1. യഹോവേ, നിങ്കലേക്കു ഞാന് മനസ്സു ഉയര്ത്തുന്നു;

2. എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, നിന്നില് ഞാന് ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് ലജ്ജിച്ചു പോകരുതേ; എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കള് എന്റെമേല് ജയം ഘോഷിക്കരുതേ.

2. I trust in you, my God, and I will not be disappointed. My enemies will not laugh at me.

3. നിന്നെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരുത്തനും ലജ്ജിച്ചു പോകയില്ല; വെറുതെ ദ്രോഹിക്കുന്നവര് ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോകും.

3. No one who trusts in you will be disappointed. But disappointment will come to those who try to deceive others. They will get nothing.

4. യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ വഴികളെ എന്നെ അറിയിക്കേണമേ; നിന്റെ പാതകളെ എനിക്കു ഉപദേശിച്ചു തരേണമേ!

4. Lord, help me learn your ways. Show me how you want me to live.

5. നിന്റെ സത്യത്തില് എന്നെ നടത്തി എന്നെ പഠിപ്പിക്കേണമേ; നീ എന്റെ രക്ഷയുടെ ദൈവമാകുന്നുവല്ലോ; ദിവസം മുഴുവനും ഞാന് നിങ്കല് പ്രത്യാശവെക്കുന്നു.

5. Guide me and teach me your truths. You are my God, my Savior. You are the one I have been waiting for.

6. യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ കരുണയും ദയയും ഔര്ക്കേണമേ; അവ പണ്ടുപണ്ടേയുള്ളവയല്ലോ.

6. Remember to be kind to me, Lord. Show me the tender love that you have always had.

7. എന്റെ ബാല്യത്തിലെ പാപങ്ങളെയും എന്റെ ലംഘനങ്ങളെയും ഔര്ക്കരുതേ; യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ കൃപപ്രകാരം നിന്റെ ദയനിമിത്തം എന്നെ ഔര്ക്കേണമേ.

7. Don't remember the sinful things I did when I was young. Because you are good, Lord, remember me with your faithful love.

8. യഹോവ നല്ലവനും നേരുള്ളവനും ആകുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ടു അവന് പാപികളെ നേര്വ്വഴികാണിക്കുന്നു.

8. The Lord is good and does what is right. He shows sinners the right way to live.

9. സൌമ്യതയുള്ളവരെ അവന് ന്യായത്തില് നടത്തുന്നു; സൌമ്യതയുള്ളവര്ക്കും തന്റെ വഴി പഠിപ്പിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

9. He teaches his ways to humble people. He leads them with fairness.

10. യഹോവയുടെ നിയമവും സാക്ഷ്യങ്ങളും പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നവര്ക്കും അവന്റെ പാതകളൊക്കെയും ദയയും സത്യവും ആകുന്നു.

10. The Lord is kind and true to those who obey what he said in his agreement.

11. യഹോവേ, എന്റെ അകൃത്യം വലിയതു; നിന്റെ നാമംനിമിത്തം അതു ക്ഷമിക്കേണമേ.

11. Lord, I have done many wrong things. But I ask you to forgive them all to show your goodness.

12. യഹോവാഭക്തനായ പുരുഷന് ആര്? അവന് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കേണ്ടുന്ന വഴി താന് അവന്നു കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കും.

12. When people choose to follow the Lord, he shows them the best way to live.

13. അവന് സുഖത്തോടെ വസിക്കും; അവന്റെ സന്തതി ദേശത്തെ അവകാശമാക്കും.

13. They will enjoy good things, and their children will get the land God promised.

14. യഹോവയുടെ സഖിത്വം തന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാര്ക്കും ഉണ്ടാകും; അവന് തന്റെ നിയമം അവരെ അറിയിക്കുന്നു.

14. The Lord tells his secrets to his followers. He teaches them about his agreement.

15. എന്റെ കണ്ണു എപ്പോഴും യഹോവയിങ്കലേക്കാകുന്നു; അവന് എന്റെ കാലുകളെ വലയില്നിന്നു വിടുവിക്കും.

15. I always look to the Lord for help. Only he can free me from my troubles.

16. എങ്കലേക്കു തിരിഞ്ഞു എന്നോടു കരുണയുണ്ടാകേണമേ; ഞാന് ഏകാകിയും അരിഷ്ടനും ആകുന്നു.

16. I am hurt and lonely. Turn to me, and show me mercy.

17. എനിക്കു മന:പീഡകള് വര്ദ്ധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ സങ്കടങ്ങളില്നിന്നു എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കേണമേ.

17. Free me from my troubles. Help me solve my problems.

18. എന്റെ അരിഷ്ടതയും അതിവേദനയും നോക്കേണമേ; എന്റെ സകലപാപങ്ങളും ക്ഷമിക്കേണമേ.

18. Look at my trials and troubles. Forgive me for all the sins I have done.

19. എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളെ നോക്കേണമേ; അവര് പെരുകിയിരിക്കുന്നു; അവര് കഠിനദ്വേഷത്തോടെ എന്നെ ദ്വേഷിക്കുന്നു;
