1. അനന്തരം മോശെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ സംഘത്തെ ഒക്കെയും കൂട്ടി അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതുനിങ്ങള് ചെയ്വാന് യഹോവ കല്പിച്ച വചനങ്ങള് ആവിതു

1. Moses assembled the whole Israelite community and said to them, 'This is what the LORD has commanded to be done.

2. ആറു ദിവസം വേല ചെയ്യേണം; ഏഴാം ദിവസം നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വിശുദ്ധമായി യഹോവയുടെ മഹാസ്വസ്ഥതയുള്ള ശബ്ബത്ത് ആയിരിക്കേണം; അന്നു വേല ചെയ്യുന്നവന് എല്ലാം മരണ ശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം.

2. On six days work may be done, but the seventh day shall be sacred to you as the sabbath of complete rest to the LORD. Anyone who does work on that day shall be put to death.

3. ശബ്ബത്ത നാളില് നിങ്ങളുടെ വാസസ്ഥലങ്ങളില് എങ്ങും തീ കത്തിക്കരുതു.

3. You shall not even light a fire in any of your dwellings on the sabbath day.'

4. മോശെ പിന്നെയും യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ സര്വ്വസഭയോടും പറഞ്ഞതുയഹോവ കല്പിച്ചതു എന്തെന്നാല്

4. Moses told the whole Israelite community, 'This is what the LORD has commanded:

5. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയില് നിന്നു യഹോവേക്കു ഒരു വഴിപാടു എടുപ്പിന് . നല്ല മനസ്സുള്ളവനെല്ലാം യഹോവേക്കു വഴിപാടു കൊണ്ടുവരേണം.

5. Take up among you a collection for the LORD. Everyone, as his heart prompts him, shall bring, as a contribution to the LORD, gold, silver and bronze;

6. പൊന്നു, വെള്ളി, താമ്രം, നീലനൂല്, ധൂമ്രനൂല്, ചുവപ്പുനൂല്, പഞ്ഞിനൂല്, കോലാട്ടുരോമം,

6. violet, purple and scarlet yarn; fine linen and goat hair;

7. ചുവപ്പിച്ച ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്തോല് തഹശൂതോല്, ഖദിരമരം,

7. rams' skins dyed red, and tahash skins; acacia wood;

8. വിളക്കിന്നു എണ്ണ, അഭിഷേകതൈലത്തിന്നും പരിമളധൂപത്തിന്നും സുഗന്ധവര്ഗ്ഗം,

8. oil for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense;

9. ഗോമേദകക്കല്ലു, ഏഫോദിന്നു പതക്കത്തിന്നും പതിക്കേണ്ടുന്ന കല്ലു എന്നിവ തന്നേ.

9. onyx stones and other gems for mounting on the ephod and on the breastpiece.

10. നിങ്ങളില് ജ്ഞാനികളായ എല്ലാവരും വന്നു യഹോവ കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു ഒക്കെയും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

10. 'Let every expert among you come and make all that the LORD has commanded: the Dwelling,

11. തിരുനിവാസം, അതിന്റെ മൂടുവരി, പുറമൂടി, കൊളുത്തുകള്, പലകകള്, അന്താഴങ്ങള്

11. with its tent, its covering, its clasps, its boards, its bars, its columns and its pedestals;

12. തൂണുകള്, ചുവടുകള്, പെട്ടകം, അതിന്റെ തണ്ടുകള്, കൃപാസനം, മറയുടെ തിരശ്ശീല,

12. the ark, with its poles, the propitiatory, and the curtain veil;

13. മേശ, അതിന്റെ തണ്ടുകള്, ഉപകരണങ്ങള് ഒക്കെയും, കാഴ്ചയപ്പം,

13. the table, with its poles and all its appurtenances, and the showbread;

14. വെളിച്ചത്തിന്നു നിലവിളകൂ, അതിന്റെ ഉപകരണങ്ങള്, അതിന്റെ ദീപങ്ങള്, വിളക്കിന്നു എണ്ണ,

14. the lampstand, with its appurtenances, the lamps, and the oil for the light;

15. ധൂപപീഠം, അതിന്റെ തണ്ടുകള്, അഭിഷേകതൈലം, സുഗന്ധധൂപവര്ഗ്ഗം, തിരുനിവാസത്തിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രവേശന വാതിലിന്റെ മറശ്ശീല,

15. the altar of incense, with its poles; the anointing oil, and the fragrant incense; the entrance curtain for the entrance of the Dwelling;

16. ഹോമയാഗപീഠം, അതിന്റെ താമ്രജാലം, തണ്ടുകള്, അതിന്റെ ഉപകരണങ്ങള് ഒക്കെയും, തൊട്ടി, അതിന്റെ കാല്,

16. the altar of holocausts, with its bronze grating, its poles, and all its appurtenances; the laver, with its base;

17. പ്രാകാരത്തിന്റെ മറശ്ശീലകള്, അതിന്റെ തൂണുകള്, ചുവടുകള്, പ്രാകാര വാതിലിന്റെ മറ,

17. the hangings of the court, with their columns and pedestals; the curtain for the entrance of the court;

18. തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്റെ കുറ്റികള്, പ്രാകാരത്തിന്റെ കുറ്റികള്,

18. the tent pegs for the Dwelling and for the court, with their ropes;

19. അവയുടെ കയറുകള്, വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തില് ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്വാന് വിശേഷവസ്ത്രങ്ങള്, പുരോഹിതനായ അഹരോന്റെ വിശുദ്ധവസ്ത്രം, പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷെക്കായി അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെ വസ്ത്രങ്ങള് എന്നിവ തന്നേ.

19. the service cloths for use in the sanctuary; the sacred vestments for Aaron, the priest, and the vestments worn by his sons in their ministry.'

20. അപ്പോള് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ സര്വ്വസഭയും മോശെയുടെ മുമ്പില് നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു.

20. When the whole Israelite community left Moses' presence,

21. ഹൃദയത്തില് ഉത്സാഹവും മനസ്സില് താല്പര്യവും തോന്നിയവന് എല്ലാം സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തിക്കും അതിന്റെ സകല ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കും വിശുദ്ധവസ്ത്രങ്ങള്ക്കും വേണ്ടി യഹോവേക്കു വഴിപാടു കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

21. everyone, as his heart suggested and his spirit prompted, brought a contribution to the LORD for the construction of the meeting tent, for all its services, and for the sacred vestments.

22. പുരുഷന്മാരും സ്ത്രീകളുമായി ഔദാര്യമനസ്സുള്ളവര് എല്ലാവരും യഹോവേക്കു പൊന് വഴിപാടു കൊടുപ്പാന് നിശ്ചയിച്ചവരൊക്കെയും വള, കുണുകൂ, മോതിരം, മാല മുതലായ സകലവിധ പൊന്നാഭരണങ്ങളും കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

22. Both the men and the women, all as their heart prompted them, brought brooches, earrings, rings, necklaces and various other gold articles. Everyone who could presented an offering of gold to the LORD.

23. നീലനൂല്, ധൂമ്രനൂല്, ചുവപ്പുനൂല്, പഞ്ഞിനൂല്, കോലാട്ടു രോമം, ചുവപ്പിച്ച ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്തോല്, തഹശൂതോല് എന്നിവ കൈവശമുള്ളവര് അതു കൊണ്ടു വന്നു.

23. Everyone who happened to have violet, purple or scarlet yarn, fine linen or goat hair, rams' skins dyed red or tahash skins, brought them.

24. വെള്ളിയും താമ്രവും വഴിപാടുകൊടുപ്പാന് നിശ്ചയിച്ചവനെല്ലാം യഹോവേക്കു വഴിപാടു കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. ശുശ്രൂഷയിലെ എല്ലാപണിക്കുമായി ഖദിരമരം കൈവശമുള്ളവന് അതുകൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

24. Whoever could make a contribution of silver or bronze offered it to the LORD; and everyone who happened to have acacia wood for any part of the work, brought it.

25. സാമര്ത്ഥ്യമുള്ള സ്ത്രീകള് ഒക്കെയും തങ്ങളുടെ കൈകൊണ്ടു നൂറ്റ നീലനൂലും ധൂമ്രനൂലും ചുവപ്പു നൂലും പഞ്ഞിനൂലും കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

25. All the women who were expert spinners brought hand-spun violet, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen thread.

26. സാമര്ത്ഥ്യത്താല് ഹൃദയത്തില് ഉത്സാഹം തോന്നിയ സ്ത്രീകള് ഒക്കെയും കോലാട്ടുരോമം നൂറ്റു.

26. All the women who possessed the skill, spun goat hair.

27. പ്രമാണികള് ഏഫോദിന്നും പതക്കത്തിനും പതിക്കേണ്ടുന്ന കല്ലുകളും ഗോമേദകക്കല്ലുകളും

27. The princes brought onyx stones and other gems for mounting on the ephod and on the breastpiece;

28. വെളിച്ചത്തിന്നും അഭിഷേകതൈലത്തിന്നും സുഗന്ധ ധൂപത്തിന്നുമായി പരിമളവര്ഗ്ഗവും എണ്ണയും കൊണ്ടു വന്നു.

28. as well as spices, and oil for the light, anointing oil, and fragrant incense.

29. മോശെ മുഖാന്തരം യഹോവ കല്പിച്ച സകലപ്രവൃത്തിക്കുമായി കൊണ്ടുവരുവാന് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളില് ഔദാര്യമനസ്സുള്ള സകല പുരുഷന്മാരും സ്ത്രീകളും യഹോവേക്കു സ്വമേധാദാനം കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

29. Every Israelite man and woman brought to the LORD such voluntary offerings as they thought best, for the various kinds of work which the LORD had commanded Moses to have done.

30. എന്നാല് മോശെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു പറഞ്ഞതുനോക്കുവിന് ; യഹോവ യെഹൂദാ ഗോത്രത്തില് ഹൂരിന്റെ മകനായ ഊരിയുടെ മകന് ബെസലേലിനെ പേര്ചൊല്ലി വിളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

30. Moses said to the Israelites, 'See, the LORD has chosen Bezalel, son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah,

31. കൌശലപ്പണികളെ സങ്കല്പിച്ചുണ്ടാക്കുവാനും പൊന്നു, വെള്ളി, താമ്രം എന്നിവകൊണ്ടു പണി ചെയ്വാനും

31. and has filled him with a divine spirit of skill and understanding and knowledge in every craft:

32. രത്നം വെട്ടി പതിപ്പാനും മരത്തില് കൊത്തുപണിയായ സകലവിധ കൌശലപ്പണിയും ചെയ്വാനും

32. in the production of embroidery, in making things of gold, silver or bronze,

33. അവന് ദിവ്യാത്മാവിനാല് അവനെ ജ്ഞാനവും ബുദ്ധിയും അറിവും സകലവിധ സാമര്ത്ഥ്യവുംകൊണ്ടു നിറെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

33. in cutting and mounting precious stones, in carving wood, and in every other craft.

34. അവന്റെ മനസ്സിലും ദാന് ഗോത്രത്തില് അഹീസാമാക്കിന്റെ മകനായ ഒഹൊലീയാബിന്റെ മനസ്സിലും മറ്റുള്ളവരെ പഠിപ്പിപ്പാന് അവന് തോന്നിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

34. He has also given both him and Oholiab, son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, the ability to teach others.

35. കൊത്തുപണിക്കാരന്റെയും കൌശലപ്പണിക്കാരന്റെയും നീലനൂല്, ധൂമ്രനൂല്, ചുവപ്പുനൂല്, പഞ്ഞിനൂല് എന്നിവകൊണ്ടു പണിചെയ്യുന്ന തയ്യല്ക്കാരന്റെയും നെയ്ത്തുകാരന്റെയും ഏതുതരം ശില്പപ്പണി ചെയ്യുന്നവരുടെയും കൌശലപ്പണികള് സങ്കല്പിച്ചു ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നവരുടെയും സകലവിധപ്രവൃത്തിയും ചെയ്വാന് അവന് അവരെ മനസ്സില് ജ്ഞാനം കൊണ്ടു നിറെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

35. He has endowed them with skill to execute all types of work: engraving, embroidering, the making of variegated cloth of violet, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen thread, weaving, and all other arts and crafts.
