1. അന്ത്യകാലത്തു യഹോവയുടെ ആലയം ഉള്ള പര്വ്വതം പര്വ്വതങ്ങളുടെ ശിഖരത്തില് സ്ഥാപിതവും കുന്നുകള്ക്കു മീതെ ഉന്നതവുമായിരിക്കും; ജാതികള് അതിലേക്കു ഒഴുകിച്ചെല്ലും.

1. But it shall come to pass, in the afterpart of the days, that the mountain of the house of Yahweh shall be, set up, as the head of the mountains, and, exalted, shall it be, above the hills, and peoples, shall stream thereunto;

2. അനേകവംശങ്ങളും ചെന്നുവരുവിന് , നമുക്കു യഹോവയുടെ പര്വ്വതത്തിലേക്കും യാക്കോബിന് ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ആലയത്തിലേക്കും കയറിച്ചെല്ലാം; അവന് നമുക്കു തന്റെ വഴികളെ ഉപദേശിച്ചുതരികയും നാം അവന്റെ പാതകളില് നടക്കയും ചെയ്യും എന്നു പറയും. സീയോനില്നിന്നു ഉപദേശവും യെരൂശലേമില്നിന്നു യഹോവയുടെ വചനവും പുറപ്പെടും.

2. Yea many nations, shall go, and say come ye, and let us ascend unto the mountain of Yahweh, and unto the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us of his ways, and we may walk in his paths, for, out of Zion, shall go forth a law, and, the word of Yahweh, out of Jerusalem;

3. അവന് അനേകജാതികളുടെ ഇടയില് ന്യായംവിധിക്കയും ബഹുവംശങ്ങള്ക്കു ദൂരത്തോളം വിധി കല്പിക്കയും ചെയ്യും; അവര് തങ്ങളുടെ വാളുകളെ കൊഴുക്കളായും കുന്തങ്ങളെ വാക്കത്തികളായും അടിച്ചുതീര്ക്കും; ജാതി ജാതിക്കുനേരെ വാള് ഔങ്ങുകയില്ല; അവര് ഇനി യുദ്ധം അഭ്യസിക്കയുമില്ല.

3. And he will judge between many peoples, and be umpire to strong nations far and wide, and they will beat their swords into ploughshares, and their spears into pruning-hooks, Nation against nation shall not lift up sword, neither shall they learn any more to make war.

4. അവര് ഔരോരുത്തന് താന്താന്റെ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിയുടെ കീഴിലും അത്തിവൃക്ഷത്തിന്റെ കീഴിലും പാര്ക്കും; ആരും അവരെ ഭയപ്പെടുത്തുകയില്ല; സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയുടെ വായ് അതു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

4. And they shall dwell every man under his own vine and under his own fig-tree, with none to make them afraid, for, the mouth of Yahweh of hosts, hath spoken.

5. സകല ജാതികളും താന്താങ്ങളുടെ ദേവന്മാരുടെ നാമത്തില് നടക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ; നാമും നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ നാമത്തില് എന്നും എന്നെന്നേക്കും നടക്കും.

5. For, all the peoples, walk, every man in the name of his god, we, therefore, will walk in the name of Yahweh our God, to times age-abiding and beyond.

6. അന്നാളില് മുടന്തിനടക്കുന്നതിനെ ഞാന് ചേര്ത്തുകൊള്ളുകയും ചിതറിപ്പോയതിനെയും ഞാന് ക്ളേശിപ്പിച്ചതിനെയും ശേഖരിക്കയും

6. In that day, Declareth Yahweh, will I take up her teat is lame, and, her that hath been an outcast, will I carry, even whomsoever I have afflicted;

7. മുടന്തിനടക്കുന്നതിനെ ശേഷിപ്പിക്കയും അകന്നുപോയതിനെ മഹാജാതിയാക്കുകയും യഹോവ സീയോന് പര്വ്വതത്തില് ഇന്നുമുതല് എന്നെന്നേക്കും അവര്ക്കും രാജാവായിരിക്കയും ചെയ്യും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

7. And will make of her that was lame a residue, and of her that was removed far away a strong nation, and Yahweh, shall be king, over them, in Mount Zion, from henceforth, even unto times age-abiding.

8. നീയോ, ഏദെര് ഗോപുരമേ, സീയോന് പുത്രിയുടെ ഗിരിയേ, നിനക്കു വരുംപൂര്വ്വാധിപത്യം, യെരൂശലേംപുത്രിയുടെ രാജത്വം തന്നെ, നിനക്കു വരും.

8. Thou, therefore, O Migdal-eder, mound of the daughter of Zion, as far as thee, shall it come, so shall arrive the chief dominion, the kingdom of the daughter of Jerusalem.

9. നീ ഇപ്പോള് ഇത്ര ഉറക്കെ, നിലവിളിക്കുന്നതു എന്തിന്നു? നിന്റെ അകത്തു രാജാവില്ലയോ? നിന്റെ മന്ത്രി നശിച്ചുപോയോ? ഈറ്റുനോവു കിട്ടിയവളെപ്പോലെ നിനക്കു വേദനപിടിപ്പാന് എന്തു?

9. Meanwhile, wherefore shouldst thou cry out aloud? King, is there none within thee? or hath, thy counselor, perished? for labour, hath seized thee, as a woman in child-birth:

10. സീയോന് പുത്രിയേ, ഈറ്റുനോവു കിട്ടിയവളെപ്പോലെ വേദനപ്പെട്ടു പ്രസവിക്ക; ഇപ്പോള് നീ നഗരം വിട്ടു വയലില് പാര്ത്തു ബാബേലിലേക്കു പോകേണ്ടിവരും; അവിടെവെച്ചു നീ വിടുവിക്കപ്പെടും; അവിടെവെച്ചു യഹോവ നിന്നെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ കയ്യില്നിന്നു ഉദ്ധരിക്കും.

10. Be in labour, and bear, O daughter of Zion, as a woman in child-birth, for, meanwhile, shalt thou go forth out of the city, and dwell in the field, and shalt come as far as Babylon, there, shalt thou be delivered, there, will Yahweh, redeem thee, out of the grasp of thine enemies.

11. ഞങ്ങളുടെ കണ്ണു സീയോനെ കണ്ടു രസിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവള് മലിനയായിത്തീരട്ടെ എന്നു പറയുന്ന അനേകജാതികള് ഇപ്പോള് നിനക്കു വിരോധമായി കൂടിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

11. Meanwhile, therefore, shall be gathered against thee many nations, who are saying Let her be defiled, and let our eyes gaze upon Zion.

12. എന്നാല് അവര് യഹോവയുടെ വിചാരങ്ങള് അറിയുന്നില്ല; അവന്റെ ആലോചന ഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നതുമില്ല; കറ്റകളെപ്പോലെ അവന് അവരെ കളത്തില് കൂട്ടുമല്ലോ.

12. But, they, know not the purposes of Yahweh, neither have they discerned his counsel, for he hath gathered them, as sheaves, to a threshing-floor.

13. സീയോന് പുത്രിയേ, എഴുന്നേറ്റു മെതിക്കുക; ഞാന് നിന്റെ കൊമ്പിനെ ഇരിമ്പും നിന്റെ കുളമ്പുകളെ താമ്രവും ആക്കും; നീ അനേകജാതികളെ തകര്ത്തുകളകയും അവരുടെ ലാഭം യഹോവേക്കും അവരുടെ സമ്പത്തു സര്വ്വഭൂമിയുടെയും കര്ത്താവിന്നും നിവേദിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

13. Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion, for, thy horn, will I make to be iron, and, thy hoofs, will I make to he bronze, so shalt thou beat in pieces many peoples, and shalt devote to Yahweh their unrighteous gain, and their substance, to the Lord of all the earth.
