1. അനന്തരം അവന് എന്നെ ഗോപുരത്തിലേക്കു, കിഴക്കോട്ടുള്ള ഗോപുരത്തിലേക്കു തന്നേ, കൊണ്ടുചെന്നു;

1. Afterward he brought me to the gate, {even} the gate that looketh towards the east:

2. അപ്പോള് യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ തേജസ്സു കിഴക്കു വഴിയായി വന്നു; അതിന്റെ മുഴക്കം പെരുവെള്ളത്തിന്റെ ഇരെച്ചല്പോലെ ആയിരുന്നു; ഭൂമി അവന്റെ തേജസ്സുകൊണ്ടു പ്രകാശിച്ചു.

2. And behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice {was} like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory.

3. ഇതു ഞാന് കണ്ട ദര്ശനംപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു; നഗരത്തെ നശിപ്പിപ്പാന് ഞാന് വന്നപ്പോള് കണ്ട ദര്ശനംപോലെ തന്നേ; ഈ ദര്ശനങ്ങള് കെബാര് നദീതീരത്തുവെച്ചു ഞാന് കണ്ട ദര്ശനംപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു; അപ്പോള് ഞാന് കവിണ്ണുവീണു.

3. And {it was} according to the appearance of the vision which I saw, {even} according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city: and the visions {were} like the vision that I saw by the river Kebar; and I fell upon my face.

4. യഹോവയുടെ തേജസ്സു കിഴക്കോട്ടു ദര്ശനമുള്ള ഗോപുരത്തില് കൂടി ആലയത്തിലേക്കു പ്രവേശിച്ചു.

4. And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect {is} towards the east.

5. ആത്മാവു എന്നെ എടുത്തു അകത്തെ പ്രാകാരത്തിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുചെന്നു; യഹോവയുടെ തേജസ്സു ആലയത്തെ നിറെച്ചിരുന്നു.

5. So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house.

6. ആ പുരുഷന് എന്റെ അടുക്കല് നിലക്കുമ്പോള്, ആലയത്തില് നിന്നു ഒരുത്തന് എന്നോടു സംസാരിക്കുന്നതു ഞാന് കേട്ടു.

6. And I heard {him} speaking to me out of the house; and the man stood by me.

7. അവന് എന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതുമനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, ഇതു ഞാന് എന്നേക്കും യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ വസിക്കുന്ന എന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിന്റെ സ്ഥലവും എന്റെ കാലടികളുടെ സ്ഥലവും ആകുന്നു; യിസ്രായേല്ഗൃഹമെങ്കിലും അവരുടെ രാജാക്കന്മാരെങ്കിലും തങ്ങളുടെ പരസംഗംകൊണ്ടും പൂജാഗിരികളിലെ തങ്ങളുടെ രാജാക്കന്മാരുടെ ശവങ്ങള്കൊണ്ടും

7. And he said to me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, {neither} they, nor their kings, by their lewd deeds, nor by the carcasses of their kings in their high places.

8. എനിക്കും അവര്ക്കും ഇടയില് ഒരു ചുവര് മാത്രം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം തങ്ങളുടെ ഉമ്മരപ്പടി എന്റെ ഉമ്മരപ്പടിയും തങ്ങളുടെ കട്ടള എന്റെ കട്ടളയും ആക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടും എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തെ ഇനി അശുദ്ധമാക്കേണ്ടതല്ല; അവര് ചെയ്ത മ്ളേച്ഛതകളാല് അവര് എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാന് എന്റെ കോപത്തില് അവരെ നശിപ്പിച്ചു.

8. In their setting of their threshhold by my threshholds, and their post by my posts, and the wall between me and them, they have even defiled my holy name by their abominations that they have committed: wherefore I have consumed them in my anger.

9. ഇപ്പോള് അവര് തങ്ങളുടെ പരസംഗവും രാജാക്കന്മാരുടെ ശവങ്ങളും എങ്കല്നിന്നു ദൂരത്താക്കിക്കളയട്ടെ; എന്നാല് ഞാന് അവരുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ എന്നേക്കും വസിക്കും.

9. Now let them put away their lewd deeds, and the carcasses of their kings, far from me, and I will dwell in the midst of them for ever.

10. മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, യിസ്രായേല്ഗൃഹം തങ്ങളുടെ അകൃത്യങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു ലജ്ജിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ ഈ ആലയം അവരെ കാണിക്ക; അവര് അതിന്റെ മാതൃക അളക്കട്ടെ.

10. Thou son of man, show the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities: and let them measure the pattern.

11. അവര് ചെയ്ത സകലത്തെയും കുറിച്ചു അവര് ലജ്ജിച്ചാല് നീ ആലയത്തിന്റെ ആകൃതിയും വിധാനവും പുറപ്പാടുകളും പ്രവേശനങ്ങളും അതിന്റെ ആകൃതി ഒക്കെയും സകല വ്യവസ്ഥകളും അതിന്റെ രൂപമൊക്കെയും അതിന്റെ സകല നിയമങ്ങളും അവരെ അറിയിച്ചു, അവര് അതിന്റെ എല്ലാ ചട്ടങ്ങളും വ്യവസ്ഥകളും പ്രമാണിച്ചു അനുഷ്ഠിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതിനെ ഒക്കെയും അവര് കാണ്കെ എഴുതിവെക്കുക.

11. And if they shall be ashamed of all that they have done, show them the form of the house, and the fashion of it, and its goings out, and its comings in, and all its forms, and all its ordinances, and all its forms, and all its laws: and write {it} in their sight, that they may keep the whole form of it, and all its ordinances, and do them.

12. ഇതാകുന്നു ആലയത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പ്രമാണം; പര്വ്വതത്തിന്റെ മുകളില് അതിന്റെ അതൃത്തിക്കകമെല്ലാം അതി വിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം; അതേ, ഇതാകുന്നു ആലയത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പ്രമാണം.

12. This {is} the law of the house; Upon the top of the mountain, the whole limit of it around {shall be} most holy. Behold, this {is} the law of the house.

13. മുഴപ്രകാരം യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ അളവു ആവിതു--മുഴം ഒന്നിന്നു ഒരു മുഴവും നാലു വിരലും--ചവടു ഒരു മുഴം; വീതി ഒരു മുഴം; അതിന്റെ അകത്തു ചുറ്റുമുള്ള വകൂ ഒരു ചാണ്. യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ ഉയരമാവിതു

13. And these {are} the measures of the altar after the cubits: The cubit {is} a cubit and a hand-breadth; even the bottom {shall be} a cubit, and the breadth a cubit, and the border of it by its edge around {shall be} a span: and this {shall be} the higher place of the altar.

14. നിലത്തെ ചുവടുമുതല് താഴത്തെ തട്ടുവരെ രണ്ടു മുഴവും വീതി ഒരു മുഴവും; താഴത്തെ തട്ടുമുതല് വലിയ തട്ടുവരെ നാലു മുഴവും വീതി ഒരു മുഴവും ആയിരിക്കേണം.

14. And from the bottom {upon} the ground {even} to the lower settle {shall be} two cubits, and the breadth one cubit; and from the lesser settle {even} to the greater settle {shall be} four cubits, and the breadth {one} cubit.

15. ഇങ്ങനെ മേലത്തെ യാഗപീഠം നാലു മുഴം; യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ അടുപ്പില്നിന്നു മേലോട്ടു നാലു കൊമ്പു ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണം;

15. So the altar {shall be} four cubits; and from the altar and upward {shall be} four horns.

16. യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ അടുപ്പിന്റെ നീളം പന്ത്രണ്ടു മുഴവും വീതി പന്ത്രണ്ടു മുഴവുമായി സമചതുരമായിരിക്കേണം.

16. And the altar {shall be} twelve {cubits} long, twelve broad, square in the four squares of it.

17. അതിന്റെ നാലു പുറവുമുള്ള തട്ടു പതിന്നാലു മുഴം നീളവും പതിന്നാലു മുഴം വീതിയും അതിന്റെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള വകൂ അര മുഴവും ചുവടു ചുറ്റും ഒരു മുഴവും ആയിരിക്കേണം; അതിന്റെ പതനങ്ങള് കിഴക്കോട്ടായിരിക്കേണം.

17. And the settle {shall be} fourteen {cubits} long and fourteen broad in its four squares; and the border about it {shall be} half a cubit; and the bottom of it {shall be} a cubit about; and its stairs shall look towards the east.

18. പിന്നെ അവന് എന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതുമനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുഅവര് യാഗപീഠം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന നാളില് അതിന്മേല് ഹോമയാഗം കഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും രക്തം തളിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും അതിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ചട്ടങ്ങള് ആവിതു

18. And he said to me, Son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD; These {are} the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt-offerings upon it, and to sprinkle blood upon it.

19. എനിക്കു ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്നോടു അടുത്തു വരുന്ന സാദോക്കിന്റെ സന്തതിയിലുള്ള ലേവ്യരായ പുരോഹിതന്മാര്ക്കും നീ പാപയാഗമായി ഒരു കാളകൂട്ടിയെ കൊടുക്കേണം എന്നു യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

19. And thou shalt give to the priests the Levites that are of the seed of Zadok, who approach to me, to minister to me, saith the Lord GOD, a young bullock for a sin-offering.

20. നീ അതിന്റെ രക്തത്തില് കുറെ എടുത്തു യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ നാലു കൊമ്പിലും തട്ടിന്റെ നാലു കോണിലും ചുറ്റുമുള്ള വക്കിലും പുരട്ടി അതിന്നു പാപപരിഹാരവും പ്രായശ്ചിത്തവും വരുത്തേണം.

20. And thou shalt take of his blood, and put {it} on the four horns of it, and on the four corners of the settle, and upon the border around: thus shalt thou cleanse and purge it.

21. പിന്നെ നീ പാപയാഗത്തിന്നു കാളയെ എടുത്തു ആലയത്തില് നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥലത്തു വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ പുറമെ വെച്ചു ദഹിപ്പിക്കേണം.

21. Thou shalt take the bullock also of the sin-offering, and he shall burn it in the appointed place of the house, without the sanctuary.

22. രണ്ടാം ദിവസം നീ ഊനമില്ലാത്ത ഒരു കോലാട്ടുകൊറ്റനെ പാപയാഗമായി അര്പ്പിക്കേണം; അവര് കാളയെക്കൊണ്ടു യാഗപീഠത്തിന്നു പാപപരിഹാരം വരുത്തിയതുപോലെ ഇതിനെക്കൊണ്ടും അതിന്നു പാപപരിഹാരം വരുത്തേണം.

22. And on the second day thou shalt offer a kid of the goats without blemish for a sin-offering; and they shall cleanse the altar, as they cleansed {it} with the bullock.

23. അതിന്നു പാപപരിഹാരം വരുത്തിത്തീര്ന്നശേഷം, നീ ഊനമില്ലാത്ത ഒരു കാളകൂട്ടിയെയും ആട്ടിന് കൂട്ടത്തില് നിന്നു ഊനമില്ലാത്ത ഒരു ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെയും അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.

23. When thou hast made an end of cleansing {it}, thou shalt offer a young bullock without blemish, and a ram out of the flock without blemish.

24. നീ അവയെ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില് കൊണ്ടുവരേണം; പുരോഹിതന്മാര് അവയുടെമേല് ഉപ്പു വിതറിയശേഷം അവയെ യഹോവേക്കു ഹോമയാഗമായി അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.

24. And thou shalt offer them before the LORD, and the priests shall cast salt upon them, and they shall offer them {for} a burnt-offering to the LORD.

25. ഏഴു ദിവസം നീ ദിനംപ്രതി പാപയാഗമായി ഔരോ കോലാട്ടിനെ അര്പ്പിക്കേണം; അവര് ഊനമില്ലാത്ത ഒരു കാളകൂട്ടിയെയും ആട്ടിന് കൂട്ടത്തില്നിന്നു ഒരു ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെയും അര്പ്പിക്കേണം.

25. Seven days shalt thou prepare every day a goat {for} a sin-offering: they shall also prepare a young bullock, and a ram out of the flock, without blemish.

26. അങ്ങനെ അവര് ഏഴുദിവസം യാഗപീഠത്തിന്നു പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം വരുത്തിയും അതിനെ നിര്മ്മലീകരിച്ചുംകൊണ്ടു പ്രതിഷ്ഠ കഴിക്കേണം.

26. Seven days shall they purge the altar and purify it; and they shall consecrate themselves.

27. ഈ ദിവസങ്ങള് തികെച്ചശേഷം എട്ടാം ദിവസവും മുമ്പോട്ടും പുരോഹിതന്മാര് യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേല് നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹോമയാഗങ്ങളെയും സമാധാനയാഗങ്ങളെയും അര്പ്പിക്കേണം. അങ്ങനെ എനിക്കു നിങ്ങളില് പ്രസാദമുണ്ടാകും എന്നു യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

27. And when these days have expired, it shall be, {that} upon the eighth day, and {so} forward, the priests shall make your burnt-offerings upon the altar, and your peace-offerings: and I will accept you, saith the Lord GOD.
