1. അനന്തരം ആത്മാവു എന്നെ എടുത്തു യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തില് കിഴക്കോട്ടു ദര്ശനമുള്ള കിഴക്കെ പടിവാതില്ക്കല് കൊണ്ടുപോയി; പടിവാതിലിന്റെ പ്രവേശനത്തിങ്കല് ഞാന് ഇരുപത്തഞ്ചു പുരുഷന്മാരെയും അവരുടെ നടുവില് ജനത്തിന്റെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരായ അസ്സൂരിന്റെ മകന് യയസന്യാവെയും ബെനായാവിന്റെ മകന് പെലത്യാവെയും കണ്ടു.

1. The Spirit then lifted me up and brought me to the eastern gate of the LORD's house, which faces east, and at the gate's entrance were 25 men. Among them I saw Jaazaniah son of Azzur, and Pelatiah son of Benaiah, leaders of the people.

2. അവന് എന്നോടുമനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, ഇവര് ഈ നഗരത്തില് നീതികേടു നിരൂപിച്ചു ദൂരാലോചന കഴിക്കുന്ന പുരുഷന്മാരാകുന്നു.

2. The LORD said to me, 'Son of man, these are the men who plan evil and give wicked advice in this city.

3. വീടുകളെ പണിവാന് സമയം അടുത്തിട്ടില്ല; ഈ നഗരം കുട്ടകവും നാം മാംസവുമാകുന്നു എന്നു അവര് പറയുന്നു.

3. They are saying: Isn't the time near to build houses? The city is the pot, and we are the meat.

4. അതുകൊണ്ടു അവരെക്കുറിച്ചു പ്രവചിക്ക, മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, പ്രവചിക്ക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

4. Therefore, prophesy against them. Prophesy, son of man!'

5. അപ്പോള് യഹോവയുടെ ആത്മാവു എന്റെമേല് വിണു എന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതുനീ പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാല്യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുയിസ്രായേല്ഗൃഹമേ, നിങ്ങള് ഇന്നിന്നതു പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങളുടെ മനസ്സില് തോന്നുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങളും ഞാന് അറിയുന്നു.

5. Then the Spirit of the LORD came on me, and He told me, 'You are to say: This is what the LORD says: That is what you are thinking, house of Israel; and I know the thoughts that arise in your mind.

6. നിങ്ങള് ഈ നഗരത്തില് നിഹതന്മാരെ വര്ദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു വീഥികളെ നിഹതന്മാരെക്കൊണ്ടു നിറെച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു.

6. You have multiplied your slain in this city, filling its streets with the dead.

7. അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുനിങ്ങള് ഈ നഗരത്തിന്റെ നടുവില് ഇട്ടുകളഞ്ഞ നിഹതന്മാര് മാംസവും ഈ നഗരം കുട്ടകവും ആകുന്നു; എന്നാല് നിങ്ങളെ ഞാന് അതിന്റെ നടുവില്നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കും.

7. Therefore, this is what the Lord God says: The slain you have put within it are the meat, and the city is the pot, but I will remove you from it.

8. നിങ്ങള് വാളിനെ പേടിക്കുന്നു; വാളിനെ തന്നേ ഞാന് നിങ്ങളുടെ നേരെ വരുത്തും എന്നു യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

8. You fear the sword, so I will bring the sword against you.' [This is] the declaration of the Lord God.

9. ഞാന് നിങ്ങളെ അതിന്റെ നടുവില്നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു അന്യന്മാരുടെ കയ്യില് ഏല്പിച്ചു നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയില് ന്യായവിധിനടത്തും.

9. I will bring you out of the city and hand you over to foreigners; I will execute judgments against you.

10. നിങ്ങള് വാളാല് വീഴും; യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ അതിരിങ്കല്വെച്ചു ഞാന് നിങ്ങളെ ന്യായം വിധിക്കും; ഞാന് യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങള് അറിയും.

10. You will fall by the sword, and I will judge you at the border of Israel. Then you will know that I am the LORD.

11. ഈ നഗരം നിങ്ങള്ക്കു കുട്ടകം ആയിരിക്കയില്ല; നിങ്ങള് അതിന്നകത്തു മാംസവുമായിരിക്കയില്ല; യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ അതിരിങ്കല്വെച്ചു തന്നേ ഞാന് നിങ്ങളെ ന്യായം വിധിക്കും.

11. The city will not be a pot for you, and you will not be the meat within it. I will judge you at the border of Israel,

12. എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളില് നടക്കയോ എന്റെ ന്യായങ്ങളെ ആചരിക്കയോ ചെയ്യാതെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള ജാതികളുടെ ന്യായങ്ങളെ പ്രമാണിച്ചുനടന്ന നിങ്ങള്, ഞാന് യഹോവ എന്നു അറിയും.

12. so you will know that I am the LORD, whose statutes you have not followed and whose ordinances you have not practiced. Instead, you have acted according to the ordinances of the nations around you.'

13. ഞാന് പ്രവചിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോള് തന്നേ ബെനായാവിന്റെ മകനായ പെലത്യാവു മരിച്ചുഅപ്പോള് ഞാന് കവിണ്ണുവീണു ഉറക്കെ നിലവിളിച്ചുഅയ്യോ, യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവേ, യിസ്രായേലില് ശേഷിപ്പുള്ളവരെ നീ അശേഷം മുടിച്ചു കളയുമോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

13. Now while I was prophesying, Pelatiah son of Benaiah died. Then I fell facedown and cried out with a loud voice: 'Ah, Lord God! Will You bring to an end the remnant of Israel?'

14. യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാല്

14. The word of the LORD came to me again:

15. മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, യഹോവയോടു അകന്നുനില്പിന് ! ഞങ്ങള്ക്കാകുന്നു ഈ ദേശം അവകാശമായി നല്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതു എന്നല്ലോ യെരൂശലേം നിവാസികള്, നിന്റെ ചാര്ച്ചക്കാരായ നിന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരോടും ഒട്ടൊഴിയാതെ യിസ്രായേല്ഗൃഹം മുഴുവനോടും പറയുന്നതു.

15. 'Son of man, your own relatives, those who have the right to redeem you,and the entire house of Israel, all of them, are those the residents of Jerusalem have said this to: Stay away from the LORD; this land has been given to us as a possession.

16. അതുകൊണ്ടു നീ പറയേണ്ടതുയഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുഞാന് അവരെ ദൂരത്തു ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിലേക്കു നീക്കി രാജ്യങ്ങളില് ചിതറിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞുവെങ്കിലും, അവര് പോയിരിക്കുന്ന രാജ്യങ്ങളില് ഞാന് അവര്ക്കും കുറയകാലത്തേക്കു ഒരു വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരമായിരിക്കും.

16. 'Therefore say: This is what the Lord God says: Though I sent them far away among the nations and scattered them among the countries, yet for a little while I have been a sanctuary for them in the countries where they have gone.

17. ആകയാല് നീ പറയേണ്ടതുയഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുഞാന് നിങ്ങളെ ജാതികളില്നിന്നു ശേഖരിച്ചു, നിങ്ങള് ചിതറിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്ന രാജ്യങ്ങളില്നിന്നു കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ത്തു യിസ്രായേല്ദേശം നിങ്ങള്ക്കു തരും.

17. Therefore say: This is what the Lord God says: I will gather you from the peoples and assemble you from the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.

18. അവര് അവിടെ വന്നു, അതിലെ സകലമലിനബിംബങ്ങളെയും മ്ളേച്ഛവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെയും അവിടെനിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളയും.

18. 'When they arrive there, they will remove all its detestable things and all its abominations from it.

19. അവര് എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളില് നടന്നു എന്റെ വിധികളെ പ്രമാണിച്ചു ആചരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാന് അവര്ക്കും വേറൊരു ഹൃദയത്തെ നലകുകയും പുതിയൊരു ആത്മാവിനെ ഉള്ളില് ആക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും; കല്ലായുള്ള ഹൃദയം ഞാന് അവരുടെ ജഡത്തില്നിന്നു നീക്കി മാംസമായുള്ള ഹൃദയം അവര്ക്കും കൊടുക്കും.
2 കൊരിന്ത്യർ 3:3

19. And I will give them one heart and put a new spirit within them; I will remove their heart of stone from their bodies and give them a heart of flesh,

20. അവര് എനിക്കു ജനമായും ഞാന് അവര്ക്കും ദൈവമായും ഇരിക്കും.

20. so they may follow My statutes, keep My ordinances, and practice them. Then they will be My people, and I will be their God.

21. എന്നാല് തങ്ങളുടെ മലിനബിംബങ്ങളുടെയും മ്ളേച്ഛവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളുടെയും ഇഷ്ടം അനുസരിച്ചു നടക്കുന്നവര്ക്കും ഞാന് അവരുടെ നടപ്പിന്നു തക്കവണ്ണം അവരുടെ തലമേല് പകരം കൊടുക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

21. But as for those whose hearts pursue their desire for detestable things and abominations, I will bring their actions down on their own heads.' [This is] the declaration of the Lord God.

22. അനന്തരം കെരൂബുകള് ചിറകു വിടര്ത്തു; ചക്രങ്ങളും ചേരത്തന്നെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മഹത്വവും മേലെ, അവെക്കുമീതെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

22. Then the cherubim, with the wheels beside them, lifted their wings, and the glory of the God of Israel was above them.

23. യഹോവയുടെ മഹത്വം നഗരത്തിന്റെ നടുവില്നിന്നു മോലോട്ടു പൊങ്ങി നഗരത്തിന്നു കിഴക്കുവശത്തുള്ള പര്വ്വതത്തിന്മേല് നിന്നു.

23. The glory of the LORD rose up from within the city and stood on the mountain east of the city.

24. എന്നാല് ആത്മാവു എന്നെ എടുത്തു, ദര്ശനത്തില് ദൈവാത്മാവിനാല് തന്നേ, കല്ദയദേശത്തു പ്രവാസികളുടെ അടുക്കല് കൊണ്ടു വന്നു; ഞാന് കണ്ട ദര്ശനം എന്നെ വിട്ടു പൊങ്ങിപ്പോയി.

24. The Spirit lifted me up and brought me to Chaldea and to the exiles in a vision from the Spirit of God. After the vision I had seen left me,

25. ഞാനോ യഹോവ എനിക്കു വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയ അവന്റെ സകലവചനങ്ങളും പ്രവാസികളോടു പ്രസ്താവിച്ചു.

25. I spoke to the exiles about all the things the LORD had shown me.
