1. യഹോവ എന്റെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയും യാചനകളും കേട്ടതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാന് അവനെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു.

1. I love the Lord, because he hath heard my voyce and my prayers.

2. അവന് തന്റെ ചെവി എങ്കലേക്കു ചായിച്ചതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാന് ജീവകാലമൊക്കെയും അവനെ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്കും

2. For he hath inclined his eare vnto me, whe I did call vpon him in my dayes.

3. മരണപാശങ്ങള് എന്നെ ചുറ്റി, പാതാള വേദനകള് എന്നെ പിടിച്ചു; ഞാന് കഷ്ടവും സങ്കടവും അനുഭവിച്ചു.

3. When the snares of death copassed me, and the griefes of the graue caught me: when I founde trouble and sorowe.

4. അയ്യോ, യഹോവേ, എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ എന്നു ഞാന് യഹോവയുടെ നാമം വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിച്ചു.

4. Then I called vpon the Name of the Lord, saying, I beseech thee, O Lord, deliuer my soule.

5. യഹോവ കൃപയും നീതിയും ഉള്ളവന് ; നമ്മുടെ ദൈവം കരുണയുള്ളവന് തന്നേ.

5. The Lord is mercifull and righteous, and our God is full of compassion.

6. യഹോവ അല്പബുദ്ധികളെ പാലിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് എളിമപ്പെട്ടു, അവന് എന്നെ രക്ഷിച്ചു.

6. The Lord preserueth the simple: I was in miserie and he saued me.

7. എന് മനമേ, നീ വീണ്ടും സ്വസ്ഥമായിരിക്ക; യഹോവ നിനക്കു ഉപകാരം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

7. Returne vnto thy rest, O my soule: for the Lord hath bene beneficiall vnto thee,

8. നീ എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ മരണത്തില്നിന്നും എന്റെ കണ്ണിനെ കണ്ണുനീരില്നിന്നും എന്റെ കാലിനെ വീഴ്ചയില്നിന്നും രക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

8. Because thou hast deliuered my soule from death, mine eyes from teares, and my feete from falling.

9. ഞാന് ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്തു യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ നടക്കും.

9. I shall walke before the Lord in the lande of the liuing.

10. ഞാന് വലിയ കഷ്ടതയില് ആയി എന്നു പറഞ്ഞപ്പോള് ഞാന് വിശ്വസിച്ചു.

10. I beleeued, therefore did I speake: for I was sore troubled.

11. സകലമനുഷ്യരും ഭോഷകു പറയുന്നു എന്നു ഞാന് എന്റെ പരിഭ്രമത്തില് പറഞ്ഞു.

11. I said in my feare, All men are lyers.

12. യഹോവ എനിക്കു ചെയ്ത സകലഉപകാരങ്ങള്ക്കും ഞാന് അവന്നു എന്തു പകരം കൊടുക്കും?

12. What shall I render vnto the Lord for all his benefites toward me?

13. ഞാന് രക്ഷയുടെ പാനപാത്രം എടുത്തു യഹോവയുടെ നാമം വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്കും.

13. I will take the cup of saluation, and call vpon the Name of the Lord.

14. യഹോവേക്കു ഞാന് എന്റെ നേര്ച്ചകളെ അവന്റെ സകലജനവും കാണ്കെ കഴിക്കും.

14. I will pay my vowes vnto the Lord, euen nowe in the presence of all his people.

15. തന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാരുടെ മരണം യഹോവേക്കു വിലയേറിയതാകുന്നു.

15. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his Saintes.

16. യഹോവേ, ഞാന് നിന്റെ ദാസന് ആകുന്നു; നിന്റെ ദാസനും നിന്റെ ദാസിയുടെ മകനും തന്നേ; നീ എന്റെ ബന്ധനങ്ങളെ അഴിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

16. Beholde, Lord: for I am thy seruant, I am thy seruant, and the sonne of thine handmaide: thou hast broken my bondes.

17. ഞാന് നിനക്കു സ്തോത്രയാഗം കഴിച്ചു യഹോവയുടെ നാമം വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്കും.

17. I will offer to thee a sacrifice of prayse, and will call vpon the Name of the Lord.

18. യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിന്റെ പ്രാകാരങ്ങളിലും യെരൂശലേമേ, നിന്റെ നടുവിലും

18. I will pay my vowes vnto the Lord, euen nowe in the presence of all his people,

19. ഞാന് യഹോവേക്കു എന്റെ നേര്ച്ചകളെ അവന്റെ സകലജനവും കാണ്കെ കഴിക്കും. യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന് .

19. In the courtes of ye Lords house, euen in the middes of thee, O Ierusalem. Praise ye the Lord.
