1. വാതില് കാവല്ക്കാരുടെ ക്കുറുകളോകോരഹ്യര്ആസാഫിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരില് കോരെയുടെ മകനായ മെശേലെമ്യാവു.

1. And the divisions of the porters: of the Corites Meselemia, the son of Core, of the sons of Asaph.

2. മെശേലെമ്യാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്സെഖര്യ്യാവു ആദ്യജാതന് ; യെദീയയേല് രണ്ടാമന് ; സെബദ്യാവു മൂന്നാമന് , യത്നീയേല് നാലാമന് ; ഏലാം അഞ്ചാമന് ;

2. The sons of Meselemia: Zacharias the firstborn, Jadihel the second, Zabadias the third, Jathanael the fourth,

3. യെഹോഹാനാന് ആറാമന് ; എല്യോഹോവേനായി ഏഴാമന് .

3. Elam the fifth, Johanan the sixth, Elioenai the seventh.

4. ഔബേദ്-എദോമിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ശെമയ്യാവു ആദ്യജാതന് ; യെഹോശാബാദ് രണ്ടാമന് യോവാഹ് മൂന്നാമന് ; സാഖാര് നാലാമന് ; നെഥനയേല് അഞ്ചാമന് ;

4. And the sons of Obededom, Semeias the firstborn, Jozabad the second, Joaha the third, Sachar the fourth, Nathanael the fifth,

5. അമ്മിയേല് ആറാമന് ; യിസ്സാഖാര് ഏഴാമന് ; പെയൂലെഥായി എട്ടാമന് . ദൈവം അവനെ അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചിരുന്നു.

5. Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Phollathi the eighth: for the Lord had blessed him.

6. അവന്റെ മകനായ ശെമയ്യാവിന്നും പുത്രന്മാര് ജനിച്ചിരുന്നു; അവര് പരാക്രമശാലികളായിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു തങ്ങളുടെ പിതൃഭവനത്തിന്നു പ്രമാണികള് ആയിരുന്നു.

6. And to Semei his son were born sons, herds of their families: for they were men of great valour.

7. ശെമയ്യാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഒത്നി, രെഫായേല്, ഔബേദ്, എല്സാബാദ്;--അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാര് പ്രാപ്തന്മാര് ആയിരുന്നു--എലീഹൂ, സെമഖ്യാവു.

7. The sons then of Semeias were Othni, and Raphael, and Obed, Elizabad, and his brethren most valiant men: and Eliu, and Samachias.

8. ഇവര് എല്ലാവരും ഔബേദ്-എദോമിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുള്ളവര്; അവരും പുത്രന്മാരും സഹോദരന്മാരും ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കു അതിപ്രാപ്തന്മാരായിരുന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെ ഔബേദ്-എദോമിന്നുള്ളവര് അറുപത്തിരണ്ടുപേര്;

8. All these of the sons of Obededom: they, and their sons, and their brethren most able men for service, sixty-two of Obededom.

9. മെശേലെമ്യാവിന്നു പ്രാപ്തന്മാരായ പുത്രന്മാരും സഹോദരന്മാരും പതിനെട്ടുപേര്.

9. And the sons of Meselemia, and their brethren strong men, were eighteen.

10. മെരാരിപുത്രന്മാരില് ഹോസെക്കു പുത്രന്മാര് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ശിമ്രി തലവന് ; ഇവന് ആദ്യജാതനല്ലെങ്കിലും അവന്റെ അപ്പന് അവനെ തലവനാക്കി;

10. And of Hosa, that is, of the sons of Merari: Semri the chief, (for he had not a firstborn, and therefore his father made him chief.)

11. ഹില്ക്കീയാവു രണ്ടാമന് , തെബല്യാവു മൂന്നാമന് , സെഖര്യ്യാവു നാലാമന് ; ഹോസയുടെ പുത്രന്മാരും സഹോദരന്മാരും എല്ലാം കൂടി പതിമ്മൂന്നുപേര്.

11. Helcias the second, Tabelias the third, Zacharias the fourth: all these the sons, and the brethren of Hosa, were thirteen.

12. വാതില്കാവല്ക്കാരുടെ ഈ ക്കുറുകള്ക്കു, അവരുടെ തലവന്മാര്ക്കും തന്നേ, യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തില് ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്വാന് തങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരന്മാര്ക്കും എന്നപോലെ ഉദ്യോഗങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

12. Among these were the divisions of the porters, so that the chiefs of the wards, as well as their brethren, always ministered in the house of the Lord.

13. അവര് ചെറിയവനും വലിയവനും ഒരുപോലെ പിതൃഭവനം പിതൃഭവനമായി അതതു വാതിലിന്നു ചീട്ടിട്ടു.

13. And they cast lots equally, both little and great, by their families for every one of the gates.

14. കിഴക്കെ വാതിലിന്റെ ചീട്ടു ശേലെമ്യാവിന്നു വന്നു; പിന്നെ അവര് അവന്റെ മകനായി വിവേകമുള്ള ആലോചനക്കാരനായ സെഖര്യ്യാവിന്നു വേണ്ടി ചീട്ടിട്ടു; അവന്റെ ചീട്ടു വടക്കെ വാതിലിന്നു വന്നു.

14. And the lot of the east fell to Selemias. But to his son Zacharias, a very wise and learned man, the north gate fell by lot.

15. തെക്കെ വാതിലിന്റെതു ഔബേദ്-എദോമിന്നും പാണ്ടിശാലയുടേതു അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ക്കും

15. And to Obededom and his sons that towards the south: in which part of the house was the council of the ancients.

16. കയറ്റമുള്ള പെരുവഴിക്കല് ശല്ലേഖെത്ത് പടിവാതിലിന്നരികെ പടിഞ്ഞാറെ വാതിലിന്റേതു ശുപ്പീമിന്നും ഹോസെക്കും വന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെ കാവലിന്നരികെ കാവലുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

16. To Sephim, and Hosa towards the west, by the gate which leadeth to the way of the ascent: ward against ward.

17. കിഴക്കെ വാതില്ക്കല് ആറു ലേവ്യരും വടക്കെ വാതില്ക്കല് നാളൊന്നിന്നു നാലുപേരും തെക്കെ വാതില്ക്കല് നാളൊന്നിന്നു നാലുപേരും പാണ്ടിശാലെക്കല് ഈരണ്ടുപേരും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

17. Now towards the east were six Levites: and towards the north four a day: and towards the south likewise four a day: and where the council was, two and two.

18. പര്ബാരിന്നു പടിഞ്ഞാറു പെരുവഴിയില് നാലുപേരും പര്ബാരില് തന്നേ രണ്ടുപേരും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

18. In the cells also of the porters toward the west four in the way: and two at every cell.

19. കോരഹ്യരിലും മെരാര്യ്യരിലും ഉള്ള വാതില്കാവല്ക്കാരുടെ ക്കുറുകള് ഇവ തന്നേ.

19. These are the divisions of the porters of the sons of Core, and of Merari.

20. അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ ലേവ്യര് ദൈവലായത്തിലെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിന്നും വിശുദ്ധവസ്തുക്കളുടെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിന്നും മേല്വിചാരകരായിരുന്നു.

20. Now Achias was over the treasures of the house of God, and the holy vessels.

21. ലയെദാന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ലയെദാന്റെ കുടുംബത്തിലുള്ള ഗേര്ശോന്യരുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഗേര്ശോന്യനായ ലയെദാന്റെ പിതൃഭവനത്തലവന്മാര് യെഹീയേല്യര് ആയിരുന്നു.

21. The sons of Ledan, the sons of Gersonni: of Ledan were heads of the families, of Ledan, and Gersonni, Jehieli.

22. യെഹിയേലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്സേഥാം; അവന്റെ സഹോദരന് യോവേല്; ഇവര് യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിന്നു മേല്വിചാരകരായിരുന്നു.

22. The sons of Jehieli: Zathan and Joel, his brethren over the treasures of the house of the Lord,

23. അമ്രാമ്യര്, യിസ്ഹാര്യ്യര്, ഹെബ്രോന്യര്, ഉസ്സീയേല്യര് എന്നവരോ

23. With the Amramites, and Isaarites, and Hebronites, and Ozielites.

24. മോശെയുടെ മകനായ ഗേര്ശോമിന്റെ മകന് ശെബൂവേല് ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിന്നു മേല്വിചാരകനായിരുന്നു.

24. And Subael the son of Gersom, the son of Moses, was chief over the treasures.

25. എലീയേസെരില്നിന്നുത്ഭവിച്ച അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരോഅവന്റെ മകന് രെഹബ്യാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് യെശയ്യാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് യോരാം; അവന്റെ മകന് സിക്രി; അവന്റെ മകന് ശെലോമീത്ത്.

25. His brethren also, Eliezer, whose son Rohobia, and his son Isaias, and his son Joram, and his son Zechri, and his son Selemith.

26. ദാവീദ്രാജാവും പിതൃഭവനത്തലവന്മാരും സഹസ്രാധിപന്മാരും ശതാധിപന്മാരും സേനാപതിമാരും നിവേദിച്ച വിശുദ്ധവസ്തുക്കളുടെ സകലഭണ്ഡാരത്തിന്നും ശെലോമീത്തും അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരും മേല്വിചാരകരായിരുന്നു.

26. Which Selemith and his brethren were over the treasures of the holy things, which king David, and the heads of families, and the captains over thousands and over hundreds, and the captains of the host had dedicated,

27. യുദ്ധത്തില് കിട്ടിയ കൊള്ളയില് നിന്നു യഹോവയുടെ ആലയം കേടുപോക്കുവാന് അവര് അവയെ നിവേദിച്ചിരുന്നു.

27. Out of the wars, and the spoils won in battles, which they had consecrated to the building and furniture of the temple of the Lord.

28. ദര്ശകനായ ശമൂവേലും കീശിന്റെ മകന് ശൌലും നേരിന്റെ മകന് അബ്നേരും സെരൂയയുടെ മകന് യോവാബും നിവേദിച്ച സകലനിവേദിതവസ്തുക്കളും ശെലോമീത്തിന്റെയും അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരുടെയും വിചാരണയില് വന്നു.

28. And all these things that Samuel the seer and Saul the son of Cis, and Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Sarvia had sanctified: and whosoever had sanctified those things, they were under the hand of Selemith and his brethren.

29. യിസ്ഹാര്യ്യരില് കെനന്യാവും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും പുറമെയുള്ള പ്രവൃത്തിക്കു യിസ്രായേലില് പ്രമാണികളും ന്യായാധിപന്മാരും ആയിരുന്നു.

29. But Chonenias and his sons were over the Isaarites, for the business abroad over Israel to teach them and judge them.

30. ഹെബ്രോന്യരില് ഹശബ്യാവും അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരുമായി ആയിരത്തെഴുനൂറു പ്രാപ്തന്മാര് യോര്ദ്ദാന്നിക്കരെ പടിഞ്ഞാറു യഹോവയുടെ സകലകാര്യത്തിന്നും രാജാവിന്റെ ശുശ്രൂഷെക്കും യിസ്രായേലില് മേല്വിചാരകരായിരുന്നു.

30. And of the Hebronites Hasabias, and his brethren most able men, a thousand seven hundred had the charge over Israel beyond the Jordan westward, in all the works of the Lord, and for the service of the king.

31. ഹെബ്രോന്യരില് കുലംകുലമായും കുടുംബംകുടുംബമായുമുള്ള ഹെബ്രോന്യര്ക്കും യെരീയാവു തലവനായിരുന്നു; ദാവീദിന്റെ വാഴ്ചയുടെ നാല്പതാം ആണ്ടില് അവരുടെ വസ്തുത അനേഷിച്ചപ്പോള് അവരുടെ ഇടയില് ഗിലെയാദിലെ യാസേരില് പ്രാപ്തന്മാരെ കണ്ടു.

31. And the chief of the Hebronites was Jeria according to their families and kindreds. In the fortieth year of the reign of David they were numbered, and there were found most valiant men in Jazer Galaad,

32. അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരായി പ്രാപ്തന്മാരും പിതൃഭവനത്തലവന്മാരുമായി രണ്ടായിരത്തെഴുനൂറു പേരുണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവരെ ദാവീദ്രാജാവു ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സകലകാര്യത്തിന്നും രാജാവിന്റെ കാര്യാദികള്ക്കും രൂബേന്യര് ഗാദ്യര്, മനശ്ശെയുടെ പാതിഗോത്രം എന്നിവര്ക്കും മേല്വിചാരകരാക്കിവച്ചു.

32. And his brethren of stronger age, two thousand seven hundred chiefs of families. And king David made them rulers over the Rubenites and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasses, for all the service of God, and the king.
