1. യഹോവ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്നു മീതെ നിലക്കുന്നതു ഞാന് കണ്ടു; അവന് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതെന്തെന്നാല്ഉത്തരങ്ങള് കുലുങ്ങുമാറു നീ പോതികയെ അടിക്ക; അവ എല്ലാവരുടെയും തലമേല് വീഴുവാന് തക്കവണ്ണം തകര്ത്തു കളക; അവരുടെ സന്തതിയെ ഞാന് വാള് കൊണ്ടു കൊല്ലും; അവരില് ആരും ഔടിപ്പോകയില്ല. അവരില് ആരും വഴുതിപ്പോകയുമില്ല.
വെളിപ്പാടു വെളിപാട് 8:3

1. I siy the Lord stondynge on the auter, and he seide, Smyte thou the herre, and the ouer threshfoldis be mouyd togidere; for aueryce is in the heed of alle, and Y schal sle bi swerd the laste of hem; ther schal no fliyt be to hem, and he that schal fle of hem, schal not be sauyd.

2. അവര് പാതാളത്തില് തുരന്നുകടന്നാലും അവിടെനിന്നു എന്റെ കൈ അവരെ പിടിക്കും; അവര് ആകാശത്തിലേക്കു കയറിപ്പോയാലും അവിടെനിന്നു ഞാന് അവരെ ഇറക്കും.

2. If thei schulen go doun til to helle, fro thennus myn hond schal lede out hem; and if thei schulen `stie til in to heuene, fro thennus Y schal drawe hem doun.

3. അവര് കര്മ്മേലിന്റെ കൊടുമുടിയില് ഒളിച്ചിരുന്നാലും ഞാന് അവരെ തിരഞ്ഞു അവിടെനിന്നു പിടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുവരും; അവര് എന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടിയില്നിന്നു സമുദ്രത്തിന്റെ അടിയില് മറഞ്ഞിരുന്നാലും ഞാന് അവിടെ സര്പ്പത്തോടു കല്പിച്ചിട്ടു അതു അവരെ കടിക്കും.

3. And if thei schulen be hid in the cop of Carmele, fro thennus Y sekynge schal do awei hem; and if thei schulen hide hem silf fro myn iyen in the depnesse of the see, there Y shal comaunde to a serpente, and it schal bite hem.

4. അവര് ശത്രുക്കളുടെ മുമ്പില് പ്രവാസത്തിലേക്കു പോയാലും ഞാന് അവിടെ വാളിനോടു കല്പിച്ചിട്ടു അതു അവരെ കൊല്ലും. നന്മെക്കായിട്ടല്ല തിന്മെക്കായിട്ടു തന്നേ ഞാന് അവരുടെ മേല് ദൃഷ്ടിവേക്കും.

4. And if thei schulen go awei in to caitifte bifore her enemyes, there Y schal comaunde to swerd, and it schal sle hem. And Y schal putte myn iyen on hem in to yuel, and not in to good.

5. സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവു ദേശത്തെ തൊടുന്നു; അതു ഉരുകിപ്പോകുന്നു; അതില് പാര്ക്കുംന്നവര് ഒക്കെയും വിലപിക്കും; അതു മുഴുവനും നീലനദിപോലെ പൊങ്ങുകയും മിസ്രയീമിലെ നദിപോലെ താഴുകയും ചെയ്യും.

5. And the Lord God of oostis schal do these thingis, that touchith erthe, and it schal faile, and alle men dwellynge ther ynne schulen mourene; and it schal stie vp as ech stronde, and it schal flete awei as flood of Egipt.

6. അവന് ആകാശത്തില് തന്റെ മാളികമുറികളെ പണിയുകയും ഭൂമിയില് തന്റെ കമാനത്തിന്നു അടിസ്ഥാനം ഇടുകയും സമുദ്രത്തിലെ വെള്ളത്തെ വിളിച്ചു ഭൂതലത്തില് പകരുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു; യഹോവ എന്നാകുന്നു അവന്റെ നാമം.

6. He that bildith his stiyng vp in heuene, schal do these thingis, and foundide his birthun on erthe; which clepith watris of the see, and heldith out hem on the face of erthe; the Lord is name of hym.

7. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളേ നിങ്ങള് എനിക്കു കൂശ്യരെപ്പോലെ അല്ലയോ എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു; ഞാന് യിസ്രായേലിനെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നും ഫെലിസ്ത്യരെ കഫ്തോരില്നിന്നും അരാമ്യരെ കീറില്നിന്നും കൊണ്ടുവന്നില്ലയോ?

7. Whether not as sones of Ethiopiens ye ben to me, the sones of Israel? seith the Lord God. Whether Y made not Israel for to stie vp fro the lond of Egipt, and Palestines fro Capodosie, and Siriens fro Cirenen?

8. യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവിന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടി പാപമുള്ള രാജ്യത്തിന്മേല് ഇരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് അതിനെ ഭൂതലത്തില്നിന്നു നശിപ്പിക്കും; എങ്കിലും ഞാന് യാക്കോബ്ഗൃഹത്തെ മുഴുവനും നശിപ്പിക്കയില്ല എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

8. Lo! the iyen of the Lord God ben on the rewme synnynge, and Y schal al to-breke it fro the face of erthe; netheles Y al to-brekynge schal not al to-breke the hous of Jacob, seith the Lord.

9. അരിപ്പകൊണ്ടു അരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ഞാന് യിസ്രായേല്ഗൃഹത്തെ സകലജാതികളുടെയും ഇടയില് അരിപ്പാന് കല്പിക്കും; ഒരു മണിപോലും നിലത്തു വീഴുകയില്ല.

10. അനര്ത്ഥം ഞങ്ങളെ തുടര്ന്നെത്തുകയില്ല, എത്തിപ്പിടക്കയുമില്ല എന്നു പറയുന്നവരായി എന്റെ ജനത്തിലുള്ള സകലപാപികളും വാള്കൊണ്ടു മരിക്കും.

11. അവര് എദോമില് ശേഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവരുടെയും എന്റെ നാമം വിളക്കപ്പെടുന്ന സകല ജാതികളുടെയും ദേശത്തെ കൈവശമാക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു വീണുപോയ

12. ദാവീദിന് കൂടാരത്തെ ഞാന് അന്നാളില് നിവിര്ത്തുകയും അതിന്റെ പിളര്പ്പുകളെ അടെക്കയും അവന്റെ ഇടിവുകളെ തീര്ക്കുംകയും അതിനെ പുരാതനകാലത്തില് എന്നപോലെ പണിയുകയും ചെയ്യും എന്നാകുന്നു ഇതു അനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്ന യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

13. ഉഴുന്നവന് കൊയ്യുന്നവനെയും മുന്തിരിപ്പഴം ചവിട്ടുന്നവന് വിതെക്കുന്നവനെയും തുടര്ന്നെത്തുകയും പര്വ്വതങ്ങള് പുതുവീഞ്ഞു പൊഴിക്കയും എല്ലാ കുന്നുകളും ഉരുകിപ്പോകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന നാളുകള് വരും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

13. Lo! daies comen, seith the Lord, and the erere schal take the repere, and `the stampere of grape schal take the man sowynge seed; and mounteyns schulen droppe swetnesse, and alle smale hillis schulen be tilid.

14. അപ്പോള് ഞാന് എന്റെ ജനമായ യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പ്രവാസികളെ മടക്കിവരുത്തും ശൂന്യമായിപ്പോയിരുന്ന പട്ടണങ്ങളെ അവര് പണിതു പാര്ക്കയും മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടാക്കി അവയിലെ വീഞ്ഞു കുടിക്കയും തോട്ടങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടാക്കി അവയിലെ ഫലം അനുഭവിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

14. And Y schal conuerte the caitifte of my puple Israel, and thei schulen bilde forsakun citees, and schulen dwelle; and schulen plaunte vyneyerdis, and thei schulen drynke wyn of hem; and schulen make gardyns, and schulen ete fruitis of hem.

15. ഞാന് അവരെ അവരുടെ ദേശത്തു നടും; ഞാന് അവര്ക്കും കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ദേശത്തുനിന്നു അവരെ ഇനി പറിച്ചുകളകയുമില്ല എന്നു നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

15. And Y schal plaunte hem on her lond, and Y schal no more drawe out hem of her lond, which Y yaf to hem, seith the Lord thi God.
