1. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

1. The LORD spoke to Moses:

2. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു നീ പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാല്ആരെങ്കിലും യഹോവേക്കു ഒരു നേര്ച്ച നിവര്ത്തിക്കുമ്പോള് ആള് നിന്റെ മതിപ്പുപോലെ യഹോവേക്കുള്ളവന് ആകേണം.

2. 'Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When someone makes a special vow to the LORD that involves the valuation of people,

3. ഇരുപതു വയസ്സുമുതല് അറുപതുവയസ്സുവരെയുള്ള ആണിന്നു വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിലെ തൂക്കപ്രകാരം നിന്റെ മതിപ്പു അമ്പതു ശേക്കെല് വെള്ളി ആയിരിക്കേണം.

3. if the valuation concerns a male from 20 to 60 years old, your valuation is 50 silver shekels [measured] by the standard sanctuary shekel.

4. പെണ്ണായിരുന്നാല് നിന്റെ മതിപ്പു മുപ്പതു ശേക്കെല് ആയിരിക്കേണം.

4. If the person is a female, your valuation is 30 shekels.

5. അഞ്ചു വയസ്സുമുതല് ഇരുപതു വയസ്സുവരെ എങ്കില് നിന്റെ മതിപു ആണിന്നു ഇരുപതു ശേക്കെലും പെണ്ണിന്നു പത്തു ശേക്കെലും ആയിരിക്കേണം.

5. If the person is from five to 20 years old, your valuation for a male is 20 shekels and for a female 10 shekels.

6. ഒരു മാസം മുതല് അഞ്ചുവയസ്സുവരെയുള്ളതായാല് നിന്റെ മതിപ്പു ആണിന്നു അഞ്ചു ശേക്കെല് വെള്ളിയും പെണ്ണിന്നു മൂന്നു ശേക്കെല് വെള്ളിയും ആയിരിക്കേണം.

6. If the person is from one month to five years old, your valuation for a male is five silver shekels, and for a female your valuation is three shekels of silver.

7. അറുപതു വയസ്സുമുതല് മേലോട്ടെങ്കില് നിന്റെ മതിപ്പു ആണിന്നു പതിനഞ്ചു ശേക്കെലും പെണ്ണിന്നു പത്തു ശേക്കെലും ആയിരിക്കേണം.

7. If the person is 60 years or more, your valuation is 15 shekels for a male and 10 shekels for a female.

8. അതു യഹോവേക്കു വഴിപാടു കഴിപ്പാന് തക്ക മൃഗം ആകുന്നു എങ്കില് ആ വകയില് നിന്നു യഹോവേക്കു കൊടുക്കുന്നതൊക്കെയും വിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം.

8. But if one is too poor to pay the valuation, he must present the person before the priest and the priest will set a value for him. The priest will set a value for him according to what the one making the vow can afford.

9. തീയതിന്നു പകരം നല്ലതു, നല്ലതിന്നു പകരം തീയതു ഇങ്ങനെ മാറ്റുകയോ വ്യത്യാസം വരുത്തുകയോ ചെയ്യരുതു; മൃഗത്തിന്നു മൃഗത്തെ വെച്ചുമാറന്നു എങ്കില് അതു വെച്ചുമാറിയതും വിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം.

9. 'If the vow involves one of the animals that may be brought as an offering to the LORD, any of these he gives to the LORD will be holy.

10. അതു യഹോവേക്കു വഴിപാടു കഴിച്ചുകൂടാത്ത അശുദ്ധമൃഗമാകുന്നു എങ്കില് ആ മൃഗത്തെ പുരോഹിതന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ നിര്ത്തേണം.

10. He may not replace it or make a substitution for it, either good for bad, or bad for good. But if he does substitute one animal for another, both that animal and its substitute will be holy.

11. അതു നല്ലതോ തീയതോ ആയിരിക്കുന്നതിന്നു ഒത്തവണ്ണം പുരോഹിതനായ നീ ആതിനെ മതിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ തന്നേ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

11. 'If the vow involves any of the unclean animals that may not be brought as an offering to the LORD, the animal must be presented before the priest.

12. അതിനെ വീണ്ടെടുക്കുന്ന എങ്കില് നീ മതിച്ച തുകയോടു അഞ്ചിലൊന്നു കൂട്ടേണം.

12. The priest will set its value, whether high or low; the price will be set as the priest makes the valuation for you.

13. ഒരുത്തന് തന്റെ വീടു യഹോവേക്കു വിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു വിശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചാല് അതു നല്ലതെങ്കിലും തീയതെങ്കിലും പുരോഹിതന് അതു മതിക്കേണം. പുരോഹിതന് മതിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ തന്നേ അതു ഇരിക്കേണം.

13. If the one who brought it decides to redeem it, he must add a fifth to the valuation.

14. തന്റെ വീടു വിശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചാല് അതു വീണ്ടുക്കുന്നെങ്കില് അവന് നിന്റെ മതിപ്പു വിലയുടെ അഞ്ചിലൊന്നു അതിനോടു കൂട്ടേണം; എന്നാല് അതു അവന്നുള്ളതാകും.

14. 'When a man consecrates his house as holy to the LORD, the priest will assess its value, whether high or low. The price will stand just as the priest assesses it.

15. ഒരുത്തന് തന്റെ അവകാശനിലത്തില് ഏതാനും യഹോവേക്കു വിശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചാല് നിന്റെ മതിപ്പു അതിന്റെ വിത്തുപാടിന്നു ഒത്തവണ്ണം ആയിരിക്കേണം; ഒരു ഹോമെര്യവം വിതെക്കുന്ന നിലത്തിന്നു അമ്പതു ശേക്കെല് വെള്ളി മതിക്കേണം.

15. But if the one who consecrated his house redeems [it], he must add a fifth to the valuation price, and it will be his.

16. യോബേല് സംവത്സരംമുതല് അവന് തന്റെ നിലം വിശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചാല് അതു നിന്റെ മതിപ്പു പോലെ ഇരിക്കേണം.

16. 'If a man consecrates to the LORD any part of a field that he possesses, your valuation will be proportional to the seed needed to sow it, at the rate of 50 silver shekels for [every] five bushels of barley seed.

17. If he consecrates his field during the Year of Jubilee, the price will stand according to your valuation.

18. But if he consecrates his field after the Jubilee, the priest will calculate the price for him in proportion to the years left until the [next] Year of Jubilee, so that your valuation will be reduced.

19. ആ നിലം യൊബേല് സംവത്സരത്തില് ഒഴിഞ്ഞുകൊടുക്കുമ്പോള് ശപഥാര്പ്പിതഭൂമിപോലെ യഹോവേക്കു വിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം; അതിന്റെ അനുഭവം പുരോഹിതന്നു ഇരിക്കേണം.

19. If the one who consecrated the field decides to redeem it, he must add a fifth to the valuation price, and the field will transfer back to him.

20. തന്റെ അവകാശനിലങ്ങളില് ഉള്പ്പെടാതെ സ്വായര്ജ്ജിതമായുള്ള ഒരു നിലം ഒരുത്തന് യഹോവേക്കു ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചാല്

20. But if he does not redeem the field or if he has sold it to another man, it is no longer redeemable.

21. പുരോഹിതന് യോബേല് സംവത്സരംവരെ മതിപ്പുവില കണക്കാക്കേണം; നിന്റെ മതിപ്പുവില അവന് അന്നു തന്നേ യഹോവേക്കു വിശുദ്ധമായി കൊടുക്കേണം.

21. When the field is released in the Jubilee, it will be holy to the LORD like a field permanently set apart; it becomes the priest's property.

22. ആ നിലം മുന്നുടമസ്ഥന്നു യോബേല്സംവത്സരത്തില് തിരികെ ചേരേണം.

22. 'If a person consecrates to the LORD a field he has purchased that is not part of his inherited landholding,

23. നിന്റെ മതിപ്പു ഒക്കെയും ശേക്കെലിന്നു ഇരുപതു ഗേരാവെച്ചു വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിലെ തൂക്കപ്രകാരം ആയിരിക്കേണം.

23. then the priest will calculate for him the amount of the valuation up to the Year of Jubilee, and the person will pay the valuation on that day as a holy offering to the LORD.

24. അതു അശുദ്ധമൃഗമാകുന്നു എങ്കില് മതിപ്പുവിലയും അതിന്റെ അഞ്ചിലൊന്നും കൂടെ കൊടുത്തു അതിനെ വീണ്ടെടുക്കേണം; വീണ്ടെടുക്കുന്നില്ലെങ്കില് നിന്റെ മതിപ്പുവിലെക്കു അതിനെ വില്ക്കേണം.

24. In the Year of Jubilee the field will return to the one he bought it from, the original owner.

25. എന്നാല് ഒരുത്തന് തനിക്കുള്ള ആള്, മൃഗം, അവകാശനിലം മുതലായി യഹോവേക്കു കൊടുക്കുന്ന യാതൊരു ശപഥാര്പ്പിതവും വില്ക്കയോ വീണ്ടെടുക്കയോ ചെയ്തുകൂടാ; ശപഥാര്പ്പിതം ഒക്കെയും യഹോവേക്കു അതിവിശുദ്ധം ആകുന്നു.

25. All your valuations will be [measured] by the standard sanctuary shekel, 20 gerahs to the shekel.

26. മനുഷ്യവര്ഗ്ഗത്തില്നിന്നു ശപഥാര്പ്പിതമായി കൊടുക്കുന്ന ആരെയും വീണ്ടെടുക്കാതെ കൊന്നുകളയേണം.

26. 'But no one can consecrate a firstborn of the livestock, whether an animal from the herd or flock, to the LORD, because a firstborn [already] belongs to the LORD.

27. നിലത്തിലെ വിത്തിലും വൃക്ഷത്തിന്റെ ഫലത്തിലും ദേശത്തിലെ ദശാംശം ഒക്കെയും യഹോവേക്കുള്ളതു ആകുന്നു; അതു യഹോവേക്കു വിശുദ്ധം.

27. If it is one of the unclean livestock, it must be ransomed according to your valuation by adding a fifth of its value to it. If it is not redeemed, it can be sold according to your valuation.

28. ആരെങ്കിലും തന്റെ ദശാംശത്തില് ഏതാനും വീണ്ടെടുക്കുന്നു എങ്കില് അതിനോടു അഞ്ചിലൊന്നുകൂടെ ചേര്ത്തു കൊടുക്കേണം.

28. 'Nothing that a man permanently sets apart to the LORD from all he owns, whether a person, an animal, or his inherited landholding, can be sold or redeemed; everything set apart is especially holy to the LORD.

29. മാടാകട്ടെ ആടാകട്ടെ കോലിന് കീഴെ കടന്നുപോകുന്ന എല്ലാറ്റിലും പത്തിലൊന്നു യഹോവേക്കു വിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം.

29. No person who has been set apart [for destruction] is to be ransomed; he must be put to death.

30. അതു നല്ലതോ തീയതോ എന്നു ശോധനചെയ്യരുതു; വെച്ചുമാറുകയും അരുതു; വെച്ചുമാറുന്നു എങ്കില് അതും വെച്ചുമാറിയതും വിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കേണം. അവയെ വീണ്ടെടുത്തുകൂടാ.

30. 'Every tenth of the land's produce, grain from the soil or fruit from the trees, belongs to the LORD; it is holy to the LORD.

31. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള്ക്കുവേണ്ടി യഹോവ സീനായിപര്വ്വതത്തില്വെച്ചു മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ച കല്പനകള് ഇവതന്നേ.

31. If a man decides to redeem any part of this tenth, he must add one-fifth to its value.
