1. യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

1. And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

2. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു നീ കല്പിക്കേണ്ടതെന്തെന്നാല്നിങ്ങള് കനാന് ദേശത്തു എത്തുമ്പോള് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു അവകാശമായി വരുവാനിരിക്കുന്ന ദേശത്തിന്റെ അതിര് ഇങ്ങനെ ആയിരിക്കേണം.

2. Command the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, When you have come into the land of Canaan, this is the land which falls to you by inheritance, the land of Canaan, by its borders:

3. തെക്കെ ഭാഗം സീന് മരുഭൂമിതുടങ്ങി എദോമിന്റെ വശത്തുകൂടിയായിരിക്കേണം; നിങ്ങളുടെ തെക്കെ അതിര് കിഴക്കു ഉപ്പുകടലിന്റെ അറ്റം തുടങ്ങി ആയിരിക്കേണം.

3. And your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin, along by the hand of Edom, and it shall be to you a south border from the end of the Salt Sea, eastward.

4. പിന്നെ നിങ്ങളുടെ അതിര് അക്രബ്ബീംകയറ്റത്തിന്നു തെക്കോട്ടു തിരിഞ്ഞു സീനിലേക്കു കടന്നു കാദേശ്ബര്ന്നേയയുടെ തെക്കു അവസാനിക്കേണം. അവിടെനിന്നു ഹസര്-അദ്ദാര്വരെ ചെന്നു അസ്മോനിലേക്കു കടക്കേണം.

4. And the border shall turn around to you from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and shall pass on to Zin, and its end shall be from the south to Kadesh-barnea; and it shall go out at Hazar-addar, and it shall pass on to Azmon.

5. പിന്നെ അതിര് അസ്മോന് തുടങ്ങി മിസ്രയീംതോട്ടിലേക്കു തിരിഞ്ഞു സമുദ്രത്തിങ്കല് അവസാനിക്കേണം.

5. And the border shall turn from Azmon to the torrent of Egypt, and its border shall be at the sea.

6. പടിഞ്ഞാറോ മഹാസമുദ്രം അതിര് ആയിരിക്കേണം. അതു നിങ്ങളുടെ പടിഞ്ഞാറെ അതിര്.

6. As to the western border, even the Great Sea shall be a border to you; this is your western border.

7. വടക്കോ മഹാസമുദ്രംതുടങ്ങി ഹോര്പര്വ്വതം നിങ്ങളുടെ അതിരാക്കേണം.

7. And this is your northern border: from the Great Sea you shall mark out for yourselves Mount Hor;

8. ഹോര്പര്വ്വതംമുതല് ഹമാത്ത്വരെ അതിരാക്കേണം. സെദാദില് ആ അതിര് അവസാനിക്കേണം;

8. from Mount Hor you shall mark out a line to the entrance to Hamath; and the edge of the border shall be at Zedad.

9. പിന്നെ അതിര് സിഫ്രോന് വരെ ചെന്നു ഹസാര്-ഏനാനില് അവസാനിക്കേണം; ഇതു നിങ്ങളുടെ വടക്കെ അതിര്.

9. And the border shall go forth to Ziphron, and the edge of it shall be at Hazar-enan; this shall be your northern border.

10. കിഴക്കോ ഹസാര്-എനാന് തുടങ്ങി ശെഫാംവരെ നിങ്ങളുടെ അതിരാക്കേണം.

10. And you shall mark out your line for the eastern border from Hazar-enan to Shepham.

11. ശെഫാംതുടങ്ങി ആ അതിര് അയീന്റെ കിഴക്കു ഭാഗത്തു രിബ്ളാവരെ ഇറങ്ങിച്ചെന്നിട്ടു കിന്നേരെത്ത് കടലിന്റെ കിഴക്കെ കര തൊട്ടിരിക്കേണം.

11. And the border shall go down from Shepham to Riblah on the east side of Ain; and the border shall go down and shall reach on the shoulder of the Sea of Chinnereth eastward.

12. അവിടെ നിന്നു യോര്ദ്ദാന് വഴിയായി ഇറങ്ങിച്ചെന്നു ഉപ്പുകടലിങ്കല് അവസാനിക്കേണം. ഇതു ചുറ്റും നിങ്ങളുടെ ദേശത്തിന്റെ അതിര് ആയിരിക്കേണം.

12. And the border shall go down to the Jordan, and the end of it shall be at the Salt Sea. This shall be your land according to its borders all around.

13. മോശെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളോടു കല്പിച്ചതുനിങ്ങള്ക്കു ചീട്ടിനാല് അവകാശമായി ലഭിപ്പാനുള്ളതായി യഹോവ ഒമ്പതര ഗോത്രങ്ങള്ക്കു കൊടുപ്പാന് കല്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദേശം ഇതു തന്നേ.

13. And Moses commanded the sons of Israel, saying, This is the land which you shall receive as inheritance by lot, which Jehovah has commanded to give to the nine tribes and the half tribe:

14. രൂബേന് ഗോത്രക്കാരുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങള്ക്കും ഗാദ് ഗോത്രക്കാരുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങള്ക്കും മനശ്ശെയുടെ പാതി ഗോത്രത്തിന്നും താന്താങ്ങളുടെ അവകാശം ലഭിച്ചുവല്ലോ.

14. For the tribe of the sons of Reuben according to their fathers' houses, and the tribe of the sons of Gad according to their fathers' houses have received; and the half tribe of Manasseh shall have received their inheritance.

15. ഈ രണ്ടര ഗോത്രത്തിന്നു അവകാശം ലഭിച്ചതു കിഴക്കന് പ്രദേശത്തു യെരീഹോവിന്നു കിഴക്കു യോര്ദ്ദാന്നക്കരെ ആയിരുന്നു.

15. The two tribes and the half tribe shall have received their inheritance beyond the Jordan at Jericho eastward, toward the sunrising.

16. പിന്നെ യഹോവ മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു

16. And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

17. നിങ്ങള്ക്കു ദേശം വിഭാഗിച്ചു തരേണ്ടുന്നവരുടെ പേരുകള് ആവിതുപുരോഹിതനായ എലെയാസാരും നൂന്റെ മകനായ യോശുവയും.

17. These are the names of the men that shall take possession of the land for you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.

18. ദേശത്തെ അവകാശമായി വിഭാഗിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങള് ഔരോ ഗോത്രത്തില്നിന്നു ഔരോ പ്രഭുവിനെയും കൂട്ടിക്കൊള്ളേണം.

18. And you shall take one ruler of every tribe, to take possession of the land.

19. അവര് ആരെല്ലാമെന്നാല്യെഹൂദാഗോത്രത്തില് യെഫുന്നെയുടെ മകന് കാലേബ്.

19. And these are the names of the men: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh;

20. ശിമെയോന് ഗോത്രത്തില് അമ്മീഹൂദിന്റെ മകന് ശെമൂവേല്.

20. and of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud;

21. ബെന്യാമീന് ഗോത്രത്തില് കിസ്ളോന്റെ മകന് എലീദാദ്.

21. of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon;

22. ദാന് ഗോത്രത്തിന്നുള്ള പ്രഭു യൊഗ്ളിയുടെ മകന് ബുക്കി.

22. and of the tribe of the sons of Dan, Bukki the ruler, son of Jogli;

23. യോസേഫിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരില് മനശ്ശെയുടെ ഗോത്രത്തിന്നുള്ള പ്രഭു എഫോദിന്റെ മകന് ഹാന്നീയേല്.

23. of the sons of Joseph, of the tribe of the sons of Manasseh, Hanniel the ruler, the son of Ephod;

24. എഫ്രയീംഗോത്രത്തിന്നുള്ള പ്രഭു ശിഫ്താന്റെ മകന് കെമൂവേല്.

24. and of the tribe of the sons of Ephraim, Kemuel the ruler, the son of Shiphtan;

25. സെബൂലൂന് ഗോത്രത്തിന്നുള്ള പ്രഭു പര്ന്നാക്കിന്റെ മകന് എലീസാഫാന് .

25. and of the tribe of the sons of Zebulun, Elizaphan the ruler, the son of Parnach;

26. യിസ്സാഖാര് ഗോത്രത്തിന്നുള്ള പ്രഭു അസ്സാന്റെ മകന് പല്ത്തീയേല്.

26. and of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, Paltiel the ruler, the son of Azzan;

27. ആശേര്ഗോത്രത്തിന്നുള്ള പ്രഭു ശെലോമിയുടെ പുത്രന് അഹീഹൂദ്.

27. and of the tribe of the sons of Asher, Ahihud the ruler, the son of Shelomi;

28. നഫ്താലിഗോത്രത്തിന്നുള്ള പ്രഭു അമ്മീഹൂദിന്റെ മകന് പെദഹേല്.

28. and of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, Pedahel the ruler, the son of Ammihud.

29. യിസ്രായേല്മക്കള്ക്കു കനാന് ദേശത്തു അവകാശം വിഭാഗിച്ചുകൊടുക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു യഹോവ നിയമിച്ചവര് ഇവര് തന്നേ.

29. These are the ones whom Jehovah commanded to divide the land to the sons of Israel in the land of Canaan.
