1. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള് യോര്ദ്ദാന്നക്കരെ കിഴക്കു അര്ന്നോന് താഴ്വരമുതല് ഹെര്മ്മോന് പര്വ്വതംവരെയുള്ള രാജ്യവും കിഴക്കെ അരാബ മുഴുവനും കൈവശമാക്കുകയില് സംഹരിച്ചു കളഞ്ഞ തദ്ദേശരാജാക്കന്മാര് ഇവര് ആകുന്നു.

1. Now these are the kings of the land, whom the children of Israel smote, and possessed their land beyond Jordan toward the sunrising, from the valley of Arnon unto mount Hermon, and all the Arabah eastward:

2. ഹെശ്ബോനില് പാര്ത്തിരുന്ന അമോര്യ്യരാജാവായ സീഹോന് ; അവന് അര്ന്നോന് ആറ്റുവക്കത്തുള്ള അരോവേര്മുതല് താഴ്വരയുടെ മദ്ധ്യഭാഗവും ഗിലെയാദിന്റെ പാതിയും അമ്മോന്യരുടെ അതിരായ യബ്ബോക് നദിവരെയും

2. Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and half Gilead, even unto the river Jabbok, the border of the children of Ammon;

3. കിന്നെരോത്ത് കടലും അരാബയിലെ കടലായ ഉപ്പുകടലും വരെ ബേത്ത്-യെശീമോത്തോളം ഉള്ള കിഴക്കെ അരാബയും പിസ്ഗച്ചരിവിന്റെ താഴെ തേമാനും വാണിരുന്നു.

3. and the Arabah unto the sea of Chinneroth, eastward, and unto the sea of the Arabah, even the Salt Sea, eastward, the way to Beth�jeshimoth; and on the south, under the slopes of Pisgah:

4. ബാശാന് രാജാവായ ഔഗിന്റെ ദേശവും അവര് പിടിച്ചടക്കി; മല്ലന്മാരില് ശേഷിച്ച ഇവര് അസ്തരോത്തിലും എദ്രെയിലും പാര്ത്തു,

4. and the border of Og king of Bashan, of the remnant of the Rephaim, who dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,

5. ഹെര്മ്മോന് പര്വ്വതവും സല്ക്കയും ബാശാന് മുഴുവനും ഗെശൂര്യ്യരുടെയും മാഖാത്യരുടെയും ദേശവും ഗിലെയാദിന്റെ പാതിയും ഹെശ്ബോന് രാജാവായ സീഹോന്റെ അതിര്വരെയും വാണിരുന്നു.

5. and ruled in mount Hermon, and in Salecah, and in all Bashan, unto the border of the Geshurites and the Maacathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.

6. അവരെ യഹോവയുടെ ദാസനായ മോശെയും യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുംകൂടെ സംഹരിച്ചു; യഹോവയുടെ ദാസനായ മോശെ അവരുടെ ദേശം രൂബേന്യര്ക്കും ഗാദ്യര്ക്കും മനശ്ശെയുടെ പാതി ഗോത്രത്തിന്നും അവകാശമായി കൊടുത്തു.

6. Moses the servant of the LORD and the children of Israel smote them: and Moses the servant of the LORD gave it for a possession unto the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh.

7. എന്നാല് യോശുവയും യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളും യോര്ദ്ദാന്നിക്കരെ പടിഞ്ഞാറു ലെബാനോന്റെ താഴ്വരയിലെ ബാല്-ഗാദ് മുതല് സേയീരിലേക്കുള്ള കയറ്റത്തിലെ മൊട്ടക്കുന്നുവരെ ജയിച്ചടക്കുകയും യോശുവ യിസ്രായേലിന്നു ഗോത്രവിഭാഗപ്രകാരം അവകാശമായി കൊടുക്കയും ചെയ്ത ദേശത്തിലെ രാജാക്കന്മാര് ഇവര് ആകുന്നു.

7. And these are the kings of the land whom Joshua and the children of Israel smote beyond Jordan westward, from Baal�gad in the valley of Lebanon even unto mount Halak, that goeth up to Seir; and Joshua gave it unto the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;

8. മലനാട്ടിലും താഴ്വീതിയിലും അരാബയിലും മലഞ്ചരിവുകളിലും മരുഭൂമിയിലും തെക്കേ ദേശത്തും ഉള്ള ഹിത്യന് , അമോര്യ്യന് , കനാന്യന് , പെരിസ്യന് , ഹിവ്യന് , യെബൂസ്യന് എന്നിവര്തന്നേ.

8. in the hill country, and in the lowland, and in the Arabah, and in the slopes, and in the wilderness, and in the South; the Hittite, the Amorite, and the Canaanite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:

9. യെരീഹോരാജാവു ഒന്നു; ബേഥേലിന്നരികെയുള്ള ഹായിരാജാവു ഒന്നു;

9. the king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai, which is beside Beth�el, one;

10. യെരൂശലേംരാജാവു ഒന്നു; ഹെബ്രോന് രാജാവു ഒന്നു;

10. the king of Jerusalem, one; the king of Hebron, one;

11. യര്മ്മൂത്ത് രാജാവു ഒന്നു; ലാഖീശിലെ രാജാവു ഒന്നു;

11. the king of Jarmuth, one; the king of Lachish, one;

12. എഗ്ളോനിലെ രാജാവു ഒന്നു; ഗേസര് രാജാവു ഒന്നു;

12. the king of Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one;

13. ദെബീര്രാജാവു ഒന്നു; ഗേദെര്രാജാവു ഒന്നു

13. the king of Debir, one; the king of Geder, one;

14. ഹോര്മ്മരാജാവു ഒന്നു; ആരാദ്രാജാവു ഒന്നു;

14. the king of Hormah, one; the king of Arad, one;

15. ലിബ്നരാജാവു ഒന്നു; അദുല്ലാംരാജാവു ഒന്നു;

15. the king of Libnah, one; the king of Adullam, one;

16. മക്കേദാരാജാവു ഒന്നു; ബേഥേല്രാജാവു ഒന്നു;

16. the king of Makkedah, one; the king of Beth�el, one;

17. തപ്പൂഹരാജാവു ഒന്നു; ഹേഫെര്രാജാവു ഒന്നു;

17. the king of Tappuah, one; the king of Hepher, one;

18. അഫേക്രാജാവു ഒന്നു; ശാരോന് രാജാവു ഒന്നു;

18. the king of Aphek, one; the king of Lassharon, one;

19. മാദോന് രാജാവു ഒന്നു; ഹാസോര്രാജാവു ഒന്നു; ശിമ്രോന് -മെരോന് രാജാവു ഒന്നു;

19. the king of Madon, one; the king of Hazor, one;

20. അക്ശാപ്പുരാജാവു ഒന്നു; താനാക്രാജാവു ഒന്നു;

20. the king of Shimron�meron, one; the king of Achshaph, one;

21. മെഗിദ്ദോ രാജാവു ഒന്നു; കാദേശ് രാജാവു ഒന്നു;

21. the king of Taanach, one; the king of Megiddo, one;

22. കര്മ്മേലിലെ യൊക്നെയാംരാജാവു ഒന്നു;

22. the king of Kedesh, one; the king of Jokneam in Carmel, one;

23. ദോര്മേട്ടിലെ ദോര്രാജാവു ഒന്നു; ഗില്ഗാലിലെ ജാതികളുടെ രാജാവു ഒന്നു;

23. the king of Dor in the height of Dor, one; the king of Goiim in Gilgal, one;

24. തിര്സാരാജാവു ഒന്നു; ആകെ മുപ്പത്തൊന്നു രാജാക്കന്മാര്.

24. the king of Tirzah, one: all the kings thirty and one.
