1. ആരോഹണഗീതം

1. A Song of Degrees. Blessed are all they that fear the Lord; who walk in His ways.

2. യഹോവയെ ഭയപ്പെട്ടു, അവന്റെ വഴികളില് നടക്കുന്ന ഏവനും ഭാഗ്യവാന് ;

2. You shall eat the labors of your hands. Blessed are you, and it shall be well with you.

3. നിന്റെ കൈകളുടെ അദ്ധ്വാനഫലം നീ തിന്നും; നീ ഭാഗ്യവാന് ; നിനക്കു നന്മ വരും.

3. Your wife shall be as a fruitful vine on the sides of your house; your children as young olive-plants round about your table.

4. നിന്റെ ഭാര്യ നിന്റെ വീട്ടിന്നകത്തു ഫലപ്രദമായ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിപോലെയും നിന്റെ മക്കള് നിന്റെ മേശെക്കു ചുറ്റും ഒലിവുതൈകള്പോലെയും ഇരിക്കും.

4. Behold, thus shall the man be blessed that fears the Lord.

5. യഹോവാഭക്തനായ പുരുഷന് ഇങ്ങനെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടവനാകും.

5. May the Lord bless you out of Zion; and may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life

6. യഹോവ സീയോനില്നിന്നു നിന്നെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കും; നിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലമൊക്കെയും നീ യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ നന്മയെ കാണും.
