1. അവന് എന്നെ ആലയത്തിന്റെ പ്രവേശനത്തിങ്കല് മടക്കിക്കൊണ്ടുവന്നപ്പോള് ആലയത്തിന്റെ ഉമ്മരപ്പടിയുടെ കീഴെ നിന്നു വെള്ളം കിഴക്കോട്ടു പുറപ്പെടുന്നതു ഞാന് കണ്ടു. ആലയത്തിന്റെ മുഖം കിഴക്കോട്ടല്ലോ; ആ വെള്ളം ആലയത്തിന്റെ വലത്തു ഭാഗത്തു കീഴെനിന്നു യാഗപീഠത്തിന്നു തെക്കുവശമായി ഒഴുകി.
വെളിപ്പാടു വെളിപാട് 22:1

1. Afterwarde he brought me againe vnto the doore of the house, and beholde there gushed out waters from vnder the thresholde of the house eastwarde: for the forefront of the house stoode toward the east: & the waters ran downe from vnder the right side of the house, which lyeth to the aulter southwarde.

2. അവന് വടക്കോട്ടുള്ള ഗോപുരത്തില്കൂടി എന്നെ പുറത്തു കൊണ്ടു ചെന്നു പുറത്തെ വഴിയായി കിഴക്കോട്ടു ദര്ശനമുള്ള ഗോപുരത്തില്കൂടി പുറത്തെ ഗോപുരത്തിലേക്കു ചുറ്റിനടത്തി കൊണ്ടുപോയി; വെള്ളം വലത്തുഭാഗത്തുകൂടി ഒഴുകുന്നതു ഞാന് കണ്ടു.

2. Then led he me out to the north gate, and led me about by the way without vnto the vtter gate, by the way that turneth eastward: and behold, there issued foorth waters from the right side.

3. ആ പുരുഷന് കയ്യില് ചരടുമായി കിഴക്കോട്ടു നടന്നു, ആയിരം മുഴം അളന്നു, എന്നെ വെള്ളത്തില് കൂടി കടക്കുമാറാക്കി; വെള്ളം നരിയാണിയോളം ആയി.

3. Now when the man that had the line in his hande went foorth eastward, he measured a thousand cubites, and then he brought me through the waters, the waters were to the ancles.

4. അവന് പിന്നെയും ആയിരം മുഴം അളന്നു, എന്നെ വെള്ളത്തില്കൂടി കടക്കുമാറാക്കി; വെള്ളം മുട്ടോളം ആയി; അവന് പിന്നെയും ആയിരം മുഴം അളന്നു, എന്നെ കടക്കുമാറാക്കി; വെള്ളം അരയോളം ആയി.

4. So he measured yet a thousande, and brought me through ye waters, the waters were to the knees: yet measured he a thousand, and brought me through, the waters [were] to the loynes.

5. അവന് പിന്നെയും ആയിരം മുഴം അളന്നു; അതു എനിക്കു കടപ്പാന് വഹിയാത്ത ഒരു നദിയായി; വെള്ളം പൊങ്ങി, നീന്തീട്ടല്ലാതെ കടപ്പാന് വഹിയാത്ത ഒരു നദിയായിത്തീര്ന്നു.

5. After this he measured a thousand againe, then was it such a riuer that I might not wade through it, the waters was risen, & the waters did flowe as a riuer that might not be waded ouer.

6. അവന് എന്നോടുമനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, കണ്ടുവോ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു; പിന്നെ അവന് എന്നെ നദീതീരത്തു മടങ്ങിച്ചെല്ലുമാറാക്കി.

6. And he saide vnto me: Hast thou seene this O thou sonne of man? and with that he brought me and caused me to returne to the riuer banke againe.

7. ഞാന് മടങ്ങിച്ചെന്നപ്പോള് നദീതീരത്തു ഇക്കരെയും അക്കരെയും അനവധി വൃക്ഷം നിലക്കുന്നതു കണ്ടു.

7. Now when I returned, beholde at the bancke of the riuer were very many trees on the one side and on the other.

8. അപ്പോള് അവന് എന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതുഈ വെള്ളം കിഴക്കെ ഗലീലയിലേക്കുു പുറപ്പെട്ടു അരാബയിലേക്കു ഒഴുകി കടലില് വീഴുന്നു; കഴുകിച്ചെന്നു വെള്ളം കടലില് വീണിട്ടു അതിലെ വെള്ളം പത്ഥ്യമായ്തീരും.

8. Then saide he vnto me: These waters flowe out toward the east countrey, and runne downe into the plaine, & come into the sea: which when it commeth into the sea, the waters shalbe holsome.

9. എന്നാല് ഈ നദി ചെന്നുചേരുന്നെടത്തൊക്കെയും ചലിക്കുന്ന സകലപ്രാണികളും ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കും; ഈ വെള്ളം അവിടെ വന്നതുകൊണ്ടു ഏറ്റവും വളരെ മത്സ്യം ഉണ്ടാകും; ഈ നദി ചെന്നു ചേരുന്നേടത്തൊക്കെയും അതു പത്ഥ്യമായ്തീര്ന്നിട്ടു സകലവും ജീവിക്കും.

9. Yea, all that liue and moue, whereunto this riuer commeth, shall liue: and there shalbe a very great multitude of fishe, because these waters shal come thither, for they shalbe holsome: and euery thing shall liue whyther the riuer commeth.

10. അതിന്റെ കരയില് ഏന് -ഗതി മുതല് ഏന് -എഗ്ളയീംവരെ മീന് പിടിക്കാര് നിന്നു വല വീശും; അതിലെ മത്സ്യം മഹാസമുദ്രത്തിലെ മത്സ്യംപോലെ വിവിധജാതിയായി അസംഖ്യമായിരിക്കും.

10. By this riuer shall the fishers stand, from En gaddi vnto En Eglaim, and ther spreade out their nets: for their fishe shalbe according to their kindes as the fishe of the maine sea, exceeding many.

11. എന്നാല് അതിന്റെ ചേറ്റുകണ്ടങ്ങളും കഴിനിലങ്ങളും പത്ഥ്യമായ്വരാതെ ഉപ്പുപടനെക്കായി വിട്ടേക്കും.

11. But the marishes thereof, and the pits thereof, shal not be made holsome, they shalbe made salt pits.

12. നദീതീരത്തു ഇക്കരെയും അക്കരെയും തിന്മാന് തക്ക ഫലമുള്ള സകലവിധ വൃക്ഷങ്ങളും വളരും; അവയുടെ ഇല വാടുകയില്ല, ഫലം ഇല്ലാതെപോകയുമില്ല; അതിലെ വെള്ളം വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തില്നിന്നു ഒഴുകിവരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു അവ മാസംതോറും പുതിയ ഫലം കായക്കും; അവയുടെ ഫലം തിന്മാനും അവയുടെ ഇല ചികിത്സക്കും ഉതകും.

12. By this riuer vpon the bankes therof on this side and on that side shall grow all trees for meate, whose leaues shall not fade, neither shall the fruite thereof fall, but shall bring foorth newe fruite according to his monethes, for the waters thereof run out of the sanctuarie: and the fruite thereof shalbe for meate, and the leaues thereof for medicine.

13. യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നുനിങ്ങള് ദേശത്തെ യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പന്ത്രണ്ടു ഗോത്രങ്ങള്ക്കും അവകാശമായി വിഭാഗിക്കേണ്ടുന്ന അതിര്വിവരംയോസേഫിന്നു രണ്ടു പങ്കു ഇരിക്കേണം.

13. Thus saith the Lorde God: Let this be the border whereby ye shall inherite the lande according to the twelue tribes of Israel, Ioseph shall haue two portions.

14. നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാര്ക്കും നലകുമെന്നു ഞാന് കൈ ഉയര്ത്തി സത്യം ചെയ്തിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങള്ക്കു എല്ലാവര്ക്കും ഭേദംകൂടാതെ അതു അവകാശമായി ലഭിക്കേണം; ഈ ദേശം നിങ്ങള്ക്കു അവകാശമായി വരും.

14. And ye shall inherite it one aswell as an other, concerning the which I lift vp my hande to geue it vnto your fathers: and this lande shall fall vnto you for inheritaunce.

15. ദേശത്തിന്റെ അതിര് ഇങ്ങനെ ആയിരിക്കേണംവടക്കുഭാഗത്തു മഹാസമുദ്രംമുതല് ഹെത്ളോന് വഴിയായി

15. This is the border of the lande vpon the north side, from the maine sea toward Hethlon, as men go to Zedada.

16. സെദാദ്വരെയും ഹമാത്തും ബേരോത്തയും ദമ്മേശെക്കിന്റെ അതിരിന്നും ഹമാത്തിന്റെ അതിരിന്നും ഇടയിലുള്ള സിബ്രയീമും ഹൌറാന്റെ അതിരിങ്കലുള്ള നടുഹാസേരും

16. [namely] Hamah, Berotha, Sabarim, which are betweene the borders of Damascus, and betweene the borders of Hamah, Hazar Hatichon, that lyeth vpon the coastes of Hauran.

17. ഇങ്ങനെ അതിര് സമുദ്രംമുതല് ദമ്മേശെക്കിന്റെ അതിരിങ്കലും ഹസര്-ഏനാന് വരെ വടക്കെഭാഗത്തു വടക്കോട്ടുള്ള ഹമാത്തിന്റെ അതിരിങ്കലും ആയിരിക്കേണം; അതു വടക്കേഭാഗം.

17. Thus the borders from the sea foorth shalbe Hazar Enan, the border of Damascus, and the north northwarde, and the borders of Hamah: this is the north part.

18. കിഴക്കു ഭാഗമോ ഹൌറാന് , ദമ്മേശെക്, ഗിലെയാദ് എന്നിവേക്കും യിസ്രായേല്ദേശത്തിന്നും ഇടയില് യോര്ദ്ദാന് ആയിരിക്കേണം; വടക്കെ അതിര് മുതല് കിഴക്കെ കടല്വരെ നിങ്ങള് അളക്കേണം; അതു കിഴക്കെഭാഗം.

18. The east side shall ye measure from Hauran and Damascus, from Galead and the land of Israel by Iordane, and from the border vnto the cast sea: & this is the east part.

19. തെക്കുഭാഗമോ തെക്കോട്ടു താമാര്മുതല് മെരീബോത്ത്-കാദേശ് വെള്ളംവരെയും മിസ്രയീം തോടുവരെയും മഹാസമുദ്രംവരെയും ആയിരിക്കേണം; അതു തെക്കോട്ടു തെക്കേഭാഗം.

19. The south side shalbe toward Teman, from Thamar to the waters of strife in Cades, and the riuer to the maine sea: and that is the south part towarde Teman.

20. പടിഞ്ഞാറുഭാഗമോതെക്കെ അതിര്മുതല് ഹമാത്തിലേക്കുള്ള തിരിവിന്റെ അറ്റംവരെയും മഹാസമുദ്രം ആയിരിക്കേണം; അതു പടിഞ്ഞാറെ ഭാഗം.

20. The west part also shalbe the great sea, from the borders till a man come ouer against Hamah: this is the west part.

21. ഇങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങള് ഈ ദേശത്തെ യിസ്രായേല്ഗോത്രങ്ങള്ക്കു തക്കവണ്ണം വിഭാഗിച്ചുകൊള്ളേണം.

21. This lande shall ye part among you according to the tribes of Israel,

22. നിങ്ങള് അതിനെ നിങ്ങള്ക്കും നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയില് വന്നു പാര്ക്കുംന്നവരായി നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയില് മക്കളെ ജനിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പരദേശികള്ക്കും അവകാശമായി ചീട്ടിട്ടു വിഭാഗിക്കേണം; അവര് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളുടെ ഇടയില് സ്വദേശികളെപ്പോലെ ആയിരിക്കേണം; നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ അവര്ക്കും യിസ്രായേല്ഗോത്രങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയില് അവകാശം ലഭിക്കേണം.

22. And deuide it by lot to be an heritage for you, & for the straungers that dwell among you and beget children among you: for ye shall take them among the children of Israel lyke as though they were of your owne countrey, and they shall haue heritage with you among the children of Israel.

23. പരദേശി വന്നു പാര്ക്കുംന്ന ഗോത്രത്തില് തന്നേ നിങ്ങള് അവന്നു അവകാശം കൊടുക്കേണം എന്നു യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

23. And in what tribe the straunger dwelleth, in the same tribe shall ye geue him his heritage, saith the Lorde God.
