1. മുപ്പതാം ആണ്ടു നാലാം മാസം അഞ്ചാം തിയ്യതി ഞാന് കെബാര്നദീതീരത്തു പ്രവാസികളുടെ ഇടയില് ഇരിക്കുമ്പോള് സ്വര്ഗ്ഗം തുറന്നു ഞാന് ദിവ്യദര്ശനങ്ങളെ കണ്ടു.
വെളിപ്പാടു വെളിപാട് 19:11

1. Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth [month], in the fifth [day] of the month, as I [was] among the captives by the river of Chebar, [that] the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.

2. യെഹോയാഖീന് രാജാവിന്റെ പ്രവാസത്തിന്റെ അഞ്ചാം ആണ്ടില് മേല്പറഞ്ഞ മാസം അഞ്ചാം തിയ്യതി തന്നേ,

2. In the fifth [day] of the month, which [was] the fifth year of king Jehoiachin's captivity,

3. കല്ദയദേശത്തു കെബാര്നദീതീരത്തുവെച്ചു ബൂസിയുടെ മകന് യെഹെസ്കേല് പുരോഹിതന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു ഉണ്ടായി; അവിടെ യഹോവയുടെ കയ്യും അവന്റെമേല് വന്നു.

3. The word of the LORD came expressly to Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the LORD was there upon him.

4. ഞാന് നോക്കിയപ്പോള് വടക്കുനിന്നു ഒരു കൊടുങ്കാറ്റും വലിയോരു മേഘവും പാളിക്കത്തുന്ന തീയും വരുന്നതു കണ്ടു; അതിന്റെ ചുറ്റും ഒരു പ്രകാശവും അതിന്റെ നടുവില് നിന്നു, തീയുടെ നടുവില്നിന്നു തന്നേ, ശുക്ളസ്വര്ണ്ണംപോലെ ഒരു കാഴ്ചയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

4. And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness [was] about it, and from the midst of it as the colour of amber, from the midst of the fire.

5. അതിന്റെ നടുവില് നാലു ജീവികളുടെ സാദൃശ്യം കണ്ടു; അവയുടെ രൂപമോഅവേക്കു മനുഷ്യസാദൃശ്യം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

5. Also from the midst of it [came] the likeness of four living beings. And this [was] their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.

6. ഔരോന്നിന്നു നന്നാലു മുഖവും നന്നാലു ചിറകും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

6. And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings.

7. അവയുടെ കാല് ചൊവ്വുള്ളതും കാലടി കാളക്കിടാവിന്റെ കുളമ്പുപോലെയും ആയിരുന്നു; മിനുക്കിയ താമ്രംപോലെ അവ മിന്നിക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

7. And their feet [were] straight feet; and the sole of their feet [was] like the sole of a calf's foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass.

8. അവേക്കു നാലു ഭാഗത്തും ചിറകിന്റെ കീഴായി മനുഷ്യക്കൈ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; നാലിന്നും മുഖങ്ങളും ചിറകുകളും ഇങ്ങനെ ആയിരുന്നു.

8. And [they had] the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings.

9. അവയുടെ ചിറകുകള് ഒന്നോടൊന്നു തൊട്ടിരുന്നു; പോകുമ്പോള് അവ തിരിയാതെ ഔരോന്നും നേരെ മുമ്പോട്ടു പോകും.

9. Their wings [were] joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward.

10. അവയുടെ മുഖരൂപമോഅവേക്കു മനുഷ്യമുഖം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; നാലിന്നും വലത്തുഭാഗത്തു സിംഹമുഖവും ഇടത്തുഭാഗത്തു കാളമുഖവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; നാലിന്നും കഴുകുമുഖവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

10. As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.

11. ഇങ്ങനെയായിരുന്നു അവയുടെ മുഖങ്ങള്; അവയുടെ ചിറകുകള് മേല്ഭാഗം വിടര്ന്നിരുന്നു; ഈരണ്ടു ചിറകു തമ്മില് തൊട്ടും ഈരണ്ടു ചിറകുകൊണ്ടു ശരീരം മറെച്ചും ഇരുന്നു.

11. Thus [were] their faces: and their wings [were] stretched upward; two [wings] of every one [were] joined one to another, and two covered their bodies.

12. അവ ഔരോന്നും നേരെ മുമ്പോട്ടു പോകും; പോകുമ്പോള് അവ തിരിയാതെ ആത്മാവിന്നു പോകേണ്ടിയ ഇടത്തേക്കു തന്നേ പോകും.

12. And they went every one straight forward: wherever the spirit was to go, they went; [and] they turned not when they went.

13. ജീവികളുടെ നടുവില് കത്തിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന തീക്കനല്പോലെയും പന്തങ്ങള് പോലെയും ഒരു കാഴ്ച ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അതു ജീവികളുടെ ഇടയില് സഞ്ചരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു; ആ തീ തേജസ്സുള്ളതായിരുന്നു. തീയില്നിന്നു മിന്നല് പുറപ്പെട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

13. As for the likeness of the living beings, their appearance [was] like burning coals of fire, [and] like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living beings; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning.

14. ജീവികള് മിന്നല്പോലെ അങ്ങോട്ടും ഇങ്ങോട്ടും ഔടിക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

14. And the living beings ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.

15. ഞാന് ജീവികളെ നോക്കിയപ്പോള് നിലത്തു ജീവികളുടെ അരികെ നാലു മുഖത്തിന്നും നേരെ ഔരോ ചക്രം കണ്ടു.

15. Now as I beheld the living beings, behold one wheel upon the earth by the living beings, with his four faces.

16. ചക്രങ്ങളുടെ കാഴ്ചയും പണിയും പുഷ്പരാഗത്തിന്റെ കാഴ്ചപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു; അവേക്കു നാലിന്നും ഒരു ഭാഷ തന്നേ ആയിരുന്നു; അവയുടെ കാഴ്ചയും പണിയും ചക്രത്തില്കൂടി മറ്റൊരു ചക്രം ഉള്ളതുപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു.

16. The appearance of the wheels and their work [was] like the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work [was] as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.

17. അവേക്കു നാലുഭാഗത്തേക്കും പോകാം; തിരിവാന് ആവശ്യമില്ല.

17. When they went, they went upon their four sides: [and] they turned not when they went.

18. അവയുടെ വട്ടു പൊക്കമേറിയതും ഭയങ്കരവും ആയിരുന്നു; നാലിന്റെയും വട്ടുകള്ക്കു ചുറ്റും അടുത്തടുത്തു കണ്ണുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

18. As for their rims, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rims [were] full of eyes all around them four.

19. ജീവികള് പോകുമ്പോള് ചക്രങ്ങളും ചേരത്തന്നേ പോകും; ജീവകള് ഭൂമിയില്നിന്നു പൊങ്ങുമ്പോള് ചക്രങ്ങളും പൊങ്ങും.

19. And when the living beings went, the wheels went by them: and when the living beings were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.

20. ആത്മാവിന്നു പോകേണ്ടിയ ഇടത്തൊക്കെയും അവ പോകും; ജീവികളുടെ ആത്മാവു ചക്രങ്ങളില് ആയിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു ചക്രങ്ങള് അവയോടുകൂടെ പൊങ്ങും.

20. Wherever the spirit was to go, they went, there [was their] spirit to go; and the wheels were lifted up together with them: for the spirit of the living being [was] in the wheels.

22. ജീവികളുടെ തലെക്കു മീതെ ഭയങ്കരമായോരു പളുങ്കുപോലെയുള്ള ഒരു വിതാനത്തിന്റെ രൂപം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അതു അവയുടെ തലെക്കു മീതെ വിരിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.

22. And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living being [was] as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above.

23. വിതാനത്തിന്റെ കീഴെ അവയുടെ ചിറകുകള് നേക്കുനേരെ വിടര്ന്നിരുന്നു; അതതിന്റെ ശരീരത്തെ ഈ ഭാഗവും ആ ഭാഗവും മൂടുവാന് ഔരോന്നിന്നും ഈരണ്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

23. And under the firmament [were] their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies.

24. അവ പോകുമ്പോള് ചിറകുകളുടെ ഇരെച്ചല് വലിയ വെള്ളത്തിന്റെ ഇരെച്ചല്പോലെയും സര്വ്വശക്തന്റെ നാദംപോലെയും ഒരു സൈന്യത്തിന്റെ ആരവം പോലെയും ഉള്ള മുഴക്കമായി ഞാന് കേട്ടു; നിലക്കുമ്പോള് അവ ചിറകു താഴ്ത്തും.

24. And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings.

25. അവയുടെ തലെക്കു മീതെയുള്ള വിതാനത്തിന്മേല് നിന്നു ഒരു നാദം പുറപ്പെട്ടു; നിലക്കുമ്പോള് അവ ചിറകു താഴ്ത്തും.

25. And there was a voice from the firmament that [was] over their heads, when they stood, [and] had let down their wings.

26. അവയുടെ തലെക്കു മീതെയുള്ള വിതാനത്തിന്നു മീതെ നീലക്കല്ലിന്റെ കാഴ്ചപോലെ സിംഹാസനത്തിന്റെ രൂപവും സിംഹാസനത്തിന്റെ രൂപത്തിന്മേല് അതിന്നു മീതെ മനുഷ്യസാദൃശ്യത്തില് ഒരു രൂപവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

26. And above the firmament that [was] over their heads [was] the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne [was] the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.

27. അവന്റെ അരമുതല് മേലോട്ടു അതിന്നകത്തു ചുറ്റും തിക്കൊത്ത ശുക്ളസ്വര്ണ്ണംപോലെ ഞാന് കണ്ടു; അവന്റെ അരമുതല് കീഴോട്ടു തീ പോലെ ഞാന് കണ്ടു; അതിന്റെ ചുറ്റും പ്രകാശവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

27. And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire around within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness on all sides.

28. അതിന്റെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള പ്രകാശം മഴയുള്ള ദിവസത്തില് മേഘത്തില് കാണുന്ന വില്ലിന്റെ കാഴ്ചപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു. യഹോവയുടെ മഹത്വത്തിന്റെ പ്രത്യക്ഷത ഇങ്ങനെ ആയിരുന്നു കണ്ടതു; അതു കണ്ടിട്ടു ഞാന് കവിണ്ണുവീണു; സംസാരിക്കുന്ന ഒരുത്തന്റെ ശബ്ദവും ഞാന് കേട്ടു.

28. As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so [was] the appearance of the brightness all around. This [was] the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw [it], I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one speaking.
