1. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടും അഹരോനോടും അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

1. The LORD said to Moses and Aaron:

2. ലേവ്യരില് വെച്ചു കെഹാത്യരില് മുപ്പതു വയസ്സുമുതല് അമ്പതു വയസ്സുവരെയുള്ളവരായി സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില്

2. 'Among the Levites take a total of the Kohathites, by clans and ancestral houses, all the men of the Kohathites

3. വേലചെയ്വാന് സേവയില് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവരെയും കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായും കുലംകുലമായും എണ്ണി തുക എടുപ്പിന് .

3. between thirty and fifty years of age; these are to undertake obligatory tasks in the meeting tent.

4. സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില് അതിവിശുദ്ധകാര്യങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ചു കെഹാത്യരുടെ വേല എന്തെന്നാല്

4. 'The service of the Kohathites in the meeting tent concerns the most sacred objects.

5. പാളയം യാത്രപുറപ്പെടുമ്പോള് അഹരോനും പുത്രന്മാരും വന്നു തിരശ്ശീല ഇറക്കി അതുകൊണ്ടു സാക്ഷ്യപെട്ടകം മൂടേണം.

5. In breaking camp, Aaron and his sons shall go in and take down the screening curtain and cover the ark of the commandments with it.

6. തഹശൂതോല്കൊണ്ടുള്ള മൂടി അതിന്മേല് ഇട്ടു അതിന്നു മീതെ നീലശ്ശീല വിരിച്ചു തണ്ടു ചെലുത്തേണം.

6. Over these they shall put a cover of tahash skin, and on top of this spread an all-violet cloth. They shall then put the poles in place.

7. കാഴ്ചയപ്പത്തിന്റെ മേശമേലും ഒരു നീലശ്ശീല വിരിച്ചു അതിന്മേല് തളികകളും കരണ്ടികളും കിണ്ടികളും പകരുന്നതിന്നുള്ള കുടങ്ങളും വെക്കേണം; നിരന്തരമായ അപ്പവും അതിന്മേല് ഇരിക്കേണം.

7. On the table of the Presence they shall spread a violet cloth and put on it the plates and cups, as well as the bowls and pitchers for libations; the established bread offering shall remain on the table.

8. അവയുടെ മേല് ഒരു ചുവപ്പുശീല വിരിച്ചു തഹശൂതോല്കൊണ്ടുള്ള മൂടുവിരിയാല് അതു മൂടുകയും തണ്ടു ചെലുത്തുകയും വേണം.

8. Over these they shall spread a scarlet cloth and cover all this with tahash skin. They shall then put the poles in place.

9. ഒരു നീലശ്ശീല എടുത്തു വെളിച്ചത്തിന്നുള്ള നിലവിളക്കും അതിന്റെ ദീപങ്ങളും ചവണകളും കരിന്തിരി മുറിച്ചിടുന്ന പാത്രങ്ങളും അതിന്റെ ഉപയോഗത്തിന്നുള്ള എല്ലാ എണ്ണകൂടങ്ങളും മൂടേണം.

9. They shall use a violet cloth to cover the lampstand with its lamps, trimming shears, and trays, as well as the various containers of oil from which it is supplied.

10. അതും അതിന്റെ പാത്രങ്ങളൊക്കെയും തഹശൂതോല്കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഒരു വിരിയില് പൊതിഞ്ഞു ഒരു തണ്ടിന്മേല് വെച്ചുകെട്ടേണം.

10. The lampstand with all its utensils they shall then enclose in a covering of tahash skin, and place on a litter.

11. സ്വര്ണ്ണ പീഠത്തിന്മേല് അവര് ഒരു നീലശ്ശീല വിരിച്ചു തഹശ്ശൂതോല്കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഒരു വിരിയാല് മൂടുകയും തണ്ടു ചെലുത്തുകയും വേണം.

11. Over the golden altar they shall spread a violet cloth, and cover this also with a covering of tahash skin. They shall then put the poles in place.

12. വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിലെ ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കുള്ള ഉപകരണങ്ങളൊക്കെയും അവര് എടുത്തു ഒരു നീലശ്ശീലയില് പൊതിഞ്ഞു തഹശൂതോല്കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഒരു വിരിയാല് മൂടുകയും ഒരു തണ്ടിന്മേല് വെച്ചു കെട്ടുകയും വേണം.

12. Taking the utensils of the sanctuary service, they shall wrap them all in violet cloth and cover them with tahash skin. They shall then place them on a litter.

13. അവര് യാഗപീഠത്തില്നിന്നു വെണ്ണീര് നീക്കി അതിന്മേല് ഒരു ധൂമ്രശീല വിരിക്കേണം.

13. After cleansing the altar of its ashes, they shall spread a purple cloth over it.

14. അവര് അതിന്മേല് ശുശ്രൂഷചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നുള്ള ഉപകരണങ്ങളായ കലശം, മുള്ക്കൊളുത്തു, ചട്ടുകം, കലം എന്നിങ്ങനെ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളൊക്കെയും അതിന്മേല് വെക്കേണം; തഹശൂതോല്കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഒരു വിരി അതിന്മേല് വിരിക്കയും തണ്ടു ചെലുത്തുകയും വേണം.

14. On this they shall put all the utensils with which it is served: the fire pans, forks, shovels, basins, and all the utensils of the altar. They shall then spread a covering of tahash skin over this, and put the poles in place.

15. പാളയം യാത്രപുറപ്പെടുമ്പോള് അഹരോനും പുത്രന്മാരും വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരവും വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിലെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളൊക്കെയും മൂടി തീര്ന്നശേഷം കെഹാത്യര് ചുമപ്പാന് വരേണം; എന്നാല് അവര് മരിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു വിശുദ്ധമായതൊന്നും തൊടരുതു; സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില് കെഹാത്യരുടെ ചുമടു ഇവ തന്നേ.

15. 'Only after Aaron and his sons have finished covering the sacred objects and all their utensils on breaking camp, shall the Kohathites enter to carry them. But they shall not touch the sacred objects; if they do they will die. These, then, are the objects in the meeting tent that the Kohathites shall carry.

16. 'Eleazar, son of Aaron the priest, shall be in charge of the oil for the light, the fragrant incense, the established cereal offering, and the anointing oil. He shall be in charge of the whole Dwelling with all the sacred objects and utensils that are in it.'

17. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടും അഹരോനോടും അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

17. The LORD said to Moses and Aaron:

18. നിങ്ങള് കെഹാത്യകുടുംബങ്ങളുടെ ഗോത്രത്തെ ലേവ്യരില്നിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയരുതു.

18. 'Do not let the group of Kohathite clans perish from the body of the Levites.

19. അവര് അതിവിശുദ്ധവസ്തുക്കളോടു അടുക്കുമ്പോള് മരിക്കാതെ ജീവനോടിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്വിന് അഹരോനും പുത്രന്മാരും അകത്തു കടന്നു അവരില് ഔരോരുത്തനെ അവനവന്റെ വേലെക്കും അവനവന്റെ ചുമട്ടിന്നും ആക്കേണം.

19. That they may live and not die when they approach the most sacred objects, this is what you shall do for them: Aaron and his sons shall go in and assign to each of them his task and what he must carry;

20. എന്നാല് അവര് വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരം കണ്ടിട്ടു മരിച്ചുപോകാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ക്ഷണനേരംപോലും അകത്തു കടക്കരുതു.

20. but the Kohathites shall not go in to look upon the sacred objects, even for an instant; if they do, they will die.'

21. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

21. The LORD said to Moses,

22. ഗേര്ശോന്യരെയും കുലംകുലമായും കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായും എണ്ണി തുക എടുക്കുക.

22. 'Take a total among the Gershonites also, by ancestral houses and clans,

23. മുപ്പതു വയസ്സുമുതല് അമ്പതു വയസ്സുവരെ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില് വേല ചെയ്വാന് സേവയില് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവരെയും എണ്ണേണം.

23. of all the men between thirty and fifty years of age; these are to undertake obligatory tasks in the meeting tent.

24. സേവ ചെയ്യുന്നതിലും ചുമടെടുക്കുന്നതിലും ഗേര്ശോന്യകുടുംബങ്ങള്ക്കുള്ള വേല എന്തെന്നാല്

24. This is the task of the clans of the Gershonites, what they must do and what they must carry:

25. തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്റെ തിരശ്ശീല, സമാഗമനക്കുടാരം, അതിന്റെ മൂടുവിരി, തഹശുതോല്കൊണ്ടു അതിന്മേലുള്ള പുറമൂടി, സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിലിന്നുള്ള മറശ്ശീല,

25. they shall carry the sheets of the Dwelling, the meeting tent with its covering and the outer wrapping of tahash skin, the curtain at the entrance of the meeting tent,

26. പ്രാകാരത്തിന്റെ മറശ്ശീല, തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്നും യാഗപീഠത്തിന്നും ചുറ്റുമുള്ള പ്രാകാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിലിന്നുള്ള മറശ്ശീല, അവയുടെ കയറു എന്നിവയും അവയുടെ ഉപയോഗത്തിന്നുള്ള ഉപകരണങ്ങള് ഒക്കെയും അവര് ചുമക്കേണം; അവയെ സംബന്ധിച്ചു ചെയ്വാനുള്ള വേലയൊക്കെയും അവര് ചെയ്യേണം.

26. the hangings of the court, the curtain at the entrance of the court that encloses both the Dwelling and the altar, together with their ropes and all other objects necessary in their use. Whatever is to be done with these things shall be their task.

27. ഗേര്ശോന്യരുടെ എല്ലാ ചുമടുകളും എല്ലാവേലയും സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ളതൊക്കെയും അഹരോന്റെയും പുത്രന്മാരുടെയും കല്പന പ്രകാരം ആയിരിക്കേണം; അവരുടെ എല്ലാ ചുമടും നിങ്ങള് അവരുടെ വിചാരണയില് ഏല്പിക്കേണം.

27. The service of the Gershonites shall be entirely under the direction of Aaron and his sons, with regard to what they must do and what they must carry; you shall make each man of them responsible for what he is to carry.

28. സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില് ഗേര്ശോന്യരുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങള്ക്കുള്ള വേല ഇതു തന്നേ; അവരുടെ സേവ പുരോഹിതനായ അഹരോന്റെ മകന് ഈഥാമാരിന്റെ കൈക്കീഴായിരിക്കേണം.

28. This, then, is the task of the Gershonites in the meeting tent; and they shall be under the supervision of Ithamar, son of Aaron the priest.

29. മെരാര്യ്യരെയും കുലംകുലമായും കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായും എണ്ണേണം.

29. 'Among the Merarites, too, you shall enroll by clans and ancestral houses

30. മുപ്പതു വയസ്സുമുതല് അമ്പതു വയസ്സുവരെ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിലെ വേല ചെയ്വാന് സേവയില് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവരെയും നീ എണ്ണേണം.

30. all their men between thirty and fifty years of age; these are to undertake obligatory tasks in the meeting tent.

31. സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില് അവര്ക്കുംള്ള എല്ലാവേലയുടെയും മുറെക്കു അവര് എടുക്കേണ്ടുന്ന ചുമടു എന്തെന്നാല്തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്റെ പലക, അന്താഴം, തൂണ്, ചുവടു,

31. This is what they shall be responsible for carrying, all the years of their service in the meeting tent: the boards of the Dwelling with its bars, columns and pedestals,

32. ചുറ്റുമുള്ള പ്രാകാരത്തിന്റെ തൂണ്, ചുവടു, കുറ്റി, കയറു എന്നിവയും അവയുടെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളൊക്കെയും അവ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള എല്ലാ വേലയും തന്നേ; അവര് എടുക്കേണ്ടുന്ന ഉപകരണങ്ങള് നിങ്ങള് പേര്വിവരമായി അവരെ ഏല്പിക്കേണം.

32. and the columns of the surrounding court with their pedestals, pegs and ropes. You shall designate for each man of them all the objects connected with his service, which he shall be responsible for carrying.

33. പുരോഹിതനായ അഹരോന്റെ മകന് ഈഥാമാരിന്റെ കൈക്കീഴെ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില് മെരാര്യ്യരുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങള്ക്കുള്ള സകലസേവയുടെയും മുറെക്കു അവര് ചെയ്യേണ്ടുന്ന വേല ഇതു തന്നേ.

33. This, then, is the task of the clans of the Merarites during all their service in the meeting tent under the supervision of Ithamar, son of Aaron the priest.'

34. മോശെയും അഹരോനും സഭയിലെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരും മെഹാത്യരില് മുപ്പതു വയസ്സുമുതല് അമ്പതു വയസ്സുവരെ

34. So Moses and Aaron and the princes of the community made a registration among the Kohathites, by clans and ancestral houses,

35. സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില് വേല ചെയ്വാന് സേവയില് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവരെയും കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായും കുലംകുലമായും എണ്ണി.

35. of all the men between thirty and fifty years of age. These were to undertake obligatory tasks in the meeting tent;

36. അവരില് കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായി എണ്ണപ്പെട്ടവര് രണ്ടായിരത്തെഴുനൂറ്റമ്പതു പേര്.

36. as registered by clans, they numbered two thousand seven hundred and fifty.

37. മോശെമുഖാന്തരം യഹോവ കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ മോശെയും അഹരോനും കെഹാത്യകുടുംബങ്ങളില് എണ്ണിയവരായി സമാഗമന കൂടാരത്തില് വേല ചെയ്വാനുള്ളവര് എല്ലാം ഇവര് തന്നേ.

37. Such was the census of all the men of the Kohathite clans who were to serve in the meeting tent, which Moses took, together with Aaron, as the LORD bade him.

38. ഗേര്ശോന്യരില് കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായും കുലംകുലമായും എണ്ണപ്പെട്ടവരോ

38. The registration was then made among the Gershonites, by clans and ancestral houses,

39. മുപ്പതുവയസ്സുമുതല് അമ്പതു വയസ്സുവരെ സമാഗമന കൂടാരത്തില് വേല ചെയ്വാന് സേവയില് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നവരായി

39. of all the men between thirty and fifty years of age. These were to undertake obligatory tasks in the meeting tent;

40. കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായും കുലംകുലമായും എണ്ണപ്പെട്ടവര് രണ്ടായിരത്തറുനൂറ്റി മുപ്പതു പേര്.

40. as registered by clans and ancestral houses, they numbered two thousand six hundred and thirty.

41. യഹോവ കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ മോശെയും അഹരോനും ഗേര്ശോന്യകുടുംബങ്ങളില് എണ്ണിയവരായി സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില് വേല ചെയ്വാനുള്ളവര് എല്ലാം ഇവര് തന്നേ.

41. Such was the census of all the men of the Gershonite clans who were to serve in the meeting tent, which Moses took, together with Aaron, at the LORD'S bidding.

42. മെരാര്യ്യകുടുംബങ്ങളില് കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായും കുലംകുലമായും എണ്ണപ്പെട്ടവരോ

42. Then the registration was made among the Merarites, by clans and ancestral houses,

43. മുപ്പതു വയസ്സുമുതല് അമ്പതു വയസ്സുവരെ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തില് വേല ചെയ്വാന് സേവയില് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നവരായി

43. of all the men from thirty up to fifty years of age. These were to undertake obligatory tasks in the meeting tent;

44. അവരില് കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായി എണ്ണപ്പെട്ടവര് ആകെ മൂവായിരത്തിരുനൂറുപേര്.

44. as registered by clans, they numbered three thousand two hundred.

45. യഹോവ മോശെമുഖാന്തരം കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ മോശെയും അഹരോനും മെരാര്യ്യ കുടുംബങ്ങളില് എണ്ണിയവര് ഇവര് തന്നേ.

45. Such was the census of the men of the Merarite clans which Moses took, together with Aaron, as the LORD bade him.

46. മോശെയും അഹരോനും യിസ്രായേല് പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരും ലേവ്യരില് കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായും കുലംകുലമായും എണ്ണിയവരായി മുപ്പതു വയസ്സുമുതല് അമ്പതുവയസ്സുവരെ

46. Therefore, when Moses and Aaron and the Israelites princes had completed the registration among the Levites, by clans and ancestral houses,

47. സമാഗമന കൂടാരത്തിലെ സേവയും ചുമട്ടുവേലയും ചെയ്വാന് പ്രവേശിച്ചവര് ആകെ

47. of all the men between thirty and fifty years of age who were to undertake tasks of service or transport of the meeting tent,

48. എണ്ണായിരത്തഞ്ഞൂറ്റെണ്പതു പേര് ആയിരുന്നു.

48. the total number registered was eight thousand five hundred and eighty.

49. യഹോവയുടെ കല്പനപ്രകാരം അവര് മോശെ മുഖാന്തരം ഔരോരുത്തന് താന്താന്റെ വേലക്കും താന്താന്റെ ചുമട്ടിന്നും തക്കവണ്ണം എണ്ണപ്പെട്ടു; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ച പോലെ അവന് അവരെ എണ്ണി.

49. According to the LORD'S bidding to Moses, they gave them their individual assignments for service and for transport; so the LORD had commanded Moses.
