1. യഹോവ വാഴുന്നു; ഭൂമി ഘോഷിച്ചാനന്ദിക്കട്ടെ; ബഹുദ്വീപുകളും സന്തോഷിക്കട്ടെ.

1. The Lord is king. Let the earth rejoice; faraway lands should be glad.

2. മേഘവും അന്ധകാരവും അവന്റെ ചുറ്റും ഇരിക്കുന്നു; നീതിയും ന്യായവും അവന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാകുന്നു.

2. Thick, dark clouds surround him. His kingdom is built on what is right and fair.

3. തീ അവന്നു മുമ്പായി പോകുന്നു; ചുറ്റുമുള്ള അവന്റെ വൈരികളെ ദഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

3. A fire goes before him and burns up his enemies all around.

4. അവന്റെ മിന്നലുകള് ഭൂതലത്തെ പ്രകാശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമി കണ്ടു വിറെക്കുന്നു.

4. His lightning lights up the world; when the people see it, they tremble.

5. യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില്, സര്വ്വഭൂമിയുടെയും കര്ത്താവിന്റെ സന്നിധിയില്, പര്വ്വതങ്ങള് മെഴുകുപോലെ ഉരുകുന്നു.

5. The mountains melt like wax before the Lord, before the Lord of all the earth.

6. ആകാശം അവന്റെ നീതിയെ പ്രസിദ്ധമാക്കുന്നു; സകലജാതികളും അവന്റെ മഹത്വത്തെ കാണുന്നു.

6. The heavens tell about his goodness, and all the people see his glory.

7. കാഹളങ്ങളോടും തൂര്യ്യനാദത്തോടുംകൂടെ രാജാവായ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് ഘോഷിപ്പിന് !

7. Those who worship idols should be ashamed; they brag about their gods. All the gods should worship the Lord.

8. സീയോന് കേട്ടു സന്തോഷിക്കുന്നു; യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ ന്യായവിധികള് ഹേതുവായി യെഹൂദാപുത്രിമാര് ഘോഷിച്ചാനന്ദിക്കുന്നു.

8. When Jerusalem hears this, she is glad, and the towns of Judah rejoice. They are happy because of your judgments, Lord.

9. യഹോവേ, നീ സര്വ്വഭൂമിക്കും മീതെ അത്യുന്നതന് , സകലദേവന്മാര്ക്കും മീതെ ഉയര്ന്നവന് തന്നേ.

9. You are the Lord Most High over all the earth; you are supreme over all gods.

10. യഹോവയെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവരേ, ദോഷത്തെ വെറുപ്പിന് ; അവന് തന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാരുടെ പ്രാണങ്ങളെ കാക്കുന്നു; ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ കയ്യില്നിന്നു അവരെ വിടുവിക്കുന്നു.

10. People who love the Lord hate evil. and frees them from the power of the wicked.

11. നീതിമാന്നു പ്രകാശവും പരമാര്ത്ഥഹൃദയമുള്ളവര്ക്കും സന്തോഷവും ഉദിക്കും.

11. Light shines on those who do right; joy belongs to those who are honest.

12. നീതിമാന്മാരേ, യഹോവയില് സന്തോഷിപ്പിന് ; അവന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തിന്നു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്വിന് . (ഒരു സങ്കീര്ത്തനം.)

12. Rejoice in the Lord, you who do right. Praise his holy name. A psalm.
