1. സംശയവിചാരങ്ങളെ വിധിക്കാതെ വിശ്വാസത്തില് ബലഹീനനായവനെ ചേര്ത്തുകൊള്വിന് .

1. Hym that is weake in the fayth, receaue: not to iudgementes of disputyng.

2. ഒരുവന് എല്ലാം തിന്നാമെന്നു വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു; ബലഹീനനോ സസ്യാദികളെ തിന്നുന്നു.
ഉല്പത്തി 1:29, ഉല്പത്തി 9:3

2. One beleueth yt he may eate euery thyng: Another which is weake, eateth hearbes.

3. തിന്നുന്നവന് തിന്നാത്തവനെ ധിക്കരിക്കരുതു; തിന്നാത്തവന് തിന്നുന്നവനെ വിധിക്കരുതു; ദൈവം അവനെ കൈക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.

3. Let not hym that eateth, dispise hym that eateth not: And let not hym which eateth not, iudge hym that eateth. For God hath receaued hym.

4. മറ്റൊരുത്തന്റെ ദാസനെ വിധിപ്പാന് നീ ആര്? അവന് നിലക്കുന്നതോ വീഴുന്നതോ സ്വന്തയജമാനന്നത്രേ; അവന് നിലക്കുംതാനും; അവന് നിലക്കുമാറാക്കുവാന് കര്ത്താവിന്നു കഴിയുമല്ലോ.

4. What art thou that iudgest another mans seruaunt? To his owne maister he standeth or falleth: Yea, he shalbe holden vp. For god is able to make him stande.

5. ഒരുവന് ഒരു ദിവസത്തെക്കാള് മറ്റൊരു ദിവസത്തെ മാനിക്കുന്നു; വേറൊരുവന് സകലദിവസങ്ങളെയും മാനിക്കുന്നു; ഔരോരുത്തന് താന്താന്റെ മനസ്സില് ഉറെച്ചിരിക്കട്ടെ.

5. This man putteth difference betwene day and day. Another man counteth all dayes alyke. Let euery man be fully perswaded in his owne mynde.

6. ദിവസത്തെ ആദരിക്കുന്നവന് കര്ത്താവിന്നായി ആദരിക്കുന്നു; തിന്നുന്നവന് കര്ത്താവിന്നായി തിന്നുന്നു; അവന് ദൈവത്തെ സ്തുതിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ; തിന്നാത്തവന് കര്ത്താവിന്നായി തിന്നാതിരിക്കുന്നു; അവനും ദൈവത്തെ സ്തുതിക്കുന്നു.

6. He that esteemeth the day, esteemeth it vnto ye Lorde: And he that esteemeth not the day to the Lorde, he doeth not esteeme it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lorde, for he geueth God thankes: And he that eateth not, eateth not to the Lorde, and geueth God thankes.

7. നമ്മില് ആരും തനിക്കായി തന്നേ ജീവിക്കുന്നില്ല. ആരും തനിക്കായി തന്നേ മരിക്കുന്നുമില്ല.

7. For none of vs lyueth to hym selfe, and no man dyeth to hym selfe.

8. ജീവിക്കുന്നു എങ്കില് നാം കര്ത്താവിന്നായി ജീവിക്കുന്നു; മരിക്കുന്നു എങ്കില് കര്ത്താവിന്നായി മരിക്കുന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ടു ജീവിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിലും മരിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിലും നാം കര്ത്താവിന്നുള്ളവര് തന്നേ.

8. For yf we lyue, we lyue vnto ye Lorde: And if we dye, we dye vnto the Lorde. Whether we lyue therfore, or dye, we are the Lordes.

9. മരിച്ചവര്ക്കും ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവര്ക്കും കര്ത്താവു ആകേണ്ടതിന്നല്ലോ ക്രിസ്തു മരിക്കയും ഉയിക്കയും ചെയ്തതു.

9. For to this ende Christe both dyed and rose agayne and reuyued, that he myght be Lorde both of dead & quicke.

10. എന്നാല് നീ സഹോദരനെ വിധിക്കുന്നതു എന്തു? അല്ല നീ സഹോദരനെ ധിക്കരിക്കുന്നതു എന്തു? നാം എല്ലാവരും ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ന്യായാസനത്തിന്നു മുമ്പാകെ നില്ക്കേണ്ടിവരും.

10. But why doest thou then iudge thy brother? Either, why doest thou despise thy brother? We shalbe all brought before the iudgement seate of Christe.

11. “എന്നാണ എന്റെ മുമ്പില് എല്ലാമുഴങ്കാലും മടങ്ങും, എല്ലാനാവും ദൈവത്തെ സ്തുതിക്കും എന്നു കര്ത്താവു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു” എന്നു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.
യെശയ്യാ 45:23, യെശയ്യാ 49:18

11. For it is written, I lyue, sayth the Lorde: and all knees shall bowe to me, & all tongues shall geue prayse to God.

12. ആകയാല് നമ്മില് ഔരോരുത്തന് ദൈവത്തൊടു കണകൂ ബോധിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടിവരും.

12. So shal euery one of vs geue accompt of hym selfe to God.

13. അതുകൊണ്ടു നാം ഇനി അന്യോന്യം വിധിക്കരുതു; സഹോദരന്നു ഇടര്ച്ചയോ തടങ്ങലോ വെക്കാതിരിപ്പാന് മാത്രം ഉറെച്ചുകൊള്വിന്

13. Let vs not therfore iudge one another any more: But iudge this rather, that no man put a stumblyng blocke, or an occasion to fall, in his brothers way.

14. യാതൊന്നും സ്വതവെ മലിനമല്ല എന്നു ഞാന് കര്ത്താവായ യേശുവില് അറിഞ്ഞും ഉറെച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു. വല്ലതും മലിനം എന്നു എണ്ണുന്നവന്നു മാത്രം അതു മലിനം ആകുന്നു.

14. For I knowe, and am perswaded by the Lorde Iesus, that there is nothyng common of it selfe: but vnto hym that iudgeth it to be common, to hym is it common.

15. നിന്റെ ഭക്ഷണംനിമിത്തം സഹോദരനെ വ്യസനിപ്പിച്ചാല് നീ സ്നേഹപ്രകാരം നടക്കുന്നില്ല. ആര്ക്കുംവേണ്ടി ക്രിസ്തു മരിച്ചുവോ അവനെ നിന്റെ ഭക്ഷണംകൊണ്ടു നശിപ്പിക്കരുതു.

15. But yf thy brother be greeued with thy meat, nowe walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not hym with thy meat, for whom Christe dyed.

16. നിങ്ങളുടെ നന്മെക്കു ദൂഷണം വരുത്തരുതു.

16. Let not your good be euyll spoken of.

17. ദൈവരാജ്യം ഭക്ഷണവും പാനീയവുമല്ല, നീതിയും സമാധാനവും പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവില് സന്തോഷവും അത്രേ.

17. For the kyngdome of God, is not meat and drinke: but righteousnesse, & peace, and ioy in the holy ghost.

18. അതില് ക്രിസ്തുവിനെ സേവിക്കുന്നവന് ദൈവത്തെ പ്രസാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നവനും മനുഷ്യര്ക്കും കൊള്ളാകുന്നവനും തന്നേ.

18. For he that in these thynges serueth Christe, pleaseth God, and is comended of men.

19. ആകയാല് നാം സമാധാനത്തിന്നും അന്യോന്യം ആത്മികവദ്ധനെക്കും ഉള്ളതിന്നു ശ്രമിച്ചുകൊള്ക.

19. Let vs therfore folowe those thynges which make for peace, & thynges wherwith one may edifie another.

20. ഭക്ഷണംനിമിത്തം ദൈവനിര്മ്മാണത്തെ അഴിക്കരുതു. എല്ലാം ശുദ്ധം തന്നേ; എങ്കിലും ഇടര്ച്ച വരുത്തുമാറു തിന്നുന്ന മനുഷ്യനു അതു ദോഷമത്രേ.

20. Destroy not the worke of God for meates sake. All thinges are pure: but it is euyll for that man, which eateth with offence.

21. മാംസം തിന്നാതെയും വീഞ്ഞു കുടിക്കാതെയും സഹോദരന്നു ഇടര്ച്ച വരുത്തുന്ന യാതൊന്നും ചെയ്യാതെയും ഇരിക്കുന്നതു നല്ലതു.

21. It is good neither to eate fleshe, neither to drinke wine, neither any thyng wherby thy brother stumbleth, either falleth, or is made weake.

22. നിനക്കുള്ള വിശ്വാസം ദൈവസന്നിധിയില് നിനക്കു തന്നേ ഇരിക്കട്ടെ; താന് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതില് തന്നെത്താന് വിധിക്കാത്തവന് ഭാഗ്യവാന് .

22. Hast thou fayth? Haue it with thy selfe before God. Happy is he that condempneth not hym selfe in the thyng which he aloweth.

23. എന്നാല് സംശയിക്കുന്നവന് തിന്നുന്നു എങ്കില് അതു വിശ്വാസത്തില് നിന്നു ഉത്ഭവിക്കായ്കകൊണ്ടു അവന് കുറ്റക്കാരനായിരിക്കുന്നു. വിശ്വാസത്തില് നിന്നു ഉത്ഭവിക്കാത്തതൊക്കെയും പാപമത്രേ.

23. For he that maketh conscience, is damned yf he eate, because [he eateth] not of fayth: For whatsoeuer is not of fayth, is sinne.
