1. Masters, give your bondservants what is just and fair, knowing that you also have a Master in Heaven.

2. പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയില് ഉറ്റിരിപ്പിന് ; സ്തോത്രത്തോടെ അതില് ജാഗരിപ്പിന് .

2. Be devoted to prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving;

3. എനിക്കു ബന്ധനകാരണമായ ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ മര്മ്മം പ്രസ്താവിപ്പാന് തക്കവണ്ണം ദൈവം ഞങ്ങള്ക്കു വചനത്തിന്റെ വാതില് തുറന്നുതരികയും

3. meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the Word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds,

16. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയില് ഈ ലേഖനം വായിച്ചു തീര്ന്നശേഷം ലവുദിക്യസഭയില് കൂടെ വായിപ്പിക്കയും ലവുദിക്യയില്നിന്നുള്ളതു നിങ്ങളും വായിക്കയും ചെയ്വിന് . അര്ഹിപ്പൊസിനോടു കര്ത്താവില് ലഭിച്ച ശുശ്രൂഷ നിവര്ത്തിപ്പാന് നോക്കേണം എന്നു പറവിന് .

16. Now when this epistle is read among you, see that it is read also in the church of the Laodiceans, and that you likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.

17. പൌലൊസായ എന്റെ സ്വന്തകയ്യാലെ വന്ദനം; എന്റെ ബന്ധനങ്ങളെ ഔര്ത്തുകൊള്വിന് . കൃപ നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ ഇരിക്കുമാറാകട്ടെ.

17. And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it.
