1. വിശ്വാസത്താല് നീതീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു നമ്മുടെ കര്ത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുമൂലം നമുക്കു ദൈവത്തോടു സമാധാനം ഉണ്ടു.

1. Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with YHWH through our Saviour Yahushua the Messiah:

2. നാം നിലക്കുന്ന ഈ കൃപയിലേക്കു നമുക്കു അവന്മൂലം വിശ്വാസത്താല് പ്രവേശനവും ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നാം ദൈവതേജസ്സിന്റെ പ്രത്യാശയില് പ്രശംസിക്കുന്നു.

2. By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of YHWH.

3. അതു തന്നേ അല്ല, കഷ്ടത സഹിഷ്ണുതയെയും സഹിഷ്ണുത സിദ്ധതയെയും സിദ്ധത പ്രത്യാശയെയും ഉളവാക്കുന്നു എന്നു അറിഞ്ഞു

3. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;

4. നാം കഷ്ടങ്ങളിലും പ്രശംസിക്കുന്നു.

4. And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

5. പ്രത്യാശെക്കോ ഭംഗം വരുന്നില്ല; ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സ്നേഹം നമുക്കു നല്കപ്പെട്ട പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിനാല് നമ്മുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളില് പകര്ന്നിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.

5. And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of YHWH is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit which is given unto us.

6. നാം ബലഹീനര് ആയിരിക്കുമ്പോള് തന്നേ ക്രിസ്തു തക്ക സമയത്തു അഭക്തര്ക്കും വേണ്ടി മരിച്ചു.

6. For when we were yet without strength, in due time the Messiah died for the unrighteous.

7. നീതിമാന്നു വേണ്ടി ആരെങ്കിലും മരിക്കുന്നതു ദുര്ല്ലഭം; ഗുണവാന്നുവേണ്ടി പക്ഷേ മരിപ്പാന് തുനിയുമായിരിക്കും.

7. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.

8. ക്രിസ്തുവോ നാം പാപികള് ആയിരിക്കുമ്പോള് തന്നേ നമുക്കു വേണ്ടി മരിക്കയാല് ദൈവം തനിക്കു നമ്മോടുള്ള സ്നേഹത്തെ പ്രദര്ശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

8. But YHWH commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, the Messiah died for us.

9. അവന്റെ രക്തത്താല് നീതീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടശേഷമോ നാം അവനാല് എത്ര അധികമായി കോപത്തില് നിന്നു രക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടും.

9. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

10. ശത്രുക്കളായിരിക്കുമ്പോള് തന്നേ നമുക്കു അവന്റെ പുത്രന്റെ മരണത്താല് ദൈവത്തോടു നിരപ്പു വന്നു എങ്കില് നിരന്നശേഷം നാം അവന്റെ ജീവനാല് എത്ര അധികമായി രക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടും.

10. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to YHWH by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

11. അത്രയുമല്ല, നമുക്കു ഇപ്പോള് നിരപ്പു ലഭിച്ചതിന്നു കാരണമായ നമ്മുടെ കര്ത്താവായ യേശു ക്രിസ്തുമുഖാന്തരം നാം ദൈവത്തില് പ്രശംസിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

11. And not only so, but we also joy in YHWH through our Saviour Yahushua the Messiah, by whom we have now received the atonement.

12. അതുകൊണ്ടു ഏകമനുഷ്യനാല് പാപവും പാപത്താല് മരണവും ലോകത്തില് കടന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെ എല്ലാവരും പാപം ചെയ്കയാല് മരണം സകലമനുഷ്യരിലും പരന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

12. Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

13. പാപമോ ന്യായപ്രമാണംവരെ ലോകത്തില് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; എന്നാല് ന്യായപ്രമാണം ഇല്ലാതിരിക്കുമ്പോള് പാപത്തെ കണക്കിടുന്നില്ല.

13. (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

14. എങ്കിലും വരുവാനുള്ളവന്റെ പ്രതിരൂപമായ ആദാമിന്റെ ലംഘനത്തിന്നു തുല്യമായി പാപം ചെയ്യാത്തവരിലും മരണം ആദാം മുതല് മോശെവരെ വാണിരുന്നു.

14. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adams transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

15. എന്നാല് ലംഘനത്തിന്റെ കാര്യവും കൃപാവരത്തിന്റെ കാര്യവും ഒരുപോലെയല്ല; ഏകന്റെ ലംഘനത്താല് അനേകര് മരിച്ചു എങ്കില് ദൈവകൃപയും ഏകമനഷ്യനായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ കൃപയാലുള്ള ദാനവും അനേകര്ക്കും വേണ്ടി ഏറ്റവും അധികം കവിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.

15. But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of YHWH, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Yahushua the Messiah, hath abounded unto many.

16. ഏകന് പാപം ചെയ്തതിന്റെ ഫലവും ദാനത്തിന്റെ കാര്യവും ഒരുപോലെയല്ല; ഏകന്റെ പാപം ശിക്ഷാവിധി കല്പിപ്പാന് ഹേതുവായിത്തീര്ന്നു. കൃപാവരമോ അനേക ലംഘനങ്ങളെ മോചിക്കുന്ന നീതീകരണ വിധിക്കു ഹേതുവായിത്തിര്ന്നു.

16. And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.

17. ഏകന്റെ ലംഘനത്താല് മരണം ആ ഏകന് നിമിത്തം വാണു എങ്കില് കൃപയുടെയും നീതിദാനത്തിന്റെയും സമൃദ്ധിലഭിക്കുന്നവര് യേശുക്രിസ്തു എന്ന ഏകന് നിമിത്തം ഏറ്റവും അധികമായി ജീവനില് വാഴും.

17. For if by one mans offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Yahushua the Messiah.)

18. അങ്ങനെ ഏകലംഘനത്താല് സകലമനുഷ്യര്ക്കും ശിക്ഷാവിധിവന്നതുപോലെ ഏകനീതിയാല് സകലമനുഷ്യര്ക്കും ജീവകാരണമായ നീതീകരണവും വന്നു.

18. Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

19. ഏകമനുഷ്യന്റെ അനുസരണക്കേടിനാല് അനേകര് പാപികളായിത്തീര്ന്നതുപോലെ ഏകന്റെ അനുസരണത്താല് അനേകര് നീതിമാന്മാരായിത്തീരും.

19. For as by one mans disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

20. എന്നാല് ലംഘനം പെരുകേണ്ടതിന്നു ന്യായപ്രമാണവും ഇടയില് ചേര്ന്നുവന്നു; എങ്കിലും പാപം പെരുകിയേടത്തു കൃപ അത്യന്തം വര്ദ്ധിച്ചു.

20. Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

21. പാപം മരണത്താല് വാണതുപോല കൃപയും നമ്മുടെ കര്ത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തു മുഖാന്തരം നീതിയാല് നിത്യ ജീവന്നായി വാഴേണ്ടതിന്നു തന്നേ.

21. That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Yahushua the Messiah our Saviour.
