1. അനന്തരം അവന് എന്നെ മന്ദിരത്തിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുചെന്നു, മുറിച്ചുവരുകളെ അളന്നു; മുറിച്ചുവരുകളുടെ വീതി ഇപ്പുറത്തു ആറു മുഴവും അപ്പുറത്തു ആറു മുഴവും ആയിരുന്നു.

1. AND the man [an angel] brought me to [the Holy Place of] the temple and measured the wall pillars, six cubits broad on one side [of the ten-cubit door] and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tabernacle or tent [later called the temple].

2. പ്രവേശനത്തിന്റെ വീതി പത്തു മുഴവും പ്രവേശനത്തിന്റെ പാര്ശ്വഭിത്തികള് ഇപ്പുറത്തു അഞ്ചു മുഴവും അപ്പുറത്തു അഞ്ചു മുഴവും ആയിരുന്നു; അവന് മന്ദിരം അളന്നുഅതിന്റെ നീളം നാല്പതു മുഴം, വീതി ഇരുപതു മുഴം, പിന്നെ അവന് അകത്തേക്കു ചെന്നു, പ്രവേശനത്തിന്റെ മുറിച്ചവരുകളെ അളന്നുകനം രണ്ടു മുഴവും പ്രവേശനത്തിന്റെ വീതി ആറു മുഴവും മുറിച്ചുവരുകളുടെ വീതി ഏഴേു മുഴവുമായിരുന്നു.

2. And the breadth of the entrance was ten cubits, and the leaves of the door were five cubits on the one side and five cubits on the other side; and he measured its length, forty cubits, and its breadth, twenty cubits.

3. അവന് അതിന്റെ നീളം അളന്നുഇരുപതുമുഴം; വീതി മന്ദിരത്തിന്നൊത്തവണ്ണം ഇരുപതു മുഴം; ഇതു അതിവിശുദ്ധസ്ഥലം എന്നു അവന് എന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചു,

3. Then the man [being an angel, and unrestricted] went inside [the inner room, but went alone] and measured each post of the door, two cubits, the doorway, six cubits, and the breadth of the entrance, seven cubits. [Heb. 9:6, 7; 10:19-25.]

4. പിന്നെ അവന് ആലയത്തിന്റെ ചുവര് അളന്നുകനം ആറു മുഴംആലയത്തിന്റെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള പുറവാരത്തിന്റെ വീതി നാലു മുഴം.

4. And he measured the length [of the interior of the second room] in the temple proper, twenty cubits, and the breadth, twenty cubits; and he [came out and] said to me, This is the Most Holy Place (the Holy of Holies).

5. എന്നാല് പുറവാരമുറികള് ഒന്നിന്റെ മേല് ഒന്നായി മൂന്നു നിലയായും നിലയില് മുപ്പതു വീതവും ആയിരുന്നു; അവ ചുറ്റും ആലയത്തിന്നും പുറവാരമുറികള്ക്കും ഇടയിലുള്ള ചുവരിന്മേല് പിടിപ്പാന് തക്കവണ്ണം ചേര്ന്നിരുന്നു; എന്നാല് തുലാങ്ങള് ആലയഭിത്തിക്കകത്തു ചെന്നില്ല.

5. Then he measured the wall of the temple, six cubits thick [to accommodate side chambers]; and the breadth of every side chamber, four cubits, round about the temple proper on every side.

6. പുറവാരമുറികള് ആലയത്തിന്റെ ചുറ്റുപാടും മേലോട്ടു മേലോട്ടു വിസ്താരം ഏറും; ആലയത്തിന്നു ചുറ്റും മുറിക്കകത്തു മേലോട്ടു മേലോട്ടു വീതി കൂടും; അതുകൊണ്ടു പുരവാരത്തിന്റെ വിസ്താരം മേലോട്ടു മേലോട്ടു ഏറും; താഴത്തെ നിലയില്നിന്നു നടുവിലത്തേതില്കൂടി മേലത്തെ നിലയില് കയറാം.

6. These side chambers were three stories high, one over another and thirty in each story; and they entered into the wall which belonged to the house for the side chambers round about, that they might have hold of the wall [of the house], but they did not have hold of the wall of the temple.

7. ഞാന് ആലയത്തിന്റെ ചുറ്റിലും പൊക്കമുള്ളോരു തറ കണ്ടു; പുറവാരമുറികളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനങ്ങള് ഒരു മുഴു ദണ്ഡായിരുന്നു; പരിഗളംവരെ ആറുമുഴം.

7. And the side rooms became broader as they encompassed the temple higher and higher, for the encircling of the house went higher and higher round about the temple; therefore the breadth of the house continued upward, and so one went up from the lowest story to the highest one by way of the middle story [on a winding stairway].

8. പുറവാരത്തിന്റെ പുറമെയുള്ള ചുവരിന്റെ കനം അഞ്ചു മുഴമായിരുന്നു;

8. I saw also that the temple had an elevation or foundation platform round about it. The foundations of the side chambers measured a full reed measure of six long cubits.

9. എന്നാല് ആലയത്തിന്റെ പുറവാരമുറികള്ക്കും മണ്ഡപങ്ങള്ക്കും ഇടയില് ആലയത്തിന്നു ചുറ്റും ഇരുപതുമുഴം വീതിയുള്ള മുറ്റം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

9. The thickness of the outer wall of the side chamber was five cubits, as was the width of that part of the foundation that was left free of the side chambers that belonged to the house.

10. പുറവാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിലുകള് തിണ്ണെക്കു നേരെ ഒരു വാതില് വടക്കോട്ടും ഒരു വാതില് തെക്കോട്ടും ആയിരുന്നു; തിണ്ണയുടെ വീതി ചുറ്റും അഞ്ചു മുഴമായിരുന്നു.

10. And between [the free space of the foundation platform and] the chambers was a breadth of twenty cubits round about the temple on every side.

11. മുറ്റത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പില് പടിഞ്ഞാറോട്ടുള്ള കെട്ടിടം എഴുപതു മുഴം വീതിയുള്ളതും കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള ചുവര് അഞ്ചു മുഴം കനമുള്ളതും തൊണ്ണൂറു മുഴം നീളമുള്ളതും ആയിരുന്നു.

11. And the doors of the attached side chambers opened on the free space that was left, one door toward the north and another door toward the south; and the breadth of the space on the foundation platform that was left free was five cubits round about.

12. അവന് ആലയം അളന്നുനീളം നൂറു മുഴം; മുറ്റവും കെട്ടിടവും അതിന്റെ ചുവരുകളും അളന്നു; അതിന്നും നൂറു മുഴം നീളം.

12. And the building that faced the temple yard on the west side was seventy cubits broad, and the wall of the building was five cubits thick round about, and its length ninety cubits.

13. ആലയത്തിന്റെ മുന് ഭാഗത്തിന്റെയും കിഴക്കുള്ള മുറ്റത്തിന്റെയും വീതിയും നൂറുമുഴമായിരുന്നു.

13. And the man [an angel in my vision] measured the temple, a hundred cubits long; and the yard and the building with its walls, a hundred cubits long;

14. പിന്നെ അവന് മുറ്റത്തിന്റെ പിന് പുറത്തു അതിന്നെതിരെയുള്ള കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ നീളവും അതിന്നു ഇപ്പുറത്തും അപ്പുറത്തും ഉള്ള നടപ്പുരകളും അളന്നു; നൂറുമുഴം; അകത്തെ മന്ദിരത്തിന്നും പ്രാകാരത്തിന്റെ പൂമുഖങ്ങള്ക്കും ഉമ്മരപ്പടികള്ക്കും

14. Also the breadth of the east front of the temple and the yard, a hundred cubits.

15. അഴിയുള്ള ജാലകങ്ങള്ക്കും ഉമ്മരപ്പടിക്കു മേല് മൂന്നു നിലയായി ചുറ്റും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന നടപ്പുരകള്ക്കും നിലംതൊട ജാലകങ്ങളോളവും പലകയടിച്ചിരുന്നു; ജാലകങ്ങളോ മൂടിയിരുന്നു.

15. Then the man [an angel] measured the length of the building on the west side of the yard with its walls on either side, a hundred cubits. The Holy Place of the temple, the inner Holy of Holies, and the outer vestibule

16. അകത്തെ ആലയത്തിന് വാതിലിന്റെ മേല്ഭാഗംവരെയും പുറമെയും ചുറ്റും എല്ലാചുവരിന്മേലും അകത്തും പുറത്തും ചിത്രപ്പണി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

16. Were roofed over, and all three had latticed windows all around. The inside walls of the temple were paneled with wood round about from the floor up to the windows and from the windows to the roof,

17. കെരൂബുകളും ഈന്തപ്പനകളും അതിന്മേല് കൊത്തിയിരുന്നു; കെരൂബിന്നും കെരൂബിന്നും ഇടയില് ഔരോ ഈന്തപ്പനയും ഔരോ കെരൂബിന്നു ഈരണ്ടു മുഖവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

17. Including the space above the door leading to the inner room, inside and out. And on the walls round about in the inner room and the Holy Place were carvings,

18. മനുഷ്യമുഖം ഇപ്പുറത്തുള്ള ഈന്തപ്പനയുടെ നേരെയും ബാലസിംഹമുഖം അപ്പുറത്തുള്ള ഈന്തപ്പനയുടെ നേരെയും ആയിരുന്നു; ആലയത്തിന്റെ ചുറ്റും എല്ലാടവും ഇങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരുന്നു.

18. With figures of cherubim and palm trees, so that a palm tree was between a cherub and a cherub; and every cherub had two faces,

19. നിലംമുതല് വാതിലിന്റെ മേലറ്റംവരെ കെരൂബുകളും ഈന്തപ്പനകളും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ഇങ്ങനെ ആയിരുന്നു മന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ ഭിത്തി.

19. So that the face of a man was toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side. It was made this way through all the house round about.

20. മന്ദിരത്തിന്നു ചതുരമായുള്ള മുറിച്ചുവരുകളും വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പില് യാഗപീഠംപോലെയുള്ളൊന്നും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

20. From the floor to above the entrance were cherubim and palm trees made, and also on the wall of the temple [the Holy Place].

21. യാഗപീഠം മരംകൊണ്ടുള്ളതും മൂന്നു മുഴം ഉയരവും രണ്ടുമുഴം നീളവും ഉള്ളതുമായിരുന്നു; അതിന്റെ കോണുകളും ചുവടും വശങ്ങളും മരംകൊണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവന് എന്നോടുഇതു യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിലെ മേശയാകുന്നു എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

21. The door frames of the temple were squared, and in front [outside of the sanctuary or Holy of Holies] was what appeared to be

22. മന്ദിരത്തിന്നും അതിവിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്നും ഈരണ്ടു കതകു ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

22. An altar of wood, three cubits high and two cubits long [and wide]; and its corners, its base, and its sides were of wood. And the man [an angel] said to me, This is the table that is before the Lord.

23. കതകുകള്ക്കു ഈരണ്ടു മടകൂ കതകു ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ഒരു കതകിന്നു രണ്ടു മടക്കുകതകു; മറ്റെ കതകിന്നു രണ്ടു മടക്കുകതകു.

23. And the temple or Holy Place and the sanctuary or Holy of Holies, had two doors [one for each of them].

24. ചുവരുകളില് എന്നപോലെ മന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ കതകുകളിന്മേലും കെരൂബുകളും ഈന്തപ്പനകളും ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരുന്നു; പുറമെ പൂമുഖത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പില് ഒരു കനത്ത മരത്തുലാം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

24. And the doors had two leaves apiece, two folding leaves--two leaves for the one door and two leaves for the other door.

25. പൂമുഖത്തിന്റെ പാര്ശ്വങ്ങളില് ഇപ്പുറത്തും അപ്പുറത്തും അഴിയുള്ള ജാലകങ്ങളും ഈന്തപ്പനകളും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ഇങ്ങനെയായിരുന്നു ആലയത്തിന്റെ പുറവാരമുറികളുടെയും തുലാങ്ങളുടെയും പണി.

25. And there were carved on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubim and palm trees, like those carved upon the walls; and there was also a canopy of wood in front of the porch outside.
