1. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതു എന്തെന്നാല്മുമ്പിലത്തേവ പോലെ രണ്ടു കല്പലക ചെത്തിക്കൊള്ക; എന്നാല് നീ പൊട്ടിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞ മുമ്പിലത്തെ പലകയില് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന വചനങ്ങളെ ഞാന് ആ പലകയില് എഴുതും.
2 കൊരിന്ത്യർ 3:3

1. The Lord said to Moses, 'Cut two pieces of stone like the first ones. And I will write on the stones the words that were on the first stones which you broke.

2. നീ രാവിലേ ഒരുങ്ങി രാവിലേ തന്നേ സീനായിപര്വ്വതത്തില് കയറി; പര്വ്വതത്തിന്റെ മുകളില് എന്റെ സന്നിധിയില് വരേണം.

2. So be ready in the morning. Come up in the morning to Mount Sinai. And stand before Me on the top of the mountain.

3. നിന്നോടു കൂടെ ആരും കയറരുതു. പര്വ്വതത്തിലെങ്ങും ആരെയും കാണരുതു. പര്വ്വതത്തിന് അരികെ ആടുകളോ കന്നുകാലികളോ മേയുകയും അരുതു.

3. No one is to come up with you. Do not let anyone be seen on the whole mountain. Even the sheep and the cattle may not eat in front of the mountain.'

4. അങ്ങനെ മോശെ മുമ്പിലത്തേവ പോലെ രണ്ടു കല്പലക ചെത്തി, അതികാലത്തു എഴുന്നേറ്റു യഹോവ തന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോല സീനായിപര്വ്വതത്തില് കയറി; കാല്പലക രണ്ടും കയ്യില് എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടു പോയി

4. So Moses cut two pieces of stone like the first ones. Then he got up early in the morning and went up on Mount Sinai, as the Lord told him. And he took the two pieces of stone in his hand.

5. അപ്പോള് യഹോവ മേഘത്തില് ഇറങ്ങി അവിടെ അവന്റെ അടുക്കല് നിന്നു യഹോവയുടെ നാമത്തെ ഘോഷിച്ചു.

5. The Lord came down in the cloud and stood there with Moses as he called upon the name of the Lord.

6. യഹോവ അവന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ കടന്നു ഘോഷിച്ചതു എന്തെന്നാല്യഹോവ, യഹോവയായ ദൈവം, കരുണയും കൃപയുമുള്ളവന് ; ദീര്ഘക്ഷമയും മഹാദയയും വിശ്വസ്തതയുമുള്ളവന് .

6. Then the Lord passed by in front of him, saying, 'The Lord, the Lord God, with loving-pity and loving-favor, slow to anger, filled with loving-kindness and truth,

7. ആയിരം ആയിരത്തിന്നു ദയ പാലിക്കുന്നവന് ; അകൃത്യവും അതിക്രമവും പാപവും ക്ഷമിക്കുന്നവന് ; കുറ്റമുള്ളവനെ വെറുതെ വിടാതെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ അകൃത്യം മക്കളുടെമേലും മക്കളുടെ മക്കളുടെമേലും മൂന്നാമത്തെയും നാലാമത്തെയും തലമുറയോളം സന്ദര്ശിക്കുന്നവന് .

7. keeping loving-kindness for thousands, forgiving wrong-doing and sin. But He will not let the guilty go without being punished. He brings the sin of fathers down upon the children, even the great-grandchildren.'

8. എന്നാറെ മോശെ ബദ്ധപ്പെട്ടു സാഷ്ടാംഗം വീണു നമസ്കരിച്ചു

8. Moses was quick to put his face to the ground and worship.

9. കര്ത്താവേ, നിനക്കു എന്നോടു കൃപയുണ്ടെങ്കില് കര്ത്താവു ഞങ്ങളുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ നടക്കേണമേ. ഇതു ദുശ്ശാഠ്യമുള്ള ജനം തന്നേ എങ്കിലും ഞങ്ങളുടെ അകൃത്യവും പാപവും ക്ഷമിച്ചു ഞങ്ങളെ നിന്റെ അവകാശമാക്കേണമേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

9. And Moses said, 'O Lord, if I have found favor in Your eyes, I pray, let the Lord go with us, even if the people are strong-willed. Forgive our wrong-doing and our sin. And take us for Your own.'

10. അതിന്നു അവന് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതെന്തെന്നാല്ഞാന് ഒരു നിയമം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു. ഭൂമിയിലെങ്ങും ഒരു ജാതിയിലും സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്ത അത്ഭുതങ്ങള് നിന്റെ സര്വ്വജനത്തിന്നും മുമ്പാകെ ഞാന് ചെയ്യും; നീ സഹവാസം ചെയ്തുപോരുന്ന ജനം ഒക്കെയും യഹോവയുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിയെ കാണും; ഞാന് നിന്നോടു ചെയ്വാനിരിക്കുന്നതു ഭയങ്കരമായുള്ളതു തന്നേ.

10. Then God said, 'See, I am going to make an agreement. I will do powerful works in front of all your people which have never been done on earth among any nation. All the people with whom you live will see the work of the Lord. For what I am going to do with you will fill people with fear.

11. ഇന്നു ഞാന് നിന്നോടു കല്പിക്കുന്നതു സൂക്ഷിച്ചുകൊള്ക; അമോര്യ്യന് , കനാന്യന് , ഹിത്യന് , പെരിസ്യന് , ഹിവ്യന് , യെബൂസ്യന് എന്നിവരെ ഞാന് നിന്റെ മുമ്പില് നിന്നു ഔടിച്ചുകളയും.

11. Be sure to do what I am telling you this day. See, I am going to drive out of your way the Amorite, the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite.

12. നീ ചെല്ലുന്ന ദേശത്തിലെ നിവാസികളോടു നീ ഒരു ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്യാതിരിപ്പാന് കരുതിക്കൊള്ക; അല്ലാഞ്ഞാല് അതു നിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ ഒരു കണിയായിരിക്കും.

12. Take care to make no agreement with the people of the land where you are going. It would be a trap to you.

13. നിങ്ങള് അവരുടെ ബലി പീഠങ്ങളെ ഇടിച്ചു വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ തകര്ത്തു അശേരപ്രതിഷ്ഠകളെ വെട്ടിക്കളയേണം.

13. Instead you are to tear down their altars, break their objects of worship, and cut down their false gods.

14. അന്യദൈവത്തെ നമസ്കരിക്കരുതു; യഹോവയുടെ നാമം തീക്ഷ്ണന് എന്നാകുന്നു; അവന് തീക്ഷ്ണതയുള്ള ദൈവം തന്നേ.

14. For you must not worship any other god. For the Lord, Whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.

15. ആ ദേശത്തിലെ നിവാസികളോടു ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്കയും അവരുടെ ദേവന്മാരോടു അവര് പരസംഗം ചെയ്തു അവരുടെ ദേവന്മാര്ക്കും ബലി കഴിക്കുമ്പോള് നിന്നെ വിളിക്കയും നീ ചെന്നു അവരുടെ ബലികള് തിന്നുകയും

15. So do not make an agreement with the people of the land. Or when they follow their desire with their gods and give gifts to their gods, they would ask you to eat of their gift used in worship.

16. അവരുടെ പുത്രിമാരില്നിന്നു നിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാര്ക്കും ഭാര്യമാരെ എടുക്കയും അവരുടെ പുത്രിമാര് തങ്ങളുടെ ദേവന്മാരോടു പരസംഗം ചെയ്യുമ്പോള് നിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെക്കൊണ്ടു അവരുടെ ദേവന്മാരോടു പരസംഗം ചെയ്യിക്കയും ചെയ്വാന് ഇടവരരുതു.

16. And you would marry your sons to their daughters who follow their gods. And they would lead your sons to follow their gods also.

17. ദേവന്മാരെ വാര്ത്തുണ്ടാക്കരുതു.

17. Do not make any gods for yourself.

18. പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പത്തിന്റെ ഉത്സവം നീ ആചരിക്കേണം. ഞാന് നിന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ആബീബ് മാസത്തില് നിശ്ചയിച്ച സമയത്തു ഏഴു ദിവസം പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പം തിന്നേണം; ആബീബ് മാസത്തിലല്ലോ നീ മിസ്രയീമില്നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോന്നതു.

18. 'Keep the special supper of bread without yeast. Eat bread without yeast for seven days as I told you, at the time set aside for it in the month of Abib. For you came out of Egypt in the month of Abib.

19. ആദ്യം ജനിക്കുന്നതൊക്കെയും നിന്റെ ആടുകളുടെയും കന്നുകാലികളുടെയും കൂട്ടത്തില് കടിഞ്ഞൂലായ ആണ്ഒക്കെയും എനിക്കുള്ളതു ആകുന്നു.

19. Every first-born belongs to Me, and all your male animals, the first-born from cattle and sheep.

20. എന്നാല് കഴുതയുടെ കടിഞ്ഞൂലിനെ ആട്ടിന് കുട്ടിയെക്കൊണ്ടു വീണ്ടുകൊള്ളേണം. വീണ്ടുകൊള്ളുന്നില്ലെങ്കില് അതിന്റെ കഴുത്തു ഒടിച്ചുകളയേണം. നിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരില് ആദ്യജാതനെ ഒക്കെയും വീണ്ടുകൊള്ളേണം. വെറുങ്കയ്യോടെ നിങ്ങള് എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ വരരുതു.

20. But the life of a first-born donkey should be paid for with the blood of a lamb. If you do not pay for its life, you should break its neck. Pay for the life of all your first-born sons with the blood of a lamb. No one is to come before Me without a gift.

21. ആറു ദിവസം വേല ചെയ്യേണം; ഏഴാം ദിവസം സ്വസ്ഥമായിരിക്കേണം; വിതകാലമോ കൊയ്ത്തുകാലമോ ആയാലും സ്വസ്ഥമായിരിക്കേണം.

21. 'Work six days, but rest on the seventh day. Rest even during plowing time and gathering time.

22. കോതമ്പുകെയ്ത്തിലെ ആദ്യഫലോത്സവമായ വാരോത്സവവും ആണ്ടറുതിയില് കായ്കനിപ്പെരുനാളും നീ ആചരിക്കേണം.

22. Have the special supper of weeks at the first gathering of grain. Have the special supper of gathering time at the end of the year.

23. സംവത്സരത്തില് മൂന്നു പ്രാവശ്യം പുരുഷന്മാരൊക്കയും യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായി യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവിന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ വരേണം.

23. Three times a year all your males are to come before the Lord God, the God of Israel.

24. ഞാന് ജാതികളെ നിന്റെ മുമ്പില്നിന്നു ഔടിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു നിന്റെ അതൃത്തികളെ വിശാലമാക്കും; നീ സംവത്സരത്തില് മൂന്നു പ്രാവശ്യം നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ ചെല്ലുവാന് കയറിപ്പോയിരിക്കുമ്പോള് ഒരു മനുഷ്യനും നിന്റെ ദേശം മോഹിക്കയില്ല.

24. For I will drive nations out of your way and give you more land. No man will desire to have your land when you go to show yourselves before the Lord your God.

25. എന്റെ യാഗരക്തം പുളിപ്പുള്ള അപ്പത്തോടുകൂടെ അര്പ്പിക്കരുതു. പെസഹപെരുനാളിലെ യാഗം പ്രഭാതകാലംവരെ വെച്ചേക്കരുതു.

25. 'Do not give the blood of My gift together with bread made with yeast. Do not leave any of the gift of the special supper of the Passover until morning.

26. നിന്റെ നിലത്തിലെ ആദ്യവിളവിന്റെ ആദ്യഫലം നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തില് കൊണ്ടുവരേണം. കോലാട്ടിന് കുട്ടിയെ അതിന്റെ തള്ളയുടെ പാലില് പാകം ചെയ്യരുതു.

26. Bring the first of the first-fruits of your ground into the house of the Lord your God. Do not boil the meat of a young goat in its mother's milk.'

27. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടുഈ വചനങ്ങളെ എഴുതിക്കൊള്ക; ഈ വചനങ്ങള് ആധാരമാക്കി ഞാന് നിന്നോടും യിസ്രായേലിനോടും നിയമം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

27. The Lord said to Moses, 'Write these words. For by these words I have made an agreement with you and with Israel.'

28. അവന് അവിടെ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാതെയും വെള്ളം കുടിക്കാതെയും നാല്പതു പകലും നാല്പതു രാവും യഹോവയോടു കൂടെ ആയിരുന്നു; അവന് പത്തു കല്പനയായ നിയമത്തിന്റെ വചനങ്ങളെ പലകയില് എഴുതിക്കൊടുത്തു.

28. Moses was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights. He did not eat bread or drink water. And he wrote on the stones the words of the agreement, the Ten Great Laws.

29. അവന് തന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു നിമിത്തം തന്റെ മുഖത്തിന്റെ ത്വക്ക് പ്രകാശിച്ചു എന്നു മോശെ സാക്ഷ്യത്തിന്റെ പലക രണ്ടും കയ്യില് പടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു സീനായിപര്വ്വതത്തില്നിന്നു ഇറങ്ങുമ്പോള് അറിഞ്ഞില്ല.
2 കൊരിന്ത്യർ 3:7-10

29. Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two stone writings in his hand. He did not know that the skin of his face was shining because of his speaking with the Lord.

30. അഹരോനും യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള് എല്ലാവരും മോശെയെ നോക്കിയപ്പോള് അവന്റെ മുഖത്തിന്റെ ത്വക്ക് പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നതു കണ്ടു; അതു കൊണ്ടു അവര് അവന്റെ അടുക്കല് ചെല്ലുവാന് ഭയപ്പെട്ടു.
2 കൊരിന്ത്യർ 3:7-10

30. When Aaron and all the people of Israel saw Moses, they saw that the skin of his face was shining. They were afraid to come near him.

31. മോശെ അവരെ വിളിച്ചു; അപ്പോള് അഹരോനും സഭയിലെ പ്രമാണികള് ഒക്കെയും അവന്റെ അടുക്കല് മടങ്ങി വന്നു; മോശെ അവരോടു സംസാരിചു.

31. But Moses called to them, and Aaron and all the leaders of the people returned to him. And Moses spoke to them.

32. അതിന്റെ ശേഷം യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള് ഒക്കെയും അവന്റെ അടുക്കല് ചെന്നു. സീനായി പര്വ്വതത്തില്വെച്ചു യഹോവ തന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതൊക്കെയും അവന് അവരോടു ആജ്ഞാപിച്ചു.

32. After this all the people of Israel came near. Moses told them to do all the Lord had said to him on Mount Sinai.

33. മോശെ അവരോടു സംസാരിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള് അവന് തന്റെ മുഖത്തു ഒരു മൂടുപടം ഇട്ടു.
2 കൊരിന്ത്യർ 3:13

33. When Moses had finished speaking with them, he covered his face with a piece of cloth.

34. മോശെ യഹോവയോടു സംസാരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവന്റെ സന്നിധാനത്തില് കടക്കുമ്പോള് പുറത്തു വരുവോളം മൂടുപടം നീക്കിയിരിക്കും; തന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതു അവന് പുറത്തുവന്നു യിസ്രയേല്മക്കളോടു പറയും.
2 കൊരിന്ത്യർ 3:7-16

34. But whenever Moses went before the Lord to speak with Him, he would take off the face covering until he came out. Then he would tell the people of Israel what the Lord had said for them to do.

35. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള് മോശെയുടെ മുഖത്തിന്റെ ത്വക്ക് പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നതായി കണ്ടതുകൊണ്ടു മോശെ അവനോടു സംസാരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അകത്തു കടക്കുവോളം മൂടുപടം പിന്നെയും തന്റെ മുഖത്തു ഇട്ടുകൊള്ളും.
2 കൊരിന്ത്യർ 3:13

35. The people of Israel saw that the skin of Moses' face shone. So Moses would put the covering over his face again until he went in to speak with the Lord.
