1. The sons of Levi: Gerson, Cahath and Merari.

2. കെഹാത്തിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്അമ്രാം, യിസ്ഹാര്, ഹെബ്രോന് , ഉസ്സീയേല്.

2. The sons of Cahath: Amram, Izahar, Hebron and Oziel.

3. അമ്രാമിന്റെ മക്കള്അഹരോന് , മോശെ, മിര്യ്യാം, അഹരോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്നാദാബ്, അബീഹൂ, ഏലെയാസാര്, ഈഥാമാര്.

3. The children of Amram: Aaron, Moses and Miriam. The sons of Aaron: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.

4. എലെയാസാര് ഫീനെഹാസിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ഫീനെഹാസ് അബീശൂവയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

4. Eleazar begat Phinehes. Phinehes begat Abisue.

5. അബിശൂവ ബുക്കിയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ബുക്കി ഉസ്സിയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

5. Abisue begat Boki. Boki begat Ozi.

6. ഉസ്സി സെരഹ്യാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; സെരഹ്യാവു മെരായോത്തിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

6. Ozi begat Zarahiah. Zarahiah begat Meraioth.

7. മെരായോത്ത് അമര്യ്യാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

7. Meraioth begat Amariah. Amariah begat Ahitob.

8. അമര്യ്യാവു അഹിത്തൂബിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അഹീത്തൂബ് സാദോക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; സാദോക് അഹീമാസിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

8. Ahitob begat Zadoc. Zadoc begat Ahimaaz.

9. അഹിമാസ് അസര്യ്യാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അസര്യ്യാവു യോഹാനാനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

9. Ahimaaz begat Azariah. Azariah begat Johanan.

10. യോഹാനാന് അസര്യ്യാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ഇവനാകുന്നു ശലോമോന് യെരൂശലേമില് പണിത ആലയത്തില് പൌരോഹിത്യം നടത്തിയതു.

10. Johanan begat Azariah which ministered in the temple that Salomon built in Jerusalem.

11. അസര്യ്യാവു അമര്യ്യാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അമര്യ്യാവു അഹീത്തൂബിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

11. Azariah begat Amariah. Amariah begat Ahitob.

12. അഹീത്തൂബ് സാദോക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; സാദോക് ശല്ലൂമിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

12. Ahitob begat Zadoc. Zadoc begat Selum.

13. ശല്ലൂം ഹില്ക്കീയാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ഹില്ക്കീയാവു അസര്യ്യാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു;

13. Selum begat Helkiah. Helkiah begat Azariah.

14. അസര്യ്യാവു സെരായാവെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; സെരായാവു യെഹോസാദാക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

14. Azariah begat Saraiah, Saraiah begat Jehozedec which Jehodezec

15. യഹോവാ നെബൂഖദ് നേസ്സര്മുഖാന്തരം യെഹൂദയെയും യെരൂശലേമിനെയും പ്രവാസത്തിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോയപ്പോള് യെഹോസാദാക്കും പോകേണ്ടിവന്നു.

15. when the LORD carried away Juda and Jerusalem by the hand of Nabuchodonozor, went with them.

16. ലേവിയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്ഗേര്ശോം, കെഹാത്ത്, മെരാരി.

16. The sons of Levi now are these: Gersom, Cahath and Merari.

17. ഗേര്ശോമിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെ പേരുകള് ആവിതുലിബ്നി, ശിമെയി.

17. And these be the names of the sons of Gersom: Lobni and Semei.

18. കെഹാത്തിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്അമ്രാം, യിസ്ഹാര്, ഹെബ്രോന് , ഉസ്സീയേല്.

18. And the sons of Cahath were Amram, Izahar, Hebron and Oziel.

19. മെരാരിയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്മഹ്ളി, മൂശി.

19. The sons of Merari: Moholi and Musi. These are the kindreds of Levi concerning their ancient fathers.

20. ലേവ്യരുടെ പിതൃഭവനങ്ങളിന് പ്രകാരം അവരുടെ കുലങ്ങള് ഇവ തന്നേ. ഗേര്ശോമിന്റെ മകന് ലിബ്നി; അവന്റെ മകന് യഹത്ത്; അവന്റെ മകന് സിമ്മാ;

20. The sons of Gersom was Lobni, and his son Jahath, and his son Zamah,

21. അവന്റെ മകന് യോവാഹ്; അവന്റെ മകന് ഇദ്ദോ; അവന്റെ മകന് സേരഹ്; അവന്റെ മകന് യെയഥ്രായി.

21. and his son Joah, and his son Ado, and his son Zerah, and his son Jeathrai.

22. കെഹാത്തിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്അവന്റെ മകന് അമ്മീനാദാബ്; അവന്റെ മകന് കോരഹ്; അവന്റെ മകന് അസ്സീര്;

22. The sons of Cahath: Aminadab and his son Careh, and his son Assir,

23. അവന്റെ മകന് എല്ക്കാനാ; അവന്റെ മകന് എബ്യാസാഫ്; അവന്റെ മകന് അസ്സീര്;

23. and his son Elcanah, and his son Abiasah, and his son Asir

24. അവന്റെ മകന് തഹത്ത്; അവന്റെ മകന് ഊരീയേല്; അവന്റെ മകന് ഉസ്സീയാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് ശൌല്.

24. and his son Thahath and Uriel was his son, and Oziah his son, and Saul was his son.

25. എല്ക്കാനയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്അവന്റെ മകന് അമാസായി; അവന്റെ മകന് അഹിമോത്ത്.

25. The sons of Elcanah: Amasai, Ahimoth and Elcanah.

26. എല്ക്കാനയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്അവന്റെ മകന് സോഫായി; അവന്റെ മകന് നഹത്ത്;

26. The sons of Elcanah, Zophai whose son was Nahath,

27. അവന്റെ മകന് എലീയാബ്; അവന്റെ മകന് യെരോഹാം; അവന്റെ മകന് എല്ക്കാനാ;

27. and his son Eliab and Jeroham his son, and Elcanah his son,

28. ശമൂവേലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ആദ്യജാതന് യോവേല്, രണ്ടാമന് അബീയാവു.

28. and Samuel the son of him. And the sons of Samuel: the eldest Uasni and then Abiah.

29. മെരാരിയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര്മഹ്ളി; അവന്റെ മകന് ലിബ്നി; അവന്റെ മകന് ശിമെയി; അവന്റെ മകന് ഉസ്സാ;

29. The sons of Merari: Moholi, and his son Lobni, and his son Semei, and his son Ozah,

30. അവന്റെ മകന് ശിമെയാ; അവന്റെ മകന് ഹഗ്ഗീയാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് അസായാവു.

30. and his son Samaa, and his son Hagiah, and his son Asaiah.

31. പെട്ടകത്തിന്നു വിശ്രമം ആയശേഷം ദാവീദ് യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തില് സംഗീതശുശ്രൂഷെക്കു നിയമിച്ചവര് ഇവരാകുന്നു.

31. These be they which David set for to sing in the house of the LORD, after that the Ark had rest.

32. അവര്, ശലോമോന് യെരൂശലേമില് യഹോവയുടെ ആലയം പണിതതുവരെ തിരുനിവാസമായ സാമഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്നു മുമ്പില് സംഗീതശുശ്രൂഷചെയ്തു; അവര് തങ്ങളുടെ മുറപ്രകാരം ശുശ്രൂഷചെയ്തുപോന്നു.

32. And they ministered before the dwelling place of the tabernacle of witness with singing, until Salomon had built the temple of the LORD in Jerusalem. And then they waited on their offices, according to the order of them.

33. തങ്ങളുടെ പുത്രന്മാരോടും കൂടെ ശുശ്രൂഷിച്ചവര് ആരെന്നാല്കെഹാത്യരുടെ പുത്രന്മാരില് സംഗീതക്കാരനായ ഹേമാന് ; അവന് യോവേലിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ശമൂവേലിന്റെ മകന് ;

33. These are they that waited with their children of the sons of Cahath: Heman a singer, which was the son of Joel, the son of Samuel.

34. അവന് എല്ക്കാനയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് യെരോഹാമിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് എലീയേലിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് തോഹയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് സൂഫിന്റെ മകന് ;

34. The son of Elcanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel: the son of Thoah,

35. അവന് എല്ക്കാനയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് മഹത്തിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് അമാസായിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് എല്ക്കാനയുടെ മകന് ;

35. the son of Zuph, the son of Elcanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai,

36. അവന് യോവേലിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് അസര്യ്യാവിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് സെഫന്യാവിന്റെ മകന് ;

36. the son of Elcanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zophoniah:

37. അവന് തഹത്തിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് അസ്സീരിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് എബ്യാസാഫിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് കോരഹിന്റെ മകന് ;

37. the son of Thahath, the son of Asir, the son of Abiasaph, the son of Coreh:

38. അവന് യിസ്ഹാരിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് കെഹാത്തിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ലേവിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ മകന് ;

38. the son of Izahar, the son of Cahath: the son of Levi: the son of Israel.

39. അവന്റെ വലത്തുഭാഗത്തു നിന്ന അവന്റെ സഹോദരന് ആസാഫ്ആസാഫ് ബെരെഖ്യാവിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ശിമെയയുടെ മകന് ;

39. And his brother Asaph stood on his right hand, which was the son of Barachiah, the son of Samaa:

40. അവന് മീഖായേലിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ബയശേയാവിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് മല്ക്കിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് എത്നിയുടെ മകന് ;

40. the son of Michael, the son of Baasaiah, the son of Melchiah,

41. അവന് സേരഹിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് അദായാവിന്റെ മകന് ;

41. the son of Athani, the son of Zarah, the son of Adaiah:

42. അവന് ഏഥാന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് സിമ്മയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് ശിമെയിയുടെ മകന് ;

42. the son of Ethan, the son of Zamah, the son of Semei:

43. അവന് യഹത്തിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ഗേര്ശോമിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ലേവിയുടെ മകന് .

43. the son of Jabath, the son of Gersom, the son of Levi.

44. അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ മെരാരിയുടെ പുത്രന്മാര് ഇടത്തുഭാഗത്തുനിന്നു; കീശിയുടെ മകന് ഏഥാന് ; അവന് അബ്ദിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് മല്ലൂക്കിന്റെ മകന് ;

44. And their brethren the sons of Merari stood on the left hand: Ethan the son of Chusi, the son of Abdi, the son of Maloch:

45. അവന് ഹശബ്യാവിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് അമസ്യാവിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് ഹില്ക്കീയാവിന്റെ മകന് ;

45. the son of Hasabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Helkiah:

46. അവന് അംസിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് ബാനിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് ശാമെരിന്റെ മകന് ; അവന് മഹ്ളിയുടെ മകന് .

46. the son of Amazi, the son of Boni, the son of Somer:

47. അവന് മൂശിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് മെരാരിയുടെ മകന് ; അവന് ലേവിയുടെ മകന് .

47. the son of Moholi, the son of Musi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.

48. അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ ലേവ്യര് ദൈവാലയമായ തിരുനിവാസത്തിലെ സകലശുശ്രൂഷെക്കും നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.

48. Their brethren the Levites were appointed unto all manner service of the tabernacle of the house of God.(the LORDe)

49. എന്നാല് അഹരോനും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും ഹോമയാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേലും ധൂപപീഠത്തിന്മേലും അര്പ്പണം ചെയ്തു; അവര് അതിവിശുദ്ധസ്ഥലത്തിലെ സകലശുശ്രൂഷെക്കും ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ദാസനായ മോശെ കല്പിച്ചപ്രകാരമൊക്കെയും യിസ്രായേലിന്നുവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം വരുത്തുവാനും നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.

49. But Aaron and his sons burnt upon the altar of burntofferings and on the altar of incense, and were appointed unto all that was to do in the place most holy, and to make an atonement for Israel in all points according as Moses the servant of God had commanded.

50. അഹരോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരാവിതുഅവന്റെ മകന് എലെയാസാര്; അവന്റെ മകന് ഫീനെഹാസ്; അവന്റെ മകന് അബീശൂവ;

50. These are the sons of Aaron: Eleazar, whose son was Phinehes, and his son Abisue:

51. അവന്റെ മകന് ബുക്കി; അവന്റെ മകന് ഉസ്സി; അവന്റെ മകന് സെരഹ്യാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് മെരായോത്ത്;

51. and his son Boki, and the son of him Ozi, and his son Zarahia:

52. അവന്റെ മകന് അമര്യ്യാവു; അവന്റെ മകന് അഹീത്തൂബ്;

52. and the son of him Meraioth, and his son Amariah, and the son of him Ahitob:

53. അവന്റെ മകന് സാദോക്; അവന്റെ മകന് അഹീമാസ്.

53. and Zadoc his son, and Ahimaaz his son.

54. അവരുടെ ദേശത്തില് ഗ്രാമംഗ്രാമമായി അവരുടെ വാസസ്ഥലങ്ങള് ഏവയെന്നാല്കെഹാത്യരുടെ കുലമായ അഹരോന്യര്ക്കും--

54. And these are the dwelling places of them in their towns and coasts: I mean of the sons of Aaron of the kindred of the Caathites, for so their lot fell.

55. അവര്ക്കല്ലോ ഒന്നാമതു ചീട്ടു വീണതു--അവര്ക്കും യെഹൂദാദേശത്തു ഹെബ്രോനും ചുറ്റുമുള്ള പുല്പുറങ്ങളും കൊടുത്തു.

55. They gave unto them Hebron in the land of Juda with the suburbs round about it.

56. എന്നാല് പട്ടണത്തിന്റെ വയലുകളും അതിനോടു ചേര്ന്ന ഗ്രാമങ്ങളും യെഫുന്നയുടെ മകനായ കാലേബിന്നു കൊടുത്തു.

56. But the country and villages pertaining thereto, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephoneh.

57. അഹരോന്റെ മക്കള്ക്കു അവര് സങ്കേതനഗരമായ ഹെബ്രോനും ലിബ്നയും അതിന്റെ പുല്പുറങ്ങളും യത്ഥീരും എസ്തെമോവയും അവയുടെ പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

57. And to the sons of Aaron they gave the franchised cities, Hebron and Lobnah, with their Suburbs: and Jathir and Ethemoa with their Suburbs:

58. ഹിലോനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും, ദെബീരും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

58. and Hilen with her Suburbs, and Dabir with her Suburbs: and Asan with her Suburbs, and Bethsemes with her Suburbs.

59. ആശാനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ബേത്ത്-ശേമെശും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും;

59. And out of the tribe of Benjamin Gabee and her Suburbs, Alemath with her Suburbs,

60. ബെന്യാമീന് ഗോത്രത്തില് ഗേബയും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും അല്ലേമെത്തും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും അനാഥോത്തും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും കൊടുത്തു. കുലംകുലമായി അവര്ക്കും കിട്ടിയ പട്ടണങ്ങള് ആകെ പതിമ്മൂന്നു.

60. Anathoth with her Suburbs: so that all their cities among their kindreds were thirteen.

61. കെഹാത്തിന്റെ ശേഷമുള്ള മക്കള്ക്കു ഗോത്രത്തിന്റെ കുലത്തില്, മനശ്ശെയുടെ പാതിഗോത്രത്തില് തന്നേ, ചീട്ടിട്ടു പത്തു പട്ടണം കൊടുത്തു.

61. And unto the sons of Cahath the remnant of the kin of the tribe, were cities given out of the half tribe of Manasse, by lot, ten cities.

62. ഗേര്ശോമിന്റെ മക്കള്ക്കു കുലംകുലമായി യിസ്സാഖാര് ഗോത്രത്തിലും ആശേര്ഗോത്രത്തിലും; നഫ്താലിഗോത്രത്തിലും ബാശാനിലെ മനശ്ശെഗോത്രത്തിലും പതിമ്മൂന്നു പട്ടണം കൊടുത്തു.

62. And unto the sons of Gersom among their kindreds were given out of the tribe of Isacar and out of the tribe of Asser and out of the tribe of Nephthali: and out of the tribe of Manasse in Basan, thirteen cities.

63. മെരാരിയുടെ മക്കള്ക്കു കുലംകുലമായി രൂബേന് ഗോത്രത്തിലും ഗാദ് ഗോത്രത്തിലും സെബൂലൂന് ഗോത്രത്തിലും ചീട്ടിട്ടു പന്ത്രണ്ടു പട്ടണം കൊടുത്തു.

63. And unto the sons of Merari were given by lot among their kindreds and out of the tribe of Ruben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zabulon, twelve cities.

64. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള് ഈ പട്ടണങ്ങളും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ലേവ്യര്ക്കും കൊടുത്തു.

64. And the children of Israel gave the Levites such cities with their Suburbs,

65. യെഹൂദാമക്കളുടെ ഗോത്രത്തിലും ശിമെയോന് മക്കളുടെ ഗോത്രത്തിലും ബെന്യാമീന് മക്കളുടെ ഗോത്രത്തിലും പേര് പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ പട്ടണങ്ങളെ ചീട്ടിട്ടു കൊടുത്തു.

65. and that by Lot, out of the tribe of children of Juda out of the tribe of Simeon and out of the tribe of the children of Ben Jamin: even the said cities that are rehearsed by name.

66. കെഹാത്ത് മക്കളുടെ ചില കുലങ്ങള്ക്കോ എഫ്രയീം ഗോത്രത്തില് തങ്ങള്ക്കു അധീനമായ പട്ടണങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

66. And concerning the sons of Cahath, the cities of their coasts were of the tribe of Ephraim.

67. അവര്ക്കും, സങ്കേതനഗരങ്ങളായ എഫ്രയീം മലനാട്ടിലെ ശെഖേമും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ഗേസെരും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും യൊക്മെയാമും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

67. In which tribe they gave unto them the cities of Refuge: Sichem in mount Ephraim with her Suburbs, and Gaser with her Suburbs,

68. ബേത്ത്-ഹോരോനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

68. Jecmaam with her Suburbs, Bethhoron with her Suburbs, Aialon with her Suburbs,

69. അയ്യാലോനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ഗത്ത്-രിമ്മോനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

69. and Geth Remon with her Suburbs.

70. മനശ്ശെയുടെ പാതി ഗോത്രത്തില് ആനേരും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ബിലെയാമും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും കെഹാത്യരുടെ ശേഷം കുലങ്ങള്ക്കും കൊടുത്തു.

70. And out of the half tribe of Manasseh, Aner with her Suburbs, and Baalam with her Suburbs among the kindreds of the remnant of the sons of Cahath.

71. ഗേര്ശോമിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ക്കും മനശ്ശെയുടെ പാതിഗോത്രത്തിന്റെ കുലത്തില് ബാശാനില് ഗോലാനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും അസ്തരോത്തും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും;

71. And unto the sons of Gerson were given out of the kindred of the half tribe of Manasse: Golon in Basan with her suburbs and Astharoth with her Suburbs.

72. യിസ്സാഖാന് ഗോത്രത്തില് കേദെശും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ദാബെരത്തും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

72. And out of the tribe of Isacar, Kedes with her Suburbs, Daberath with her Suburbs,

73. രാമോത്തും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ആനേമും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും;

73. Ramoth with her Suburbs and Anem with her Suburbs.

74. ആശേര് ഗോത്രത്തില് മാശാലും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും അബ്ദോനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

74. And out of Asser, Masai with her Suburbs, Abdon with her Suburbs,

75. ഹൂക്കോക്കും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും രെഹോബും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

75. Hukok with her Suburbs and Rohob with her Suburbs.

76. നഫ്താലിഗോത്രത്തില് ഗലീലയിലെ കേദെശും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും ഹമ്മോനും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും കിര്യ്യഥയീമും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും കൊടുത്തു.

76. And out of the tribe of Nephthali, Kedes in Galilea with her Suburbs, Hamon with her Suburbs, and Kariathiarim with her Suburbs.

77. മെരാരിപുത്രന്മാരില് ശേഷമുള്ളവര്ക്കും സെബൂലൂന് ഗോത്രത്തില് രിമ്മോനോവും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും താബോരും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും;

77. And unto the rest of the children of Merari were given out of the tribe of Zabulon, Remono with her suburbs and Thabor with her suburbs.

78. യെരീഹോവിന്നു സമീപത്തു യൊര്ദ്ദാന്നക്കരെ യോര്ദ്ദാന്നു കിഴക്കു രൂബേന് ഗോത്രത്തില് മരുഭൂമിയിലെ ബേസെരും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും യഹസയും പുല്പുറങ്ങളും

78. And on the other side Jordan by Jericho even on the east side of Jordan were given them out of the tribe of Ruben: Bozor in the wilderness with her suburbs, Jahezah with her suburbs,
