1. അനന്തരം അവന് എന്നെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ കിഴക്കോട്ടു ദര്ശനമുള്ള പുറത്തെ ഗോപുരത്തിലേക്കു മടക്കിക്കൊണ്ടുവന്നു; എന്നാല് അതു അടെച്ചിരുന്നു.

1. After this, he brought me agayne to ye outwarde dore of the Sanctuary on the east syde, and that was shut.

2. അപ്പോള് യഹോവ എന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതുഈ ഗോപുരം തുറക്കാതെ അടെച്ചിരിക്കേണം; ആരും അതില്കൂടി കടക്കരുതു; യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ അതില്കൂടി അകത്തു കടന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അതു അടെച്ചിരിക്കേണം.

2. Then sayde the LORDE vnto me: This dore shalbe stil shut, and not opened for eny ma to go thorow it, but only for the LORDE God of Israel: yee he shal go thorow it, els shal it be shut still.

3. പ്രഭുവോ അവന് പ്രഭുവായിരിക്കയാല് യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് ഭോജനം കഴിപ്പാന് അവിടെ ഇരിക്കേണം; അവന് ആ ഗോപുരത്തിന്റെ പൂമുഖത്തുകൂടി അകത്തു കടക്കയും അതില്കൂടി പുറത്തു പോകയും വേണം.

3. The prynce himself shal come thorow it, that he maye eate bred before the LORDE. At the porche shal he come in, and there shal he go out agayne.

4. പിന്നെ അവന് എന്നെ വടക്കെ ഗോപുരംവഴിയായി ആലയത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പില് കൊണ്ടുചെന്നു; ഞാന് നോക്കി, യഹോവയുടെ തേജസ്സു യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തില് നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നതു കണ്ടു കവിണ്ണുവീണു.

4. Then brought he me to the dore, vpon the north syde of the house. And as I loked aboute me, beholde, the glory of the LORDE fylled the house: and I fell downe vpon my face.

5. അപ്പോള് യഹോവ എന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതുമനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിന്റെ സകല വ്യവസ്ഥകളെയും നിയമങ്ങളെയും കുറിച്ചു ഞാന് നിന്നോടു കല്പിക്കുന്നതൊക്കെയും നീ നല്ലവണ്ണം ശ്രദ്ധവെച്ചു കണ്ണുകൊണ്ടു നോക്കി ചെവികൊണ്ടു കേള്ക്ക; ആലയത്തിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രവേശനത്തെയും വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തില്നിന്നുള്ള പുറപ്പാടുകളെയും നീ നല്ലവണ്ണം കുറിക്കൊള്ക.

5. So the LORDE spake vnto me: O thou sonne of man, fasten this to thine herte, beholde, and take diliget hede to all that I wil saye vnto the, concernynge all the ordinaunces of the LORDE and all his lawes: pondre well with thine herte the commynge in of the house and the goinge forth of the Sanctuary:

6. യിസ്രായേല്ഗൃഹക്കരായ മത്സരികളോടു നീ പറയേണ്ടതുയഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുയിസ്രായേല്ഗൃഹമേ, നിങ്ങളുടെ സകല മ്ളേച്ഛതകളും മതിയാക്കുവിന് .

6. and tell that obstinate housholde of Israel: Thus saieth the LORDE God: O house of Israel, ye haue now done ynough with all youre abhominacios,

7. നിങ്ങള് എന്റെ ആഹാരമായ മേദസ്സും രക്തവും അര്പ്പിക്കുമ്പോള്, എന്റെ ആലയത്തെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങള് ഹൃദയത്തിലും മാംസത്തിലും അഗ്രചര്മ്മികളായ അന്യജാതിക്കാരെ എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തില് ഇരിപ്പാന് കൊണ്ടുവന്നതിനാല് നിങ്ങളുടെ സകല മ്ളേച്ഛതകള്ക്കും പുറമെ നിങ്ങള് എന്റെ നിയമവും ലംഘിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

7. seynge that ye haue brought in to my Sanctuary straungers, hauynge vncircumcised hertes & flesh, where thorow my Sactuary is defiled, whe ye offre my bred, fat, & bloude. Thus with all youre abhominacions ye haue broken my couenaunt,

8. നിങ്ങള് എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധവസ്തുക്കളുടെ കാര്യം വിചാരിക്കാതെ അവരെ എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തില് കാര്യവിചാരണെക്കു ആക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

8. and not kepte the holy ordinaunces of my Sanctuary: but set kepers of my Sanctuary, euen after youre owne mynde.

9. യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുയിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ ഇടയിലുള്ള യാതൊരു അന്യജാതിക്കാരനും, ഹൃദയത്തിലും മാംസത്തിലും അഗ്രചര്മ്മിയായ യാതൊരു അന്യജാതിക്കാരനും തന്നേ, എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തില് പ്രവേശിക്കരുതു.

9. Therfore thus saieth ye LORDE God: Of all the straungers that dwell amoge the childre of Israel, no straunger (whose herte & flesh is not circumcised) shal come within my Sanctuary:

10. യിസ്രായേല് തെറ്റിപ്പോയ കാലത്തു എന്നെ വിട്ടകന്നു പോയവരും എന്നെ വിട്ടു തെറ്റി വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളോടു ചേര്ന്നവരുമായ ലേവ്യര് തന്നേ തങ്ങളുടെ അകൃത്യം വഹിക്കേണം.

10. No ner the Leuites that be gone backe fro me, and haue disceaued the people of Israel with erroures, goinge after their Idols: therfore shal thei beare their owne wickednes.

11. അവര് എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തില് ആലയത്തിന്റെ പടിവാതില്ക്കല് എല്ലാം ശുശ്രൂഷകന്മാരായി കാവല്നിന്നു ആലയത്തില് ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണം; അവര് ജനത്തിന്നുവേണ്ടി ഹോമയാഗവും ഹനനയാഗവും അറുത്തു അവര്ക്കും ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു അവരുടെ മുമ്പില് നില്ക്കേണം.

11. Shulde they be set and ordened to ministre, vnder the dores of the house of my Sanctuary? and to do seruyce in the house: to slaye burntoffringes and sacrifices for ye people: to stode before them, and to serue them:

12. അവര് അവരുടെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പാകെ ശുശ്രൂഷചെയ്തു, യിസ്രായേല്ഗൃഹത്തിന്നു അകൃത്യഹേതുവായ്തീര്ന്നതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാന് അവര്ക്കും വിരോധമായി കൈ ഉയര്ത്തി സത്യം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു; അവര് തങ്ങളുടെ അകൃത്യം വഹിക്കേണം എന്നു യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

12. seynge the seruyce that they do them, is before their Idols, and cause the house of Israel to stomble thorow wickednesse? For the which cause I haue pluckte out myne honde ouer them (saieth the LORDE) so that now they must beare their owne iniquyte,

13. അവര് എനിക്കു പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്വാനും അതിവിശുദ്ധങ്ങളായ എന്റെ സകല വിശുദ്ധവസ്തുക്കളെയും തൊടുവാനും എന്നോടു അടുത്തുവരാതെ തങ്ങളുടെ ലജ്ജയും തങ്ങള് ചെയ്ത മ്ളേച്ഛതകളും വഹിക്കേണം.

13. and not to come nye me, to serue me with their preasheade, in my Sanctuary, and most holyest of all: that they maye beare their owne shame and abhominacions, which they haue done.

14. എന്നാല് ആലയത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ വേലെക്കും അതില് ചെയ്വാനുള്ള എല്ലാറ്റിന്നും ഞാന് അവരെ അതില് കാര്യവിചാരകന്മാരാക്കി വേക്കും.

14. Shulde I vse them to be porters of the house, and to all the seruyce yt is done therin?

15. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള് എന്നെ വിട്ടു തെറ്റിപ്പോയ കാലത്തു എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ കാര്യവിചാരണ നടത്തിയിരുന്ന സാദോക്കിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരായ ലേവ്യപുരോഹിതന്മാര് എനിക്കു ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്നോടു അടുത്തുവരികയും മേദസ്സും രക്തവും എനിക്കു അര്പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ നില്ക്കയും വേണം എന്നു യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

15. But the prestes ye Leuites the sonnes of Sadoch, that kepte the holy ordinaunces of my Sanctuary, when the children of Israel were gone fro me: shal come to me, to do me seruyce, to stonde before me, and to offre me the fat and the bloude, saieth the LORDE God.

16. അവര് എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തില് കടന്നു എനിക്കു ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്റെ മേശയുടെ അടുക്കല് വരികയും എന്റെ കാര്യവിചാരണ നടത്തുകയും വേണം.

16. They shall go in to my Sanctuary, and treade before my table, to do me seruyce, and to waite vpo myne ordinaunces.

17. എന്നാല് അകത്തെ പ്രാകാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിലുകള്ക്കകത്തു കടക്കുമ്പോള് അവര് ശണവസ്ത്രം ധരിക്കേണം; അകത്തെ പ്രാകാരത്തിന്റെ വാതില്ക്കലും ആലയത്തിന്നകത്തും ശുശ്രൂഷചെയ്യുമ്പോള് ആട്ടിന് രോമംകൊണ്ടുള്ള വസ്ത്രം ധരിക്കരുതു.

17. Now whe they go in at the dores of the ynnermer courte, they shal put on lynnynge clothes, so that no wollyne come vpon them: whyle they do seruyce vnder the dores of ye ynnermer courte, and within.

18. അവരുടെ തലയില് ശണംകൊണ്ടുള്ള തലപ്പാവും അരയില് ശണംകൊണ്ടുള്ള കാലക്കുപ്പായവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണം; വിയര്പ്പുണ്ടാകുന്ന യാതൊന്നും അവര് ധരിക്കരുതു.

18. They shal haue fayre lynnynge bonettes vpon their heades, and lynnynge breches vpon their loynes, which in their laboure they shal not put aboute them:

19. അവര് പുറത്തെ പ്രാകാരത്തിലേക്കു, പുറത്തെ പ്രാകാരത്തില് ജനത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കലേക്കു തന്നേ, ചെല്ലുമ്പോള് തങ്ങളുടെ വസ്ത്രത്താല് ജനത്തെ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു തങ്ങള് ശുശ്രൂഷചെയ്ത സമയം ധരിച്ചിരുന്ന വസ്ത്രം നീക്കി വിശുദ്ധമണ്ഡപങ്ങളില് വെച്ചിട്ടു വേറെ വസ്ത്രം ധരിക്കേണം.

19. And when they go forth to the people in to the outwarde courte, they shal put of the clothes, wherin they haue ministred, and laye them in the habitacion of the Sanctuary, & put on other apparell, lest they onhalowe ye people with their clothes.

20. അവര് തല ക്ഷൌരം ചെയ്കയോ തലമുടി നീട്ടുകയോ ചെയ്യാതെ കത്രിക്ക മാത്രമേ ചെയ്യാവു.

20. They shal not shaue their heades, ner norish the bushe of their hayre, but roude their heades only.

21. യാതൊരു പുരോഹിതനും വീഞ്ഞു കുടിച്ചു അകത്തെ പ്രാകാരത്തില് കടക്കരുതു.

21. All the prestes that go in to the ynmost courte, shall drynke no wyne.

22. വിധവയെയോ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കപ്പെട്ടവളെയോ ഭാര്യയായി എടുക്കാതെ അവര് യിസ്രായേല്ഗൃഹത്തിലെ സന്തതിയിലുള്ള കന്യകമാരെയോ ഒരു പുരോഹിതന്റെ ഭാര്യയായിരുന്ന വിധവയെയോ വിവാഹം കഴിക്കേണം.

22. They shall mary no wydowe, nether one that is put from hir hu?bonde: but a mayde of the sede of the house of Israel, or a wydowe, that hath had a prest before.

23. അവര് വിശുദ്ധമായതിന്നും സാമാന്യമായതിന്നും തമ്മിലുള്ള വ്യത്യാസം എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്നു ഉപദേശിച്ചു, മലിനമായതും നിര്മ്മലമായതും അവരെ തിരിച്ചറിയുമാറാക്കേണം.

23. They shal shewe my people the difference betwene the holy and vnholy, betwixte the clene and vnclene.

24. വ്യവഹാരത്തില് അവര് ന്യായം വിധിപ്പാന് നില്ക്കേണം; എന്റെ വിധികളെ അനുസരിച്ചു അവര് ന്യായം വിധിക്കേണം; അവര് ഉത്സവങ്ങളിലൊക്കെയും എന്റെ പ്രമാണങ്ങളും ചട്ടങ്ങളും ആചരിക്കയും എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കയും വേണം.

24. Yf eny discorde aryse, they shal discerne it, and geue sentence after my iudgmentes. My solempne feastes, my lawes and ordinaunces shal they kepe, and halowe my Sabbathes.

25. അവര് മരിച്ച ആളുടെ അടുക്കല് ചെന്നു അശുദ്ധരാകരുതു; എങ്കിലും അപ്പന് , അമ്മ, മകന് , മകള്, സഹോദരന് , ഭര്ത്താവില്ലാത്ത സഹോദരി എന്നിവര്ക്കുംവേണ്ടി അശുദ്ധരാകാം.

25. They shal come at no deed persone, to defyle them selues: (excepte it be father or mother, sonne or doughter, brother or sister that hath had yet no husbonde) in soch they maye be defyled.

26. അവന്റെ ശുദ്ധീകരണം കഴിഞ്ഞശേഷം ഏഴു ദിവസം എണ്ണേണം.

26. And when he is clensed, there shal be rekened vnto him vij dayes:

27. വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തില് ശുശ്രൂഷചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു അവന് അകത്തെ പ്രാകാരത്തില് വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിലേക്കു പോകുന്ന ദിവസത്തില് അവന് പാപയാഗം അര്പ്പിക്കേണം എന്നു യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

27. and yf he go in to the Sanctuary agayne to do seruyce, he shal bringe a synoffringe saieth the LORDE God.

28. അവരുടെ അവകാശമോ, ഞാന് തന്നേ അവരുടെ അവകാശം; നിങ്ങള് അവര്ക്കും യിസ്രായേലില് സ്വത്തു ഒന്നും കൊടുക്കരുതു; ഞാന് തന്നേ അവരുടെ സ്വത്താകുന്നു.

28. They shall haue an heretage, yee I my self wilbe their heretage: els shall ye geue the no possession in Israel, for I am their possession.

29. അവര് ഭോജനയാഗം, പാപയാഗം, അകൃത്യയാഗം എന്നിവകൊണ്ടു ഉപജീവനം കഴിക്കേണം; യിസ്രായേലില് നിവേദിതമായതൊക്കെയും അവര്ക്കുംള്ളതായിരിക്കേണം.

29. The meatoffringe, synoffringe & trespace offringe shal they eate, and euery dedicate thinge in Israel, shalbe theirs.

30. സകലവിധ ആദ്യഫലങ്ങളിലും ഉത്തമമായതും വഴിപാടായി വരുന്ന എല്ലാവക വഴിപാടും പുരോഹിതന്മാര്ക്കുംള്ളതായിരിക്കേണം; നിന്റെ വീട്ടിന്മേല് അനുഗ്രഹം വരുത്തേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ തരിമാവിന്റെ ആദ്യഭാഗവും പുരോഹിതന്നു കൊടുക്കേണം.

30. The firstlinges of all the first frutes, and all fre will offringes shal be the prestes. Ye shall geue vnto the prest also the firstlinges of youre dowe, that God maye prospere the resydue.

31. താനേ ചത്തതും പഠിച്ചുകീറിപ്പോയതുമായ പക്ഷിയെയോ മൃഗത്തെയോ ഒന്നിനെയും പുരോഹിതന് തിന്നരുതു.

31. But no deed carion shall the prest eate, ner soch as is deuoured of wilde beestes, foules or catell.
