by my name, for I have created them for my glory; I have formed them; [yea], I have made them.

8. കണ്ണുണ്ടായിട്ടും കുരുടന്മാരായും ചെവിയുണ്ടായിട്ടും ചെകിടന്മാരായും ഇരിക്കുന്ന ജനത്തെ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുവരുവിന് .

8. Bring forth the people that is blind that have eyes and the deaf that have ears.

9. സകലജാതികളും ഒന്നിച്ചുകൂടട്ടെ, വംശങ്ങള് ചേര്ന്നുവരട്ടെ; അവരില് ആര് ഇതു പ്രസ്താവിക്കയും, പണ്ടു പ്രസ്താവിച്ചതു കേള്പ്പിച്ചുതരികയും ചെയ്യുന്നു? അവര് നീതീകരിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതിന്നു സാക്ഷികളെ കൊണ്ടുവരട്ടെ; അവര് കേട്ടിട്ടു സത്യം തന്നേ എന്നു പറയട്ടെ.

9. Let all the Gentiles be gathered together as one, and let the peoples be joined; who among them can declare this and show us former things? Let them bring forth their witnesses that they may be justified or let them hear and say, [It is] truth.

10. നിങ്ങള് അറിഞ്ഞു എന്നെ വിശ്വസിക്കയും ഞാന് ആകുന്നു എന്നു ഗ്രഹിക്കയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങള് എന്റെ സാക്ഷികളും ഞാന് തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന എന്റെ ദാസനും ആകുന്നു എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടുഎനിക്കു മുമ്പെ ഒരു ദൈവവും ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല, എന്റെ ശേഷം ഉണ്ടാകയുമില്ല.

10. Ye [are] my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen that ye may know and believe me and understand that I [am] he; before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

11. I, [even] I, [am] the LORD; and beside me [there is] no saviour.

13. Even before the day [was] I existed; and [there is] no one that can deliver out of my hand; [if] I work, who shall hinder it?

14. നിങ്ങളുടെ വീണ്ടെടുപ്പുകാരനും യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധനുമായ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുനിങ്ങളുടെ നിമിത്തം ഞാന് ബാബേലിലേക്കു ആളയച്ചു, അവരെയൊക്കെയും, കല്ദയരെ തന്നേ, ഔടിപ്പോകുന്നവരായി അവര് ഘോഷിച്ചുല്ലസിച്ചിരുന്ന കപ്പലുകളില് താഴോട്ടു ഔടുമാറാക്കും.

14. Thus saith the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon and caused fugitives to descend unto all of them and [the] clamour of Chaldeans in the ships.

15. ഞാന് നിങ്ങളുടെ പരിശുദ്ധനായ യഹോവയും യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ സ്രഷ്ടാവും നിങ്ങളുടെ രാജാവും ആകുന്നു.

15. I [am] the LORD, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King.

16. സമുദ്രത്തില് വഴിയും പെരുവെള്ളത്തില് പാതയും ഉണ്ടാക്കുകയും

16. Thus saith the LORD, who makes a way in the sea and a path in the mighty waters;

17. രഥം, കുതിര, സൈന്യം, ബലം എന്നിവയെ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്ന യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുഅവര് ഒരുപോലെ കിടക്കുന്നു, എഴുന്നേല്ക്കയില്ല; അവര് കെട്ടുപോകുന്നു; വിളകൂതിരിപോലെ കെട്ടുപോകുന്നു.

17. [when] he brings forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall fall together, and never rise; they are extinct; they are quenched as wick.

18. മുമ്പുള്ളവയെ നിങ്ങള് ഔര്ക്കേണ്ടാ; പണ്ടുള്ളവയെ നിരൂപിക്കയും വേണ്ടാ.

18. Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old.

19. ഇതാ, ഞാന് പുതിയതൊന്നു ചെയ്യുന്നു; അതു ഇപ്പോള് ഉത്ഭവിക്കും; നിങ്ങള് അതു അറിയുന്നില്ലയോ? അതേ, ഞാന് മരുഭൂമിയില് ഒരു വഴിയും നിര്ജ്ജനപ്രദേശത്തു നദികളും ഉണ്ടാക്കും.

19. Behold, I will do a new thing; it shall come to light quickly; shall ye not know it? I will again make a way in the wilderness [and] rivers in the desert.

20. ഞാന് തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്നു കുടിപ്പാന് കൊടുക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാന് മരുഭൂമിയില് വെള്ളവും നിര്ജ്ജനപ്രദേശത്തു നദികളും നല്കിയിരിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു കാട്ടുമൃഗങ്ങളും കുറക്കന്മാരും ഒട്ടകപ്പക്ഷികളും എന്നെ ബഹുമാനിക്കും.

20. The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls because I give waters in the wilderness [and] rivers in the desert to give drink to my people, my chosen.

21. ഞാന് എനിക്കു വേണ്ടി നിര്മ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ജനം എന്റെ സ്തുതിയെ വിവരിക്കും.

21. This people I have formed for myself; they shall show forth my praise.

22. എന്നാല് യാക്കോബേ, നീ എന്നെ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടില്ല, യിസ്രായേലേ, നീ എന്റെ നിമിത്തം അദ്ധ്വാനിച്ചിട്ടുമില്ല.

22. But thou hast not called upon me, O Jacob; but thou hast been weary of me, O Israel.

23. നിന്റെ ഹോമയാഗങ്ങളുടെ കുഞ്ഞാടുകളെ നീ എനിക്കു കൊണ്ടുവന്നിട്ടില്ല; നിന്റെ ഹനനയാഗങ്ങളാല് നീ എന്നെ ബഹുമാനിച്ചിട്ടില്ല; ഭോജനയാഗങ്ങളാല് ഞാന് നിന്നെ ഭാരപ്പെടുത്തീട്ടില്ല; ധൂപനംകൊണ്ടു ഞാന് നിന്നെ അദ്ധ്വാനിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുമില്ല.

23. Thou hast not brought me the animals of thy burnt offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense.

24. നീ എനിക്കായി വയമ്പു വാങ്ങീട്ടില്ല; നിന്റെ ഹനനയാഗങ്ങളുടെ മേദസ്സുകൊണ്ടു എനിക്കു തൃപ്തിവരുത്തീട്ടുമില്ല; നിന്റെ പാപങ്ങള്കൊണ്ടു നീ എന്നെ അദ്ധ്വാനിപ്പിക്കയും നിന്റെ അകൃത്യങ്ങള്കൊണ്ടു എന്നെ കഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു.

24. Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices, but thou hast made me to serve with thy sins; thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.

25. എന്റെ നിമിത്തം ഞാന് , ഞാന് തന്നേ, നിന്റെ അതിക്രമങ്ങളെ മായിച്ചുകളയുന്നു; നിന്റെ പാപങ്ങളെ ഞാന് ഔര്ക്കയുമില്ല.

25. I, [even] I, [am] he that uproots thy rebellions for mine own sake and will not remember thy sins.

26. എന്നെ ഔര്പ്പിക്ക; നാം തമ്മില് വ്യവഹരിക്ക; നീ നീതീകരിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതിന്നു വാദിച്ചുകൊള്ക.

26. Cause me to remember; let us enter into judgment together; declare, thou, that it may be put to thy account.

27. നിന്റെ ആദ്യപിതാവു പാപം ചെയ്തു; നിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യസ്ഥന്മാര് എന്നോടു ദ്രോഹം ചെയ്തു.

27. Thy first father sinned, and thy teachers have transgressed against me.

28. അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാന് വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരെ മലിനമാക്കി, യാക്കോബിനെ ഉന്മൂലനാശത്തിന്നും, യിസ്രായേലിനെ നിന്ദെക്കും ഏല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

28. Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary and have set up Jacob as anathema, and Israel as a reproach.:
