1. യേശുവോ ഒലീവ് മലയിലേക്കു പോയി.

1. Iesus went vnto mout Oliuete.

2. അതികാലത്തു അവന് പിന്നെയും ദൈവാലയത്തില് ചെന്നു; ജനം ഒക്കെയും അവന്റെ അടുക്കല് വന്നു; അവന് ഇരുന്നു അവരെ ഉപദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോള്

2. And early in the mornyng he came agayne into the temple, and all the people came vnto hym, & he sate downe and taught them.

3. ശാസ്ത്രിമാരും പരീശന്മാരും വ്യഭിചാരത്തില് പിടിച്ചിരുന്ന ഒരു സ്ത്രീയെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു നടുവില് നിറുത്തി അവനോടു

3. And the scribes and pharisees brought vnto hym a woman taken in adulterie, & when they had set her in the middes,

4. ഗുരോ, ഈ സ്ത്രീയെ വ്യഭിചാരകര്മ്മത്തില് തന്നേ പിടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

4. They sayde vnto hym: Maister, this woman was taken in adulterie, euen as the deede was a doyng.

5. ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ളവരെ കല്ലെറിയേണം എന്നു മോശെ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തില് ഞങ്ങളോടു കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നീ ഇവളെക്കുറിച്ചു എന്തു പറയുന്നു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.

5. Moyses in the lawe commaunded vs that suche shoulde be stoned: But what sayest thou?

6. ഇതു അവനെ കുറ്റം ചുമത്തുവാന് സംഗതി കിട്ടേണ്ടതിന്നു അവനെ പരീക്ഷിച്ചു ചോദിച്ചതായിരുന്നു. യേശുവോ കുനിഞ്ഞു വിരല്കൊണ്ടു നിലത്തു എഴുതിക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

6. This they sayde to tempte hym, that they myght accuse hym. But Iesus stowped downe, and with his fynger wrote on the grounde.

7. അവര് അവനോടു ചോദിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോള് അവന് നിവിര്ന്നുനിങ്ങളില് പാപമില്ലാത്തവന് അവളെ ഒന്നാമതു കല്ലു എറിയട്ടെ എന്നു അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

7. So, when they continued asking him, he lyft vp hym selfe, & sayde vnto them: Let hym that is among you without sinne, caste the first stone at her.

8. And agayne he stowped downe, and wrote on the grounde.

9. അവര് അതു കേട്ടിട്ടു മനസ്സാക്ഷിയുടെ ആക്ഷേപം ഹേതുവായി മൂത്തവരും ഇളയവരും ഔരോരുത്തനായി വിട്ടുപോയി; യേശു മാത്രവും നടുവില് നിലക്കുന്ന സ്ത്രീയും ശേഷിച്ചു.

9. And when they hearde this, beyng accused of their owne consciences, they went out one by one, begynnyng at the eldest, euen vnto the last: and Iesus was left alone, & the woman standyng in the myddes.

10. യേശു നിവിര്ന്നു അവളോടുസ്ത്രീയേ, അവര് എവിടെ? നിനക്കു ആരും ശിക്ഷവിധിച്ചില്ലയോ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു

10. When Iesus had lyft vp hym selfe, & sawe no man but the woman, he sayde vnto her: Woma where are those thine accusers? Hath no man condempned thee?

11. ഇല്ല കര്ത്താവേ, എന്നു അവള് പറഞ്ഞു. ഞാനും നിനക്കു ശിക്ഷ വിധിക്കുന്നില്ലപോക, ഇനി പാപം ചെയ്യരുതു എന്നു യേശു പറഞ്ഞു.)

11. She sayde, No man Lorde. And Iesus sayde, Neither do I condempne thee: Go, and sinne no more.

12. യേശു പിന്നെയും അവരോടു സംസാരിച്ചുഞാന് ലോകത്തിന്റെ വെളിച്ചം ആകുന്നു; എന്നെ അനുഗമിക്കുന്നവന് ഇരുളില് നടക്കാതെ ജീവന്റെ വെളിച്ചമുള്ളവന് ആകും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

12. Then spake Iesus agayne vnto them, saying, I am the light of ye world: He that foloweth me, doth not walke in darknesse, but shal haue the light of life.

13. പരീശന്മാര് അവനോടുനീ നിന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു തന്നേ സാക്ഷ്യം പറയുന്നു; നിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യം സത്യമല്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

13. The pharisees therfore said vnto him: Thou bearest recorde of thy selfe, thy recorde is not true.

14. യേശു അവരോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതുഞാന് എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു തന്നേ സാക്ഷ്യം പറഞ്ഞാലും എന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യം സത്യം ആകുന്നു; ഞാന് എവിടെ നിന്നു വന്നു എന്നും എവിടേക്കു പോകുന്നു എന്നും ഞാന് അറിയുന്നു; നിങ്ങളോ, ഞാന് എവിടെ നിന്നു വന്നു എന്നും എവിടേക്കു പോകുന്നു എന്നും അറിയുന്നില്ല.

14. Iesus aunswered, & saide vnto them: Though I beare recorde of my selfe, yet my recorde is true. For I knowe whence I came, & whyther I go: But ye can not tel whence I come, and whyther I go.

15. നിങ്ങള് ജഡപ്രകാരം വിധിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് ആരെയും വിധിക്കുന്നില്ല.

15. Ye iudge after the fleshe, I iudge no man.

16. ഞാന് വിധിച്ചാലും ഞാന് ഏകനല്ല, ഞാനും എന്നെ അയച്ച പിതാവും കൂടെയാകയാല് എന്റെ വിധി സത്യമാകുന്നു.

16. And if I iudge, my iudgement is true: For I am not alone, but I and the father that sent me.

17. രണ്ടു മനുഷ്യരുടെ സാക്ഷ്യം സത്യം എന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിലും എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.

17. It is also written in your lawe, that the testimonie of two men is true.

18. ഞാന് എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു തന്നേ സാക്ഷ്യം പറയുന്നു; എന്നെ അയച്ച പിതാവും എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു സാക്ഷ്യം പറയുന്നു.

18. I am one that beareth witnesse of my selfe, & the father that sent me beareth witnesse of me.

19. അവര് അവനോടുനിന്റെ പിതാവു എവിടെ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു യേശുനിങ്ങള് എന്നെ ആകട്ടെ എന്റെ പിതാവിനെ ആകട്ടെ അറിയുന്നില്ല; എന്നെ അറിഞ്ഞു എങ്കില് എന്റെ പിതാവിനെയും അറിയുമായിരുന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

19. Then sayde they vnto hym: Where is thy father? Iesus aunswered, Ye neither knowe me, nor yet my father: Yf ye had knowen me, ye should haue knowen my father also.

20. അവന് ദൈവാലയത്തില് ഉപദേശിക്കുമ്പോള് ഭണ്ഡാരസ്ഥലത്തുവെച്ചു ഈ വചനം പറഞ്ഞു; അവന്റെ നാഴിക അതുവരെയും വന്നിട്ടില്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടു ആരും അവനെ പിടിച്ചില്ല.

20. These wordes spake Iesus in ye treasurie, as he taught in the temple, and no man layde handes on hym, for his houre was not yet come.

21. അവന് പിന്നെയും അവരോടുഞാന് പോകുന്നു; നിങ്ങള് എന്നെ അന്വേഷിക്കും; നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപത്തില് നിങ്ങള് മരിക്കും; ഞാന് പോകുന്ന ഇടത്തേക്കു നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വരുവാന് കഴികയില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

21. Then sayde Iesus againe vnto them: I go my way, and ye shall seeke me, and shall dye in your synnes: Whyther I go, thyther can ye not come.

22. ഞാന് പോകുന്ന ഇടത്തേക്കു നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വരുവാന് കഴികയില്ല എന്നു അവന് പറഞ്ഞതുകൊണ്ടു പക്ഷേ തന്നെത്താന് കൊല്ലുമോ എന്നു യെഹൂദന്മാര് പറഞ്ഞു.

22. Then sayde the Iewes: Wyll he kyll hym selfe, because he saith, whyther I go, thyther can ye not come?

23. അവന് അവരോടുനിങ്ങള് കീഴില്നിന്നുള്ളവര്, ഞാന് മേലില് നിന്നുള്ളവന് ; നിങ്ങള് ഈ ലോകത്തില് നിന്നുള്ളവര്, ഞാന് ഈ ലോകത്തില് നിന്നുള്ളവനല്ല.

23. And he sayde vnto them: ye are from beneathe, I am from aboue: ye are of this worlde, I am not of this worlde.

24. ആകയാല് നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങളില് നിങ്ങള് മരിക്കും എന്നു ഞാന് നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞു; ഞാന് അങ്ങനെയുള്ളവന് എന്നു വിശ്വസിക്കാഞ്ഞാല് നിങ്ങള് നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങളില് മരിക്കും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

24. I sayde therefore vnto you, that you shall dye in your sinnes. For yf ye beleue not that I am he, ye shall dye in your sinnes.

25. അവര് അവനോടുനീ ആര് ആകുന്നു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു യേശുആദിമുതല് ഞാന് നിങ്ങളോടു സംസാരിച്ചുപോരുന്നതു തന്നേ.

25. Then sayde they vnto hym: Who art thou? And Iesus saith vnto them: Euen the very same thyng that I sayde vnto you from the begynnyng.

26. നിങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു വളരെ സംസാരിപ്പാനും വിധിപ്പാനും എനിക്കു ഉണ്ടു; എങ്കിലും എന്നെ അയച്ചവന് സത്യവാന് ആകുന്നു; അവനോടു കേട്ടതു തന്നേ ഞാന് ലോകത്തോടു സംസാരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

26. I haue many thynges to saye, and to iudge of you. Yea, & he that sent me, is true: And I speake to the world, those thynges which I haue hearde of hym.

27. പിതാവിനെക്കുറിച്ചു ആകുന്നു അവന് തങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞതു എന്നു അവര് ഗ്രഹിച്ചില്ല.

27. Howebeit, they vnderstoode not that he spake to them of his father.

28. ആകയാല് യേശുനിങ്ങള് മനുഷ്യപുത്രനെ ഉയര്ത്തിയശേഷം ഞാന് തന്നേ അവന് എന്നും ഞാന് സ്വയമായിട്ടു ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാതെ പിതാവു എനിക്കു ഉപദേശിച്ചുതന്നതു പോലെ ഇതു സംസാരിക്കുന്നു എന്നും അറിയും.

28. Then saide Iesus vnto them: When ye haue lift vp [an hye] the sonne of man, then shall ye knowe that I am he, and that I do nothyng of my selfe: but as my father hath taught me, euen so I speake these thynges.

29. എന്നെ അയച്ചവന് എന്നോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടു; ഞാന് എല്ലായ്പോഴും അവന്നു പ്രസാദമുള്ളതു ചെയ്യുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവന് എന്നെ ഏകനായി വിട്ടിട്ടില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

29. And he that sent me, is with me. The father hath not left me alone: For I do alwayes those thynges that please him.

30. അവന് ഇങ്ങനെ സംസാരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോള് പലരും അവനില് വിശ്വസിച്ചു.

30. As he spake those wordes, many beleued on hym.

31. തന്നില് വിശ്വസിച്ച യെഹൂദന്മാരോടു യേശുഎന്റെ വചനത്തില് നിലനിലക്കുന്നു എങ്കില് നിങ്ങള് വാസ്തവമായി എന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരായി,

31. Then sayde Iesus to those Iewes which beleued on him: Yf ye continue in my word, then are ye my very disciples.

32. സത്യം അറികയും സത്യം നിങ്ങളെ സ്വതന്ത്രന്മാരാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

32. And ye shall knowe the trueth, and the trueth shall make you free.

33. അവര് അവനോടുഞങ്ങള് അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെ സന്തതി; ആര്ക്കും ഒരുനാളും ദാസന്മാരായിരുന്നിട്ടില്ല; നിങ്ങള് സ്വതന്ത്രന്മാര് ആകും എന്നു നീ പറയുന്നതു എങ്ങനെ എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

33. They aunswered hym: We be Abrahams seede, and were neuer bonde to any man: howe sayest thou then, ye shalbe made free?

34. അതിന്നു യേശുആമേന് , ആമേന് , ഞാന് നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നുപാപം ചെയ്യുന്നവന് എല്ലാം പാപത്തിന്റെ ദാസന് ആകുന്നു.

34. Iesus aunswered them: Ueryly, veryly I say vnto you, that whosoeuer comitteth sinne, is the seruaunt of sinne.

35. ദാസന് എന്നേക്കും വീട്ടില് വസിക്കുന്നില്ല; പുത്രനോ എന്നേക്കും വസിക്കുന്നു.

35. And the seruaut abideth not in ye house for euer: but the sonne abydeth euer.

36. പുത്രന് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം വരുത്തിയാല് നിങ്ങള് സാക്ഷാല് സ്വതന്ത്രര് ആകും.

36. Yf the sonne therefore shall make you free, then are ye free in deede.

37. നിങ്ങള് അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെ സന്തതി എന്നു ഞാന് അറിയുന്നു; എങ്കിലും എന്റെ വചനത്തിന്നു നിങ്ങളില് ഇടം ഇല്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങള് എന്നെ കൊല്ലുവാന് നോക്കുന്നു.

37. I know that ye are Abrahams seede, but ye seke [meanes] to kyll me, because my worde hath no place in you.

38. പിതാവിന്റെ അടുക്കല് കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ളതു ഞാന് സംസാരിക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവിനോടു കേട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതു നിങ്ങള് ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

38. I speake that whiche I haue seene with my father: and ye do that whiche ye haue seene with your father.

39. അവര് അവനോടുഅബ്രാഹാം ആകുന്നു ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതിന്നു യേശു അവരോടുനിങ്ങള് അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെ മക്കള് എങ്കില് അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെ ചെയ്യുമായിരുന്നു.

39. They aunswered, and saide vnto him: Abraham is our father. Iesus saith vnto them: Yf ye were Abrahams childre, ye woulde do the workes of Abraham.

40. എന്നാല് ദൈവത്തോടു കേട്ടിട്ടുള്ള സത്യം നിങ്ങളോടു സംസാരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യനായ എന്നെ നിങ്ങള് കൊല്ലുവാന് നോക്കുന്നു; അങ്ങനെ അബ്രാഹാം ചെയ്തില്ലല്ലോ.

40. But now ye go about to kyll me, a ma that hath tolde you the trueth, which I haue heard of god: this did not Abraha.

41. നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെ നിങ്ങള് ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. അവര് അവനോടുഞങ്ങള് പരസംഗത്താല് ജനിച്ചവരല്ല; ഞങ്ങള്ക്കു ഒരു പിതാവേയുള്ളു; ദൈവം തന്നേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

41. Ye do the deedes of your father. Then said they to him: We be not borne of fornication, we haue one father, euen God.

42. യേശു അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതുദൈവം നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവു എങ്കില് നിങ്ങള് എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുമായിരുന്നു ഞാന് ദൈവത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കല്നിന്നു വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് സ്വയമായി വന്നതല്ല, അവന് എന്നെ അയച്ചതാകുന്നു.

42. Iesus saide vnto them: Yf God were your father, truely ye woulde loue me: For I proceaded foorth, and came from God: neither came I of my selfe, but he sent me.

43. എന്റെ ഭാഷണം നിങ്ങള് ഗ്രഹിക്കാത്തതു എന്തു? എന്റെ വചനം കേള്പ്പാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു മനസ്സില്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടത്രേ.

43. Why do ye not knowe my speache? euen because ye cannot heare my word.

44. നിങ്ങള് പിശാചെന്ന പിതാവിന്റെ മക്കള്; നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവിന്റെ മോഹങ്ങളെ ചെയ്വാനും ഇച്ഛിക്കുന്നു. അവന് ആദിമുതല് കുലപാതകന് ആയിരുന്നു; അവനില് സത്യം ഇല്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടു സത്യത്തില് നിലക്കുന്നതുമില്ല. അവന് ഭോഷകു പറയുമ്പോള് സ്വന്തത്തില് നിന്നു എടുത്തു പറയുന്നു; അവന് ഭോഷ്ക പറയുന്നവനും അതിന്റെ അപ്പനും ആകുന്നു.

44. Ye are of your father the deuyll, and the lustes of your father wyll ye do. He was a murtherer from the begynnyng, and abode not in the trueth: because there is no trueth in hym. When he speaketh a lye, he speaketh of his owne: For he is a lyer, and the father of the same thyng.

45. ഞാനോ സത്യം പറയുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങള് എന്നെ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ല.

45. And because I tel you the trueth, therfore ye beleue me not.

46. നിങ്ങളില് ആര് എന്നെ പാപത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു ബോധം വരുത്തുന്നു? ഞാന് സത്യം പറയുന്നു എങ്കില് നിങ്ങള് എന്നെ വിശ്വസിക്കാത്തതു എന്തു? ദൈവസന്തതിയായവന് ദൈവവചനം കേള്ക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങള് ദൈവസന്തതിയല്ലായ്കകൊണ്ടു കേള്ക്കുന്നില്ല.

46. Which of you rebuketh me of sinne? Yf I say the trueth, why do not ye beleue me?

47. യെഹൂദന്മാര് അവനോടുനീ ഒരു ശമര്യന് ; നിനക്കു ഭൂതം ഉണ്ടു എന്നു ഞങ്ങള് പറയുന്നതു ശരിയല്ലയോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

47. He that is of god, heareth gods wordes. Ye therfore heare the not, because ye are not of God.

48. അതിന്നു യേശുഎനിക്കു ഭൂതമില്ല; ഞാന് എന്റെ പിതാവിനെ ബഹുമാനിക്ക അത്രേ ചെയ്യുന്നതു; നിങ്ങളോ എന്നെ അപമാനിക്കുന്നു.

48. Then aunswered the Iewes, & saide vnto hym: Say we not well that thou art a Samaritane, and hast the deuyl?

49. ഞാന് എന്റെ മഹത്വം അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നില്ല; അന്വേഷിക്കയും വിധിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നവന് ഒരുവന് ഉണ്ടു.

49. Iesus aunswered, I haue not the deuyll: but I honour my father, and ye haue dishonoured me.

50. ആമേന് , ആമേന് ഞാന് നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നുഎന്റെ വചനം പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നവന് ഒരുനാളും മരണം കാണ്കയില്ല എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

50. I seke not myne owne praise, there is one that seketh, and iudgeth.

51. യെഹൂദന്മാര് അവനോടുനിനക്കു ഭൂതം ഉണ്ടു എന്നു ഇപ്പോള് ഞങ്ങള്ക്കു മനസ്സിലായി; അബ്രാഹാമും പ്രവാചകന്മാരും മരിച്ചു; നീയോ എന്റെ വചനം പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നവന് ഒരുനാളും മരണം ആസ്വദിക്കയില്ല എന്നു പറയുന്നു.

51. Ueryly veryly I saye vnto you, yf a man kepe my saying, he shall neuer see death.

52. ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവായ അബ്രാഹാമിനെക്കാള് നീ വലിയവനോ? അവന് മരിച്ചു, പ്രവാചകന്മാരും മരിച്ചു; നിന്നെത്തന്നെ നീ ആര് ആക്കുന്നു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു യേശു

52. Then sayde the Iewes vnto hym: Now know we that thou hast ye deuyll. Abraham is dead, & the prophetes: and thou sayest, yf a man kepe my saying, he shall neuer taste of death.

53. ഞാന് എന്നെത്തന്നെമഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തിയാല് എന്റെ മഹത്വം ഏതുമില്ല; എന്നെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതു എന്റെ പിതാവു ആകുന്നു; അവനെ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവം എന്നു നിങ്ങള് പറയുന്നു.

53. Art thou greater the our father Abraham, which is dead? and the prophetes are dead: whom makest thou thy selfe?

54. എങ്കിലും നിങ്ങള് അവനെ അറിയുന്നില്ല; ഞാനോ അവനെ അറിയുന്നു; അവനെ അറിയുന്നില്ല എന്നു ഞാന് പറഞ്ഞാല് നിങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ ഭോഷകുപറയുന്നവന് ആകും; എന്നാല് ഞാന് അവനെ അറിയുന്നു; അവന്റെ വചനം പ്രമാണിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

54. Iesus aunswered: Yf I honour my selfe, mine honour is nothing. It is my father that honoureth me, which ye say is your God:

55. നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവായ അബ്രാഹാം എന്റെ ദിവസം കാണും എന്നുള്ളതുകൊണ്ടു ഉല്ലസിച്ചു; അവന് കണ്ടു സന്തോഷിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

55. And yet ye haue not knowen him, but I knowe hym: And if I say I knowe hym not, I shalbe a lyer lyke vnto you. But I knowe hym, & kepe his saying.

56. യെഹൂദന്മാര് അവനോടുനിനക്കു അമ്പതു വയസ്സു ആയിട്ടില്ല; നീ അബ്രാഹാമിനെ കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.

56. Your father Abraham was glad to see my day: and he saw it, and reioyced.

57. യേശു അവരോടുആമേന് , ആമേന് , ഞാന് നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നുഅബ്രാഹാം ജനിച്ചതിന്നു മുമ്പേ ഞാന് ഉണ്ടു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

57. Then sayde the Iewes vnto hym: Thou art not yet fiftie yeres olde, & hast thou seene Abraham.

58. അപ്പോള് അവര് അവനെ എറിവാന് കല്ലു എടുത്തു; യേശുവോ മറഞ്ഞു ദൈവാലയം വിട്ടു പോയി.

58. Iesus sayde vnto them: Ueryly, veryly I saye vnto you, before Abraham was, I am.
