1. അനന്തരം മോശെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ സംഘത്തെ ഒക്കെയും കൂട്ടി അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതുനിങ്ങള് ചെയ്വാന് യഹോവ കല്പിച്ച വചനങ്ങള് ആവിതു

1. Moshe assembled the whole community of the people of Isra'el and said to them, 'These are the things which ADONAI has ordered you to do.

2. ആറു ദിവസം വേല ചെയ്യേണം; ഏഴാം ദിവസം നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വിശുദ്ധമായി യഹോവയുടെ മഹാസ്വസ്ഥതയുള്ള ശബ്ബത്ത് ആയിരിക്കേണം; അന്നു വേല ചെയ്യുന്നവന് എല്ലാം മരണ ശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം.

2. On six days work is to be done, but the seventh day is to be a holy day for you, a [Shabbat] of complete rest in honor of ADONAI. Whoever does any work on it is to be put to death.

3. ശബ്ബത്ത നാളില് നിങ്ങളുടെ വാസസ്ഥലങ്ങളില് എങ്ങും തീ കത്തിക്കരുതു.

3. You are not to kindle a fire in any of your homes on [Shabbat].'

4. മോശെ പിന്നെയും യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ സര്വ്വസഭയോടും പറഞ്ഞതുയഹോവ കല്പിച്ചതു എന്തെന്നാല്

4. Moshe said to the whole community of the people of Isra'el, 'Here is what ADONAI has ordered:

5. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയില് നിന്നു യഹോവേക്കു ഒരു വഴിപാടു എടുപ്പിന് . നല്ല മനസ്സുള്ളവനെല്ലാം യഹോവേക്കു വഴിപാടു കൊണ്ടുവരേണം.

5. 'Take up a collection for ADONAI from among yourselves- anyone whose heart makes him willing is to bring the offering for ADONAI: gold, silver and bronze;

6. പൊന്നു, വെള്ളി, താമ്രം, നീലനൂല്, ധൂമ്രനൂല്, ചുവപ്പുനൂല്, പഞ്ഞിനൂല്, കോലാട്ടുരോമം,

6. blue, purple and scarlet yarn; fine linen, goat's hair,

7. ചുവപ്പിച്ച ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്തോല് തഹശൂതോല്, ഖദിരമരം,

7. tanned ram skins and fine leather; acacia-wood;

8. വിളക്കിന്നു എണ്ണ, അഭിഷേകതൈലത്തിന്നും പരിമളധൂപത്തിന്നും സുഗന്ധവര്ഗ്ഗം,

8. oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense;

9. ഗോമേദകക്കല്ലു, ഏഫോദിന്നു പതക്കത്തിന്നും പതിക്കേണ്ടുന്ന കല്ലു എന്നിവ തന്നേ.

9. onyx stones and stones to be set, for the ritual vest and the breastplate.

10. നിങ്ങളില് ജ്ഞാനികളായ എല്ലാവരും വന്നു യഹോവ കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു ഒക്കെയും ഉണ്ടാക്കേണം.

10. 'Then let all the craftsmen among you come and make everything ADONAI has ordered:

11. തിരുനിവാസം, അതിന്റെ മൂടുവരി, പുറമൂടി, കൊളുത്തുകള്, പലകകള്, അന്താഴങ്ങള്

11. the tabernacle with its tent, covering, fasteners, planks, crossbars, posts and sockets;

12. തൂണുകള്, ചുവടുകള്, പെട്ടകം, അതിന്റെ തണ്ടുകള്, കൃപാസനം, മറയുടെ തിരശ്ശീല,

12. the ark with its poles, ark-cover and the curtain to screen it;

13. മേശ, അതിന്റെ തണ്ടുകള്, ഉപകരണങ്ങള് ഒക്കെയും, കാഴ്ചയപ്പം,

13. the table with its poles, all its utensils and the showbread;

14. വെളിച്ചത്തിന്നു നിലവിളകൂ, അതിന്റെ ഉപകരണങ്ങള്, അതിന്റെ ദീപങ്ങള്, വിളക്കിന്നു എണ്ണ,

14. the [menorah] for the light, with its utensils and lamps, and the oil for the light;

15. ധൂപപീഠം, അതിന്റെ തണ്ടുകള്, അഭിഷേകതൈലം, സുഗന്ധധൂപവര്ഗ്ഗം, തിരുനിവാസത്തിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രവേശന വാതിലിന്റെ മറശ്ശീല,

15. the incense altar with its poles; the anointing oil; the fragrant incense; the screen for the entranceway at the entrance to the tabernacle;

16. ഹോമയാഗപീഠം, അതിന്റെ താമ്രജാലം, തണ്ടുകള്, അതിന്റെ ഉപകരണങ്ങള് ഒക്കെയും, തൊട്ടി, അതിന്റെ കാല്,

16. the altar for burnt offerings, with its poles and all its utensils; the basin with its base;

17. പ്രാകാരത്തിന്റെ മറശ്ശീലകള്, അതിന്റെ തൂണുകള്, ചുവടുകള്, പ്രാകാര വാതിലിന്റെ മറ,

17. the tapestries for the courtyard, with their posts and sockets; the screen for the gateway of the courtyard;

18. തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്റെ കുറ്റികള്, പ്രാകാരത്തിന്റെ കുറ്റികള്,

18. the tent pegs for the tabernacle; the tent pegs for the courtyard, with their ropes;

19. അവയുടെ കയറുകള്, വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തില് ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്വാന് വിശേഷവസ്ത്രങ്ങള്, പുരോഹിതനായ അഹരോന്റെ വിശുദ്ധവസ്ത്രം, പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷെക്കായി അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെ വസ്ത്രങ്ങള് എന്നിവ തന്നേ.

19. the garments for officiating, for serving in the Holy Place; and the holy garments for Aharon the [cohen] and the garments for his sons, so that they can serve in the office of [cohen].''

20. അപ്പോള് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ സര്വ്വസഭയും മോശെയുടെ മുമ്പില് നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു.

20. Then the whole community of the people of Isra'el withdrew from Moshe's presence;

21. ഹൃദയത്തില് ഉത്സാഹവും മനസ്സില് താല്പര്യവും തോന്നിയവന് എല്ലാം സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തിക്കും അതിന്റെ സകല ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കും വിശുദ്ധവസ്ത്രങ്ങള്ക്കും വേണ്ടി യഹോവേക്കു വഴിപാടു കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

21. and they came, everyone whose heart stirred him and everyone whose spirit made him willing, and brought ADONAI's offering for the work on the tent of meeting, for the service in it and for the holy garments.

22. പുരുഷന്മാരും സ്ത്രീകളുമായി ഔദാര്യമനസ്സുള്ളവര് എല്ലാവരും യഹോവേക്കു പൊന് വഴിപാടു കൊടുപ്പാന് നിശ്ചയിച്ചവരൊക്കെയും വള, കുണുകൂ, മോതിരം, മാല മുതലായ സകലവിധ പൊന്നാഭരണങ്ങളും കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

22. Both men and women came, as many as had willing hearts; they brought nose-rings, earrings, signet-rings, belts, all kinds of gold jewelry- everyone bringing an offering of gold to ADONAI.

23. നീലനൂല്, ധൂമ്രനൂല്, ചുവപ്പുനൂല്, പഞ്ഞിനൂല്, കോലാട്ടു രോമം, ചുവപ്പിച്ച ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്തോല്, തഹശൂതോല് എന്നിവ കൈവശമുള്ളവര് അതു കൊണ്ടു വന്നു.

23. Everyone who had blue, purple or scarlet yarn; fine linen; tanned ram skins or fine leather brought them.

24. വെള്ളിയും താമ്രവും വഴിപാടുകൊടുപ്പാന് നിശ്ചയിച്ചവനെല്ലാം യഹോവേക്കു വഴിപാടു കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. ശുശ്രൂഷയിലെ എല്ലാപണിക്കുമായി ഖദിരമരം കൈവശമുള്ളവന് അതുകൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

24. Everyone contributing silver or bronze brought his offering for ADONAI, and everyone who had acacia-wood suitable for any of the work brought it.

25. സാമര്ത്ഥ്യമുള്ള സ്ത്രീകള് ഒക്കെയും തങ്ങളുടെ കൈകൊണ്ടു നൂറ്റ നീലനൂലും ധൂമ്രനൂലും ചുവപ്പു നൂലും പഞ്ഞിനൂലും കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

25. All the women who were skilled at spinning got to work and brought what they had spun, the blue, purple and scarlet yarn and the fine linen.

26. സാമര്ത്ഥ്യത്താല് ഹൃദയത്തില് ഉത്സാഹം തോന്നിയ സ്ത്രീകള് ഒക്കെയും കോലാട്ടുരോമം നൂറ്റു.

26. Likewise the women whose heart stirred them to use their skill spun the goat's hair.

27. പ്രമാണികള് ഏഫോദിന്നും പതക്കത്തിനും പതിക്കേണ്ടുന്ന കല്ലുകളും ഗോമേദകക്കല്ലുകളും

27. The leaders brought the onyx stones and the stones to be set, for the ritual vest and the breasplate;

28. വെളിച്ചത്തിന്നും അഭിഷേകതൈലത്തിന്നും സുഗന്ധ ധൂപത്തിന്നുമായി പരിമളവര്ഗ്ഗവും എണ്ണയും കൊണ്ടു വന്നു.

28. the spices; and the oil for the light, for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense.

29. മോശെ മുഖാന്തരം യഹോവ കല്പിച്ച സകലപ്രവൃത്തിക്കുമായി കൊണ്ടുവരുവാന് യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളില് ഔദാര്യമനസ്സുള്ള സകല പുരുഷന്മാരും സ്ത്രീകളും യഹോവേക്കു സ്വമേധാദാനം കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

29. Thus every man and woman of the people of Isra'el whose heart impelled him to contribute to any of the work ADONAI had ordered through Moshe brought it to ADONAI as a voluntary offering.

30. എന്നാല് മോശെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു പറഞ്ഞതുനോക്കുവിന് ; യഹോവ യെഹൂദാ ഗോത്രത്തില് ഹൂരിന്റെ മകനായ ഊരിയുടെ മകന് ബെസലേലിനെ പേര്ചൊല്ലി വിളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

30. Moshe said to the people of Isra'el, 'See, ADONAI has singled out B'tzal'el the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Y'hudah.

31. കൌശലപ്പണികളെ സങ്കല്പിച്ചുണ്ടാക്കുവാനും പൊന്നു, വെള്ളി, താമ്രം എന്നിവകൊണ്ടു പണി ചെയ്വാനും

31. He has filled him with the Spirit of God- with wisdom, understanding and knowledge concerning every kind of artisanry.

32. രത്നം വെട്ടി പതിപ്പാനും മരത്തില് കൊത്തുപണിയായ സകലവിധ കൌശലപ്പണിയും ചെയ്വാനും

32. He is a master of design in gold, silver, bronze,

33. അവന് ദിവ്യാത്മാവിനാല് അവനെ ജ്ഞാനവും ബുദ്ധിയും അറിവും സകലവിധ സാമര്ത്ഥ്യവുംകൊണ്ടു നിറെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

33. cutting precious stones to be set, woodcarving and every other craft.

34. അവന്റെ മനസ്സിലും ദാന് ഗോത്രത്തില് അഹീസാമാക്കിന്റെ മകനായ ഒഹൊലീയാബിന്റെ മനസ്സിലും മറ്റുള്ളവരെ പഠിപ്പിപ്പാന് അവന് തോന്നിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

34. [[ADONAI]] has also given him and Oholi'av the son of Achisamakh, of the tribe of Dan, the ability to teach others.

35. കൊത്തുപണിക്കാരന്റെയും കൌശലപ്പണിക്കാരന്റെയും നീലനൂല്, ധൂമ്രനൂല്, ചുവപ്പുനൂല്, പഞ്ഞിനൂല് എന്നിവകൊണ്ടു പണിചെയ്യുന്ന തയ്യല്ക്കാരന്റെയും നെയ്ത്തുകാരന്റെയും ഏതുതരം ശില്പപ്പണി ചെയ്യുന്നവരുടെയും കൌശലപ്പണികള് സങ്കല്പിച്ചു ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നവരുടെയും സകലവിധപ്രവൃത്തിയും ചെയ്വാന് അവന് അവരെ മനസ്സില് ജ്ഞാനം കൊണ്ടു നിറെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

35. He has filled them with the skill needed for every kind of work, whether done by an artisan, a designer, an embroiderer using blue, purple and scarlet yarn, and fine linen, or a weaver- they have the skill for every kind of work and design.
