1. The sons of Levi: Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.

2. കെഹാത്തിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്അമ്രാം, യിസ്ഹാര്, ഹെബ്രോന് , ഉസ്സീയേല്.

2. And the sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

3. അമ്രാമിന്റെ മക്കള്അഹരോന് , മോശെ, മിര്യ്യാം, അഹരോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്നാദാബ്, അബീഹൂ, ഏലെയാസാര്, ഈഥാമാര്.

3. And the sons of Amram: Aaron and Moses; and their sister Miriam. And the sons of Aaron: Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.

4. എലെയാസാര് ഫീനെഹാസിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ഫീനെഹാസ് അബീശൂവയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

4. Eleazar fathered Phinehas. Phinehas fathered Abishua.

5. അബിശൂവ ബുക്കിയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ബുക്കി ഉസ്സിയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

5. And Abishua fathered Bukki. And Bukki fathered Uzzi.

6. ഉസ്സി സെരഹ്യാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; സെരഹ്യാവു മെരായോത്തിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

6. And Uzzi fathered Zerahiah. And Zerahiah fathered Meraioth.

7. മെരായോത്ത് അമര്യ്യാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

7. Meraioth fathered Amariah. And Amariah fathered Ahitub.

8. അമര്യ്യാവു അഹിത്തൂബിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അഹീത്തൂബ് സാദോക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; സാദോക് അഹീമാസിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

8. And Ahitub fathered Zadok. And Zadok fathered Ahimaaz.

9. അഹിമാസ് അസര്യ്യാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അസര്യ്യാവു യോഹാനാനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

9. And Ahimaaz fathered Azariah. And Azariah fathered Johanan.

10. യോഹാനാന് അസര്യ്യാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ഇവനാകുന്നു ശലോമോന് യെരൂശലേമില് പണിത ആലയത്തില് പൌരോഹിത്യം നടത്തിയതു.

10. And Johanan fathered Azariah, he who acted in the priest's office in the temple that Solomon built in Jerusalem.

11. അസര്യ്യാവു അമര്യ്യാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അമര്യ്യാവു അഹീത്തൂബിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

11. And Azariah fathered Amariah. And Amariah fathered Ahitub.

12. അഹീത്തൂബ് സാദോക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; സാദോക് ശല്ലൂമിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

12. And Ahitub fathered Zadok. And Zadok fathered Shallum.

13. ശല്ലൂം ഹില്ക്കീയാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ഹില്ക്കീയാവു അസര്യ്യാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

13. And Shallum fathered Hilkiah. And Hilkiah fathered Azariah.

14. അസര്യ്യാവു സെരായാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; സെരായാവു യെഹോസാദാക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

14. And Azariah fathered Seraiah. And Seraiah fathered Jehozadak.

15. യഹോവാ നെബൂഖദ് നേസ്സര്മുഖാന്തരം യെഹൂദയെയും യെരൂശലേമിനെയും പ്രവാസത്തിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോയപ്പോള് യെഹോസാദാക്കും പോകേണ്ടിവന്നു.

15. And Jehozadak went away when Jehovah exiled Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

16. ലേവിയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഗേര്ശോം, കെഹാത്ത്, മെരാരി.

16. The sons of Levi: Gershom, Kohath and Merari.

17. ഗേര്ശോമിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെ പേരുകള് ആവിതുലിബ്നി, ശിമെയി.

17. And these are the names of the sons of Gershom: Libni and Shimei.

18. കെഹാത്തിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്അമ്രാം, യിസ്ഹാര്, ഹെബ്രോന് , ഉസ്സീയേല്.

18. And the sons of Kohath: Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

19. മെരാരിയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്മഹ്ളി, മൂശി.

19. The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. And these are the families of the Levites according to their fathers.

20. ലേവ്യരുടെ പിതൃഭവനങ്ങളിന് പ്രകാരം അവരുടെ കുലങ്ങള് ഇവ തന്നേ. ഗേര്ശോമിന്റെ മകന് ലിബ്നി; അവന്റെ മകന് യഹത്ത്; അവന്റെ മകന് സിമ്മാ;

20. The sons of Gershom: Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,

21. അവന്റെ മകന് യോവാഹ്; അവന്റെ മകന് ഇദ്ദോ; അവന്റെ മകന് സേരഹ്; അവന്റെ മകന് യെയഥ്രായി.

21. Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeaterai his son.

22. കെഹാത്തിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്അവന്റെ മകന് അമ്മീനാദാബ്; അവന്റെ മകന് കോരഹ്; അവന്റെ മകന് അസ്സീര്;

22. The sons of Kohath: Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son,

23. അവന്റെ മകന് എല്ക്കാനാ; അവന്റെ മകന് എബ്യാസാഫ്; അവന്റെ മകന് അസ്സീര്;

23. Elkanah his son, and Ebiasaph his son, and Assir his son,

24. അവന്റെ മകന് തഹത്ത്; അവന്റെ മകന് ഊരീയേല്; അവന്റെ മകന് ഉസ്സീയാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് ശൌല്.

24. Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.

25. എല്ക്കാനയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്അവന്റെ മകന് അമാസായി; അവന്റെ മകന് അഹിമോത്ത്.

25. And the sons of Elkanah: Amasai and Ahimoth.

26. എല്ക്കാനയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്അവന്റെ മകന് സോഫായി; അവന്റെ മകന് നഹത്ത്;

26. Elkanah; the sons of Elkanah: Zophai his son, and Nahath his son,

27. അവന്റെ മകന് എലീയാബ്; അവന്റെ മകന് യെരോഹാം; അവന്റെ മകന് എല്ക്കാനാ;

27. Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, Elkanah his son.

28. ശമൂവേലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ആദ്യജാതന് യോവേല്, രണ്ടാമന് അബീയാവു.

28. And the sons of Samuel: Joel, Vashni, the first-born, and Abijah.

29. മെരാരിയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്മഹ്ളി; അവന്റെ മകന് ലിബ്നി; അവന്റെ മകന് ശിമെയി; അവന്റെ മകന് ഉസ്സാ;

29. The sons of Merari: Mahli, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzziah his son,

30. അവന്റെ മകന് ശിമെയാ; അവന്റെ മകന് ഹഗ്ഗീയാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് അസായാവു.

30. Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.

31. പെട്ടകത്തിന്നു വിശ്രമം ആയശേഷം ദാവീദ് യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തില് സംഗീതശുശ്രൂഷെക്കു നിയമിച്ചവര് ഇവരാകുന്നു.

31. And these are the men whom David set over the service of song in the house of Jehovah, after the ark had rest.

32. അവര്, ശലോമോന് യെരൂശലേമില് യഹോവയുടെ ആലയം പണിതതുവരെ തിരുനിവാസമായ സാമഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്നു മുമ്പില് സംഗീതശുശ്രൂഷചെയ്തു; അവര് തങ്ങളുടെ മുറപ്രകാരം ശുശ്രൂഷചെയ്തുപോന്നു.

32. And they ministered before the dwelling-place of the tabernacle of the congregation with singing, until Solomon had built the house of Jehovah in Jerusalem. And they waited on their office according to their order.

33. തങ്ങളുടെ പുത്രന്മാരോടും കൂടെ ശുശ്രൂഷിച്ചവര് ആരെന്നാല്കെഹാത്യരുടെ പുത്രന്മാരില് സംഗീതക്കാരനായ ഹേമാന് ; അവന് യോവേലിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ശമൂവേലിന്റെ മകന് ;

33. And these are the ones who waited with their sons. Of the sons of the Kohathites: Heman a singer, the son of Joel, the son of Samuel,

34. അവന് എല്ക്കാനയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് യെരോഹാമിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് എലീയേലിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് തോഹയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് സൂഫിന്റെ മകന് ;

34. the son of Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Toah,

35. അവന് എല്ക്കാനയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് മഹത്തിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് അമാസായിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് എല്ക്കാനയുടെ മകന് ;

35. the son of Zuph, the son of Elkanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai,

36. അവന് യോവേലിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് അസര്യ്യാവിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് സെഫന്യാവിന്റെ മകന് ;

36. the son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah,

37. അവന് തഹത്തിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് അസ്സീരിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് എബ്യാസാഫിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് കോരഹിന്റെ മകന് ;

37. the son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah,

38. അവന് യിസ്ഹാരിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് കെഹാത്തിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ലേവിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ മകന് ;

38. the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, the son of Israel.

39. അവന്റെ വലത്തുഭാഗത്തു നിന്ന അവന്റെ സഹോദരന് ആസാഫ്ആസാഫ് ബെരെഖ്യാവിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ശിമെയയുടെ മകന് ;

39. And his brother Asaph, who stood on his right hand, even Asaph the son of Berachiah, the son of Shimea,

40. അവന് മീഖായേലിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ബയശേയാവിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് മല്ക്കിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് എത്നിയുടെ മകന് ;

40. the son of Michael, the son of Baaseiah, the son of Malchiah,

41. അവന് സേരഹിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് അദായാവിന്റെ മകന് ;

41. the son of Ethni, the son of Zerah, the son of Adaiah,

42. അവന് ഏഥാന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് സിമ്മയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് ശിമെയിയുടെ മകന് ;

42. the son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shimei,

43. അവന് യഹത്തിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ഗേര്ശോമിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ലേവിയുടെ മകന് .

43. the son of Jahath, the son of Gershom, the son of Levi.

44. അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ മെരാരിയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര് ഇടത്തുഭാഗത്തുനിന്നു; കീശിയുടെ മകന് ഏഥാന് ; അവന് അബ്ദിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് മല്ലൂക്കിന്റെ മകന് ;

44. And their brothers the sons of Merari stood on the left hand: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch,

45. അവന് ഹശബ്യാവിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് അമസ്യാവിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ഹില്ക്കീയാവിന്റെ മകന് ;

45. the son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkiah,

46. അവന് അംസിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് ബാനിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് ശാമെരിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് മഹ്ളിയുടെ മകന് .

46. the son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shamer,

47. അവന് മൂശിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് മെരാരിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് ലേവിയുടെ മകന് .

47. the son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.

48. അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ ലേവ്യര് ദൈവാലയമായ തിരുനിവാസത്തിലെ സകലശുശ്രൂഷെക്കും നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.

48. And their brothers, the Levites, were appointed for all kinds of service of the tabernacle of the house of God.

49. എന്നാല് അഹരോനും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും ഹോമയാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേലും ധൂപപീഠത്തിന്മേലും അര്പ്പണം ചെയ്തു; അവര് അതിവിശുദ്ധസ്ഥലത്തിലെ സകലശുശ്രൂഷെക്കും ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ദാസനായ മോശെ കല്പിച്ചപ്രകാരമൊക്കെയും യിസ്രായേലിന്നുവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം വരുത്തുവാനും നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.

49. But Aaron and his sons offered on the altar of the burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, and were appointed for all the work of the Most Holy Place, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

50. അഹരോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരാവിതുഅവന്റെ മകന് എലെയാസാര്; അവന്റെ മകന് ഫീനെഹാസ്; അവന്റെ മകന് അബീശൂവ;

50. And these are the sons of Aaron: Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,

51. അവന്റെ മകന് ബുക്കി; അവന്റെ മകന് ഉസ്സി; അവന്റെ മകന് സെരഹ്യാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് മെരായോത്ത്;

51. Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,

52. അവന്റെ മകന് അമര്യ്യാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് അഹീത്തൂബ്;

52. Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son,

53. അവന്റെ മകന് സാദോക്; അവന്റെ മകന് അഹീമാസ്.

53. Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.

54. അവരുടെ ദേശത്തില് ഗ്രാമംഗ്രാമമായി അവരുടെ വാസസ്ഥലങ്ങള് ഏവയെന്നാല്കെഹാത്യരുടെ കുലമായ അഹരോന്യര്ക്കും--

54. And these are their dwelling-places throughout their camps, within their borders, of the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites, for the lot was theirs.

55. അവര്ക്കല്ലോ ഒന്നാമതു ചീട്ടു വീണതു--അവര്ക്കും യെഹൂദാദേശത്തു ഹെബ്രോനും ചുറ്റുമുള്ള പുല്പുറങ്ങളും കൊടുത്തു.

55. And they gave them Hebron in the land of Judah, and its open lands all around it.

56. എന്നാല് പട്ടണത്തിന്റെ വയലുകളും അതിനോടു ചേര്ന്ന ഗ്രാമങ്ങളും യെഫുന്നയുടെ മകനായ കാലേബിന്നു കൊടുത്തു.

56. But the fields of the city, and its villages, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

57. അഹരോന്റെ മക്കള്ക്കു അവര് സങ്കേതനഗരമായ ഹെബ്രോനും ലിബ്നയും അതിന്റെ പുല്പുറങ്ങളും യത്ഥീരും എസ്തെമോവയും അവയുടെ പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

57. And to the sons of Aaron they gave the cities of refuge: Hebron, and Libnah with its open lands, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa with their open lands,

58. ഹിലോനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും, ദെബീരും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

58. and Hilen with its open lands, Debir with its open lands,

59. ആശാനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ബേത്ത്-ശേമെശും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും;

59. and Ashan with its open lands, and Beth-shemesh with its open lands.

60. ബെന്യാമീന് ഗോത്രത്തില് ഗേബയും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും അല്ലേമെത്തും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും അനാഥോത്തും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും കൊടുത്തു. കുലംകുലമായി അവര്ക്കും കിട്ടിയ പട്ടണങ്ങള് ആകെ പതിമ്മൂന്നു.

60. And out of the tribe of Benjamin: Geba with its open lands, and Alemeth with its open lands, and Anathoth with its open lands. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.

61. കെഹാത്തിന്റെ ശേഷമുള്ള മക്കള്ക്കു ഗോത്രത്തിന്റെ കുലത്തില്, മനശ്ശെയുടെ പാതിഗോത്രത്തില് തന്നേ, ചീട്ടിട്ടു പത്തു പട്ടണം കൊടുത്തു.

61. And to the sons of Kohath left of the family of that tribe, cities were given out of the half tribe, the half of Manasseh, by lot, ten cities.

62. ഗേര്ശോമിന്റെ മക്കള്ക്കു കുലംകുലമായി യിസ്സാഖാര് ഗോത്രത്തിലും ആശേര്ഗോത്രത്തിലും; നഫ്താലിഗോത്രത്തിലും ബാശാനിലെ മനശ്ശെഗോത്രത്തിലും പതിമ്മൂന്നു പട്ടണം കൊടുത്തു.

62. And to the sons of Gershom throughout their families, out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.

63. മെരാരിയുടെ മക്കള്ക്കു കുലംകുലമായി രൂബേന് ഗോത്രത്തിലും ഗാദ് ഗോത്രത്തിലും സെബൂലൂന് ഗോത്രത്തിലും ചീട്ടിട്ടു പന്ത്രണ്ടു പട്ടണം കൊടുത്തു.

63. And to the sons of Merari were given by lot, throughout their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.

64. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള് ഈ പട്ടണങ്ങളും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ലേവ്യര്ക്കും കൊടുത്തു.

64. And the sons of Israel gave these cities to the Levites, with their open lands.

65. യെഹൂദാമക്കളുടെ ഗോത്രത്തിലും ശിമെയോന് മക്കളുടെ ഗോത്രത്തിലും ബെന്യാമീന് മക്കളുടെ ഗോത്രത്തിലും പേര് പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ പട്ടണങ്ങളെ ചീട്ടിട്ടു കൊടുത്തു.

65. And they gave these cities which are called by their names, out of the tribe of the sons of Judah, and out of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the sons of Benjamin.

66. കെഹാത്ത് മക്കളുടെ ചില കുലങ്ങള്ക്കോ എഫ്രയീം ഗോത്രത്തില് തങ്ങള്ക്കു അധീനമായ പട്ടണങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

66. And some of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their borders out of the tribe of Ephraim.

67. അവര്ക്കും, സങ്കേതനഗരങ്ങളായ എഫ്രയീം മലനാട്ടിലെ ശെഖേമും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ഗേസെരും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും യൊക്മെയാമും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

67. And they gave to them for the cities of refuge, Shechem in Mount Ephraim, with its open lands, also Gezer with its open lands,

68. ബേത്ത്-ഹോരോനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

68. and Jokmeam with its open lands, and Beth-horon with its open lands,

69. അയ്യാലോനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ഗത്ത്-രിമ്മോനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

69. and Aijalon with its open lands, and Gath-rimmon with its open lands.

70. മനശ്ശെയുടെ പാതി ഗോത്രത്തില് ആനേരും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ബിലെയാമും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും കെഹാത്യരുടെ ശേഷം കുലങ്ങള്ക്കും കൊടുത്തു.

70. And out of the half tribe of Manasseh: Aner with its open lands, and Bileam with its open lands, for the family of the rest of the sons of Kohath.

71. ഗേര്ശോമിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ക്കും മനശ്ശെയുടെ പാതിഗോത്രത്തിന്റെ കുലത്തില് ബാശാനില് ഗോലാനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും അസ്തരോത്തും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും;

71. To the sons of Gershom were given out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with its open lands, and Ashtaroth with its open lands.

72. യിസ്സാഖാന് ഗോത്രത്തില് കേദെശും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ദാബെരത്തും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

72. And out of the tribe of Issachar, Kedesh with its open lands, Daberath with its open lands,

73. രാമോത്തും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ആനേമും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും;

73. and Ramoth with its open lands, and Anem with its open lands were given.

74. ആശേര് ഗോത്രത്തില് മാശാലും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും അബ്ദോനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

74. And out of the tribe of Asher: Mashal with its open lands, and Abdon with its open lands,

75. ഹൂക്കോക്കും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും രെഹോബും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

75. and Hukok with its open lands, and Rehob with its open lands.

76. നഫ്താലിഗോത്രത്തില് ഗലീലയിലെ കേദെശും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ഹമ്മോനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും കിര്യ്യഥയീമും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും കൊടുത്തു.

76. And out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee with its open lands, and Hammon with its open lands, and Kirjath-aim with its open lands.

77. മെരാരിപുത്രന്മാരില് ശേഷമുള്ളവര്ക്കും സെബൂലൂന് ഗോത്രത്തില് രിമ്മോനോവും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും താബോരും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും;

77. To the rest of the sons of Merari were given out of the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmon with its open lands, Tabor with its open lands.

78. യെരീഹോവിന്നു സമീപത്തു യൊര്ദ്ദാന്നക്കരെ യോര്ദ്ദാന്നു കിഴക്കു രൂബേന് ഗോത്രത്തില് മരുഭൂമിയിലെ ബേസെരും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും യഹസയും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും
