1. യഹോവ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്നു മീതെ നിലക്കുന്നതു ഞാന് കണ്ടു; അവന് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതെന്തെന്നാല്ഉത്തരങ്ങള് കുലുങ്ങുമാറു നീ പോതികയെ അടിക്ക; അവ എല്ലാവരുടെയും തലമേല് വീഴുവാന് തക്കവണ്ണം തകര്ത്തു കളക; അവരുടെ സന്തതിയെ ഞാന് വാള് കൊണ്ടു കൊല്ലും; അവരില് ആരും ഔടിപ്പോകയില്ല. അവരില് ആരും വഴുതിപ്പോകയുമില്ല.
വെളിപ്പാടു വെളിപാട് 8:3

1. I saw the Lord standing upon the altar: and he said, Smite the lintel of the door, that the posts may shake: and cut them in the head, all of them; and I will slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them shall not flee away, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered.

2. അവര് പാതാളത്തില് തുരന്നുകടന്നാലും അവിടെനിന്നു എന്റെ കൈ അവരെ പിടിക്കും; അവര് ആകാശത്തിലേക്കു കയറിപ്പോയാലും അവിടെനിന്നു ഞാന് അവരെ ഇറക്കും.

2. Though they dig into hell, from there shall my hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, from there will I bring them down:

3. അവര് കര്മ്മേലിന്റെ കൊടുമുടിയില് ഒളിച്ചിരുന്നാലും ഞാന് അവരെ തിരഞ്ഞു അവിടെനിന്നു പിടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുവരും; അവര് എന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടിയില്നിന്നു സമുദ്രത്തിന്റെ അടിയില് മറഞ്ഞിരുന്നാലും ഞാന് അവിടെ സര്പ്പത്തോടു കല്പിച്ചിട്ടു അതു അവരെ കടിക്കും.

3. And though they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them out from there; and though they are hid from my sight in the bottom of the sea, from there will I command the serpent, and he shall bite them:

4. അവര് ശത്രുക്കളുടെ മുമ്പില് പ്രവാസത്തിലേക്കു പോയാലും ഞാന് അവിടെ വാളിനോടു കല്പിച്ചിട്ടു അതു അവരെ കൊല്ലും. നന്മെക്കായിട്ടല്ല തിന്മെക്കായിട്ടു തന്നേ ഞാന് അവരുടെ മേല് ദൃഷ്ടിവേക്കും.

4. And though they go into captivity before their enemies, there will I command the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set my eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.

5. സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവു ദേശത്തെ തൊടുന്നു; അതു ഉരുകിപ്പോകുന്നു; അതില് പാര്ക്കുംന്നവര് ഒക്കെയും വിലപിക്കും; അതു മുഴുവനും നീലനദിപോലെ പൊങ്ങുകയും മിസ്രയീമിലെ നദിപോലെ താഴുകയും ചെയ്യും.

5. And the Lord GOD of hosts [is] he that toucheth the land, and it shall melt, and all that dwell in it shall mourn: and it shall rise up wholly like a river; and shall be drowned, as [by] the river of Egypt.

6. അവന് ആകാശത്തില് തന്റെ മാളികമുറികളെ പണിയുകയും ഭൂമിയില് തന്റെ കമാനത്തിന്നു അടിസ്ഥാനം ഇടുകയും സമുദ്രത്തിലെ വെള്ളത്തെ വിളിച്ചു ഭൂതലത്തില് പകരുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു; യഹോവ എന്നാകുന്നു അവന്റെ നാമം.

6. [It is] he that buildeth his chambers in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD [is] his name.

7. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളേ നിങ്ങള് എനിക്കു കൂശ്യരെപ്പോലെ അല്ലയോ എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു; ഞാന് യിസ്രായേലിനെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നും ഫെലിസ്ത്യരെ കഫ്തോരില്നിന്നും അരാമ്യരെ കീറില്നിന്നും കൊണ്ടുവന്നില്ലയോ?

7. [Are] ye not as children of the Cushites to me, O children of Israel? saith the LORD. Have not I brought up Israel from the land of Egypt? and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir?

8. യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവിന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടി പാപമുള്ള രാജ്യത്തിന്മേല് ഇരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് അതിനെ ഭൂതലത്തില്നിന്നു നശിപ്പിക്കും; എങ്കിലും ഞാന് യാക്കോബ്ഗൃഹത്തെ മുഴുവനും നശിപ്പിക്കയില്ല എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

8. Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD [are] upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth; except that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the LORD.

9. അരിപ്പകൊണ്ടു അരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ഞാന് യിസ്രായേല്ഗൃഹത്തെ സകലജാതികളുടെയും ഇടയില് അരിപ്പാന് കല്പിക്കും; ഒരു മണിപോലും നിലത്തു വീഴുകയില്ല.

9. For, lo, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all nations, like as [grain] is sifted in a sieve, yet shall not the smallest grain fall upon the earth.

10. അനര്ത്ഥം ഞങ്ങളെ തുടര്ന്നെത്തുകയില്ല, എത്തിപ്പിടക്കയുമില്ല എന്നു പറയുന്നവരായി എന്റെ ജനത്തിലുള്ള സകലപാപികളും വാള്കൊണ്ടു മരിക്കും.

10. All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword, who say, The evil shall not overtake nor fall upon us.

11. അവര് എദോമില് ശേഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവരുടെയും എന്റെ നാമം വിളക്കപ്പെടുന്ന സകല ജാതികളുടെയും ദേശത്തെ കൈവശമാക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു വീണുപോയ

11. In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up its breaches; and I will raise up its ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:

12. ദാവീദിന് കൂടാരത്തെ ഞാന് അന്നാളില് നിവിര്ത്തുകയും അതിന്റെ പിളര്പ്പുകളെ അടെക്കയും അവന്റെ ഇടിവുകളെ തീര്ക്കുംകയും അതിനെ പുരാതനകാലത്തില് എന്നപോലെ പണിയുകയും ചെയ്യും എന്നാകുന്നു ഇതു അനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്ന യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

12. That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, who are called by my name, saith the LORD that doeth this.

13. ഉഴുന്നവന് കൊയ്യുന്നവനെയും മുന്തിരിപ്പഴം ചവിട്ടുന്നവന് വിതെക്കുന്നവനെയും തുടര്ന്നെത്തുകയും പര്വ്വതങ്ങള് പുതുവീഞ്ഞു പൊഴിക്കയും എല്ലാ കുന്നുകളും ഉരുകിപ്പോകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന നാളുകള് വരും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

13. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.

14. അപ്പോള് ഞാന് എന്റെ ജനമായ യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പ്രവാസികളെ മടക്കിവരുത്തും ശൂന്യമായിപ്പോയിരുന്ന പട്ടണങ്ങളെ അവര് പണിതു പാര്ക്കയും മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടാക്കി അവയിലെ വീഞ്ഞു കുടിക്കയും തോട്ടങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടാക്കി അവയിലെ ഫലം അനുഭവിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

14. And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit [them]; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine of them; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.

15. ഞാന് അവരെ അവരുടെ ദേശത്തു നടും; ഞാന് അവര്ക്കും കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ദേശത്തുനിന്നു അവരെ ഇനി പറിച്ചുകളകയുമില്ല എന്നു നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

15. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God.
