1. മോശെയും യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളും അന്നു യഹോവേക്കു സങ്കീര്ത്തനം പാടി ചൊല്ലിയതു എന്തെന്നാല്ഞാന് യഹോവേക്കു പാട്ടുപാടും, അവന് മഹോന്നതന് കുതിരയെയും അതിന്മേല് ഇരുന്നവനെയും അവന് കടലില് തള്ളിയിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.
വെളിപ്പാടു വെളിപാട് 15:3

1. Then singeth Moses and the sons of Israel this song to Jehovah, and they speak, saying: -- 'I sing to Jehovah, For triumphing He hath triumphed; The horse and its rider He hath thrown into the sea.

2. എന്റെ ബലവും എന്റെ ഗീതവും യഹോവയത്രേ; അവന് എനിക്കു രക്ഷയായ്തീര്ന്നു. അവന് എന്റെ ദൈവം; ഞാന് അവനെ സ്തുതിക്കും; അവന് എന്റെ പിതാവിന് ദൈവം; ഞാന് അവനെ പുകഴ്ത്തും.

2. My strength and song is JAH, And He is become my salvation: This [is] my God, and I glorify Him; God of my father, and I exalt Him.

3. യഹോവ യുദ്ധവീരന് ; യഹോവ എന്നു അവന്റെ നാമം.

3. Jehovah [is] a man of battle; Jehovah [is] His name.

4. ഫറവോന്റെ രഥങ്ങളെയും സൈന്യത്തെയും അവന് കടലില് തള്ളിയിട്ടു; അവന്റെ രഥിപ്രവരന്മാര് ചെങ്കടലില് മുങ്ങിപ്പോയി.

4. Chariots of Pharaoh and his force He hath cast into the sea; And the choice of his captains Have sunk in the Red Sea!

5. ആഴി അവരെ മൂടി; അവര് കല്ലുപോലെ ആഴത്തില് താണു.

5. The depths do cover them; They went down into the depths as a stone.

6. യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ വലങ്കൈ ബലത്തില് മഹത്വപ്പെട്ടു; യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ വലങ്കൈ ശത്രുവിനെ തകര്ത്തുകളഞ്ഞു.

6. Thy right hand, O Jehovah, Is become honourable in power; Thy right hand, O Jehovah, Doth crush an enemy.

7. നീ എതിരാളികളെ മഹാപ്രഭാവത്താല് സംഹരിക്കുന്നു; നീ നിന്റെ ക്രോധം അയക്കുന്നു; അതു അവരെ താളടിയെപ്പോലെ ദഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

7. And in the abundance of Thine excellency Thou throwest down Thy withstanders, Thou sendest forth Thy wrath -- It consumeth them as stubble.

8. നിന്റെ മൂക്കിലെ ശ്വാസത്താല് വെള്ളം കുന്നിച്ചുകൂടി; പ്രവാഹങ്ങള് ചിറപോലെ നിന്നു; ആഴങ്ങള് കടലിന്റെ ഉള്ളില് ഉറെച്ചുപോയി.

8. And by the spirit of Thine anger Have waters been heaped together; Stood as a heap have flowings; Congealed have been depths In the heart of a sea.

9. ഞാന് പിന്തുടരും, പിടിക്കും, കൊള്ള പങ്കിടും; എന്റെ ആശ അവരാല് പൂര്ത്തിയാകും; ഞാന് എന്റെ വാള് ഊരും; എന്റെ കൈ അവരെ നിഗ്രഹിക്കും എന്നു ശത്രു പറഞ്ഞു.

9. The enemy said, I pursue, I overtake; I apportion spoil; Filled is my soul with them; I draw out my sword; My hand destroyeth them: --

10. നിന്റെ കാറ്റിനെ നീ ഊതിച്ചു, കടല് അവരെ മൂടി; അവര് ഈയംപോലെ പെരുവെള്ളത്തില് താണു.

10. Thou hast blown with Thy wind The sea hath covered them; They sank as lead in mighty waters.

11. യഹോവേ, ദേവന്മാരില് നിനക്കു തുല്യന് ആര്? വിശുദ്ധിയില് മഹിമയുള്ളവനേ, സ്തുതികളില് ഭയങ്കരനേ, അത്ഭുതങ്ങളെ പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നവനേ, നിനക്കു തുല്യന് ആര്?

11. Who [is] like Thee among the gods, O Jehovah? Who [is] like Thee -- honourable in holiness -- Fearful in praises -- doing wonders?

12. നീ വലങ്കൈ നീട്ടി, ഭൂമി അവരെ വിഴുങ്ങി.

12. Thou hast stretched out Thy right hand -- Earth swalloweth them!

13. നീ വീണ്ടെടുത്ത ജനത്തെ ദയയാല് നടത്തി; നിന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനിവാസത്തിലേക്കു നിന്റെ ബലത്താല് അവരെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.

13. Thou hast led forth in Thy kindness The people whom Thou hast redeemed. Thou hast led on in Thy strength Unto Thy holy habitation.

14. ജാതികള് കേട്ടു നടങ്ങുന്നു. ഫെലിസ്ത്യനിവാസികള്ക്കു ഭീതിപിടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

14. Peoples have heard, they are troubled; Pain hath seized inhabitants of Philistia.

15. എദോമ്യപ്രഭുക്കന്മാര് ഭ്രമിച്ചു; മോവാബ്യമുമ്പന്മാര്ക്കും കമ്പം പിടിച്ചു; കനാന്യ നിവാസികളെല്ലാം ഉരുകിപ്പോകുന്നു.

15. Then have chiefs of Edom been troubled: Mighty ones of Moab -- Trembling doth seize them! Melted have all inhabitants of Canaan!

16. ഭയവും ഭീതിയും അവരുടെമേല് വീണു, നിന് ഭുജമാഹാത്മ്യത്താല് അവര് കല്ലുപോലെ ആയി; അങ്ങനെ, യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ ജനം കടന്നു, നീ സമ്പാദിച്ച ജനം കടന്നു പോയി.

16. Fall on them doth terror and dread; By the greatness of Thine arm They are still as a stone, Till Thy people pass over, O Jehovah; Till the people pass over Whom Thou hast purchased.

17. നീ അവരെ കൊണ്ടുചെന്നു തിരുനിവാസത്തിന്നൊരുക്കിയ സ്ഥാനത്തു, യഹോവേ, നിന്നവകാശപര്വ്വതത്തില് നീ അവരെ നട്ടു, കര്ത്താവേ, തൃക്കൈ സ്ഥാപിച്ച വിശുദ്ധ മന്ദിരത്തിങ്കല് തന്നേ.

17. Thou dost bring them in, And dost plant them In a mountain of Thine inheritance, A fixed place for Thy dwelling Thou hast made, O Jehovah; A sanctuary, O Lord, Thy hands have established;

18. യഹോവ എന്നും എന്നേക്കും രാജാവായി വാഴും.

18. Jehovah reigneth -- to the age, and for ever!'

19. എന്നാല് ഫറവോന്റെ കുതിര അവന്റെ രഥവും കുതിരപ്പടയുമായി കടലിന്റെ നടുവില് ഇറങ്ങിച്ചെന്നപ്പോള് യഹോവ കടലിലെ വെള്ളം അവരുടെ മേല് മടക്കി വരുത്തി; യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോ കടലിന്റെ നടുവില് ഉണങ്ങിയ നിലത്തുകൂടി കടന്നു പോന്നു.

19. For the horse of Pharaoh hath gone in with his chariots and with his horsemen into the sea, and Jehovah turneth back on them the waters of the sea, and the sons of Israel have gone on dry land in the midst of the sea.

20. അഹരോന്റെ സഹോദരി മിര്യ്യാം എന്ന പ്രവാചകി കയ്യില് തപ്പു എടുത്തു, സ്ത്രീകള് എല്ലാവരും തപ്പുകളോടും നൃത്തങ്ങളോടും കൂടെ അവളുടെ പിന്നാലെ ചെന്നു.

20. And Miriam the inspired one, sister of Aaron, taketh the timbrel in her hand, and all the women go out after her, with timbrels and with choruses;

21. മിര്യ്യാം അവരോടും പ്രതിഗാനമായി ചൊല്ലിയതുയഹോവേക്കു പാട്ടുപാടുവിന് , അവന് മഹോന്നതന് കുതിരയെയും അതിന്മേല് ഇരുന്നവനെയും അവന് കടലില് തള്ളിയിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

21. and Miriam answereth to them: -- 'Sing ye to Jehovah, For Triumphing He hath triumphed; The horse and its rider He hath thrown into the sea!'

22. അനന്തരം മോശെ യിസ്രായേലിനെ ചെങ്കടലില്നിന്നു പ്രയാണം ചെയ്യിച്ചു; അവര് ശൂര്മരുഭൂമിയില് ചെന്നു, മൂന്നു ദിവസം മരുഭൂമിയില് വെള്ളം കിട്ടാതെ സഞ്ചരിച്ചു.

22. And Moses causeth Israel to journey from the Red Sea, and they go out unto the wilderness of Shur, and they go three days in the wilderness, and have not found water,

23. മാറയില് എത്തിയാറെ, മാറയിലെ വെള്ളം കുടിപ്പാന് അവര്ക്കും കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല; അതു കൈപ്പുള്ളതായിരുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ടു അതിന്നു മാറാ എന്നു പേരിട്ടു.

23. and they come in to Marah, and have not been able to drink the waters of Marah, for they [are] bitter; therefore hath [one] called its name Marah.

24. അപ്പോള് ജനംഞങ്ങള് എന്തു കുടിക്കും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു മോശെയുടെ നേരെ പിറുപിറുത്തു.

24. And the people murmur against Moses, saying, 'What do we drink?'

25. അവന് യഹോവയോടു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു; യഹോവ അവന്നു ഒരു വൃക്ഷം കാണിച്ചുകൊടുത്തു. അവന് അതു വെള്ളത്തില് ഇട്ടപ്പോള് വെള്ളം മധുരമായി തീര്ന്നു. അവിടെവെച്ചു അവന് അവര്ക്കും ഒരു ചട്ടവും പ്രമാണവും നിയമിച്ചു; അവിടെവെച്ചു അവന് അവരെ പരീക്ഷിച്ചു

25. and he crieth unto Jehovah, and Jehovah sheweth him a tree, and he casteth unto the waters, and the waters become sweet. There He hath made for them a statute, and an ordinance, and there He hath tried them,

26. നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ വാക്കു നീ ശ്രദ്ധയോടെ കേട്ടു അവന്നു പ്രസാദമുള്ളതു ചെയ്കയും അവന്റെ കല്പനകളെ അനുസരിച്ചു അവന്റെ സകല വിധികളും പ്രമാണിക്കയും ചെയ്താല് ഞാന് മിസ്രയീമ്യര്ക്കും വരുത്തിയ വ്യാധികളില് ഒന്നും നിനക്കു വരുത്തുകയില്ല; ഞാന് നിന്നെ സൌഖ്യമാക്കുന്ന യഹോവ ആകുന്നു എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

26. and He saith, 'If thou dost really hearken to the voice of Jehovah thy God, and dost that which is right in His eyes, and hast hearkened to His commands, and kept all His statutes: none of the sickness which I laid on the Egyptians do I lay on thee, for I, Jehovah, am healing thee.

27. പിന്നെ അവര് ഏലീമില് എത്തി; അവിടെ പന്ത്രണ്ടു നീരുറവും എഴുപതു ഈത്തപ്പനയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവര് അവിടെ വെള്ളത്തിന്നരികെ പാളയമിറങ്ങി.

27. And they come to Elim, and there [are] twelve fountains of water, and seventy palm trees; and they encamp there by the waters.
