1. എന്നാല് ശക്തരായ നാം അശക്തരുടെ ബലഹീനതകളെ ചുമക്കുകയും നമ്മില് തന്നേ പ്രസാദിക്കാതിരിക്കയും വേണം.

1. Now we the strong ought to bear the weaknesses of the frail, and not to please ourselves.

2. നമ്മില് ഔരോരുത്തന് കൂട്ടുകാരനെ നന്മെക്കായിട്ടു ആത്മിക വര്ദ്ധനെക്കു വേണ്ടി പ്രസാദിപ്പിക്കേണം.

2. Let each of us please his neighbor for what is good toward edification.

3. “നിന്നെ നിന്ദിക്കുന്നവരുടെ നിന്ദ എന്റെ മേല് വീണു” എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നുതു പോലെ ക്രിസ്തുവും തന്നില് തന്നേ പ്രസാദിച്ചില്ല.

3. For Christ also did not please himself, but as it is written, The reproaches of those who reproached thee fell upon me.

4. എന്നാല് മുന്നെഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നതു ഒക്കെയും നമ്മുടെ ഉപദേശത്തിന്നായിട്ടു, നമുക്കു തിരുവെഴുത്തുകളാല് ഉളവാകുന്ന സ്ഥിരതയാലും ആശ്വാസത്താലും പ്രത്യാശ ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടതിന്നു തന്നേ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

4. For as many things as were written previously were written for our learning, so that through perseverance and through the encouragement of the scriptures we might have hope.

5. Now may the God of perseverance and of encouragement grant you to think the same way among each other, in accord with Christ Jesus,

7. അതുകൊണ്ടു ക്രിസ്തു ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മഹത്വത്തിന്നായി നിങ്ങളെ കൈക്കൊണ്ടതുപോലെ നിങ്ങളും അന്യോന്യം കൈക്കൊള്വിന് .

7. Therefore receive ye each other, just as Christ also received you for the glory of God.

8. And I say, Christ Jesus became a helper of men of circumcision, for the sake of God's truth (in order to confirm the promises of the fathers),

9. and the Gentiles, for the sake of mercy, to glorify God, as it is written, Because of this I will give thanks to thee among Gentiles, and will sing to thy name.

10. And again he says, Rejoice, O Gentiles, with his people.

11. എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നവല്ലോ. മറ്റൊരേടത്തു“ജാതികളേ, അവന്റെ ജനത്തൊടു ഒന്നിച്ചു ആനന്ദിപ്പിന്” എന്നും പറയുന്നു. “സകല ജാതികളുമായുള്ളോരേ, കര്ത്താവിനെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന് , സകല വംശങ്ങളും അവനെ സ്തുതിക്കട്ടെ” എന്നും പറയുന്നു.

12. And again, Isaiah says, There will be the root of Jesse, and he who arises to reign over Gentiles. In him Gentiles will hope.

13. എന്നു യെശയ്യാവു പറയുന്നു. എന്നാല് പ്രത്യാശ നലകുന്ന ദൈവം പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിന്റെ ശക്തിയാല് നിങ്ങള് പ്രത്യാശയില് സമൃദ്ധിയുള്ളവരായി വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നതിലുള്ള സകല സന്തോഷവും സമാധാനവുംകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളെ നിറെക്കുമാറാകട്ടെ.

13. Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, for ye to abound in hope in the power of Holy Spirit.

14. സഹോദരന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങള് തന്നേ ദയാപൂര്ണ്ണരും സകല ജ്ഞാനവും നിറഞ്ഞവരും അന്യോന്യം പ്രബോധിപ്പിപ്പാന് പ്രാപ്തരും ആകുന്നു എന്നു ഞാന് നിങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു ഉറെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

14. And I also myself am persuaded about you, my brothers, that ye yourselves are also full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish others.

15. എങ്കിലും ജാതികള് എന്ന വഴിപാടു പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിനാല് വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു പ്രസാദകരമായിത്തീരുവാന് ഞാന് ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സുവിശേഷഘോഷണം പുരോഹിതനായി അനുഷ്ഠിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു ജാതികളില് ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിന്റെ ശുശ്രൂഷകനായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു

15. But I wrote more boldly to you, brothers, in part, as reminding you because of the grace that was given to me by God,

16. ദൈവം എനിക്കു നല്കിയ കൃപ നിമിത്തം നിങ്ങളെ ഔര്മ്മപ്പെടുത്തുംവണ്ണം ഞാന് ചിലേടത്തു അതിധൈര്യമായി നിങ്ങള്ക്കു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

16. for me to be a minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, serving the good-news of God like a priest, so that the offering up of the Gentiles might become acceptable, being sanctified in Holy Spirit.

17. ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവില് എനിക്കു ദൈവസംബന്ധമായി പ്രശംസ ഉണ്ടു.

17. I have therefore a boast in Christ Jesus in things toward God.

18. ക്രിസ്തു ഞാന് മുഖാന്തരം ജാതികളുടെ അനുസരണത്തിന്നായിട്ടു വചനത്താലും പ്രവൃത്തിയാലും അടയാളങ്ങളുടെയും അത്ഭുതങ്ങളുടെയും ശക്തികൊണ്ടും പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിന്റെ ശക്തികൊണ്ടും പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചതു അല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊന്നും മിണ്ടുവാന് ഞാന് തുനിയുകയില്ല.

18. For I will not dare to speak anything of which Christ did not accomplish through me for the obedience of Gentiles, by word and work,

19. അങ്ങനെ ഞാന് യെരൂശലേം മുതല് ഇല്ലുര്യ്യദേശത്തോളം ചുറ്റിസഞ്ചരിച്ചു ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ സുവിശേഷഘോഷണം പൂരിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

19. in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of a spirit of God, so that for me, from Jerusalem and all around as far as Illyricum, to fully preach the good-news of Christ.

20. ഞാന് മറ്റൊരുവന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിന്മേല് പണിയാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ നാമം അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള ഇടത്തിലല്ല,

20. And thus having aspired to proclaim the good-news not where Christ was already named, so that I would not build upon a foundation belonging to another man,

21. “അവനെക്കുറിച്ചു അറിവുകിട്ടീട്ടില്ലാത്തവര് കാണും; കേട്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്തവര് ഗ്രഹിക്കും” എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നുതുപോലെ അത്രേ, സുവിശേഷം അറിയിപ്പാന് അഭിമാനിക്കുന്നതു.

21. but, as it is written, They will see to whom it was not reported about him, and they will understand who have not heard.

22. അതുകൊണ്ടു തന്നേ ഞാന് നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കല് വരുന്നതിന്നു പലപ്പോഴും മുടക്കം വന്നു.

22. Therefore also, I was delayed these many times coming to you.

23. ഇപ്പോഴോ എനിക്കു ഈ ദിക്കുകളില് ഇനി സ്ഥലമില്ലായ്കയാലും അങ്ങോട്ടു വരുവാന് അനേകസംവത്സരമായി വാഞ്ഛ ഉണ്ടാകകൊണ്ടും,

23. But now, having no more place in these regions, and having a great desire from many years to come to you,

24. ഞാന് സ്പാന്യയിലേക്കു യാത്ര ചെയ്യുമ്പോള് പോകുന്ന വഴിക്കു നിങ്ങളെ കാണ്മാനും ആദ്യം നിങ്ങളെ കണ്ടു സന്തോഷിച്ചശേഷം നിങ്ങളാല് യാത്ര അയക്കപ്പെടുവാനും ആശിക്കുന്നു.

24. whenever I go to Spain I will come to you. For I hope to see you while passing through, and there to be helped on the way by you, if first I may be partly satisfied from you.

25. ഇപ്പോഴോ ഞാന് വിശുദ്ധന്മാര്ക്കും ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്വാന് യെരൂശലേമിലേക്കു യാത്രയാകുന്നു.

25. But now I am going to Jerusalem serving the sanctified.

26. യെരൂശലേമിലെ വിശുദ്ധന്മാരില് ദരിദ്രരായവര്ക്കും ഏതാനും ധര്മ്മോപകാരം ചെയ്വാന് മക്കെദോന്യയിലും അഖായയിലും ഉള്ളവര്ക്കും ഇഷ്ടം തോന്നി.

26. For Macedonia and Achaia were pleased to make a certain participation for the poor of the sanctified at Jerusalem.

27. അവര്ക്കും ഇഷ്ടം തോന്നി എന്നു മാത്രമല്ല, അതു അവര്ക്കും കടവും ആകുന്നു; ജാതികള് അവരുടെ ആത്മികനന്മകളില് കൂട്ടാളികള് ആയെങ്കില് ഐഹികനന്മകളില് അവര്ക്കും ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്വാന് കടമ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.

27. For they were pleased. And they are debtors of them, for if the gentiles were partakers in their spiritual things, they are obligated also to serve them in the carnal things.

28. ഞാന് അതു നിവര്ത്തിച്ചു ഈ ഫലം അവര്ക്കും ഏല്പിച്ചു ബോദ്ധ്യം വരുത്തിയ ശേഷം നിങ്ങളുടെ വഴിയായി സ്പാന്യയിലേക്കു പോകും.

28. Having therefore completed this, and having sealed this fruit for them, I will depart by you to Spain.

29. ഞാന് നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കല് വരുമ്പോള് ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹപൂര്ത്തിയോടെ വരും എന്നു ഞാന് അറിയുന്നു.

29. And I know that when I come to you, I will come in the fullness of the blessing of the good-news of the Christ.

30. എന്നാല് സഹോദരന്മാരേ, യെഹൂദ്യയിലെ അവിശ്വാസികളുടെ കയ്യില്നിന്നു എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു യെരൂശലേമിലേക്കു ഞാന് കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന സഹായം വിശുദ്ധന്മാര്ക്കും

30. Now I beseech you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive with me in prayers to God for me.

31. പ്രസാദമായിത്തീരേണ്ടതിന്നും ഇങ്ങനെ ഞാന് ദൈവവേഷ്ടത്താല് സന്തോഷത്തോടെ നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കല് വന്നു നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ മനം തണുക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും നിങ്ങള് എനിക്കു വേണ്ടി ദൈവത്തോടുള്ള പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയില് എന്നോടുകൂടെ പോരാടേണം

31. So that I may be rescued from those who are disobedient in Judea, and that my service for Jerusalem may become acceptable to the sanctified,

32. എന്നു നമ്മുടെ കര്ത്താവായ യേശു ക്രിസ്തുവിനെയും ആത്മാവിന്റെ സ്നേഹത്തെയും ഔര്പ്പിച്ചു ഞാന് നിങ്ങളെ പ്രബോധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

32. so that I may come to you in joy through the will of God, and be rested with you.

33. സമാധാനത്തിന്റെ ദൈവം നിങ്ങളെല്ലാവരോടും കൂടെ ഇരിക്കുമാറാകട്ടെ. ആമേന് .

33. And the God of peace is with you all. Truly.
