1. ആരോഹണഗീതം

1. A Song of Ascents. Blessed is everyone who fears Jehovah, who walks in His ways.

2. യഹോവയെ ഭയപ്പെട്ടു, അവന്റെ വഴികളില് നടക്കുന്ന ഏവനും ഭാഗ്യവാന് ;

2. For you shall surely eat the labor of your hands; you shall be happy, and all is good to you.

3. നിന്റെ കൈകളുടെ അദ്ധ്വാനഫലം നീ തിന്നും; നീ ഭാഗ്യവാന് ; നിനക്കു നന്മ വരും.

3. Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine by the sides of your house; your sons shall be like olive plants around your table.

4. നിന്റെ ഭാര്യ നിന്റെ വീട്ടിന്നകത്തു ഫലപ്രദമായ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിപോലെയും നിന്റെ മക്കള് നിന്റെ മേശെക്കു ചുറ്റും ഒലിവുതൈകള്പോലെയും ഇരിക്കും.

4. Behold! So shall the man be blessed who fears Jehovah.

5. യഹോവാഭക്തനായ പുരുഷന് ഇങ്ങനെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടവനാകും.

5. Jehovah shall bless you out of Zion; and you shall see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life.

6. യഹോവ സീയോനില്നിന്നു നിന്നെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കും; നിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലമൊക്കെയും നീ യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ നന്മയെ കാണും.
