1. യഹോവ എന്റെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയും യാചനകളും കേട്ടതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാന് അവനെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു.

1. I love the LORD, because he hears me; he listens to my prayers.

2. അവന് തന്റെ ചെവി എങ്കലേക്കു ചായിച്ചതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാന് ജീവകാലമൊക്കെയും അവനെ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്കും

2. He listens to me every time I call to him.

3. മരണപാശങ്ങള് എന്നെ ചുറ്റി, പാതാള വേദനകള് എന്നെ പിടിച്ചു; ഞാന് കഷ്ടവും സങ്കടവും അനുഭവിച്ചു.

3. The danger of death was all around me; the horrors of the grave closed in on me; I was filled with fear and anxiety.

4. അയ്യോ, യഹോവേ, എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ എന്നു ഞാന് യഹോവയുടെ നാമം വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിച്ചു.

4. Then I called to the LORD, 'I beg you, LORD, save me!'

5. യഹോവ കൃപയും നീതിയും ഉള്ളവന് ; നമ്മുടെ ദൈവം കരുണയുള്ളവന് തന്നേ.

5. The LORD is merciful and good; our God is compassionate.

6. യഹോവ അല്പബുദ്ധികളെ പാലിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് എളിമപ്പെട്ടു, അവന് എന്നെ രക്ഷിച്ചു.

6. The LORD protects the helpless; when I was in danger, he saved me.

7. എന് മനമേ, നീ വീണ്ടും സ്വസ്ഥമായിരിക്ക; യഹോവ നിനക്കു ഉപകാരം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

7. Be confident, my heart, because the LORD has been good to me.

8. നീ എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ മരണത്തില്നിന്നും എന്റെ കണ്ണിനെ കണ്ണുനീരില്നിന്നും എന്റെ കാലിനെ വീഴ്ചയില്നിന്നും രക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

8. The LORD saved me from death; he stopped my tears and kept me from defeat.

9. ഞാന് ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്തു യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ നടക്കും.

9. And so I walk in the presence of the LORD in the world of the living.

10. ഞാന് വലിയ കഷ്ടതയില് ആയി എന്നു പറഞ്ഞപ്പോള് ഞാന് വിശ്വസിച്ചു.

10. I kept on believing, even when I said, 'I am completely crushed,'

11. even when I was afraid and said, 'No one can be trusted.'

12. യഹോവ എനിക്കു ചെയ്ത സകലഉപകാരങ്ങള്ക്കും ഞാന് അവന്നു എന്തു പകരം കൊടുക്കും?

12. What can I offer the LORD for all his goodness to me?

13. ഞാന് രക്ഷയുടെ പാനപാത്രം എടുത്തു യഹോവയുടെ നാമം വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്കും.

13. I will bring a wine offering to the LORD, to thank him for saving me.

14. യഹോവേക്കു ഞാന് എന്റെ നേര്ച്ചകളെ അവന്റെ സകലജനവും കാണ്കെ കഴിക്കും.

14. In the assembly of all his people I will give him what I have promised.

15. തന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാരുടെ മരണം യഹോവേക്കു വിലയേറിയതാകുന്നു.

15. How painful it is to the LORD when one of his people dies!

16. യഹോവേ, ഞാന് നിന്റെ ദാസന് ആകുന്നു; നിന്റെ ദാസനും നിന്റെ ദാസിയുടെ മകനും തന്നേ; നീ എന്റെ ബന്ധനങ്ങളെ അഴിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

16. I am your servant, LORD; I serve you just as my mother did. You have saved me from death.

17. ഞാന് നിനക്കു സ്തോത്രയാഗം കഴിച്ചു യഹോവയുടെ നാമം വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്കും.

17. I will give you a sacrifice of thanksgiving and offer my prayer to you.

18. യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിന്റെ പ്രാകാരങ്ങളിലും യെരൂശലേമേ, നിന്റെ നടുവിലും

18. In the assembly of all your people, in the sanctuary of your Temple in Jerusalem, I will give you what I have promised. Praise the LORD!

19. ഞാന് യഹോവേക്കു എന്റെ നേര്ച്ചകളെ അവന്റെ സകലജനവും കാണ്കെ കഴിക്കും. യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന് .
