1. വാതില് കാവല്ക്കാരുടെ ക്കുറുകളോകോരഹ്യര്ആസാഫിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരില് കോരെയുടെ മകനായ മെശേലെമ്യാവു.

1. For the divisions of the doorkeepers: of the Korchi, Meshelemyah the son of Kore, of the sons of Asaf.

2. മെശേലെമ്യാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്സെഖര്യ്യാവു ആദ്യജാതന് ; യെദീയയേല് രണ്ടാമന് ; സെബദ്യാവു മൂന്നാമന് , യത്നീയേല് നാലാമന് ; ഏലാം അഞ്ചാമന് ;

2. Meshelemyah had sons: Zekharyah the firstborn, Yedi`a'el the second, Zevadyah the third, Yatni'el the fourth,

3. യെഹോഹാനാന് ആറാമന് ; എല്യോഹോവേനായി ഏഴാമന് .

3. `Elam the fifth, Yehochanan the sixth, Elyeho`enai the seventh.

4. ഔബേദ്-എദോമിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ശെമയ്യാവു ആദ്യജാതന് ; യെഹോശാബാദ് രണ്ടാമന് യോവാഹ് മൂന്നാമന് ; സാഖാര് നാലാമന് ; നെഥനയേല് അഞ്ചാമന് ;

4. Obed-edom had sons: Shemayah the firstborn, Yehozavad the second, Yo'ach the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Netan'el the fifth,

5. അമ്മിയേല് ആറാമന് ; യിസ്സാഖാര് ഏഴാമന് ; പെയൂലെഥായി എട്ടാമന് . ദൈവം അവനെ അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചിരുന്നു.

5. `Ammi'el the sixth, Yissakhar the seventh, Peullethai the eighth; for God blessed him.

6. അവന്റെ മകനായ ശെമയ്യാവിന്നും പുത്രന്മാര് ജനിച്ചിരുന്നു; അവര് പരാക്രമശാലികളായിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു തങ്ങളുടെ പിതൃഭവനത്തിന്നു പ്രമാണികള് ആയിരുന്നു.

6. Also to Shemayah his son were sons born, who ruled over the house of their father; for they were mighty men of valor.

7. ശെമയ്യാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഒത്നി, രെഫായേല്, ഔബേദ്, എല്സാബാദ്;--അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാര് പ്രാപ്തന്മാര് ആയിരുന്നു--എലീഹൂ, സെമഖ്യാവു.

7. The sons of Shemayah: Othni, and Rephael, and `Oved, Elzavad, whose brothers were valiant men, Elihu, and Semachyahu.

8. ഇവര് എല്ലാവരും ഔബേദ്-എദോമിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുള്ളവര്; അവരും പുത്രന്മാരും സഹോദരന്മാരും ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കു അതിപ്രാപ്തന്മാരായിരുന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെ ഔബേദ്-എദോമിന്നുള്ളവര് അറുപത്തിരണ്ടുപേര്;

8. All these were of the sons of Obed-edom: they and their sons and their brothers, able men in strength for the service; sixty-two of Obed-edom.

9. മെശേലെമ്യാവിന്നു പ്രാപ്തന്മാരായ പുത്രന്മാരും സഹോദരന്മാരും പതിനെട്ടുപേര്.

9. Meshelemyah had sons and brothers, valiant men, eighteen.

10. മെരാരിപുത്രന്മാരില് ഹോസെക്കു പുത്രന്മാര് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ശിമ്രി തലവന് ; ഇവന് ആദ്യജാതനല്ലെങ്കിലും അവന്റെ അപ്പന് അവനെ തലവനാക്കി;

10. Also Hosah, of the children of Merari, had sons: Shimri the chief, (for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father made him chief),

11. ഹില്ക്കീയാവു രണ്ടാമന് , തെബല്യാവു മൂന്നാമന് , സെഖര്യ്യാവു നാലാമന് ; ഹോസയുടെ പുത്രന്മാരും സഹോദരന്മാരും എല്ലാം കൂടി പതിമ്മൂന്നുപേര്.

11. Hilkiyah the second, Tevalyahu the third, Zekharyah the fourth: all the sons and brothers of Hosah were thirteen.

12. വാതില്കാവല്ക്കാരുടെ ഈ ക്കുറുകള്ക്കു, അവരുടെ തലവന്മാര്ക്കും തന്നേ, യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തില് ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്വാന് തങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരന്മാര്ക്കും എന്നപോലെ ഉദ്യോഗങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

12. Of these were the divisions of the doorkeepers, even of the chief men, having offices like their brothers, to minister in the house of the LORD.

13. അവര് ചെറിയവനും വലിയവനും ഒരുപോലെ പിതൃഭവനം പിതൃഭവനമായി അതതു വാതിലിന്നു ചീട്ടിട്ടു.

13. They cast lots, the small as well as the great, according to their fathers' houses, for every gate.

14. കിഴക്കെ വാതിലിന്റെ ചീട്ടു ശേലെമ്യാവിന്നു വന്നു; പിന്നെ അവര് അവന്റെ മകനായി വിവേകമുള്ള ആലോചനക്കാരനായ സെഖര്യ്യാവിന്നു വേണ്ടി ചീട്ടിട്ടു; അവന്റെ ചീട്ടു വടക്കെ വാതിലിന്നു വന്നു.

14. The lot eastward fell to Shelemyahu. Then for Zekharyah his son, a wise counselor, they cast lots; and his lot came out northward.

15. തെക്കെ വാതിലിന്റെതു ഔബേദ്-എദോമിന്നും പാണ്ടിശാലയുടേതു അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ക്കും

15. To Obed-edom southward; and to his sons the store-house.

16. കയറ്റമുള്ള പെരുവഴിക്കല് ശല്ലേഖെത്ത് പടിവാതിലിന്നരികെ പടിഞ്ഞാറെ വാതിലിന്റേതു ശുപ്പീമിന്നും ഹോസെക്കും വന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെ കാവലിന്നരികെ കാവലുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

16. To Shuppim and Hosah westward, by the gate of Shallecheth, at the causeway that goes up, watch against watch.

17. കിഴക്കെ വാതില്ക്കല് ആറു ലേവ്യരും വടക്കെ വാതില്ക്കല് നാളൊന്നിന്നു നാലുപേരും തെക്കെ വാതില്ക്കല് നാളൊന്നിന്നു നാലുപേരും പാണ്ടിശാലെക്കല് ഈരണ്ടുപേരും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

17. Eastward were six Levites, northward four a day, southward four a day, and for the store-house two and two.

18. പര്ബാരിന്നു പടിഞ്ഞാറു പെരുവഴിയില് നാലുപേരും പര്ബാരില് തന്നേ രണ്ടുപേരും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

18. For Parbar westward, four at the causeway, and two at Parbar.

19. കോരഹ്യരിലും മെരാര്യ്യരിലും ഉള്ള വാതില്കാവല്ക്കാരുടെ ക്കുറുകള് ഇവ തന്നേ.

19. These were the divisions of the doorkeepers; of the sons of the Korchi, and of the sons of Merari.

20. അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ ലേവ്യര് ദൈവലായത്തിലെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിന്നും വിശുദ്ധവസ്തുക്കളുടെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിന്നും മേല്വിചാരകരായിരുന്നു.

20. Of the Levites, Achiyah was over the treasures of the house of God, and over the treasures of the dedicated things.

21. ലയെദാന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ലയെദാന്റെ കുടുംബത്തിലുള്ള ഗേര്ശോന്യരുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഗേര്ശോന്യനായ ലയെദാന്റെ പിതൃഭവനത്തലവന്മാര് യെഹീയേല്യര് ആയിരുന്നു.

21. The sons of La`dan, the sons of the Gershoni belonging to La`dan, the heads of the fathers' houses belonging to La`dan the Gershonite: Yechie'li.

22. യെഹിയേലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്സേഥാം; അവന്റെ സഹോദരന് യോവേല്; ഇവര് യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിന്നു മേല്വിചാരകരായിരുന്നു.

22. The sons of Yechie'li: Zetham, and Yo'el his brother, over the treasures of the house of the LORD.

23. അമ്രാമ്യര്, യിസ്ഹാര്യ്യര്, ഹെബ്രോന്യര്, ഉസ്സീയേല്യര് എന്നവരോ

23. Of the `Amrami, of the Izharites, of the Hevroni, of the `Uzzi'eli:

24. മോശെയുടെ മകനായ ഗേര്ശോമിന്റെ മകന് ശെബൂവേല് ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിന്നു മേല്വിചാരകനായിരുന്നു.

24. and Shevu'el the son of Gershom, the son of Moshe, was ruler over the treasures.

25. എലീയേസെരില്നിന്നുത്ഭവിച്ച അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരോഅവന്റെ മകന് രെഹബ്യാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് യെശയ്യാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് യോരാം; അവന്റെ മകന് സിക്രി; അവന്റെ മകന് ശെലോമീത്ത്.

25. His brothers: of Eli`ezer came Rechavyah his son, and Yesha`yah his son, and Yoram his son, and Zikhri his son, and Shelomit his son.

26. ദാവീദ്രാജാവും പിതൃഭവനത്തലവന്മാരും സഹസ്രാധിപന്മാരും ശതാധിപന്മാരും സേനാപതിമാരും നിവേദിച്ച വിശുദ്ധവസ്തുക്കളുടെ സകലഭണ്ഡാരത്തിന്നും ശെലോമീത്തും അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരും മേല്വിചാരകരായിരുന്നു.

26. This Shelomit and his brothers were over all the treasures of the dedicated things, which David the king, and the heads of the fathers' houses, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the host, had dedicated.

27. യുദ്ധത്തില് കിട്ടിയ കൊള്ളയില് നിന്നു യഹോവയുടെ ആലയം കേടുപോക്കുവാന് അവര് അവയെ നിവേദിച്ചിരുന്നു.

27. Out of the spoil won in battles did they dedicate to repair the house of the LORD.

28. ദര്ശകനായ ശമൂവേലും കീശിന്റെ മകന് ശൌലും നേരിന്റെ മകന് അബ്നേരും സെരൂയയുടെ മകന് യോവാബും നിവേദിച്ച സകലനിവേദിതവസ്തുക്കളും ശെലോമീത്തിന്റെയും അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരുടെയും വിചാരണയില് വന്നു.

28. All that Shemu'el the seer, and Sha'ul the son of Kish, and Aviner the son of Ner, and Yo'av the son of Tzeru'yah, had dedicated, whoever had dedicated anything, it was under the hand of Shelomit, and of his brothers.

29. യിസ്ഹാര്യ്യരില് കെനന്യാവും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും പുറമെയുള്ള പ്രവൃത്തിക്കു യിസ്രായേലില് പ്രമാണികളും ന്യായാധിപന്മാരും ആയിരുന്നു.

29. Of the Izharites, Kananyah and his sons were for the outward business over Yisra'el, for officers and judges.

30. ഹെബ്രോന്യരില് ഹശബ്യാവും അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരുമായി ആയിരത്തെഴുനൂറു പ്രാപ്തന്മാര് യോര്ദ്ദാന്നിക്കരെ പടിഞ്ഞാറു യഹോവയുടെ സകലകാര്യത്തിന്നും രാജാവിന്റെ ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കും യിസ്രായേലില് മേല്വിചാരകരായിരുന്നു.

30. Of the Hevroni, Hashavyah and his brothers, men of valor, one thousand seven hundred, had the oversight of Yisra'el beyond the Yarden westward, for all the business of the LORD, and for the service of the king.

31. ഹെബ്രോന്യരില് കുലംകുലമായും കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായുമുള്ള ഹെബ്രോന്യര്ക്കും യെരീയാവു തലവനായിരുന്നു; ദാവീദിന്റെ വാഴ്ചയുടെ നാല്പതാം ആണ്ടില് അവരുടെ വസ്തുത അനേഷിച്ചപ്പോള് അവരുടെ ഇടയില് ഗിലെയാദിലെ യാസേരില് പ്രാപ്തന്മാരെ കണ്ടു.

31. Of the Hevroni was Yeriyah the chief, even of the Hevroni, according to their generations by fathers' houses. In the fortieth year of the reign of David they were sought for, and there were found among them mighty men of valor at Ya`zer of Gil`ad.

32. അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരായി പ്രാപ്തന്മാരും പിതൃഭവനത്തലവന്മാരുമായി രണ്ടായിരത്തെഴുനൂറു പേരുണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവരെ ദാവീദ്രാജാവു ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സകലകാര്യത്തിന്നും രാജാവിന്റെ കാര്യാദികള്ക്കും രൂബേന്യര് ഗാദ്യര്, മനശ്ശെയുടെ പാതിഗോത്രം എന്നിവര്ക്കും മേല്വിചാരകരാക്കിവച്ചു.

32. His brothers, men of valor, were two thousand seven hundred, heads of fathers' houses, whom king David made overseers over the Re'uveni, and the Gadi, and the half-tribe of the Manashshi, for every matter pertaining to God, and for the affairs of the king.
