1. യജമാനന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങള്ക്കും സ്വര്ഗ്ഗത്തില് യജമാനന് ഉണ്ടു എന്നറിഞ്ഞു ദാസന്മാരോടു നീതിയും ന്യായവും ആചരിപ്പിന് .

1. Ye masters, do vnto youre seruauntes that which is iust and equall, and knowe, yt ye also haue a master in heauen.

2. പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയില് ഉറ്റിരിപ്പിന് ; സ്തോത്രത്തോടെ അതില് ജാഗരിപ്പിന് .

2. Contynue in prayer, and watch in the same with thankesgeuynge,

3. എനിക്കു ബന്ധനകാരണമായ ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ മര്മ്മം പ്രസ്താവിപ്പാന് തക്കവണ്ണം ദൈവം ഞങ്ങള്ക്കു വചനത്തിന്റെ വാതില് തുറന്നുതരികയും

3. and praye also together for vs, that God open vnto vs the dore of the worde, to speake the mystery of Christ (wherfore I am also in bodes)

4. ഞാന് സംസാരിക്കേണ്ടുംവണ്ണം അതിനെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞങ്ങള്ക്കു വേണ്ടിയും പ്രാര്ത്ഥിപ്പിന് .

4. that I maye vtter ye same, as it becommeth me to speake.

5. സമയം തക്കത്തില് ഉപയോഗിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു പുറത്തുള്ളവരോടു ജ്ഞാനത്തോടെ പെരുമാറുവിന് .

5. Walke wysely towarde them that are without, and redeme ye tyme.

6. ഔരോരുത്തനോടു നിങ്ങള് എങ്ങനെ ഉത്തരം പറയേണം എന്നു അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ വാക്കു എപ്പോഴും കൃപയോടുകൂടിയതും ഉപ്പിനാല് രുചിവരുത്തിയതും ആയിരിക്കട്ടെ.

6. Let youre speach be allwaye fauorable, seasoned with salt, that ye maye knowe how to answere euery man.

7. എന്റെ അവസ്ഥ ഒക്കെയും കര്ത്താവില് പ്രിയസഹോദരനും വിശ്വസ്തശുശ്രൂഷകനും സഹഭൃത്യനുമായ തിഹിക്കൊസ് നിങ്ങളോടു അറിയിക്കും.

8. നിങ്ങള് ഞങ്ങളുടെ അവസ്ഥ അറിവാനും അവന് നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിപ്പാനുമായി

8. Whom I haue sent vnto you for the same purpose, that he mighte knowe how ye do, & that he mighte comforte youre hertes,

10. എന്റെ സഹബദ്ധനായ അരിസ്തര്ഹൊസും ബര്ന്നബാസിന്റെ മച്ചുനനായ മര്ക്കൊസും — അവനെക്കുറിച്ചു നിങ്ങള്ക്കു കല്പന കിട്ടീട്ടുണ്ടല്ലോ; അവന് നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കല് വന്നാല് അവനെ കൈക്കൊള്വിന് —

10. Aristarchus my preson felowe saluteth you, and Marcus Barnabasses sisters sonne, touchinge whom ye receaued commaundementes: Yf he come vnto you, receaue him,

11. യുസ്തൊസ് എന്നു പറയുന്ന യേശുവും നിങ്ങളെ വന്ദനം ചെയ്യുന്നു; പരിച്ഛേദനക്കാരില് ഇവര് മാത്രം ദൈവരാജ്യത്തിന്നു കൂട്ടുവേലക്കാരായിട്ടു എനിക്കു ആശ്വാസമായിത്തീര്ന്നു.

11. and Iesus, which is called Iustus, which are of the circumcision. These onely are my helpers in the kyngdome of God, which were to my consolacion.

12. നിങ്ങളില് ഒരുത്തനായി ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിന്റെ ദാസനായ എപ്പഫ്രാസ് നിങ്ങളെ വന്ദനം ചെയ്യുന്നു; നിങ്ങള് തികഞ്ഞവരും ദൈവഹിതം സംബന്ധിച്ചൊക്കെയും പൂര്ണ്ണനിശ്ചയമുള്ളവരുമായി നില്ക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവന് പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയില് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വേണ്ടി എപ്പോഴും പോരാടുന്നു.

12. Epaphras a seruaunt of Christ, which is one of you, saluteth you, & allwaye laboureth feruently for you in prayers, yt ye maye stonde perfecte and full, in all that is the wil of God.

13. നിങ്ങള്ക്കും ലവുദിക്യക്കാര്ക്കും ഹിയരപൊലിക്കാര്ക്കും വേണ്ടി അവന് വളരെ പ്രയാസപ്പെടുന്നു എന്നുള്ളതിന്നു ഞാന് സാക്ഷി.

13. I beare him recorde, that he hath a feruent mynde for you, and for the at Laodicea, and at Hierapolis.

14. വൈദ്യനായ പ്രിയ ലൂക്കൊസും ദേമാസും നിങ്ങളെ വന്ദനം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

14. Deare Lucas the Phisician saluteth you, and so doth Demas.

15. ലവുദിക്യയിലെ സഹോദരന്മാര്ക്കും നുംഫെക്കും അവളുടെ വീട്ടിലെ സഭെക്കും വന്ദനം ചൊല്ലുവിന് .

15. Salute the brethre, which are at Laodicea, and salute Nymphas, and the cogregacion which is in his house.

16. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയില് ഈ ലേഖനം വായിച്ചു തീര്ന്നശേഷം ലവുദിക്യസഭയില് കൂടെ വായിപ്പിക്കയും ലവുദിക്യയില്നിന്നുള്ളതു നിങ്ങളും വായിക്കയും ചെയ്വിന് . അര്ഹിപ്പൊസിനോടു കര്ത്താവില് ലഭിച്ച ശുശ്രൂഷ നിവര്ത്തിപ്പാന് നോക്കേണം എന്നു പറവിന് .

16. And whan the epistle is red of you, cause it to be red also in the cogregacio at Laodicea, & that ye likewyse reade the epistle of Laodicea.

17. പൌലൊസായ എന്റെ സ്വന്തകയ്യാലെ വന്ദനം; എന്റെ ബന്ധനങ്ങളെ ഔര്ത്തുകൊള്വിന് . കൃപ നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ ഇരിക്കുമാറാകട്ടെ.

17. And saye to Archippus: Take hede to the office which thou hast receaued in the LORDE, that thou fulfyll it.
