1. ദേവന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങള് വാസ്തവമായി നീതി പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നുവോ? മനുഷ്യപുത്രന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങള് പരമാര്ത്ഥമായി വിധിക്കുന്നുവോ?

1. Do ye indeed speak righteousness, O congregation? do ye judge uprightly, O ye sons of men?

2. നിങ്ങള് ഹൃദയത്തില് ദുഷ്ടത പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമിയില് നിങ്ങളുടെ കൈകളുടെ നിഷ്ഠുരത തൂക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

2. Yea, in heart ye work wickedness; ye weigh the violence of your hands in the earth.

3. ദുഷ്ടന്മാര് ഗര്ഭംമുതല് ഭ്രഷ്ടന്മാരായിരിക്കുന്നു; അവര് ജനനംമുതല് ഭോഷകു പറഞ്ഞു തെറ്റി നടക്കുന്നു.

3. The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.

4. Their poison is like the poison of a serpent: they are like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear;

5. Which will not hearken to the voice of charmers, charming never so wisely.

6. Break their teeth, O Elohim, in their mouth: break out the great teeth of the young lions, O YHWH.

11. So that a man shall say, Verily there is a reward for the righteous: verily he is a Elohim that judgeth in the earth.
